Mueller Team Just Sent up a Major Red Flag

A top lawyer in Texas says the investigation by special counsel Robert Mueller appears to be nothing more than effort to charge people with crimes unrelated to Russian meddling in the 2016 campaign. He also said recent revelations of rampant partisanship on the part of prosecutors on Mueller’s team ought to be the death blow to the probe.

Robert Henneke served an assistant attorney general and a top litigator for former Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott. He is now general counsel and president of the Center for the American Future at the Texas Public Policy Foundation.

Within recent weeks, Mueller fired Peter Strzok for highly partisan texts to his mistress. However, three other figures are also under scrutiny.

Top Mueller deputy Andrew Weissman attended Hillary Clinton’s 2016 election night party and later lavished praise on Acting Attorney General Sally Yates for refusing to enforce President Trump’s first travel ban.

Justice Department official Bruce Ohr was severely demoted for improper contact with officials at Fusion GPS, the firm paid by the Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee to dig up opposition research on Donald Trump. This week, Fox News confirmed Ohr’s wife, Nellie, worked for Fusion GPS during the campaign. (Read more from “Mueller Team Just Sent up a Major Red Flag” HERE)

Corrupt Establishment Orchestrates Yet Another Successful Attack on the People: Roy Moore Loses Senate Race, AL Supreme Court Allows Destruction of Voting Records

Editor’s Note: What the Establishment has done to Roy Moore, Joe Miller, Chris McDaniel, Sharron Angle and a few other “uncontrolled” candidates reflects that the Oligarchy is firmly in control of the American political system. We are convinced an uncompromised candidate who truly advocates for “We the People” and the Constitution cannot win a U.S. Senate seat in the face of this corrupt opposition. Regrettably, this is our future, as the enemies of the People own virtually every major media outlet and every U.S. politician of note. Vote integrity no longer exists. And our once-great nation continues to self-destruct. May God help us.

Last Minute Alabama Supreme Court Order Allows Destruction of Digital Voting Records in Moore-Jones Race

By Taylor Hatmaker. Following an eleventh-hour order instructing voting officials in Alabama to keep the digital ballots generated in Tuesday’s controversial Senate election, the state’s Supreme Court has issued a stay to block that decision.

The order to preserve the records was issued by the Montgomery County Circuit Court on Monday afternoon — less than 24 hours before voting was set to begin — and the stay that will effectively nullify that order was issued late Monday night.

“All counties employing digital ballot scanners in the Dec. 12, 2017 election are hereby ordered to set their voting machines to save all processed images in order to preserve all digital ballot images,” the Montgomery County order stated. . .

A full hearing for the case is set for December 21, but the state has a green light to continue destroying its digital voting records until that time.

Roy Moore Loses by Barely One Percent

By Chelsea Schilling. The Republican Party lost a critical seat in the U.S. Senate Tuesday as voters in the deeply conservative state of Alabama elected Democrat Doug Jones in an upset race that could jeopardize President Trump’s legislative agenda.

With 99 percent reporting, Jones had received 49.7 percent of the vote to Roy Moore’s 48.6 percent . . .

After Jones’ victory, President Trump tweeted: “Congratulations to Doug Jones on a hard fought victory. The write-in votes played a very big factor, but a win is a win. The people of Alabama are great, and the Republicans will have another shot at this seat in a very short period of time. It never ends!”

Moore, 70, a former Alabama Supreme Court chief justice, had been in a tight and contentious race for a normally safe Republican seat with Democratic opponent Jones. That’s because several women accused him of pursuing sexual relationships with them more than 40 years ago when they were teens. Two woman accused Moore of sexual assault, and one claimed he groped her 26 years ago.

