Former Federal Prosecutor Andrew McCarthy: Trump Will Be Sentenced to Prison Sept. 18

For years already, Democrats and other leftists in America have orchestrated a multi-level lawfare campaign against President Trump.

Even while he was president they made wild claims that he orchestrated an “insurrection” against the nation even though the events were just a protest that got out of hand, and even though those charges weren’t filed. Nor did they succeed in their two failed attempts to impeach him and remove him from office, even once after he had left office. . .

But now a commentator at Fox News is warning they’re about to ramp up their war against Trump to the nuclear level, ordering him to jail.

It is commentator Andrew McCarthy who is warning that the judge in the business records case, characterized by Trump critics throughout as a “hush money” complaint, already has signaled his intent to impose a jail sentence. . .

Those payments were characterized as legal expenses, since the payments were made through a lawyer. Much like Hillary Clinton characterized as legal expenses her payments during the 2016 race to a legal team which in turn hired someone to make up salacious allegations against Trump in what has become known as the Steele dossier, a series of debunked claims. Harris Repackages False ‘Happy Warrior’ Claims as Old as FDR

Can you feel the joy yet? The whole week after the announcement on Aug. 6 about the selection of Kamala Harris’s running mate, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, has been a joy fest within the Democratic Party not seen since the days when Franklin D. Roosevelt wowed the press corps. What with pundits declaring Harris and Walz “happy warriors,” you would think “Happy Days Are Here Again,” as FDR’s 1932 presidential campaign theme song blared out constantly.

The Washington Post headline was “Harris and Walz seize on joyful message in contrast to darker Trump themes.” Jennifer Rubin exulted Walz’s “happy-warrior vibe” at the first joint rally in Philadelphia.

At The New York Times, Charles Blow called Walz “the epitome of the happy warrior,” “the dad figure,” “the soldier,” “the coach.” Tom Elliott at Grabien captured nine utterances of “happy warrior” by pundits on TV. And Harris’ laughter has been measured and shown to be four times greater than Biden’s was on the campaign trail!

Times reporter Katie Rogers in her Aug. 9 “analysis” offered that at one time Harris, given the criticism by conservatives, “wondered to confidants whether she should laugh, or show a sense of humor, at all.” They reassured her that she should. Yet, even as she “focused on issues like abortion rights and worked to bolster her foreign policy chops,” the “laughter never really left her.”

It was a good thing, for “joy — a battle-tested version of it — has become the backbone of Ms. Harris’s campaign in recent days,” and her running mate, “a walking bear hug,” is trying “to strike a contrast with what he casts as the gloomy vision of former President Donald J. Boston Red Sox Give Suspended Player’s Salary to a Group Supporting the Surgical Mutilation of Minors

The Boston Red Sox are giving the suspension salary of one of their players to a radical LGBT group that supports the chemical and surgical mutilation of minors.

On Monday, the organization announced the suspension of Red Sox outfielder Jarren Duran, who was caught on a hot mic using a slur often directed at gay people to describe a heckler in the audience. The incident occurred during the Red Sox’s Sunday matchup against the Houston Astros. . .

In addition to being suspended for the team’s Monday and Tuesday games against the Texas Rangers, Duran’s salary for those two games was stripped by the Red Sox and given to the pro-LGBT organization known as PFLAG. That two-game salary amounts to $8,172, according to ESPN.

What many pearl-clutching “journalists” will not disclose, however, is that PFLAG is an extreme LGBT advocacy group that supports the “transing” of children. The organization has openly opposed legislation protecting minors from these harmful and often irreversible procedures.

Last year, for example, PFLAG National filed a lawsuit against North Carolina after the Tarheel State’s Republican-controlled general assembly passed a bill making it unlawful for medical professionals to “perform a surgical gender transition procedure on a minor or to prescribe, provide, or dispense puberty-blocking drugs or cross-sex hormones to a minor.” Democrat Gov. Immigration analyst Xiao Wang, chief executive of Boundless, a company that reportedly uses government data to analyze immigration trends while offering services to immigrants who seek professional help in navigating the application process, told the outlet the rush comes with commensurate outcomes:

The surge in naturalization efficiency isn’t just about clearing backlogs; it’s potentially reshaping the electorate, merely months before a pivotal election.

Every citizenship application could be a vote that decides Senate seats or even the presidency.

Trump Vows to Sign EO ‘Directing’ Cabinet Secs, Agencies to ‘Use Every Tool’ to ‘Defeat Inflation’

Former President Donald Trump vowed that if elected president, he would “sign an executive order directing” each cabinet secretary and agency head to “use every tool” they had to defeat inflation.

“On my first day back in the Oval Office, I will sign an executive order directing every cabinet secretary and agency head to use every tool and authority at their disposal to defeat inflation and to bring consumer prices rapidly down,” Trump told the crowd from Asheville, North Carolina.

