Activist Reveals the Terrifying Number of Christians Murdered by Islamists in the Past 20 Years

Jeff King, president of International Christian Concern, told Breitbart News that Islamists murdered 70,000 Christians in Nigeria over the last 20 years. He joined Thursday’s edition of SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Tonight with host Rebecca Mansour and special guest host Dylan Gwinn.

“We don’t always get the press,” said King of many news media outlets’ disinterest in persecution of Christians. “It is absolutely the case [that Christians are the most persecuted faith].” . . .

King added, “A lot of people don’t know that … in Nigeria, probably 70,000 Christians have been murdered in the last 20 years by Islamists, and that’s just scratching the surface. It’s going on all over. There’s a spectrum to the oppression.” . . .

Last Monday, Dede Laugesen, director of Save the Persecuted Christians, told Breitbart News that “anti-Christian bias” across America’s “mainstream media” drives news organizations to downplay the mass murder of Christians by Islamic terrorist groups. . .

People don’t believe that Christians can be persecuted, that they could be slaughtered. Here in the United States, we just have a different sense of who Christians are, but out in the greater world, Christians are viewed as a threat to control and power. What you have operating in Nigeria, which is Africa’s most populous country — 200 million people living there with 50 percent Christians, 50 percent Muslims — you have two of the world’s most dangerous terrorist groups operating — Fulani militants and Boko Haram, now affiliated with ISIS Islamic State in West Africa — and they are driven by radical sharia supremacist ideology, seeking to spread shariah across the entire country of Nigeria.

Hotel Fires Employees Who Posted Sign Refusing Military Members

A DoubleTree hotel in Colorado Springs, Colorado, fired multiple employees and issued an apology after the hotel displayed a sign refusing service to members of the military and their guests who had been attending a post-deployment celebration held at the hotel.

“Two Supervisor-level employees, who have since been terminated, made poor decisions including displaying a sign that they created, which we find very offensive,” Daniel Kammerer, the hotel branch’s general manager, said in a statement posted to the hotel’s Facebook page. “Their actions were in no way associated with the values of the hotel management.”

“We deeply regret any offense to the service members and their guests, and have implemented a retraining of our employees to ensure this does not happen again,” he added. . .

One Facebook user, Justin Vames, said in his post that 600 people attended the post-deployment ceremony at the Colorado hotel, adding that hotel employees would not leave food out for guests and treated them “like crap.”

Vames’ Facebook post about the incident went viral, being shared more than 28,000 times as of Sunday afternoon. (Read more from “Hotel Fires Employees Who Posted Sign Refusing Military Members” HERE)

Bernie Hit With Huge FEC Complaint

A complaint filed against Bernie Sanders’ 2020 campaign for president maintains that Sanders broke federal election laws by hiring illegal aliens for his campaign staff.

The complaint filed with the Federal Election Commission (FEC) by the Coolidge Reagan Foundation cites the Sanders campaign for hiring three illegal aliens to fill advisory positions in the campaign. The complaint claims this is a violation of laws that mean to prevent foreign influence in our elections, Fox News reported.

The Sanders campaign recently announced it had taken on Maria Belén Sisa as its deputy national press secretary. Sisa previously served on Sanders’ Latino outreach team for his 2016 campaign. . .

“Senator Sanders and Bernie 2020 is permitting a foreign national, Ms. Sisa, to serve in an advisory position which allows her to directly or indirectly participate in the decision-making process of persons with regard to election-related activities in violation of FEC regulations,” the filing says. . .

“Due to the high profile of Cesar Vargas, Erika Andiola, and Maria Belén Sisa as leading activists in the undocumented community, there is reason to believe that respondents are ‘foreign nationals’ within the meaning of 52 U.S.C. § 301219b)(2), and in violation of 11 C.F.R. § 110.20 (i) and A.O. 2004-26, directly or indirectly participated in the decision-making process of persons with regard to the election-related activities of Bernie 2016,” the complaint adds. Robert Kraft Breaks Silence After Prostitution Bust With Lengthy Statement

New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft released a lengthy, apologetic statement to the media on Saturday, breaking his silence for the first time since news broke last month that he allegedly paid for sex acts. . .

“I know I have hurt and disappointed my family, my close friends, my co-workers, our fans and many others who rightfully hold me to a higher standard,” Kraft said in the statement, according to Fox News. . .

“Throughout my life, I have always tried to do the right thing,” Kraft said. “The last thing I would ever want to do is disrespect another human being. I have extraordinary respect for women; my morals and my soul were shaped by the most wonderful woman, the love of my life, who I was blessed to have as my partner for 50 years.”

