Cellphone videos caught the moment when an all-out brawl erupted between an adult male with a MAGA hat and over a dozen apparent high school students at an Immigration and Customs Enforcement protest Monday afternoon in Texas.

The Buda Police Department said a Hays County Sheriff’s Office school resource officer at Moe and Gene Johnson High School in Buda indicated that students were conducting a “walkout” protest on RM967. Buda is about 20 minutes southwest of Austin.

Law enforcement personnel responded to the area to provide safety and security for pedestrians and motorists, police said. . .

Arriving officers were notified that a female juvenile on the sidewalk and an adult male in a vehicle were engaged in a verbal argument, police said, adding that the argument escalated into a physical altercation involving multiple people.

Russia Says India Has Not Said It Is Canceling Oil Purchases After Trump Trade Deal

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Tuesday that India has not indicated it will stop buying Russian oil, as claimed by President Donald Trump on Monday.

“So far, we have not heard any statements from Delhi on this issue,” Peskov told reporters on Tuesday.

“We respect bilateral U.S.-Indian relations, but we attach no less importance to the development of an advanced strategic partnership between Russia and India,” he said.

“This is the most important thing for us, and we intend to further develop our bilateral relations with Delhi,” he said, signaling that Russia would not lash out at India for whatever agreement it has made with the United States.

First Major Medical Group Opposes Sex Mutilating Surgeries for Minors

The American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) issued a position statement on Tuesday advising against sex change surgeries for minors.

The position statement went to the group’s 11,000 members, recommending that surgeons delay transgender-related chest, genital, and facial surgeries until a patient is at least 19 years old. The ASPS is the first major medical organization in the U.S. to reject transgender activists’ ideological push to mutilate young people without sufficient evidence. . .

ASPS pointed to a rollback on sex changes for minors in Europe, as well as a comprehensive review from the Department of Health and Human Services, the 2024 Cass Review in Britain, and other research indicating “limitations in study quality, consistency … alongside emerging evidence of treatment complications and potential harms”:

Available evidence suggests that a substantial proportion of children with prepubertal onset gender dysphoria experience resolution or significant reduction of distress by the time they reach adulthood, absent medical or surgical intervention. Evidence regarding adolescent-onset presentation, which has become increasingly common since the mid-2010s, is more limited but similarly does not allow for confident prediction of long-term trajectories. Importantly, clinicians, even those with extensive experience, currently lack reliable methods to distinguish those whose distress will persist from those whose distress will remit.

The HHS report underscores that this uncertainty has significant ethical implications: when the likelihood of spontaneous resolution is unknown and when irreversible interventions carry known and plausible risks, adhering to the principles of beneficence and non-malficence (i.e. promoting health and well-being while avoiding harm) requires a precautionary approach.

Melinda Gates reacted to the release of Jeffrey Epstein’s emails involving her ex-husband Bill Gates, including horrific allegations Epstein made such that Bill was attempting to dose her with antibiotics to fight an STD without her knowledge, by saying Bill and other Epstein associates “need to answer to those things.”

“I think we’re having a reckoning as a society,” Melinda Gates told NPR’s Wild Card podcast host Rachel Martin on Tuesday. “No girl should ever be put in the situation that they were put in by Epstein and whatever was going on with all of the various people around him.”

Poll: Likely 2026 Midterm Voters Support Deporting Illegal Aliens By 2:1 Margin

Nearly two-thirds of likely 2026 midterm election voters support deporting illegal aliens from the United States, a new poll released Monday shows.

In its latest survey of 1,004 likely 2026 voters, the political polling firm Cygnal found that respondents support removing illegal aliens from America and sending them back to their country of origin by a nearly 2:1 margin (61 to 34 percent). The poll also found strong support for ICE enforcement of federal immigration laws and agreement that illegally entering the United States is a violation of such laws.

“Voters see illegal immigration as a simple question of law and order,” Cygnal Founder and CEO Brent Buchanan said in a statement. “The data leaves no wiggle room. Americans want the law enforced, they want illegal immigrants removed, and they punish politicians who try to block ICE from doing its job.”

The survey was conducted from Jan. 27 to Jan. 28 and has a margin of error of 3.09 percent.

According to the Cygnal data, 73 percent of respondents agreed when asked if “individuals who have entered the United States without legal permission have broken the law,” compared with 22 percent who disagreed. The survey furthermore found that a majority (54 percent) support ICE “enforcing federal immigration laws to remove illegal immigrants from the U.S.” and oppose (58 percent) efforts to defund the agency — including majorities of swing voters. FBI Memo Says Israel ‘Compromised’ Trump, Epstein Had Mossad Ties

A declassified FBI memo from the Epstein files, released on Friday, includes incendiary allegations about US President Donald Trump.