As WND reported, one of the women, Beverly Young Nelson, admitted to annotating a yearbook inscription she had offered as the best evidence of her claim, and the Moore campaign said the admission undermined her credibility. Another woman, Leigh Corfman, alleged that when she was 14, Moore took her to his home where he removed her clothes and touched her inappropriately while he wore only underwear. And Tina Johnson claimed he groped her in his law office in 1991, when she was 29 and Moore was married. Moore has denied any misconduct. In recent campaign speeches, Moore has claimed he didn’t even know any of his accusers. (Read more from “Roy Moore Loses Senate Race” HERE)

NYC Bombing Suspect’s Brooklyn Mosque Has Many Extremist Links

On Tuesday, police say Akayed Ullah attempted to commit a suicide attack (reportedly on behalf of ISIS) near the Port Authority Bus Terminal in midtown Manhattan. Luckily, he had very little success, and nobody was killed. Several people were injured.

Questions continue about how Ullah was radicalized into strapping a homemade pipe bomb device to his midsection and attempting to kill as many innocents as possible. According to the criminal complaint against him, Ullah’s radicalization process began in at least 2014, when he viewed pro-ISIS materials online. In what was likely meant to be a post-successful suicide attack note, Ullah declared a victory of sorts against the United States, writing a message to President Trump on Facebook declaring that the commander-in-chief had failed to protect his nation.

But not much has surfaced about Ullah’s activities since his arrival in the United States. We do know that he worshipped at a radical mosque.

Ullah attended the Masjid Nur Al-Islam in Kensington, Brooklyn, according to the New York Times. A regular attendee, he “was close to the mosque’s Imam and was often seen with him at afternoon prayers,” the report adds.

Once funded by the government of Saudi Arabia, Masjid Nur Al-Islam appears to be a hotbed of terrorist recruitment.

A former imam at the mosque was under FBI surveillance for some time. He once testified as a character witness for Clement Rodney Hampton-El, or “Dr. Rashid,” who was later convicted in a plot to bomb landmarks throughout New York City.

Adnan Gulshair el-Shukrijumah, the imam’s son, grew up in the U.S. and went on to become a senior member of al Qaeda. After he fled the country, the Department of State put up a $5 million bounty for information about his location. El-Shukrijumah was later killed in a raid on his location near the Afghanistan-Pakistan border.

Another former attendee of the mosque, Abdul Rasheed, was convicted of plotting to blow up the Holland Tunnel and the United Nations building.

In addition to that, a New York City Policy Department counter-terrorism intelligence document lists five associates of the mosque under a “most dangerous” category, according to the book Enemies Within, which was written by two Pulitzer Prize-winning journalists.

Lately, mosque leaders have been engaging in sketchy activities, which the NYPD is surely now scrutinizing in the wake of yesterday’s attempted bombing. Just last week, the imam at the mosque shut down the facility and banned anyone from entering the building.

Worshipping at radical mosques appears to run in the family. Ullah’s brother attends the same mosque where the mastermind of the 1993 World Trade Center bombing once preached, according to the New York Post. Even as Media Whine About Trump, Their Hostile Coverage Shows No Let Up

As Monday’s throwdown in the White House press room made clear, relations between the President and the press corps are as bad as they have ever been during the Trump administration.

Most journalists seem to put the blame on the administration’s criticisms of the press, with CNN’s Chris Cilizza saying Press Secretary Sarah Sanders’ condemnations were “disheartening” and made him “angry.” A couple of weeks ago, disgraced ex-CBS anchor Dan Rather called the President’s attacks on the news media “disappointing.”

“If you look over the arc of history,” Rather lectured MSNBC’s Stephanie Ruhle in late November, “presidents who have been very hostile to the press have not wound up very good in terms of having their likeness carved into Mt. Rushmore or anything approaching that….You know that old cliche, if you’re in a hole, stop digging. In terms of his press relations, he just keeps digging.” . . .

But as the Media Research Center has been documenting all year, the media have approached the Trump presidency with unrelenting hostility. Our latest numbers show that coverage of Trump on the ABC, CBS and NBC evening newscasts in September, October and November was more than 90 percent negative (our methodology counts only explicitly evaluative statements from reporters or non-partisan sources).

