If Elected, Kamala Harris Would Be the Most Anti-Gun President in U.S. History

Joe Biden is the most activist president ever on gun control, putting thousands of gun dealers out of business by the middle of last year for trivial paperwork mistakes. He used government regulations to “debank” gunmakers and dealers, and those that survived faced higher costs. The Biden administration has also put together a national gun registry. But a President Kamala Harris would be even worse for gun ownership.

During the 2020 presidential campaign, Harris ran to the left of Biden on gun control. While both supported an assault weapons ban, Harris wanted to force gun owners to sell to the government any firearms that she deemed undesirable. Harris went further than Biden in vowing to use executive orders if Congress did not pass the ban. The national gun registry makes this mandatory gun confiscation more doable.

Harris pushed for gun control this week in her first campaign speech as the presumptive Democratic nominee. And she has a long history of pushing for gun control. In early 2008, Harris argued for the constitutionality of gun bans in an amicus brief to the U.S. Supreme Court. She claimed there is no individual right to self-defense.

Harris is the Biden administration’s “gun control czar,” overseeing the administration’s gun control initiatives through the White House’s new Office of Gun Violence Prevention (OGVP), which coordinates the administration’s gun control efforts. The administration has also just put out a report failing to recognize any benefits from people owning guns.

The office is credited with helping to implement the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act, which introduces long and extremely complicated rules that will result in many gun owners being defined as firearms dealers. As I’ve previously pointed out, if you sell a friend a gun once and discuss the sale of a second gun, you must be a licensed dealer. Similarly, if you sell one gun and keep any record of what you bought and sold it for, you must also be a licensed dealer. Other rules are vague and give the government discretion to classify you as a dealer when it sees fit. Hunter Biden Sentencing Set for November

Hunter Biden’s sentencing for his felony gun case is set for Nov. 13.

Biden made history in June, becoming the first son of a sitting president to be criminally convicted over three charges related to a 2018 gun purchase. He was convicted of lying on a federal form about his drug use to purchase a firearm, submitting a false statement into a federal record, and unlawfully possessing the firearm for 11 days.

He will report to a Wilmington, Delaware, courthouse Wednesday, Nov. 13, for his sentencing, eight days after the presidential election.

The court filing laying out the court date included further instructions regarding logistics, such as when to submit the presentence report and what to communicate with the probation officer.

Biden’s legal troubles didn’t end with the gun trial, however. He will head to court next month over a federal tax evasion trial in California, where he faces six felony and three misdemeanor charges. (Read more from “Hunter Biden Sentencing Set for November” HERE)

U.S. Veteran Journalist, Investigating Ukraine Military, Murdered in Kiev

Titawny Cook, 41, had traveled to Kyiv to write about life in a country pummeled by bombings, ground skirmishes and widespread power outages since Russia invaded in February 2022. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran raised in the East Bay, Cook had dreamed of becoming a war correspondent and documenting the suffering in Ukraine, his mother Christine Cook said, even though he knew the assignment would be dangerous.

Having served in Iraq, Cook wanted to bring his experience and expertise to document the conflict in Ukraine, according to his mother. Getting to the war-torn country wasn’t easy: Titawny Cook had to convince administrators at Chabot, the community college he attended in Hayward, to sponsor the trip so that he could secure a press pass. . .

Over time, Cook linked up with Ukrainian soldiers who had returned from the front lines to hear their stories and understand the battle conditions. Throughout the assignment, he communicated with his mother via the Signal smartphone app, which allowed them to exchange texts and chat over video.

In recent weeks, Christine Cook said, her son somehow roused the suspicions of people in his circle. She didn’t know how the tension flared up, but she said Titawny was unable to quell it because of the language barrier. When she last spoke with him on July 25, he said he believed someone was inside his fifth-floor apartment with a gun. He gave her the name and phone number of another friend to call for help. . .

Later, she received a call from a woman who had found her son’s phone on the street. Then, on the morning of July 26, an official at the U.S. Embassy in Kyiv called, saying that police had found her son lying unconscious. They transported him to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead. The location and circumstances of his death were not clear.

Popular Comedian Says Trump is ‘Incredibly Enticing’ as ‘Democrats Have Utterly Failed to Inspire’

Comedian Andrew Schulz said on a Friday podcast that he finds former President Donald Trump’s anti-establishment message alluring, while Democrat’s messaging has been uninspiring.

