The Islamic State is vowing to wage jihad against the United States and President Obama does not know what to do.

Announcing to the nation and ISIS that he does not have a strategy. Maybe if he spent more time huddled in the situation room instead of the golf course he’d have a clue.


The news comes as USA Today releases a new poll. Fifty Four percent of Americans say President Obama’s foreign policy is not tough enough and wearing tan colored suits is not helping.

Obama Sends Hagel to ISIS Supporter Turkey to Build “Coalition of the Willing”

Bush had close to 50 countries in his “Coalition of the Willing.”

Obama has so alienated and abandoned our allies, he has no one.

He is sending Hagel to Turkey to build a coalition to fight the Islamic State.

Note to Obama: Turkey is supporting the Islamic State.

But he knows this, too. Obama says he has no strategy to defeat ISIS. He doesn’t because he has provided tacit support for the Islamic State — especially in Syria.

Federal Judge Blocks Louisiana's New Abortion Law

A federal judge temporarily blocked the implementation of Louisiana’s new abortion law since it could’ve led to the closure of Louisiana’s five abortion clinics. The law required doctors to have admitting privileges for hospitals within 30 miles of an abortion clinic (via Associated Press/Huffington Post):

A federal judge has temporarily blocked enforcement of Louisiana’s restrictive new abortion law.

District Judge John deGravelles says the law can still take effect Monday but officials cannot penalize doctors or clinics for breaking it while a challenge is heard.


The law would require doctors who perform abortions to have admitting privileges to a hospital within 30 miles of their clinics. A Center for Reproductive Rights lawsuit claims doctors haven’t had enough time to obtain privileges and the law likely would force Louisiana’s five abortion clinics to close.

After informing our ISIS enemies that he has no idea what he’s going to do about them – if anything – he turned his attention to Russia. It’s should be obvious to every clear-thinking man, woman, and child that, if over a thousand troops, tanks, and paratroopers drop into a foreign nation, it’s being invaded. Unfortunately, it seems that it’s not obvious to Barack Obama. …Because the word “invasion” has magically disappeared from his vocabulary.

According to the President, the Russian invasion of Ukraine is not an invasion. It’s either “an aggression,” an “internvention,” or some kind of “ongoing incursion.”


So why can’t Barack Obama bring himself to utter the “I-word?” Most media outlets are looking for a geo-political reason, but you don’t need to work that hard. If there’s one thing we know about Barack Obama, it’s that – for him – everything is about Barack Obama. The nation, the world, and the very fabric of the known universe revolve around his visage.

So I have a theory about why he’s so reticent to call this an invasion: Sarah Palin.

Back in 2008, Sarah Palin warned the world that, if the United States elected a weak-minded equivocator like Senator Barack Obama as its next President, it would embolden Vladimir Putin and spark an invasion of Ukraine.

Obama Pushes For UN 'Climate' Rules Without Congress

The Obama administration is working to forge a sweeping international climate change agreement to compel nations to cut their planet-warming fossil fuel emissions, but without ratification from Congress.

In preparation for this agreement, to be signed at a United Nations summit meeting in 2015 in Paris, the negotiators are meeting with diplomats from other countries to broker a deal to commit some of the world’s largest economies to enact laws to reduce their carbon pollution. But under the Constitution, a president may enter into a legally binding treaty only if it is approved by a two-thirds majority of the Senate.


To sidestep that requirement, President Obama’s climate negotiators are devising what they call a “politically binding” deal that would “name and shame” countries into cutting their emissions. The deal is likely to face strong objections from Republicans on Capitol Hill and from poor countries around the world, but negotiators say it may be the only realistic path.

“If you want a deal that includes all the major emitters, including the U.S., you cannot realistically pursue a legally binding treaty at this time,” said Paul Bledsoe, a top climate change official in the Clinton administration who works closely with the Obama White House on international climate change policy.

Report: Obama Delayed James Foley Rescue a Month, Fretting over His Image and Golfing

According to a new Sunday Times report by Toby Harden, “Pentagon sources said Foley and the others might well have been rescued but Obama, concerned about the ramifications of US troops being killed or captured in Syria, took too long to authorise the mission.”

It’s claimed that Obama was concerned about his administration being Carterized had the mission failed.

Obama’s golf outing after Foley beheading was a huge mistake

Sometimes a round of golf is just a round of golf. And sometimes it reveals the ­essence of a man.

President Obama’s decision to hit the links and yuk it up with pals immediately after speaking about the beheading of James ­Foley was no ordinary mistake. Nor was it a simple gaffe.

The decision continues to cause an uproar because, like an X-ray, there is no escaping the image. It shows there is no there there.

With even his media praetorian guard appalled, the golf outing is sparking a wider understanding that Obama is hollow, empty of the routine qualities Americans expect from their president.

Simple decency and respect for Foley’s horrified parents should have been enough to sober him. If that didn’t do it, the realization that the Islamic State had declared war on America in the most gruesome fashion imaginable should have sounded a call of duty in his head.