178,000 Bangladeshi Immigrants and the Threats of Non-Assimilation

It’s a mercy that nobody was killed in yesterday’s terror attack in New York. How many more attacks will it take before Americans demand serious, sovereign immigration policies?

Given that Americans have no input into who comes here and joins our society, most would be surprised to learn we’ve handed out over 178,000 green cards to Bangladeshi nationals since 9/11 — from 2001 to 2015. While some of them assimilate properly into our culture like any other groups of immigrants, there is a growing problem of Sharia supremacism from this almost exclusively Muslim country. Rather than being more judicious about immigration from the Middle East in this era of fervent Islamic jihad, we have made Bangladesh one of the fastest-growing source countries of immigrants. One can only hope that today’s botched suicide bombing in New York, allegedly perpetrated by a Bangladeshi immigrant, sheds light on this growing problem.

Rather than placing the brakes on immigration after 9/11, we stepped on the gas pedal. From 2001 to 2015, roughly 1.8 million individuals from 47 majority-Muslim countries, mainly in the Middle East and North Africa, have been granted green cards, according to the DHS Yearbook on immigration statistics. The rate has even grown in recent years. The sending countries with the largest percentage increase in the number of immigrants living in the United States since 2010 are predominantly Muslim countries, including Saudi Arabia (up 122 percent), Afghanistan (up 74 percent), Syria (up 62 percent), Bangladesh (up 53 percent), Nigeria (up 40 percent), Iraq (up 39 percent), Egypt (up 32 percent), and Pakistan (up 28 percent).

Notice Bangladesh is on that list. We gave out 178,466 green cards to Bangladeshi nationals from 2001 to 2015, topped only by Iran and Pakistan among predominantly Muslim countries. In addition, we admit a growing number of foreign students on non-immigrant visas, topping 7,100 this year. When did the American people ever vote for this?

With so many wonderful people among planet Earth’s 7.6 billion inhabitants, why should we bring in even one person who doesn’t love America and cherish our values? Instead, what percentage of people we bring in from the Middle East do you think hate America? It’s hard to tell, but the polling data revealing the values from these countries is not very reassuring. In Bangladesh, 82 percent of Muslims favor making Sharia the law of the land, according to Pew Research. While one would expect that number is less among those who come to America, it is quite evident the number living here in favor of Sharia is a lot higher than 0 percent — the number it should be under an effective system of immigration and assimilation.

Before yesterday’s bombing, it had been six weeks since the last terror attack, perpetrated by a Muslim immigrant from Uzbekistan who came here through the diversity visa lottery. Yet Congress has no intention of abolishing this odious policy and is instead, of course, clamoring for more amnesty.

Bangladesh is the perfect example of what is wrong with the infuriating combination of the diversity lottery and chain migration. The diversity lottery began as a program for countries that had low rates of immigration. In the ’90s and early 2000s, Bangladesh was one of those countries. But once the first wave gained a foothold in this country, chain migration policies allowed those numbers to multiply simply due to relationships to the initial immigrants, not because of particular skills or attachment to America, much less assessment of security concerns. This is the very definition of stolen sovereignty.

Bangladesh is now off the diversity lottery as of 2012, because we have so much immigration from that country.

Bangladeshis in Brooklyn

In a prescient article from 2014 titled, “Beheadings, Bombings, and New York’s Little Bangladesh,” Daniel Greenfield warned of a long-term problem in Brooklyn, NY:

For now the Bangladeshi settlements in Brooklyn are quiet places where the tenements and shops close off the streets into small private worlds with their own justice systems, feuds and secrets.

“I feel like I’m living in my own country,” the editor of one of the Bangladeshi newspapers in New York, said. “You don’t have to learn English to live here. That’s a great thing!”

Overhead may be the same sky, but Little Bangladesh has been cut off from Brooklyn and attached to a country thousands of miles away. Immigrants step off a plane from Bangladesh at JFK airport, get into a taxi driven by a Bangladeshi playing Bengali pop tapes and step out into a small slice of Bangladesh on McDonald Avenue.

