Women’s NCAA Volleyball Team Forfeits Upcoming Match Amid Transgender Player Controversy

The Boise State women’s volleyball team forfeited its game against San Jose State University Saturday amid controversy surrounding a transgender member of the Spartans’ roster.

It’s the second team this month to opt out of playing against SJSU. . .

Blaire Fleming, a redshirt junior at San Jose State University, plays as an outside and right-side hitter on the women’s volleyball team.

Fleming, a transgender athlete, has played two seasons at SJSU after previously playing at Coastal Carolina.

Earlier this week, Fleming’s teammate, Brooke Slusser, joined former NCAA swimmer Riley Gaines and several other female athletes in suing the NCAA over its policies regarding transgender athletes that they claim compromise the fairness and integrity of women’s competitive sports while also putting women at risk. U.S. Intel Warns of ‘Lethal’ Response From Moscow if Ukraine Strikes Deeper Into Russia

U.S. intelligence officials believe Russia could retaliate with lethal force if the Biden administration allows Ukraine to use Western weapons to strike deep within Russian territory, The New York Times reported Thursday, citing anonymous sources familiar with the matter.

The warning comes as President Vladimir Putin this week announced plans to revise Russia’s nuclear weapons doctrine, with the Kremlin framing it as a clear message to the West. Under the proposed changes, Moscow would consider any attack by a non-nuclear country supported by a nuclear power as a joint attack by both.

According to the NYT report, Russia could escalate covert arson and sabotage operations in Europe and launch “potentially lethal attacks” on U.S. and European military bases if President Joe Biden allows Kyiv to fire long-range missiles further into Russia. According to recent media reports, Moscow is already in secret negotiations brokered by Iran to deliver anti-ship cruise missiles to Yemen’s Houthi militias.

Some of Biden’s senior advisers reportedly agree with intelligence warnings, citing heightened concerns following Putin’s “especially bellicose” recent statements. Earlier this month, the Kremlin leader said the West risks war with Russia if it allows Kyiv to use longer-range weapons to strike targets inside his country. Netanyahu Left Israel to ‘Trick’ Hezbollah Leader

Benjamin Netanyahu left Israel for New York to “trick” Hezbollah’s leader into thinking he was safe, a senior Israeli official told The Telegraph.

Mr Netanyahu’s address to the UN was part of a “diversionary plan” intended to make Hassan Nasrallah believe Israel would not take drastic action with the prime minister out of the country.

Israel struck Beirut with a massive air strike on Friday that shook the Lebanese capital.

Mr Nasrallah was believed to be watching Mr Netanyahu’s speech “and was then attacked by Israeli Air Force planes”, the official said.

“Netanyahu approved the strike before delivering his speech at the UN,” the official added. (Read more from “Netanyahu Left Israel to ‘Trick’ Hezbollah Leader” HERE)

‘Warning Signs Are Coming’: Fox News Host, Pollster Spell out Data Showing Harris Hemorrhaging Hispanic Support

Fox News host Sandra Smith and pollster Daron Shaw broke down Friday how Vice President Kamala Harris was losing support from Hispanic voters in the crucial swing state of Arizona.

Harris trails former President Donald Trump 48% to his 51% in a Fox News poll of likely voters in Arizona released Thursday. Smith and Shaw noted that a major factor in the vice president falling behind in the polls was due to lower margins of support among women and Hispanic voters.

“I want to take you to look at some of what is happening in Arizona, and the preference right there is for Donald Trump by three points in the latest Fox News polling. But there are some warning signs for Harris and questions of whether or not she can close this gap,” Smith said.

“Some of the warning signs are coming from the Hispanic voters. She had an 18-point lead with them in August in that state. That has now shrunk to 11,” Smith continued. “When it comes to voters under 30, not only has that margin shrank, but it’s gone to the deficit. She had a 13-point lead there, and it’s now gone to a 12-point deficit.”

Trump picked up substantial support among Hispanic voters in polling due to issues like immigration and the economy before President Joe Biden announced he would not seek reelection on July 21. Harris has regained some support from Hispanic voters since replacing Biden at the top of the Democratic ticket in some polls. World War 3 Fears Intensify Russian Drone Strike Threatens NATO Ally’s Airspace

NATO dispatched four jets after a Russian drone was said to have ventured into Romanian airspace amid an assault on the nearby Ukraine.

