You’ll Never Believe Why a Toddler Was Kicked Out of Nursery School

A couple of weeks ago, I wrote about how new parents in New Jersey were forced to fill out a form about whether or not their hours-old infant was gay, straight, transgender, genderqueer, etc. I didn’t think I would find a story to top that, but this one out of the United Kingdom comes close.

What are some reasons kids typically get kicked out of preschool or daycare? I worked at one while I was in high school and college, and the two main reasons I remember were either behavior problems or health risks. There was this little boy who loved to bite anyone he could put his little mouth on, and while he didn’t get kicked out per se, his parents did get a lot of warnings. There was another incident in which we had a little boy who ran a high fever and cried constantly, and his mother got to a point where she didn’t really want to do anything about it because we were disrupting her job. Don’t get me started on that lady…

However, I don’t remember “transphobia” being a reason, though this was back in the early 2000s when we were all still a little sane. But that’s the case for a nursery school student in the U.K. — we’re talking a kid between the ages of three and four.

The U.K.’s Department for Education (DfE) keeps data on why students are removed from government schools, and it looks like homophobia and transphobia were added to the list of potential reasons during the 2020-21 academic year. That data reveals that during the 2022-2023 school year, one child in that age range was removed for “abuse against sexual orientation and gender identity.”

Does a three-year-old even know what sexual orientation is? And isn’t that the beauty of the innocence of being three years old? You’re more likely to hate someone because they won’t let you have a cookie than you are because they feel the need to tell you their pronouns. Deporting Anti-American Foreigners Isn’t About Speech Rights. They Don’t Have The ‘Right’ To Be Here At All

The Trump administration is cracking down on radical, anti-American foreigners by revoking their visas. The left claims such efforts are a violation of free speech rights. But no foreigner has the “right” to be in America, let alone come here and espouse radical anti-American and anti-West values.

Turkish national Rumeysa Ozturk was detained by immigration officers near Tufts Campus on Tuesday and later had her student visa revoked. Tricia McLaughlin, Department of Homeland Security spokeswoman said federal investigations found Ozturk “engaged in activities in support of Hamas.” Hamas is a designated foreign terrorist organization.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio said Thursday that visas are meant for students to “study and get a degree, not to become a social activist that tears up our university campuses. And if we’ve given you a visa and then you decide to do that, we’re going to take it away.”

Similarly, Syrian-born Palestinian activist and Columbia University graduate student Mahmoud Khalil was detained after the DHS said he “led activities aligned to Hamas, a designated terrorist organization.” As reported by the New York Post earlier this month, “Khalil and Columbia United Apartheid Divest … were among those taking part in the campus takeover [of Columbia University] at the start of the school year.” The coalition, led by Khalil, sought the “total eradication of Western civilization,” according to the outlet.

The Trump administration also detained Badar Khan Suri, whose wife is reportedly the daughter of a senior adviser to Hamas leadership. Suri’s wife has posted Hamas propaganda, including a post declaring “America is the plague,” according to the National Review. Researchers Axed Data Point Undermining ‘Narrative’ That White Doctors Are Biased Against Black Babies

A researcher who argued that infant mortality is higher for black newborns with white doctors because of racial bias omitted a variable from the paper that “undermines the narrative,” according to the researcher’s internal notes.

The study forms a keystone of the racial concordance field, which hypothesizes patients are better served by medical providers of the same race, and has served as a rationale for affirmative action. It faces new questions just as universities move to defund their Diversity, Equity and Inclusion programs or face legal action.

The August 2020 study in the prestigious Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences (PNAS) concluded that the gap in mortality rates between black newborns and white newborns declines by 58% if the black newborns are under the care of black physicians. A possible driver of the phenomenon could include a “spontaneous bias” by white physicians toward the babies, the researchers wrote.

The paper’s most high-profile booster was Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson, who cited it as evidence for the benefits of affirmative action in her dissent in the 2023 Supreme Court ruling Students for Fair Admissions v. Harvard, which found that universities that considered the race of college applicants had violated the equal protection clause of the Fourteenth Amendment.

“For high-risk Black newborns, having a Black physician is tantamount to a miracle drug: it more than doubles the likelihood that the baby will live,” reads an amicus brief filed by the Association of American Medical Colleges. “Yet due to the enduring and significant underrepresentation of minorities in the health professions, many minority patients will not receive care from a racially diverse team or from providers who were trained in a diverse environment.”

Trump, DOGE, American People Win Big, Activist Judges Take the ‘L’

Another major win just dropped—and this one’s a direct hit against activist judges trying to play lawmaker from the bench and a huge victory for DOGE.

The Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals has issued a stay on a lower court’s activist ruling that tried to block Elon Musk and others from exposing corruption inside USAID. So, what does this mean? Well, it’s was a very big “not so fast” to judicial overreach—and a solid victory for President Trump’s DOGE plan and mostly the American people who deserve a country free from fraud and bloat. . .

This latest decision is more than just a legal technicality—it’s a total slapdown of the radical activist bench that’s been running wild, inserting progressive politics where law and order should rule. The Fourth Circuit didn’t dance around the issue. They got straight to the heart of the problem: these lower court judges are assuming powers they don’t have and stepping way outside the limits of Article III.

Jeffrey Epstein, Prince Andrew Accuser, Virginia Giuffre, Claims She Has ‘Four Days To Live’ After Horrific Car Crash

Virginia Giuffre, who accused Jeffrey Epstein of sex trafficking her to Prince Andrew, claims she has four days to live after sustaining severe injuries in a car accident.