And when the infidels of Brooklyn wander into their territory, they are glared at as the foreign intruders that they are.

I have heard similar complaints from a relative of mine who lives near that neighborhood.

The suspect in today’s bombing, Akayed Ullah, appears to have lived in “little Bangladesh” on Ocean Parkway in Kensington, Brooklyn. How many more Akayed Ullahs are there in that neighborhood? And when will Congress finally wake up? The “clustering” problem that has plagued Europe is creeping in to America. Is it too much to ask that we slow down the unchecked flow of immigration while we deal with the existing assimilation problems? According to the International Organization for Migration, Bangladesh is now the single biggest sending country of refugees to Europe, even more than Syria and Afghanistan.

Non-assimilation leads to “clustering” — and more non-assimilation

Terrorism is downstream from the much broader culture problem of Sharia supremacism that we have needlessly imported. This culture of Sharia supremacism and anti-Americanism cultivated in clustered communities becomes the breeding ground for terrorism. Just this past Friday, a large gathering of Muslims assembled in New York to protest Israel. They chanted violent pro-Hamas slogans and called for an Intifada. These are people living on our shores, not in some far-off land like Gaza, most of whom were admitted relatively recently. This should scare all of us.

A sane Congress that represented Americans would immediately do the following:

Terminate the diversity visa lottery.

Pass the RAISE Act to place Americans, not immigrant families, back in charge of immigration policy.

Expand Trump’s immigration moratorium to more countries.

Tighten up statutes mandating deportation for those with green cards who subscribe to or espouse jihadist views, similar to the way we did with communists and anarchists. Under current law, “any immigrant who is or has been a member of or affiliated with the communist or other totalitarian party (or subdivision or affiliate thereof), domestic or foreign, is inadmissible.” [212(a)(3)(D)(iv).] Congress must apply this to Islamic supremacists.

Sadly, this Congress will do nothing for Americans in the budget bill. “Our representatives” only care about illegal immigrants, not fixing legal immigration to work best for Americans. Trump must double down and make specific demands in the budget bill to defund the diversity visa lottery and visas from the countries he seeks to ban.

Until then, the million-dollar question still looms: Given that we have stepped up immigration since 9/11, would there ever be an attack deadly enough to make it fashionable among the political elites to stop importing the danger? Trump Lawyer Calls for New Special Counsel — for DOJ and FBI

As the Mueller probe marches on, President Trump’s personal lawyer wants a new special counsel to investigate potential conflicts of interest at the Department of Justice and among FBI officials.

Trump lawyer Jay Sekulow is calling for a special counsel following a Fox News report that detailed how the wife of a DOJ official demoted for concealing his meetings with Fusion GPS, the firm behind the Trump “dossier,” herself worked that same firm during the 2016 election.

“The Department of Justice and FBI cannot ignore the multiple problems that have been created by these obvious conflicts of interests. These new revelations require the appointment of a Special Counsel to investigate,” Sekulow told Axios.

Sekulow confirmed his desire for a new special counsel to NBC news.

Sekulow’s demands follow a string of reports revealing how several members of special counsel Robert Mueller’s probe have questionable ties to the Democratic Party and Hillary Clinton.

President Trump has previously called the Mueller probe a “witch hunt” and has reportedly contemplated firing the special counsel. According to Axios, however, Trump plans to cooperate with Mueller and let the investigation reach its conclusion with the expectation that President Trump will be fully cleared by next year.

On the contrary, LevinTV host Mark Levin has repeatedly warned that Mueller’s investigation is not meant to prove or disprove that the Trump campaign colluded with the Russians to win the 2016 election, but rather is a partisan ploy to hand the Democrats ammunition in an impeachment process.