The devastating attack on the Ukrainian town of Izmail resulted in three fatalities and 14 injuries, Odesa’s regional prosecutors claim. However, Ukraine’s air forces succeeded in taking down 24 out of 32 drones used in the strike.

Romania’s military responded by launching two of its F-16s and a pair of Spanish F-18s from their Borcea and Mihail Kogalniceanu bases between the early hours of 1.52 am and 3.22 am on Friday.

Following the incident, Romania’s Defense Ministry issued a strong rebuke of the attacks by the Russian Federation: “The Ministry of National Defense sends a firm message of condemnation of these attacks carried out by the Russian Federation against Ukrainian civilian objectives and infrastructure.”

It continued, “[They] are unjustified and in serious contradiction with the norms of international law. From the data available at this time, the existence of an impact area on the national territory has not been reported.”, reports the Express US. Three More Pro-Life Activists Sentenced for Blocking Access to Abortion Clinic

Three pro-life activists were sentenced this week for their involvement in a 2021 abortion clinic blockade.

Authorities indicted a group of pro-life activists October 2022 for their involvement in blocking the entrance of Carafem Health Center Clinic in 2021, which prevented an employee and a patient from accessing the facility. The court imposed a 16-month prison sentence on Chester Gallagher Thursday for orchestrating the blockade in Mount Juliet, Tennessee, while Eva Edl received a three-year probation, according to The Associated Press.

Heather Idoni, already serving a two-year term for a similar offense in Washington, D.C., received an additional eight-month sentence on Friday, with U.S. District Judge Aleta Trauger ruling it could overlap her current imprisonment, the AP reported. The court found both Gallagher and Idoni guilty of obstructing clinic access and conspiring against federal law, and they will face three years of supervised release after their prison terms.

Battered CNN Bosses Reluctantly Surrender Secret Financial Documents as They Brace for Bank-Busting $1BILLION Jake Tapper Defamation Trial

CNN had no choice but to hand over a batch of documents detailing its financial secrets in preparation for a defamation trial predicted to cost the network $1billion.

RadarOnline.com can exclusively confirm attorneys for Navy veteran Zachary Young received a trove of information from CNN in order to determine what dollar amount would effectively punish the broadcasting giant in the event of a victory for their client.

To sort through the financial records – which have not been made public – and propose a suitable penalty, the vet’s legal team hired a financial expert whose testimony was viewed as “instrumental” in a $28billion judgment against Tobacco behemoth Philip Morris in 2002.

Meanwhile, CNN hired two new lawyers – including one who represented Amber Heard in her appeal of Johnny Depp’s defamation victory – to beef up its defense team in preparation for the January civil trial.

As this outlet has been reporting, Young’s lawsuit accused the network of pushing a “false narrative” about him during a 2021 episode of The Lead With Jake Tapper covering America’s botched withdrawal from Afghanistan. Iran Calls Emergency Meeting After Israel Hits Hezbollah Leader’s HQ With Massive Airstrikes

Iranian supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei is convening a high-level security meeting after Israel launched massive airstrikes in Beirut targeting the leader of Hezbollah, according to The New York Times.

Khamenei will be meeting with members of the Supreme National Security Council at his compound in Iran after Israeli forces launched a major airstrike in the southern suburbs of Beirut in an apparent attempt to eliminate Hezbollah’s Hassan Nasrallah, who helms the Iran-sponsored terrorist group, according to the NYT. It is currently unclear whether Nasrallah was killed in the strikes, which have reportedly killed at least two people and injured dozens more with the toll expected to rise.

Israel reportedly believed Nasrallah to be present at a headquarters facility located beneath buildings in the Lebanese capital city, according to the NYT. The major strikes appear to have essentially flattened at least four buildings, with nearby cars also being damaged or destroyed.

Data Dump Shows 650,000 Migrant Criminals, Suspects Free in Biden-Harris’s America; ‘It Seems Like We Don’t Matter’ to Her: Angel Moms Have Not Heard From Kamala Harris

By Breitbart. President Joe Biden’s administration is allowing up to 650,000 criminal migrants and suspects — including at least 13,099 migrant murderers and 222,141 migrants facing criminal charges — to roam through American communities, according to a dramatic data dump by a House Republican.

