Former Olympic medal-winner Caitlyn Jenner has slammed President Joe Biden for his declaration of Easter Sunday 2024 as “Transgender Day of Visibility.”

“I am absolutely disgusted that Joe Biden has declared the most Holy of Holy days — a self proclaimed devout Catholic — as Transgender Day of Visibility,” Jenner wrote Saturday on X (formerly Twitter).

“The only thing you should be declaring on this day is ‘HE is Risen,’” Jenner added.

On Good Friday, President Biden issued an official proclamation of March 31 as “Transgender Day of Visibility,” preempting Christians’ celebration of Easter Sunday.

“We honor the extraordinary courage and contributions of transgender Americans and reaffirm our Nation’s commitment to forming a more perfect Union — where all people are created equal and treated equally throughout their lives,” Biden said in the proclamation. Mom Stunned to Give Birth to Twins 22 Days Apart: ‘Genuinely Couldn’t Believe It’

. . .A UK mom gave birth to twins 22 days apart in different hospitals, baffling doctors and other twin moms.

“To this day, I still can’t find a woman in the UK who can beat 22 days,” Kayleigh Doyle, 22, told SWNS of the gap between births.

Doyle became pregnant with the twins in October 2020, recalling that all of her scans were normal.

She says she didn’t have any complications until she felt labor pains on March 15, 2021.

“I was aware of all the risks that came with having twins. I even paid for private [doctor] appointments because I was so worried about complications,” she said. “When I hit 22-and-a-half weeks, literally, I was in bed and had the worst pain of my entire life. 1 Dead, 4 Wounded in Shooting at Nashville Restaurant During Packed Easter Brunch Service

One person was killed and four others were wounded when a gunman opened fire inside a Nashville restaurant during Easter Sunday brunch service, authorities said.

Gunfire rang out inside Roasted, a popular brunch spot at 614 Garlfied St. in the Salemtown section of the city, just before 3 p.m., Metro Nashville police said.

One man was shot and killed and several others were hurt but are expected to survive, police said.

Four people suffered either gunshot or graze wounds and were rushed to local hospitals via ambulance, The Tennessean reported.

Roasted — which describes itself as “a safe haven where community thrives, love is in the air, and good times are shared” — was packed with customers, including some children, who were dining out for the Christian holiday before the gunfire erupted, according to social media posts. Former CENTCOM Commander Warns: ISIS Threat to U.S. Escalating Due to Biden’s Foreign Policy

Former U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) Commander Gen. Frank McKenzie said during an interview over the weekend that the threat that ISIS poses to the U.S. homeland is becoming serious because of President Joe Biden’s foreign policy.

McKenzie made the remarks during a Sunday interview on ABC News’ “This Week” with Martha Raddatz where he was asked about the recent ISIS terrorist attack in Moscow.

“General, your CENTCOM successor, General Michael Kurilla, said just days before the Moscow attack that ISIS-K, quote, ‘retains the capability and will to attack U.S. and Western interests abroad in as little as six months and with little or no warning’,” Raddatz said.

“What’s your confidence in that intelligence?” she asked.

“I think General Kurilla is spot on with that assessment,” McKenzie responded. “Here’s the problem. Again, we go back to ISIS-K. Bill Maher Exposes How Dumb the Medical Elite Was About COVID

Bill Maher has made some MSNBC-like tirades in recent weeks. After a winning streak of commentaries bashing his side for coddling pro-Hamas lunatics within the Democratic Party, mocking Biden’s age, and overall voicing his displeasure about how political correctness remains a guiding principle among liberals, Maher must’ve got a note to tone down the left-wing bashing, so he offered a few ‘New Rules’ about how the Biden economy is fine. It’s not, but it didn’t take long for the comedian to turn his fire toward the media and the medical elites who held us hostage over a virus that has now been relegated to flu status regarding treatment. It’s not official CDC policy, and quarantine is no longer on the table for future COVID infections. This development comes after the media treated this little virus as a horrid mixture of Ebola, measles, bird flu, and the Black Death.

Maher expertly drags the media and the medical establishment without mercy for being outright insane. We closed schools, which has irreparably damaged our children’s education. There is no way our reading and math scores will recover—ever. Given how bureaucratic the system is, along with the political biases of the teachers’ unions and their members, it’s a hopeless situation; forcing kids to digest left-wing propaganda and gay porn in libraries isn’t going to increase test scores.

Internet Erupts Over Biden Declaring Easter ‘Trans Day of Visibility’

Conservatives over the weekend voiced their outrage following news of President Joe Biden declaring Easter Sunday as “Transgender Day of Visibility.”

Biden’s Friday proclamation said that “all Americans” should join in lifting up “the lives and voices of transgender people throughout our Nation” and work toward “eliminating violence and discrimination based on gender identity.”

“Biden is banning religious symbols from Easter celebrations at the White House, while flying the trans flag and declaring Easter Sunday to be ‘Trans Visibility Day,” Donald Trump Jr. reacted online. “This is the left’s new religion. They want people worshiping the trans flag instead of God. They must be stopped.” . . .

“I have as low an opinion of Biden as you can possibly have and yet this is so outrageously evil that I had to check to make sure it was real. It is,” Daily Wire host and author Matt Walsh said. “Our ‘catholic’ president has chosen the highest holiday on the Christian calendar to celebrate transgenderism. This man is a demon.”

Carmaker Recalls Over 400,000 SUVs Over Crash Risk From ‘Unintended Vehicle Movement

Kia America, Inc. is recalling 427,407 Kia Telluride SUVs over concerns the vehicles may move while parked due to a faulty shaft engagement and thus crash, authorities said Tuesday.