In November, the Washington Post reported that Attorney General Jeff Sessions was contemplating a new special counsel to investigate the Clinton Foundation and the Uranium One deal. (For more from the author of “Trump Lawyer Calls for New Special Counsel — for DOJ and FBI” please click HERE)

This State Has the Worst Drivers

California drivers are the worst in the United States, thanks to gridlocked freeways, smartphone use and an increase in drunk driving, according to an annual study by an insurance marketplace.

QuoteWizard, an online marketplace for auto insurance, said Thursday an overall increase in citations, distracted driving and DUIs helped push the Golden State to the number one spot in terms of bad drivers from second place in 2016.

“The dubious honor of having the worst drivers in the country goes to California,” the study concluded. “California’s less-than-stellar drivers are somewhat notorious — especially in gridlocked Los Angeles.”

In fact, five of the top 10 cities with the worst drivers are located in California. Those cities include Sacramento — ranked the worst nationwide — Riverside, San Diego, Los Angeles and Bakersfield.

Following California in the worst-driver rankings were Minnesota, Utah, South Carolina and Washington. The state with the best drivers was Rhode Island. (Read more from “This State Has the Worst Drivers” HERE)

FBI Agent Praised Hillary Clinton While He Was Leading Email Investigation

FBI agent Peter Strzok praised Hillary Clinton and said he would vote for her for president while also leading the investigation into her possible mishandling of classified information.

In March 2016, Strzok sent his mistress Lisa Page, an FBI lawyer, text messages saying that “Hillary should win 100,000,000 – 0.”

And asked who he would vote for in the election, Strzok told Page: “I suppose Hillary.”

The text messages are included in a trove of messages released on Tuesday night, ahead of Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein’s testimony before the House Judiciary Committee.

Strzok was removed from Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia investigation over the summer after the Justice Department’s inspector general discovered the text messages. (Read more from “FBI Agent Praised Hillary Clinton While He Was Leading Email Investigation” HERE)

US Ready to Talk Any Time North Korea Wants, Tillerson Says

Secretary of State Rex Tillerson said Tuesday that the U.S. would be willing to hold talks with North Korea even if the Communist nation does not do away with its nuclear weapons program.

Although Tillerson said the goal of U.S. policy remained denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula, he added it was “not realistic to say we’re only going to talk if you come to the table ready to give up your program. They’ve too much invested in it. The president is very realistic about that as well.”

Tillerson’s remarks at the Atlantic Council think tank in Washington came two weeks after North Korea conducted a test with a missile that could potentially carry a nuclear warhead to the U.S. Eastern Seaboard — a milestone in its decades-long drive to pose an atomic threat to its American adversary that Trump has vowed to prevent, using military force if necessary.

“We are ready to talk any time North Korea would like to talk. We are ready to have the first meeting without preconditions. Let’s just meet,” Tillerson said. “And then we can begin to lay out a road map.”

The secretary of state did say that a “period of quiet,” without new nuclear or missile tests, would have to take place before talks could begin. This year, the North has conducted more than 20 ballistic missile launches and one nuclear test explosion, its most powerful yet. Former Jailer Pleads Guilty to Making Child Pornography

A former Dallas county jailer pleaded guilty Tuesday to posing as a film director in order to entice young boys into making pornographic films, The Dallas Morning News reported.

Kevin Scott Morris, 44, used a camera as a pretext to molest young boys and create child pornography, the report said, citing court records.

The report said Morris would travel with the victims back in 2009 for film and modeling sessions, and would act like he wanted to advance their careers to build trust.

An investigation into Morris began in 2016 when authorities from Orange County, Calif. contacted the Kaufman County Sheriff’s Office in Texas about a boy’s complaint that Morris had touched him “all over” at a hotel and at Morris’ home in 2012, the Dallas Morning News reported. The boy was reportedly 13 at the time.

Morris, who worked at Dallas County jails from May 2013 to October 2016, was eventually indicted in January 2017 on enticement and child pornography charges. (Read more from “Former Jailer Pleads Guilty to Making Child Pornography” HERE)