“As I move forward,” he added, “I hope to continue to use the platform with which I have been blessed to help others and to try to make a difference. I expect to be judged not by my words, but by my actions. And through those actions, I hope to regain your confidence and respect.”

There is apparently surveillance footage of Mr. Kraft engaging in the alleged sex solicitation. “Jupiter police reports indicate Kraft visited the Orchids of Asia Day Spa in Jupiter on Jan. 19 and 20. On the 19th, the transaction lasted approximately forty minutes and on the 20th, about 14 minutes,” WPTV reported. “In both instances, video surveillance captured a woman performing a sex act on Kraft and shows him paying in cash.”

Without the Electoral College, the United States Is No Longer a Republic

“My view is that every vote matters. And that means get rid of the Electoral College,” said Elizabeth Warren, the most tedious and hopelessly fraudulent of all Democratic candidates, in what could be an exemplary sentence of meaningless tautology. Of course every vote already matters, but that doesn’t make a good catchphrase.

Others quickly followed. “If the system weren’t broken we wouldn’t have gotten to where we are today. We’re going to look, I think, unconvincing if we’re unwilling to change whatever features of the system,” was the so-called argument of Pete Buttigieg.

The simple explanation for this is that Democrats lost the election but won the popular vote last time around, and therefore want to eliminate the obstruction to what they presume is their rightful power. But that is exactly what it is—a simple explanation. This is not a single, specific issue taken up only after Queen Clinton didn’t get the throne. The trend lines are far deeper. . .

The fortunate reality is that the American founders were extremely far-sighted. As someone living in the United Kingdom, it pains me that the Federalist Papers are not compulsorily taught in U.S. high schools anymore, but such as it is, the founders understood that prudence is the key in the survival of any republic. Having read the history of the rise and fall of the Roman Republic, and being well versed on the ongoing chaos of Europe, they understood that any project that guarantees liberal instincts need to be saved from its universalist extreme tendencies that eventually cause destruction.

“The accumulation of all powers, legislative, executive, and judiciary, in the same hands, whether of one, a few, or many, and whether hereditary, self-appointed, or elective, may justly be pronounced the very definition of tyranny,” wrote Alexander Hamilton. To stave that off, the only way is to give states power over their decisions, and not go down the path of majoritarian populism. Justice Is Coming for Man Caught on Camera Viciously Beating Grandma on Subway

By The Blaze. New York City Police have arrested a man they say is responsible for viciously beating a homeless woman on the NYC subway.

The seemingly unprovoked attack was caught on camera, and sparked outrage nationwide because witnesses were seen filming the attack rather than intervening and trying to help the 78-year-old victim.

Police charged Gomez with felony assault. He was ordered held in jail in lieu of $30,000 bail, the New York Post reported.

Man Charged in Subway Attack on 78-Year-Old Woman That Was Caught on Video, Police Say

By The New York Times. The attack, which took place around 3 a.m. on March 10, surfaced this week when a video of the assault was posted to the internet. The recording of the attack had received more than 10 million views as of Saturday afternoon.

The video showed a tall man wearing jeans, glasses, a leather jacket and a knit cap forcefully kicking the woman at least six times as she sat on a northbound No. 2 train that was pulling into the Nereid Avenue station. Bystanders recorded the encounter and shouted but did not intervene.

As the man made his way off the train, he turned to the passengers recording and said, “WorldStar that” — a reference to a popular website that often showcases clips of violent altercations. 2020 Poll Does Not Have Good News for Trump

The survey, published Sunday, found that Trump would lose to both former Vice President Joe Biden — who has yet to formally announce a presidential campaign, although he is expected to enter the race — and Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.), who narrowly lost the Democratic presidential nomination in 2016.

The poll found that Trump trails Biden by seven percentage points among registered voters, 47 percent to 40 percent. Similarly, Trump tails Sanders by three percentage points, 44 percent to 41 percent.

Additionally, the poll found Trump would only narrowly beat the leading female Democratic candidates, Sens. Kamala Harris (Calif.) and Elizabeth Warren (Mass.), defeating them each by just two percentage points. Unfortunately for Trump, those numbers are within the poll’s margin of error.

Dog Dies After Attacking Gunman, Protecting His Family During Shooting

The labrador, named Zero, jumped to action when a gunman opened fire during a birthday party at the home of Laura Martinez last Sunday night. Martinez and her two children were shot as Zero attacked the shooter. The dog was hit by a bullet during the altercation and later died. . .

The suspected shooter has now been identified as Javian Castenada, a friend of the family who they believe was involved in a robbery of their home. Police believe he is in hiding and is considered armed and dangerous.