“The data says that, among those not in detention, there are 425,431 convicted criminals,” reported Fox News, which got the information from Rep. Tony Gonzalez (R-TX). The letter from ICE to Gonzalez says:

Your letter requests the number of noncitizens on ICE’s docket convicted or charged with a crime. As of July 21, 2024, there were 662,566 noncitizens with criminal histories on ICE’s national docket, which includes those detained by ICE, and on the agency’s non-detained docket. Of those, 435,719 are convicted criminals [including 13,099 murders], and 226,847 have pending criminal charges.

The data shows that there are 13,099 migrants convicted of homicide who are not detained, Fox noted.

The report says an additional 222,141 undetained migrants are facing criminal charges, including 1,845 homicide charges, even though the agency is choosing not to use all of its 41,000 detention beds. ‘It Seems Like We Don’t Matter’ to Her: Angel Moms Have Not Heard From Kamala Harris

By Breitbart. Angel Moms on Friday said they have never heard from Vice President Kamala Harris after their children were murdered by illegal aliens or poisoned by fentanyl, but they shared what they would tell Harris if they had a chance to talk to her.

The three mothers, Patty Morin, Alexis Nungaray, and Anne Fundner, shared their heartbreaking stories during a Donald Trump campaign press call on Friday as Harris made her first trip to the Southwest border in over three years.

Patty’s daughter Rachel Morin, a 37-year-old mother of five, was allegedly murdered last summer by an MS-13 gang member illegally in the United States. On August 5, 2023, Rachel went for a walk at Ma & Pa Heritage Trail in Harford County, Maryland, but did not return home, and her body was recovered the next day on the side of the trail, as Breitbart News noted. Prosecutors allege that El Salvadorian national Victor Antonio Martinez Hernandez, 23, raped, bludgeoned, and strangled Rachel to death. The Tulsa Police Department arrested Martinez Hernandez in connection to Rachel’s murder in June 2024.

Alexis’s 12-year-old daughter, Jocelyn Nungaray, was murdered in June 2024, allegedly by Venezuelan nationals Jose Martinez-Rangel, 22, and Franklin Pena, 26, in Houston. Alexis said Jocelyn was getting a soda from a nearby corner store. It was then, authorities said, Jocelyn was lured under a bridge, abused, and murdered before her body was found in a shallow creek the next day. Jocelyn was strangled to death and was found without pants when her body was recovered the next day, per authorities. Tropical Storm Helene Lashes the South, Leaves Millions Without Power; 44 Dead Across the South

By Breitbart. Authorities rescued people trapped by floodwaters and more than 3 million customers were in the dark across much of the southeastern U.S. as Hurricane Helene weakened to a tropical storm over Georgia early Friday after making landfall overnight in northwestern Florida as a Category 4 storm.

Helene came ashore amid warnings from the National Hurricane Center that the enormous system could create a “nightmare” storm surge. . .

Video on social media sites showed sheets of rain coming down in Perry, Florida, near where Helene made landfall, and siding being torn off buildings. One local news station showed a home that had flipped over. The community and much of surrounding Taylor County were without power. . .

With maximum sustained winds of 70 mph (110 kph) , Helene continued to weaken while moving farther inland over Georgia. The storm was about 40 miles (65 kilometers) east of Macon and about 100 miles (165 kilometers) southeast of Atlanta, moving north at 30 mph (48 kph) at 5 a.m., the hurricane center in Miami reported.

“We expect it to weaken further. It’s going to turn northward and turn northwestward and eventually move into Tennessee and Kentucky, and merge with a funnel system up in that area,” said Jack Beven, a senior hurricane specialist at the National Hurricane Center. Hurricane Helene Updates: 44 Dead Across the South

By ABC News. Helene made landfall in Florida’s Big Bend region Thursday night as a massive Category 4 hurricane — the strongest hurricane to make landfall in the Big Bend on record.

Helene has since weakened and is now post-tropical, but its remnants will continue to produce dangerous weather. The center of the storm is now over Kentucky with heavy rain and gusty winds across a large area from Missouri to Ohio to the Carolinas.

At least 44 people have died from Hurricane Helene.

In Georgia, 15 people were killed, including a first responder who was trying to save others, Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp said.

In McDuffie County, just west of Augusta, a mother and her twin infants were among the victims, officials said. (Read more from “Hurricane Helene Updates: 44 Dead Across the South” HERE)