London hip-hop artist Abdel-Majed Abdel Bary key suspect in hunt for killer of American journalist James Foley

THE beheading of American journalist, James Foley, at the hands of ISIS militants shocked the world but forensic experts have revealed the video was probably staged, with the murder happening off camera.

The UK Times reported that an international forensic science company, which has worked for police forces across Britain, said there is no question Foley was beheaded but that camera trickery and post-production techniques look to have been used.

“I think it has been staged,” said one expert in visual forensics, after he was commissioned by The UK Times to examine the footage.

“My feeling is that the execution may have happened after the camera was stopped.”

Aymenn al-Tamimi, a fellow at the Middle East Forum think-tank, said over the years ISIS militants have improved the production quality of their videos.

Family releases final letter sent from beheaded journalist James Foley

The parents of James Foley, the journalist whose brutal beheading by Islamic State militants shocked the world last week, have released a letter they say was written by their son in captivity.

The letter was posted late Sunday on the “Free James Foley” Facebook page hours after the conclusion of a memorial Mass in Foley’s hometown of Rochester, N.H. A note appended to the posted letter says that Foley’s missives were confiscated by his captors with Islamic State, the militant group formerly known as ISIS. The note explains that Foley asked another hostage to memorize one of Foley’s letters and relate it to his family after he was released. Foley’s parents say that the hostage called Foley’s mother, Diane, shortly after his release and dictated her son’s letter.

Foley was abducted in northern Syria in November 2012, while covering that country’s civil war. On Tuesday, ISIS released a video showing Foley’s beheading by a militant with a British accent. Intelligence officials in the U.S. and U.K. have scrambled to identify the militant seen in the video.

The letter begins with Foley reminiscing about past times with his family. “I remember so many great family times that take me away from this prison,” he writes. “Dreams of family and friends take me away and happiness fills my heart.

Two Senators Willing to Defy the Party Line

Who are the two most disagreeable United States senators?

Not disagreeable in personality, but willing to buck their own party. That would be Susan Collins of Maine and Lisa Murkowski of Alaska, both Republicans.

The pair are the most reliable Democratic supporters on roll-call votes in the current Congress. In large part because of an increase in votes on presidential nominations after Harry Reid, the Senate majority leader, limited the use of the filibuster last year, both senators are headed toward record levels of disagreement with their party.


Ms. Collins has sided with Democrats on cloture votes that allow a nomination to proceed for a vote on confirmation 82 times in this Congress.

Bucking a majority of their party on roll-call votes has become much less common among senators over the past quarter century. As recently as 2008, as many as 10 senators disagreed with a majority of their party colleagues on at least one in five votes. Now there are only these two who do. In the current political climate, where a primary challenge is a real threat (even if few succeed), increased voting against the party seems like potentially risky behavior.

WATCH: Illegals Have Taken their Invasion of our Border to a Whole New Level

Miranda Fuller, on vacation in San Diego, witnessed a disturbing and dangerous occurrence Monday while on at Mission Beach. Twenty men, all dressed in black, stormed the beach in San Diego. These men were illegal aliens who landed on the beach in a panga boat.

It happened at approximately 7 am on Monday morning. After the men stormed the beach, they ran across the beach, climbed a wall, and headed into the city. Fortunately, much of their movement was caught by a homeowner’s surveillance camera.


Brian Wu, a Mission Beach resident, told NBC7 that the men appeared to have someone waiting for them. His cameras tracked them running into an alley where they changed clothes before attempting to walk into the city and blend in. Seven of the illegal alien invaders were spotted via helicopter and apprehended. Officials are still searching for the others.

On Tuesday at 1 am, a second attempt was made by a group of illegals enter the country via panga boat on Tuesday, but U.S. Customs and Borders agents were waiting for them. There were another 20 people on that boat, 13 men and seven women. Two were from Guatemala, one from El Salvador, and the rest were Mexican Nationals.

Judicial Watch reports an imminent terrorist attack warning on border

Judicial Watch reiterated its warning this evening in an email sent out to subscribers (the subscription is free). Earlier today, DHS Secretary Jeh Johnson denied that there was any imminent threat warning. In a phone conversation with the UK Mail, a DHS spokesman also denied there was any credible evidence of ISIS in Mexico. The White House also denied the reports. But in an interview with the Mail today, Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton called the administration’s assertions “so dishonest,” saying that his sources were “golden.”

Judicial Watch, perhaps the most effective government watchdog, today reported federal law enforcement sources saying an attack along our southern border may be imminent. These sources claim that ISIS and al Qaeda personnel are present in Ciudad Juarez, a city on the Mexican border directly opposite El Paso, Texas. A warning bulletin has been issued to to DHS, FBI, Defense agencies and others warning that these groups intend to carry out these attacks using vehicle borne improvised explosive devices (VBIED).

The bulletin was apparently posted on Thursday by the Texas Department of Public Safety, according to Fox News. Fox reports that thousands of tweets and Facebook posts were circulated from monitored terrorist sites repeating a call for ISIS cross-border attacks. Some even cited James O’Keefe’s recent successful effort to cross the border dressed as Osama bin Laden to show how easy it was, Fox says.