Trust in institutions, such as television news and Congress, remains at historic lows, according to a Gallup poll in July. Schulz on “The Brilliant Idiots” said Vice President Kamala Harris will struggle to defeat Trump because voters resonate with Trump’s messaging about fighting the establishment.

“He’s very enticing, he’s incredibly enticing and I think that he’s enticing because I think the Democrats have utterly failed to inspire us in any way, shape, or form,” Schulz said. “And that burden is now on Kamala … who is someone who is not the nominee because of the democratic process … She has a huge burden to inspire and I think it’s nice to see somebody that is bucking the system especially when you feel the systems, you feel have left you down.” (Read more from “Popular Comedian Says Trump is ‘Incredibly Enticing’ as ‘Democrats Have Utterly Failed to Inspire’” HERE)

Teen Accused of Murdering Neighbor in Hot Tub to Feel What It Was Like to Stab Someone

A 15-year-old Texas boy has been charged with murdering a neighbor in her hot tub — allegedly telling investigators he wanted to see what it was like to stab someone.

The young teen was arrested nine days after school bus driver Dana Magnuson, 62, was found dead with multiple stab wounds inside the shed behind her Hockley home on July 20, officials told ABC 13.

Investigators believe she was first attacked in her hot tub, with the fight moving to her home and then the shed where she was found.

“There was still blood everywhere — all over,” her son, Tyler Pitney, told Fox 26. “To be honest, I don’t think it’s really hit me yet.”

Once under arrest, the teen suspect told investigators he had wanted to see what it felt like to stab someone, sources told ABC 13. (Read more from “Teen Accused of Murdering Neighbor in Hot Tub to Feel What It Was Like to Stab Someone” HERE)

‘Humiliated’ Nurse Says She Was Kicked Off Flight Over Medical Condition

A humiliated California nurse claimed she was kicked off a Southwest Airlines flight and was discriminated against because of her skin condition as she tried to get home following surgery.

Brianna Solari was confronted by an airline crewmember on Thursday when she was flying out of Hollywood Burbank Airport after she had undergone a procedure to reduce the tumors on her body from her neurofibromatosis (NF), according to KCRA. . .

“I lack an enzyme, which is neurofibromin, which is a tumor suppressor,” Solari told the outlet. “So tumors grow along nerves and can be tiny, little pinpoint tumors, or they can be enormous. Some of them can be very disfiguring.” . . .

“I exited the airplane, and they said there had been some concerns,” Solari told the outlet.

“‘Do you have any, you know, medical conditions, or diseases?’ And I said, no, I had surgery,” she explained. “That’s none of their business what’s going on. But I said, no, I had surgery. And they said, ‘OK.’” (Read more from “‘Humiliated’ Nurse Says She Was Kicked Off Flight Over Medical Condition” HERE)

‘In Complete Fear’: Kamala Harris Reportedly Berated Staff as California Attorney General

Vice President and presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Kamala Harris frequently berated staff and subjected them to strict rules during her time serving as California attorney general, according to an op-ed published in 2019 in The Union.

Harris served as California’s attorney general from 2011 to 2017, during which time Gregory McAteer interned for Harris for a month, according to the op-ed. The article was written by Gregory’s father, California superintendent and son of former state senator Terry McAteer during Harris’ 2020 presidential bid, and details claims made by his son about Harris’ constant mistreatment of staff.

McAteer claims in the op-ed that staff were “in complete fear” due to Harris frequently berating them with ‘f-bombs’ and would not allow low-level staff the “privilege” to address her or look her in the eyes.

“Sure, the job is stressful and we’ve all dealt with an angry boss in our lives but there is another side of Kamala Harris which the general public does not know,” McAteer said.

McAteer reported that staff were instructed to stand as Harris entered the room every morning and say “good morning general,” according to The Union. McAteer’s son was also allegedly never directly addressed by Harris during the month he worked for her, despite the office consisting of only about 20 staffers, who were “too intimidated” to introduce McAteer to Harris themselves. Kamala Harris’s Radical Islamic Terrorists Deal Revoked

The Biden-Harris administration revoked a plea deal with the alleged mastermind of the 9/11 attacks after bipartisan blowback against the agreement.

The administration announced the original deal, which would have taken the death penalty off the table for the terrorists, only two days before its revocation. The deal immediately met overwhelming bipartisan blowback.

Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin issued a memorandum Friday killing the deal, despite the three defendants — alleged mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed as well as his accused co-conspirators, Walid Muhammad Salih Mubarak Bin ‘Attash and Mustafa Ahmed Adam al Hawsawi — having already agreed to plead guilty to all charges, including the murder of 2,976 people, mostly Americans.

