Trump Blasts Chip Roy Over Spending Bill Negotiations as Texas Republican Pushes Back

President-elect Donald Trump criticized Rep. Chip Roy, R-Texas, over social media amid the spending bill negotiations, as the Texas Republican has called for spending cuts.

The House of Representatives is negotiating a budget deal to prevent a government shutdown on Friday. The original plan, a continuing resolution/omnibus bill, fell through on Wednesday as Republicans raised concerns about pork-filled spending.

Trump posted on Truth Social on Thursday about Roy.

“The very unpopular ‘Congressman’ from Texas, Chip Roy, is getting in the way, as usual, of having yet another Great Republican Victory – All for the sake of some cheap publicity for himself,” Trump wrote. “Republican obstructionists have to be done away with. The Democrats are using them, and we can’t let that happen. Our Country is far better off closing up for a period of time than it is agreeing to the things that the Democrats want to force upon us. Biden is President, and it’s his obligation to properly lead.”

“We’re there to do the right thing, and we can’t agree with what Biden and the Democrats are demanding,” he added. “Weak and ineffective people like Chip have to be dismissed as being utterly unknowledgeable as to the ways of politics, and as to Making America Great Again. Put ‘America First,’ and go for the Victory, even if it means shutting the Government down for a period of time. We had an overwhelming Victory just four weeks ago, and we’re not going to let the Democrats forget it so quickly!” (Read more from “Trump Blasts Chip Roy Over Spending Bill Negotiations as Texas Republican Pushes Back” HERE)

Campaign Manager Charged With Acting as Chinese Agent in California Election

A man was charged for allegedly acting as an illegal agent for the Chinese government while working as a campaign manager for a political candidate in Southern California who was elected in 2022 to the city council.

Yaoning “Mike” Sun, 64, was also accused of conspiring with another man — John Chen — who had been plotting to target U.S.-based practitioners of Falun Gong, a spiritual practice banned in China, according to a criminal complaint unsealed Thursday. Chen was sentenced last month to 20 months in prison for acting as an unregistered agent of the People’s Republic of China (PRC) and bribing an Internal Revenue Service agent.

Sun, a Chinese national who resided in Chino Hills, California, had served as the campaign manager and “close personal confidante” for a political candidate who ran for city council in Southern California in 2022, prosecutors said. According to the complaint, Sun communicated with Chen about his efforts to get the candidate elected.

“Chen allegedly discussed with Chinese government officials how the (People’s Republic of China) could ‘influence’ local politicians in the United States, particularly on the issue of Taiwan,” prosecutors said.

After the candidate was elected to office in November 2022, prosecutors alleged that Chen instructed Sun to submit reports on the election that could be sent to Chinese government officials. Chen remained in frequent contact with Sun and told him in early 2023 that the two men were “cultivating and assisting (politician’s) success,” according to the complaint. Disgusting: New Google Christmas Ad Flaunts ”Non-Binary” Influencer

Tech giant Google has been accused of going woke after their new Christmas advert featured a genderfluid beauty influencer.

The advertisement for Google Shopping features TikTok and Instagram personality Cyrus Veyssi, 30, searching for skincare products using the Google service.

Veyssi, who uses they/he pronouns, appears to be wearing women’s clothing as he complains about having dry skin in the ad. . .

Conservative commentator and de-transitioner Oli London posted the video to his X account saying: ‘Google launches WOKE Christmas campaign featuring man wearing women’s clothing complaining about his skin.’

Others quickly joined in with his put-down of the advertisement, with one saying: ‘I’m so sick and tired of woke groups and companies pushing this disgusting degeneracy and mental illness.’ (Read more from “Disgusting: New Google Christmas Ad Flaunts ”Non-Binary” Influencer” HERE)

Report Charges That Bidens Have ‘Knives’ Out for Fellow Democrats

A new report in the Daily Mail charges that its sources are confirming that Jill Biden is pushing Joe to “burn down” as much of his political party as he can.

He leaves office in about four weeks, after dropping out of the 2024 presidential race and then watching substitute Kamala Harris crash and burn, losing both the popular vote and the Electoral College vote in landslides. . .

“Tis the season for revenge! For President Joe Biden is spending the remaining weeks of his presidency settling scores,” the report said. “…The president and First Lady Jill Biden have been quietly sharpening the metaphorical carving knives, with their sights set firmly on the one-time allies they perceive as having wronged them.”

“Jill views Democrats on Capitol Hill, the [wider] party, the Obamas, staff inside and outside the White House, the media, and all of Washington D.C., with such misguided resentment that I can’t imagine she [isn’t] encouraging [Joe] to burn the whole thing down, despite his better judgment,” an insider told the publication.

A specific target, the report said, is 50-year friend Nancy Pelosi, over her leadership of the push to get Biden out of the race. (Read more from “Report Charges That Bidens Have ‘Knives’ Out for Fellow Democrats” HERE)

IG Report Reveals FBI Could Still Be Spying on Congress and Leaking to Help Democrats

Can you imagine the danger to our republic if the Executive Branch could secretly, for months on end, and without any clear and compelling justification, surveil the very people in Congress conducting oversight of those agencies?

That chilling constitutional nightmare transpired. And we’re only getting the details about the separation-of-powers-eviscerating, civil liberties-undermining, and transparency-imperiling activity seven years after it started.

The revelations come in a recently released Justice Department Inspector General report. Like much of this corrupt activity, the story begins with Russiagate. In the spring and summer of 2017, the first year of the Trump presidency, CNN, The New York Times, and The Washington Post published articles containing classified information concerning Trump and Russia.

Among the unauthorized disclosures to emerge was that a FISA warrant had been issued to surveil Trump’s foreign policy adviser Carter Page. The dubious warrants would be renewed four times.

