Medical Doctor Who Lost Her License for Protesting on January 6 Shot and Killed

A woman who had her medical license suspended after attending the Jan. 6 riots at the U.S. Capitol was shot and killed by a man serving her papers on Tuesday.

The woman has been identified by King County Medical Examiner as Tamara Towers Parry, known by online communities as Dr. Tammy.

The Seattle Police Department confirmed that Parry was shot and killed by one of two individuals who came to her house on Tuesday intending to serve her papers when she exited the house with a shotgun. The man then shot the 57-year-old with his handgun.

“The shotgun was not fired.” said SPD spokesperson Det. Brian Pritchard.

According to Zillow, Parry’s house is listed as being in pre-foreclosure/auction status due to a $225,000 unpaid balance. Furthermore, the property was scheduled to be auctioned two weeks ago, in accordance with a “notice of trustee sale” filed with King County in May. Political Prisoner: Judge Sentences Defiant Tina Peters to 9 Years

By Reuters. A former Colorado county clerk convicted of illegally tampering with voting machines was sentenced to nine years in prison on Thursday after repeating Donald Trump’s false claims of voter fraud in the 2020 U.S. presidential election at her court hearing.

Tina Peters was convicted at trial of seven counts of engaging in a security breach for opening Mesa County, Colorado’s election computers to Trump allies searching for evidence of fraud.

Judge Matthew Barrett sharply rebuked Tina Peters for her lack of remorse, calling her a “charlatan” who abused her position and betrayed her oath of office.

“You are no hero,” Barrett said. “You abused your position and you’re a charlatan who used, and is still using, your prior position in office to peddle a snake oil that’s been proven to be junk time and time again.”

The sentencing was held just weeks before the Nov. 5 presidential election between former president Trump, a Republican, and Democratic Vice President Kamala Harris. (Read more from “Political Prisoner: Judge Sentences Defiant Tina Peters to 9 Years” HERE)

Former Colorado county clerk Tina Peters sentenced to 9 years

By AP News. . .Jurors found Peters guilty in August for allowing a man to misuse a security card to access to the Mesa County election system and for being deceptive about that person’s identity. . .

At trial, prosecutors said Peters, a Republican, was seeking fame and became “fixated” on voting problems after becoming involved with those who had questioned the accuracy of the presidential election results.

A one-time hero to election deniers, Peters has been unapologetic about what happened.

Before being sentenced, Peters insisted that everything she did to try to unroot what she believed was fraud was for the greater good.

“I’ve never done anything with malice to break the law. I’ve only wanted to serve the people of Mesa County,” she told the court. (Read more from “Former Colorado county clerk Tina Peters sentenced to 9 years” HERE)

Elon Musk To Attend Trump’s Butler, Pa. Rally Less Than 3 Months Removed From First Assassination Attempt on Ex-Prez

Elon Musk is planning to attend ex-President Donald Trump’s Butler, Pa. rally over the weekend, the billionaire Tesla CEO announced late Thursday.

“I will be there to support!” Musk wrote in a retweet of Trump’s promotion for the rally on Saturday.

The Republican presidential nominee shared the infamous photo of himself raising a first in the air with blood smeared across his face immediately following an assassination attempt at his first rally in Butler on July 13.

“I’m coming back to Butler!” is scrawled across the image in all capital letters.

Musk, 53, officially endorsed Trump, 78, about a half hour after the July attempt on the 45th president’s life in which a bullet grazed his ear. (Read more from “Elon Musk To Attend Trump’s Butler, Pa. Rally Less Than 3 Months Removed From First Assassination Attempt on Ex-Prez” HERE)

MSNBC Host Stunned After Key Donald Trump Impeachment Witness Backs Ex-President

MSNBC host Ari Melber was left stunned after Gordon Sondland, a former Trump administration official who testified against Donald Trump during his impeachment, said he would be backing the former president because of “how badly” the Harris-Biden team has run the country.

Sondland, a wealthy hotel magnate and Republican mega-donor, served as Trump’s ambassador to the European Union and was a key witness for House Democrats during Trump’s 2019 House impeachment inquiry.

Sondland testified that there was a “quid pro quo” between Trump and Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky that secured military aid for Ukraine in exchange for an investigation into the Bidens’ business dealings and the 2016 election.

Melber pulled up a clip of Sondlad saying he was done supporting Trump following the Jan. 6 Capitol riot and asked him if he still felt the same way.

“No, I don’t stand by it and I’ll tell you why,” he said while sitting beside other former Trump administration officials Peter Navarro and Sarah Matthews. (Read more from “MSNBC Host Stunned After Key Donald Trump Impeachment Witness Backs Ex-President” HERE)

Tim Walz Endorsed Censorship in Front of Millions of Americans and No One Cares

The most important exchange in Tuesday’s vice presidential debate has been almost entirely ignored by the corporate media. Not surprisingly, that’s because it makes Walz look like an authoritarian and a fool in one fell swoop. . .

Walz challenged Vance on Trump’s questioning of the 2020 election results and Jan. 6, and Vance countered by saying that if Walz and his running mate, Kamala Harris, were so concerned about the fate of democracy they wouldn’t be so adamantly pro-censorship. Specifically, Walz has previously said, quite incorrectly from any legal or moral standpoint, that there’s no First Amendment right to “misinformation.”

Walz interjects to, near as I can tell, try and clarify that he was also talking about limiting “threatening” words or “hate speech.” Interestingly, I looked at multiple debate transcriptions, and none of them had this quite audible interjection included — though the first word or two is hard to discern, the part about “threatening or hate speech” is quite clear. In any event, to the extent that Walz is trying to defend himself he’s doing an awful job.