Trump’s comments come as the Bureau of Labor Statistics announced on Wednesday that inflation had risen in July. The consumer price index was reported to have climbed up to 2.9 in July, up from a year ago.

In June, the inflation index rate increased by three percent from a year ago.

‘F***ing Disgusting’: Dana White Rips People Who Wished Trump Was Assassinated

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) CEO Dana White said on Wednesday during the “Full Send” podcast that all Americans should be “pissed” about the July 13 assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump.

Trump was shot and slightly wounded in the right ear during the assassination attempt during a campaign rally in Butler Township, Pennsylvania, that left former volunteer fire chief Corey Comperatore dead and two other attendees wounded. White said that people need to “take all the hate out” and remember that Trump is “a human being.”

“I don’t know Kamala Harris, I’ve never met her, I’m sure she’s a nice person, she’s not fit to run the country, she’s not, she’s just not, it’s just a fact,” White said. “You don’t have to, you know, you have to take all the hate out and it’s, it’s like when you see the stuff after Trump was almost assassinated, right? The people that were talking s**t, like, uh, you know, hopefully next time that… it’s, it’s disgusting.

Allowing Transgender Participants Demeans Womanhood, Pageant Contestant Says

A talented and attractive Miss USA was crowned last week, and she deserves accolades, but we shouldn’t forget that there was a biological man who competed against her and the 49 other young women in the pageant.

While conservatives are vocal in speaking out about biological men invading women’s sports, especially with the Olympics having wrapped up Sunday, we cannot forget pageantry, a platform that allows women like me to embrace our femininity and be role models for young girls. . .

At first, I was excited that someone who was married finally won a title, as it made me excited about competing at the Miss Georgia USA pageant, the preliminary competition to Miss USA, especially as a mother and wife myself. But when I found out that Miss Maryland USA, Bailey Anne Kennedy, was a biological man, I then asked myself, “Will there be someone like that at my pageant, too?”

Competing in a state Miss USA pageant as a mother was challenging enough, but Miss USA’s including biological men who transitioned in a place where women were meant to shine raises concerns about fairness and comfort, especially since we had to share female-designated private spaces—and because men and women are very different biologically from each other. . .

If the dressing room at Miss Maryland USA was anything similar to that of Miss Georgia USA, where we all had to change in front of one another, I could not imagine undressing in front of a biological man who transitioned, as those young women must have had to do. Tim Walz Gave Almost $100K in COVID-19 Funds to ‘Abortion Doula’ Trainers

Presumptive Democratic vice presidential nominee Tim Walz directed almost $100,000 in COVID-19 relief funds to an organization specializing in “abortion doula” services, state contracts show.

Walz, the governor of Minnesota, spent almost $2 billion in federal coronavirus relief funds without the approval of the state Legislature, using his emergency powers, according to the Minnesota-based outlet Alpha News.

Part of those funds went to SPIRAL Collective, a “reproductive justice nonprofit” that describes itself as a “queer, trans, disabled, BIPOC lead organization committed to the values of reproductive justice and decolonial practices.”

SPIRAL Collective received about $97,000 between two contracts with the state to provide “current information on COVID-19 effects related to the maternal-child population by building an online community for families to receive resources and support,” according to contracts published by Minnesota state Senate Republicans in 2021.

Harris Campaign, Google Could Face Lawsuit After Fake News Headline Scheme

WDAY Radio, a local news outlet in Fargo, North Dakota, is considering legal action after the Kamala Harris campaign deceptively edited WDAY headlines to make it look like they supported her in an ad campaign, its president told the Daily Caller.

The Harris campaign has been editing news headlines and descriptions within Google search ads to make it appear as if major news organizations explicitly support her, a bombshell Axios report revealed Tuesday.

WDAY was the only family-owned outlet listed in the report. Other outlets who had their content manipulated by Harris’ team included Reuters, the Associated Press, NPR, CNN, The Guardian, The Independent and more.

WDAY’s President blasted Google and the Harris campaign for the deception in an exclusive interview with the Daily Caller.

‘We’re in Massive Trouble With Kamala’: Elon Musk and Trump Sound Alarm on America’s Existence

In a lengthy conversation with two of the most influential people in the world Monday night, billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk sounded the alarm to former President Donald Trump about a potential Kamala Harris victory in the 2024 presidential race, saying, “I think we’re in massive trouble with a Kamala administration.”

“It’s essential that you win for the good of this country and that’s understating my position,” Musk told Trump during the event on X, which is owned by Musk.

The pair discussed some of the hottest topics plaguing the nation, including the border disaster, the financial pain caused by inflation and an anemic economy, and what would happen to America should Democrats win the White House.

“You are the path to prosperity, and Kamala is the opposite,” Musk told Trump. “I’m just trying to tell people my honest opinion.”