The Irvine, California-based manufacturer said the intermediate shaft and right front driveshaft of each of the affected vehicles “may not be fully engaged due to suspected improper assembly by the supplier,” according to a document published by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).

“Over time, partial engagement can cause damage to the intermediate shaft splines,” the NHTSA document continued. “Damaged shaft splines may result in unintended vehicle movement while in Park if the parking brake is not engaged.”

The affected vehicles thus faced an increased risk of a crash, according to the document.

53 Years Later, Police Solve Cold Case Murder Thanks to Witness Coming Forward From Hospital Bed (VIDEO)

Authorities in eastern Ohio closed a sixty-year-old cold case Saturday four years after a hospitalized man for fear of death admitted to witnessing the murder and identified the suspect, according to a police statement.

The homicide victim, 43-year-old Daisy Evelyn Shelton of Dayton, was murdered and dismembered in 1964, after which her remains were found in several locations, the Miami County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) said in the statement. A fisherman fetched an arm of Shelton’s from a gravel pit near Tipp City in June 1964, another found a burlap bag containing Shelton’s torso in a channel of the old Miami Erie canal four days later, and still later authorities found Shelton’s head and one of her legs in the canal, the statement revealed.

“The investigation went cold until 2017 when a witness of the murder, who feared he was dying while in the hospital, made a confession to a nurse” and then “survived and was interviewed by detectives,” the MCSO’s statement continued.

The key witness confessed to observing the suspect fatally bludgeon Shelton with a hammer in a home, after which Shelton’s body was cut up and scattered about in water bodies in and around Tipp City, the MCSO said.

The suspect — whom investigators interviewed multiple times — reportedly “[i]nitially…denied knowing Daisy Shelton despite their living on the same street and working for the same employer” but reluctantly admitted to knowing Shelton in August 2017.

White House Does Ramadan but Bans Christian Symbols for Easter; Announces Blasphemous “Transgender Day of Visibility” for Easter

The White House decided to prohibit the inclusion of Christian symbols in its annual Easter art event while simultaneously celebrating Ramadan. The controversy centers around the exclusion of religious Easter egg designs from children of the National Guard participating in the “Celebrating National Guard Families” art event.

According to the guidelines outlined in the contest flyer, submissions for Easter egg designs must refrain from featuring religious symbols, overtly religious themes, or partisan political statements.

This decision has raised eyebrows, especially considering the juxtaposition with the White House’s recognition and celebration of Ramadan, a significant Islamic holiday. The White House has a long-standing tradition of commemorating Easter.

The flyer for the art contest emphasizes the theme of “Celebrating our Military Families,” encouraging children from National Guard families to submit artwork reflecting their own lives. Selected designs are to be painted on real eggs by talented artists and displayed at the White House during the Easter and Passover season.

However, the guidelines also stipulate that designs must not promote “bigotry, racism, hatred, or harm against any group or individual” or discriminate based on various factors, including religion. The guidelines resulted in the exclusion of Christian representation, undermining the diversity of religious expression.

I am proud to have appointed transgender leaders to my Administration and to have ended the ban on transgender Americans serving openly in our military. I am proud to have signed historic Executive Orders that strengthen civil rights protections in housing, employment, health care, education, the justice system, and more. I am proud to have signed the Respect for Marriage Act into law, ensuring that every American can marry the person they love.

Transgender Americans are part of the fabric of our Nation. Whether serving their communities or in the military, raising families or running businesses, they help America thrive. They deserve, and are entitled to, the same rights and freedoms as every other American, including the most fundamental freedom to be their true selves. But extremists are proposing hundreds of hateful laws that target and terrify transgender kids and their families — silencing teachers; banning books; and even threatening parents, doctors, and nurses with prison for helping parents get care for their children. These bills attack our most basic American values: the freedom to be yourself, the freedom to make your own health care decisions, and even the right to raise your own child. The Department of Justice has taken action to push back against extreme and un-American State laws targeting transgender youth and their families and the Department of Justice is partnering with law enforcement and community groups to combat hate and violence. My Administration is also providing dedicated emergency mental health support through our nationwide suicide and crisis lifeline — any LGBTQI+ young person in need can call “988” and press “3” to speak with a counselor trained to support them. We are making public services more accessible for transgender Americans, including with more inclusive passports and easier access to Social Security benefits. There is much more to do. I continue to call on the Congress to pass the Equality Act, to codify civil rights protections for all LGBTQI+ Americans.

Trump Appeals Ruling Allowing Willis to Remain on Election Case

Former President Trump and eight co-defendants asked a state appeals court on Friday to review a judge’s ruling allowing Fulton County District Attorney Fani Williams to stay on the election interference case. . .

“DA Willis has covered herself and her office in scandal and disrepute, as she has squandered her credibility and repeatedly and flagrantly violated the heightened ethical standards demanded of her position,” the appeal states.

On Friday, Trump and eight of his co-defendants filed an application with the Georgia Court of Appeals urging it to take up the case, insisting Willis has a personal stake in the case and must step aside. The move was expected after McAfee handed down a decision enabling the defense to attempt to appeal his ruling before trial.

“While the trial court factually found DA Willis’s out-of-court statements were improper and Defendants proved an apparent conflict of interest, the trial court erred as a matter of law by not requiring dismissal and DA Willis’ disqualification,” the application reads. “This legal error requires the Court’s immediate review.”