The legal standards for “threatening” speech or incitement might be clearer, but it’s still a fraught issue. As for “hate speech,” he has no idea what he’s talking about. You may not like it, but “hate speech” is absolutely protected speech. The First Amendment is absolutely a right to offend people without legal sanction, even gratuitously. Otherwise, policing speech is just a tool for government oppression. After all, who defines what constitutes “hate speech?” Walz seems to be suggesting he wants to throw people in jail for not using preferred pronouns and the like.

But the coup de grace for sinister ignorance is Walz saying, “You can’t yell fire in a crowded theater. That’s the test. That’s the Supreme Court test.” Now if you know anything about First Amendment issues, the “fire in a crowded theater” line makes civil libertarians break out in hives. Sick: Woman Calls Helene God’s Punishment on Trump Supporters

Under the aegis of Elon Musk, X has become a place where free speech still enjoys a home. While X has given people access to information, like any other platform, it offers an outlet to sewer-dwellers who cannot wait to politicize a disaster, feebly try to score a few points with the self-styled elite, or just revel in the misery of their perceived or chosen enemies.

Such is the case with one Betsy Packard. According to the New York Post, Packard was at one time listed on the University of Kentucky’s website as an MFA candidate at the school’s College of Arts and Sciences and a graduate instructor. She even had a university email address.

On Sunday, she put up a post on X with a winking emoji that read, “Hurricane Helene…what if GOD is punishing MAGA populations for their hate and hypocrisy? Works for me!”

When X readers took her to task, she was oblivious to the crass nature of her remarks and opted to ratchet up the hate:

“You got hit with an Act of God. Looks like God’s pissed off at you,” she wrote in response to a poster bemoaning the small size of the National Guard deployment following the storm.

“An Act of God hammered you, and you still din’t [sic] hear Him? God is obviously mighty pissed at MAGAs. How can you not see this?” she mockingly asked another user.

Governor Poised to Sign Bill Taking Money Away From Family Caretakers To Pay off Union Bosses

Democratic Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer is poised to sign a bill that will allow union bosses in her state to take a cut of family caretakers’ pay.

Michigan’s Home Help program reimburses the in-home caretakers of some seniors and disabled people using Medicaid dollars — with many of these caretakers being family members or close friends. A bill recently passed by Michigan’s Democratic-led Legislature, which Whitmer has stated she will sign, would reclassify these caretakers as public employees and push them to join the Service Employees International Union (SEIU).

“What this bill is going to end up doing is taking money away from hard-working, caring, loving family members who, out of the goodness of their own hearts, are making sure that their loved ones are receiving the at-home treatment that they need in a bid to build more revenue for union bosses,” Republican Michigan state Rep. Bill Schuette told the Daily Caller News Foundation. “It was rushed through in a single session day.”

The legislation would require that all personal caretakers attend an orientation program and mandate that a union representative be allowed to speak at that orientation. If passed, the law would require that union reps be allowed to distribute and collect materials and grant them the right to give a 30-minute-long presentation on unionization to the caretakers. Shirley Temple Once Called Out Hollywood’s Pedophilia Problem in 1988 Larry King Interview That’s Going Viral

Shirley Temple exposed Hollywood pedophilia in a 1988 clip that has gone viral after recirculating on social media.

The video clip was from Temple’s October 25, 1988 interview on CNN’s “Larry King Live.” Temple recalled her experience with a naked producer at MGM when she was just 12 years old. She said she was separated from her mother at MGM and taken into the office of Arthur Freed to discuss a movie role. She alleged Freed exposed himself when she entered his office. . .

“When I left Fox, I went to MGM for one picture – thank goodness only one. And when I got there with my mother, we were separated. She went into the office of Louis B. Mayer, and I went into the office of Arthur Freed,” Temple said. (Read more from “Shirley Temple Once Called Out Hollywood’s Pedophilia Problem in 1988 Larry King Interview That’s Going Viral” HERE)

Tragic Final Words of Grandson Swept Away in Hurricane Helene Floodwater: ‘Jesus Save Me’

By Daily Mail. A little boy cried ‘Jesus, save me’ moments before he was swept to death by Hurricane Helene floods in North Carolina.

Micah Drye, 7, made the haunting plea as waters rose around he and his grandparents in Asheville on Friday. They were also drowned.

The surging brown torrent forced Micah, his mom Megan Drye and her parents onto the roof of their home for safety, Fox Weather reported.

But it destroyed the house soon after, with stricken Megan saying her late son ‘caled out to the one God almighty’ as he was carried away by the inundation. . .

Firefighters Union Snubs Kamala Harris With Non-Endorsement After JD Vance Speech at Convention

The International Association of Firefighters (IAFF) has snubbed the Harris-Walz ticket with a non-endorsement — news which comes after Sen. JD Vance (R-OH) spoke at their event in August.

IAFF President Edward Kelly made the announcement on Thursday following an executive board meeting, where the determination was made.

“Today, the IAFF Executive Board, by a margin of 1.2 percent, voted to not endorse a candidate in the 2024 presidential election,” he announced, noting that IAFF took “unprecedented steps to hear out members’ views on the candidates and the policy issues that matter most to them” over the last year.

“As we have over our 106-year history, the IAFF will continue its work to improve the lives of firefighters and their families,” Kelly continued, contending that the Executive Board determined that “we are better able to advocate for our members and make progress on the issues that matter to them if we, as a union, are standing shoulder-to-shoulder.”

“This decision, which we took very seriously, is the best way to preserve and strengthen our unity,” he continued, encouraging members to get out and “make their voices heard in the upcoming election.” (Read more from “Firefighters Union Snubs Kamala Harris With Non-Endorsement After JD Vance Speech at Convention” HERE)