“I have determined that, in light of the significance of the decision to enter into pre-trial agreements with the accused in the above-referenced case, responsibility for such a decision should rest with me as the superior convening authority under the Military Commissions Act of 2009,” Austin wrote to Susan Escallier, convening authority for military commissions.

Austin withdrew Escallier’s authority in the case to enter into a pre-trial agreement, assuming that authority for himself and immediately withdrawing the three pre-trial agreements. (Read more from “Kamala Harris’s Radical Islamic Terrorists Deal Revoked” HERE)

By New York Post. [Transvestite Imane] Khelif, an Algerian [man] who failed gender eligibility tests at the 2023 World Championships, forced [his] Italian opponent, [female] Angela Carini, to withdraw from their opening-round bout in 46 seconds Thursday.

A furious Carini was left in tears and retreated to her corner after getting hit twice in the face by Khelif.

She yelled “this is unjust” at her corner and slammed her headgear on the canvas as the match in the 66-kilogram division was called off.

Carini refused a handshake from Khelif and then ripped her hand away from the ref as Khelif’s was raised as the winner.

“I’m used to suffering,” Carini said after the fight when she spoke to reporters for 20 minutes through tears. “I’ve never taken a punch like that, it’s impossible to continue. . . Carini’s coach, Emanuel Renzini, told reporters that he was unsure if the boxer’s nose was broken and that she had been warned not to take the fight. “Many people in Italy tried to call and tell her: ‘Don’t go please: It’s a man, it’s dangerous for you,” Renzini said. Italian Boxer Angela Carini Says ‘I Quit to Save My Life’ After Stopping Olympics Bout With ‘Biologically Male’ Opponent Imane Khelif Just 46 Seconds Into First Round

By Daily Mail. Female Italian boxer Angela Carini says she stopped her Olympic bout against her ‘biologically male’ opponent to ‘save my life’.

The clash between the 25-year-old and her Algerian opponent Imane Khelif lasted just 46 seconds, with Carini yelling ‘this is unjust’ before she fell to canvas and wept having had her Olympic dreams snatched away from her.

Carini was rocked by two punches from Khelif – who had been banned from a major boxing contest before the Olympics – and said the savage force of the blows made it ‘impossible to continue’.

Khelif was thrown out of last year’s world championships after failing testosterone tests carried out to establish gender qualification.

Today’s fight in Paris is now set to become one of the most controversial in Olympic history and has thrown the Games into chaos amid a fierce backlash from the likes JK Rowling, Olympian Sharron Davies and former Prime Minister Liz Truss. Brutal, Unfair Olympic Beating Tragic Result of Letting Biological Men Compete in Women’s Sports

By New York Post. Do you enjoy watching men beating up women? I don’t. Any exceptions? Not that I can think of.

But the International Olympics Committee have decided otherwise. Watching men beating up women is fine so long as it’s in a huge stadium and televised for all the world to see. Got it?

I am referring of course to the boxing-ring bout in Paris Thursday, where the female Italian athlete Angela Carini was pitted against an opponent named Imane Khelif.

In the past Khelif has been deemed to be “biologically male.” That is as a bloke, a dude, a man, a fella. All those terms that we used to know how to use, but which seem to have become so complicated suddenly.

Last year Khelif was disqualified from the world championships after failing testosterone tests. It seems he was found to have higher levels of testosterone than is quite normal for a woman. Whistleblower Accuses Secret Service of Cutting Threat Assessment Efforts Before Shooting Despite Warnings, Hawley Says

Republican Sen. Josh Hawley of Missouri said Thursday that a whistleblower had come forward to claim further egregious lapses of security ahead of the assassination attempt against former President Donald Trump.

Hawley documented the accusations in a letter to Secret Service acting Director Ronald Rowe that he posted to X.

“Since your testimony before the Senate of July 30, new and disturbing information has come to light about Secret Service planning for the Butler, Pennsylvania Trump campaign event— and your own involvement,” wrote Hawley.

The letter says the whistleblower accused Rowe of personally cutting manpower to the Secret Service Counter Surveillance Division by 20% and not divulging that information during his testimony before Congress.

Had the CSD been allowed to perform its normal security duties at the Butler rally, according to the whistleblower, the alleged shooter would have been apprehended long before he had a chance to take aim on the former president.