Page was framed as a Russian agent through authorities’ omission of critical exculpatory information and reliance on the dodgy Steele dossier that federal investigators could never corroborate. An official would later be prosecuted for doctoring information about Page used to justify FISA warrant renewal. Liars: NYT Admits Biden Was Never Qualified For Second Term After Downplaying Concerns For Years

After months downplaying concerns about President Joe Biden’s cognitive abilities, a new report in The New York Times (NYT) finally admitted what many Americans have known for years: Biden was never truly qualified to serve a second term.

A Tuesday report by The Times’ Peter Baker and Zolan Kanno-Youngs fawned over Biden’s recent trip to Africa. They noted, however, that after a grueling day that included touring a factory, Biden “put his head in his hand and briefly closed his eyes as the speeches droned on.”

It likely wasn’t the speeches’ fault for “droning” on that put Biden to sleep while world leaders looked on. It was because Biden was once again exhibiting signs of physical and cognitive decline that The Times has continually tried to downplay. But this time, The Times couldn’t ignore the facts any longer. The Times admitted it would be “hard to imagine that [Biden] seriously thought he could do the world’s most stressful job for another four years.”

The report goes on to list several examples of Biden’s declining cognitive and physical health, including his frequent mumbling and the need for other leaders to physically help hold him up.

But that wasn’t the tune sung by The Times over the past few months and years. The same paper once went to great lengths to dismiss these signs and even enlisted the help of so-called “experts” to help downplay concerns about Biden’s cognitive decline and physical impairments. Spending Deal Goes Down in Flames as House Republicans Confront Difficult Questions

House Republicans are going back to the drawing board after a deal negotiated Thursday failed decidedly just hours later.

The deal, thrown together during daylong negotiations between different ideological corners of the House Republican Conference and President-elect Donald Trump’s team, failed 174 to 236, with one voting present and 20 absences.

An astonishing 38 Republicans voted against the hastily assembled, Trump-endorsed deal, with nine not voting.

Trump and Vice President-elect JD Vance stepped in Wednesday afternoon to drive the final stake in the heart of a previous deal negotiated by House Speaker Mike Johnson and Democrats. Support for that deal was deteriorating rapidly ahead of Trump taking action to reframe the debate, insisting the deal should have included a debt limit increase to take the tricky issue off his administration’s plate next Congress.

The new deal removed over a thousand pages of pork and other provisions unrelated to keeping the government open. (Read more from “Spending Deal Goes Down in Flames as House Republicans Confront Difficult Questions” HERE)

China Mocks America as ‘Breeding Ground for Delusion’ Over NJ Drones

China’s state-run Global Times on Thursday mocked the United States as a “breeding ground for delusion” because of the furor over drone sightings in New Jersey.

The Chinese Communist propaganda organ was particularly irked by House Foreign Affairs Committee chair Michael McCaul claiming the mysterious aircraft were “Chinese spy drones.”

“Some American politicians seem to have a special preference for sensationalizing the ‘China threat.’ Much like the ‘spy balloon’ incident that unfolded in early 2023, the latest accusations against Chinese drones follow an old script, repackaged with new rhetoric aimed at smearing China,” the Global Times hooted.

The Chinese spy balloon of 2023 was, of course, a real Chinese spy balloon, as numerous studies of its behavior have confirmed. Beijing has developed a penchant for floating suspicious balloons into the air space of adversaries – either to gather information or to test how adversaries respond to the penetration of their air defense zones. . .

“From ‘spy balloons’ to ‘spy cranes’ to ‘spy drones’ … these absurd and paranoid labels reflect the distorted and narrow-minded mentality of some U.S. politicians in their attempts to contain and suppress China,” the Global Times lectured. Attorney Behind Fani Willis Disqualification Expects Trump DOJ to Launch Investigation

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis is likely to face continued consequences over her failed prosecution of President-elect Donald Trump, the attorney behind the original motion to disqualify her told the Daily Caller News Foundation.

“I would be shocked if she wasn’t investigated by the new Justice Department,” Ashleigh Merchant, who represented Trump co-defendant Mike Roman in Willis’ racketeering case, told the DCNF.

Merchant filed the motion in January, alleging Willis financially benefited from improperly appointing Nathan Wade, with whom she was romantically involved, as special prosecutor, pointing to vacations Wade financed using money earned from his position. In March, Judge Scott McAfee found the relationship created a “significant appearance of impropriety,” though he allowed Willis to remain on the case if Wade stepped aside.

The Georgia Court of Appeals on Thursday ruled that Willis must be disqualified from prosecuting her case against Trump.

“It’s kind of like Christmas came early,” Merchant told the DCNF. (Read more from “Attorney Behind Fani Willis Disqualification Expects Trump DOJ to Launch Investigation” HERE)

Governor Declares State of Emergency After 1st ‘Severe’ Human Bird Flu Hits U.S.

In a move reminiscent of his overreaching COVID-19 policies, California Governor Gavin Newsom has declared a state of emergency in response to the recent bird flu outbreak.

This decision follows the confirmation of the first severe human case in the United States—a patient in Louisiana hospitalized with critical respiratory illness.

“The patient is experiencing severe respiratory illness related to H5N1 infection and is currently hospitalized in critical condition,” said Emma Herrock, a spokeswoman for the Louisiana Department of Health.

“While an investigation into the source of this infection in Louisiana is ongoing, it is believed that the patient that was reported by Louisiana had exposure to sick or dead birds on their property,” said Dr. Demetre Daskalakis, director of the National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases.

Since April 2024, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) have reported 61 human cases nationwide, primarily presenting mild symptoms. (Read more from “Governor Declares State of Emergency After 1st ‘Severe’ Human Bird Flu Hits U.S.” HERE)