Judicial Watch: Feds’ Bulletin Describes Threat of Imminent Terrorist Attack on Southern Border

For those of us who’ve been raising alarms about both the jihadist threat and the national-security vulnerability created by the Obama administration’s non-enforcement of the immigration laws, this is not a surprise — particularly less than two weeks before September 11. But it is nonetheless jarring to read. Judicial Watch has just put out this statement:

Islamic terrorist groups are operating in the Mexican border city of Ciudad Juarez and planning to attack the United States with car bombs or other vehicle born improvised explosive devices (VBIED). High-level federal law enforcement, intelligence and other sources have confirmed to Judicial Watch that a warning bulletin for an imminent terrorist attack on the border has been issued. Agents across a number of Homeland Security, Justice and Defense agencies have all been placed on alert and instructed to aggressively work all possible leads and sources concerning this imminent terrorist threat.

Specifically, Judicial Watch sources reveal that the militant group Islamic State of Iraq and Greater Syria (ISIS) is confirmed to now be operating in Juarez, a famously crime-infested narcotics hotbed situated across from El Paso, Texas. Violent crimes are so rampant in Juarez that the U.S. State Department has issued a number of travel warnings for anyone planning to go there. The last one was issued just a few days ago.

U.S. Hikes Fee To Renounce Citizenship By 422%

Over the last two years, the U.S. has had a spike in expatriations. It isn’t exactly Ellis Island in reverse, but it’s more than a dribble. With global tax reporting and FATCA, the list of the individuals who renounced is up. For 2013, there was a 221% increase, with record numbers of Americans renouncing. The Treasury Department is required to publish a quarterly list, but these numbers are under-stated, some say considerably.

The presence or absence of tax motivation is no longer relevant, but that could change. After Facebook co-founder Eduardo Saverin departed for Singapore, Senators Chuck Schumer and Bob Casey introduced a bill to double the exit tax to 30% for anyone leaving the U.S. for tax reasons. That hasn’t happened, but taxes are still a big issue for many.


To leave America, you generally must prove 5 years of U.S. tax compliance. If you have a net worth greater than $2 million or average annual net income tax for the 5 previous years of $157,000 or more for 2014 (that’s tax, not income), you pay an exit tax. It is a capital gain tax as if you sold your property when you left. At least there’s an exemption of $680,000 for 2014. Long-term residents giving up a Green Card can be required to pay the tax too…

Blueprint for Water ‘Control’? Pol Says EPA Made Secret Maps for New Regulatory Push

A top House Republican is charging that the Environmental Protection Agency secretly drafted highly detailed maps of U.S. waterways to set the stage for a controversial plan to expand regulatory power over streams and wetlands, a claim the EPA strongly denies.

Rep. Lamar Smith, R-Texas, chairman of the House Science, Space, and Technology Committee, released those maps on Wednesday, while firing off a letter to EPA Administrator Gina McCarthy voicing concerns over why they were created in the first place.


“These maps show the EPA’s plan: to control a huge amount of private property across the country. Given the astonishing picture they paint, I understand the EPA’s desire to minimize the importance of these maps,” he wrote, in the letter obtained by FoxNews.com.

But an EPA spokeswoman said the maps, from the U.S. Geological Survey and Fish and Wildlife Service, do not depict which waters are subject to EPA control.

“Let us be very clear — these maps have nothing to do with EPA’s proposed rule or any other regulatory purpose,” Liz Purchia said, noting they were initially created years ago and subsequently updated.

'Get Ready' for Obama's Upcoming Executive Amnesty

With President Obama expected to announce executive action on immigration reform soon, Illinois Democratic Rep. Luis Gutiérrez says he is telling people to “get ready.”

“It’s music to my ears that someone would have a source at the White House that say it’s 5 million. Let me just say, tomorrow, the next day, and all of this week we’re getting ready,” he said.

Gutiérrez appeared on MSNBC’s Jose Diaz-Balart after MSNBC senior White House correspondent Chris Jansing said that senior White House officials expect Obama to grant executive amnesty to around 5 million illegal immigrants after his European trip to Estonia and Wales next week.


Reports have indicated that the executive action President Obama is planning to make by the end of summer could legalize some 5 million undocumented immigrants.

Protestors rally on border security

Holding signs calling for the impeachment of President Barack Obama and waving Confederate and American flags, about 40 protesters rallied in front of the federal courthouse in Greenville on Saturday to draw attention to their concerns about border security.

“This is about a literal invasion of the United States,” said William G. Carter, state chairman of the South Carolina Conservative Action Council and organizer of the rally. “The face of the United States will never be the same if Barack Obama has his way.”

He said he believes the immigration reform proposed by the president — which has stalled in the Republican-controlled Congress — would result in adding millions of illegal immigrants to the rolls of Democratic voters, in effect turning America into a one-party country.

The bill, passed by the Senate, would give 11 million who came here illegally an opportunity to earn citizenship.

Not everyone at the rally agreed with the organizers.