The Martinez family said after the burglary, they confronted Castaneda’s parents with their suspicions that he was responsible. A few days later, Canstaneda allegedly arrived at the party and began arguing with the Martinez family, which escalated into gunfire.

“I’m staring at the whole scene around and it almost feels like a dream,” Martinez’s daughter Valori Pace said. “I went to go turn to run and I just feel instant pressure in my lower back. Put my hand back there and I realize there was blood all over my hands,” she said. (Read more from “Dog Dies After Attacking Gunman, Protecting His Family During Shooting” HERE)

Trump Turns Table on Mueller, Calls for Investigation

By Fox News. President Trump and his legal team declared total victory Sunday following the release of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s key findings — including no evidence of collusion with Russia during the 2016 campaign — but sought to turn the tables by renewing calls to investigate the investigators.

Trump himself slammed the probe as an “illegal takedown,” as he called Mueller’s report a “complete exoneration” and said it was a “shame” his presidency had to deal with the investigation for two years. . .

In case it wasn’t clear what he meant, Trump’s personal attorney Rudy Giuliani told Fox News an investigation should be launched into how the investigation began. . .

Giuliani added: “There has to be a full and complete investigation, with at least as much enthusiasm as this one, to figure out where did this charge emanate, who started it, who paid for it.”

The former New York mayor specifically called out one of Trump’s most vocal critics, Rep. Adam Schiff, asking the California lawmaker where the evidence of collusion is that Schiff has said he has. (Read more from “Trump Turns Table on Mueller, Calls for Investigation” HERE)

Schiff Says There Is Still ‘Significant Evidence of Collusion’, Plans to Subpoena to See Mueller Report

By Fox News. Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, said Sunday that he believes there is still “significant evidence of collusion” linking the Russian government with President Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign, despite reports out of the Justice Department that Special Counsel Robert Mueller will not be recommending any further indictments in his investigation.

“There’s a difference between compelling evidence of collusion and whether the special counsel concludes that he can prove beyond a reasonable doubt the criminal charge of conspiracy,” Schiff said during an interview on ABC’s “This Week.” “I leave that decision to Bob Mueller, and I have full confidence in him.”

“I trust in his prosecutorial judgment,” Schiff added. “But that doesn’t mean, of course, that there isn’t compelling and incriminating evidence that should be shared with the American people.”

Schiff is one of numerous Democrats pressing for full disclosure of Mueller’s report on the Russia investigation and vowing to use subpoena powers and other legal means if necessary to get it. Caught on Camera: CNN Forced to Make Huge Admission About Mueller Investigation

By Townhall. Now that Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s report has landed on Attorney General William Barr’s desk, and it has been revealed that no collusion took place between Russia and the Trump campaign, CNN panelists are forced to say the news “vindicates” the president.

“So if, if as Jeffrey [Toobin] is saying, they [Trump administration] get great news, the great news is, first of all, there’s no more indictments,” CNN political analyst Gloria Borger said on Friday. “But if suddenly the president has to say those angry Democrats who were working with Bob Mueller were actually just part of a Justice Department doing its job after he has criticized the Justice Department, then he’s now vindicated.”

CNN legal analyst Jeffrey Toobin agreed with Borger.

“Let’s be specific. This is really good news for a lot of people around Donald Trump. Donald Trump Jr. Jared Kushner. Jerome Corsi. The writer who had a draft indictment presented to him by Mueller’s office and they decided not to go forward with this,” Toobin explained. “Let’s be fair here. There has been a lot of suspicion around certain people. And a lot of negative things have been said and imputation of criminal activity. Mueller has said, ‘I am not proceeding.’ There is no better news to receive than you are not being indicted by the United States government.”

Mueller’s Investigation is Finally Complete

By Politico. In a one-page letter sent to congressional leaders, Barr said he may be able to advise lawmakers of Mueller’s “principal conclusions” as soon as this weekend, which DOJ expects to release to the public. Barr also noted that he would determine “what other information from the report can be released to Congress and the public consistent with the law.”

One thing is for sure, though. Mueller was never told, “no.” Barr is required to tell Congress if DOJ leaders ever refused a Mueller request on a major step. The attorney general headed off such speculation Friday, telling Congress “there were not such instances during the Special Counsel’s investigation.”

And a senior Justice Department official put to rest rampant speculation about any forthcoming indictments from Mueller: “The special counsel is not recommending any further indictments.”

Essentially, DOJ’s message was: Mueller is done, and he was allowed to follow every lead. (Read more from “Mueller’s Investigation is Finally Complete” HERE)