The memo says that Trump was “compromised by Israel”, that convicted paedophile Jeffrey Epstein worked with Israeli intelligence, and that a Jewish religious group calling itself Chabad-Lubavitch sought to hijack his first term in office.

The memo, written in 2020, formed part of an FBI investigation into domestic or foreign influence over the US electoral process. It draws on information from a confidential human source (CHS) and appears among a vast trove of Epstein-related files released by the US Justice Department.

“CHS advised Chabad is doing everything they can to co-opt the Trump presidency,” the memo states regarding his first term.

Chabad-Lubavitch, a religious Jewish sect founded in Russia, has grown to an estimated 90,000 members. Its messianic, ultra-Orthodox ideology has repeatedly been linked to hardline settler colonial politics in Palestine. . .

Democrat Wins Deep-Red State Senate Seat In Landslide, Major Upset

Democratic Texas Senate candidate Taylor Rehmet defeated Trump-endorsed Republican Leigh Wambsganss in a Saturday special election for a seat the president won by double digits three times, multiple outlets project.

Rehmet, a union leader and Air Force veteran, won 57.2% of the vote compared to Wambsganss’s 42.8%, with 95% of the vote in, according to The Associated Press (AP). Texas Senate District 9 — which is entirely based in Tarrant County and includes parts of Fort Worth and Arlington — was last represented by former Republican State Sen. Kelly Hancock who resigned in June 2025 to work for the Texas Comptroller’s Office.

Under its current boundaries, District 9 voted for Trump by 17 percentage points in 2024, 13 points in 2020, and 23 points in 2016, according to data from Dave’s Redistricting App (DRA).

Rehmet’s campaign website describes him as a “a union president, veteran, and working-class Texan running for State Senate to fight for public schools, affordable housing, and real results for everyday people.”

Police Union Tells Socialist Mayor To Pound Sand Over Anti-ICE Order

The president of the union representing Seattle police officers said Friday he would not let his members implement what he called a “ludicrous” proposal from Democratic Mayor Katie Wilson of Seattle.

Wilson issued orders to local police, directing them to “investigate, verify, and document” activity by United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) for potential prosecution, similar to directives issued by Democratic Mayor Brandon Johnson of Chicago, Fox 13 Seattle reported. Seattle Police Officers Guild (SPOG) President Mike Solan responded to Wilson’s order with a post on X Friday.

“Toothless virtue signaling rhetoric like this has already cost two people their lives,” Solan posted on the SPOG X account, referencing the fatal shootings of Alex Pretti and Renee Nicole Good in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area during immigration enforcement operations. “The concept of pitting two armed law enforcement agencies against each other is ludicrous, and will not happen. I will not allow SPOG members to be used as political pawns.”

Newly named CBS News star contributor Peter Attia made plans to hang out with convicted pedophile Jeffery Epstein as his wife pleaded with him to come see their infant son in the hospital after the tiny boy stopped breathing, according to the anti-aging influencer’s own words.

In his book, “Outlive: The Science and Art of Longevity,” Attia, 52, recounted the harrowing moment he received a call from his wife, Jill, telling him that his son, Ayrton, had suddenly stopped breathing on the evening of July 11, 2017.

“I stayed in New York, busy with my ‘important’ work,” he admitted in the book. “Ayrton’s cardiac arrest happened on a Tuesday, but I did not come home to San Diego until Friday of the following week. Ten days later.”

What Attia failed to mention, however, was that during this harrowing time, he was making plans to meet up with Epstein, the disgraced New York financier who was already embroiled at the time with allegations of trafficking minors, according to newly released emails between the two.

Attia confessed to feeling guilty about his decision, describing himself as a “blind, selfish, checked-out husband and father” who would likely never forgive himself for ignoring his family. . .

Perv Learns Fate After Traveling From Chile to LA to Meet Girl He Lured Into Roblox Sex Scheme

A Chilean man was sentenced Monday to 11 years behind bars after he tricked a teen girl he met on Roblox into sending him explicit photos — then traveled to California with plans to meet up with the child.

Santiago resident Daniel Andres Aravena Olivia, 22, will spend 135 months in federal prison after he admitted to disgusting interactions with the 14-year-old girl through Roblox and on FaceTime and Zoom, the US Department of Justice announced.

Olivia’s digital reign of terror began in late 2023, when he targeted the young teen on the popular gaming platform Roblox, sending her messages that were “often sexual in nature,” federal prosecutors said.

He eventually tricked the victim into producing explicit photos of herself but the girl’s family found out about the sickening interactions in April 2024, authorities said.

The girl’s parents blocked Olivia and alerted law enforcement but the story didn’t end there, prosecutors said.

In August 2024, the perv allegedly hopped a flight from Santiago to Los Angeles, intent on finally meeting the underage girl for a sex.