Giuffre shared an image from a hospital bed Sunday showing severe bruising on her face.

“This year has been the worst start to a new year,” she wrote on Instagram. “I won’t bore anyone with the details but I think it important to note that when a school bus driver comes at you driving 110km as we were slowing for a turn that no matter what your car is made of it might as well be a tin can.”

Giuffre, a 41-year-old mother of three, said her situation is dire. “I’ve gone into kidney renal failure, they’ve given me four days to live, transferring me to a specialist hospital in urology,” she claimed.

Giuffre indicated that she had made peace with the severity of her apparent medical situation and begged to see her children. (Read more from “Jeffrey Epstein, Prince Andrew Accuser, Virginia Giuffre, Claims She Has ‘Four Days To Live’ After Horrific Car Crash” HERE)

Elon Musk Previews DOGE Looking Into Wealth of Lawmakers: ‘How Do They Become Rich?’

Tesla CEO and Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) head Elon Musk said the organization will look into the reasons so many members of Congress suddenly become rich, accumulating generational wealth over their years in government service.

Musk took questions during a town hall in Wisconsin on Sunday, and one individual asked if DOGE had uncovered any connection of funds to the likes of Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) or Sen. Adam Schiff (D-CA) via the highly scrutinized U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), which the State Department is trying to eliminate.

Musk explained that the government will often send money overseas, which flows to these non-governmental organizations, and he believes the funds end up coming back to the U.S., directly into the pockets of some of these lawmakers.

Describing it as a “circuitous route,” Musk explained, “It doesn’t go directly, but let’s just say that there’s a lot of strangely wealthy members of Congress where I’m trying to connect the dots of, ‘How do they become rich?’”

Members of Congress — outside of leadership positions — make $174,000 per year. This raises eyebrows when some are worth millions. Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), who has been in Congress since 1987, has a net worth of “at least $50.9 million, while Quiver Quantitative places her at $285.05 million,” according to Business Insider. Sen. Rick Scott (R-FL), who cofounded both HCA Healthcare and Solantic, is considered one of the richest in Congress, with a net worth of $549.91 million. White House Will Decide Which Reporters Get Briefing Room Seats: Report

In a major break from established tradition, the White House will now decide which reporters get the coveted seats in the briefing room, not the White House Correspondents’ Association, Axios reported Sunday.

A senior White House official told Axios that the communications staff have formalized a plan for “fundamental restructuring of the briefing room, based on metrics more reflective of how media is consumed today.” The White House’s new layout will include reporters from digital outlets, print outlets, TV, and more. The digital group includes “new media” outlets, according to Axios, like The Daily Wire, Axios itself, Semafor, and influencers.

“The goal isn’t merely favorable coverage,” the White House official told Axios. “It’s truly an honest look at consumption [of the outlets’ coverage]. Influencers are important but it’s tough because they aren’t [equipped to provide] consistent coverage. So the ability to cover the White House is part of the metrics.”

The legacy outlets who have enjoyed, until now, prominent visibility and easy access to the White House press secretary, should expect less prominence, Axios reported.

“We want to balance disruption with responsibility,” the official told the publication. (Read more from “White House Will Decide Which Reporters Get Briefing Room Seats: Report” HERE)

ICE Arrests Another International Student As State Department Revokes 300 Foreign Student Visas

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arrested a University of Minnesota (UMN) graduate student Thursday as the Department of State moved to revoke about 300 foreign student visas.

UMN authorities announced the ICE arrest occurred at an off-campus residence, calling the situation “deeply disturbing.” The Minnesota Daily vaguely identified the graduate student as an international student in the university’s Carlson School of Management.

“The University had no prior knowledge of this incident and did not share any information with federal authorities before it occurred,” university leadership said. They also offered mental health support to any member of the university distressed by the incident.

“Carlson School staff have been in close contact, monitoring the situation and helping connect the student with resources and support,” Dean Jamie Prenkert wrote, adding that “[i]n the current climate, detentions like these deeply affect our community.”

Trump’s Letter To Brutal Regime Provokes Accusations Of Causing ‘Breach Of Promises’

Iran’s president on Sunday rejected the idea of direct negotiations with the U.S. in the Islamic regime’s first public response to the letter President Donald Trump previously sent to the country’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.

“The response by the Supreme Leader to Trump’s letter was delivered to the U.S. contact in Oman by our brother Dr. Araghchi. In that response, direct negotiations have been rejected,” President Masoud Pezeshkian said. “But, regarding indirect talks, Iran has always been involved in such talks and the Supreme Leader has emphasized that indirect talks can still continue.” (Read more from “Trump’s Letter To Brutal Regime Provokes Accusations Of Causing ‘Breach Of Promises'” HERE)

President Trump Hits Zelensky With Stern Warning as He Threatens to Back Out of Rare Mineral Deal

U.S. President Donald Trump said on Sunday Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky wants to back out of a critical minerals deal, warning the Ukrainian leader would face big problems if he did.

“He’s trying to back out of the rare earth deal and if he does that he’s got some problems, big, big problems,” Trump told reporters.

“He wants to be a member of NATO, but he’s never going to be a member of NATO. He understands that.” (Read more from “President Trump Hits Zelensky With Stern Warning as He Threatens to Back Out of Rare Mineral Deal” HERE)
