Canadian PM Faces Third Corruption Scandal

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau apologized on Monday for granting a federal aid program to a private organization that has paid his family at least $220,000, Canadian newspaper the Globe and Mail reported on Tuesday.

On Tuesday, Trudeau faced increasing calls from both sides of the aisle for him to testify before parliament over his involvement in the federal government’s decision to grant a now-canceled $664 million federal contract to We Charity, an organization that has paid his family members on multiple occasions for speaking engagements.

“I made a mistake in not recusing myself immediately from the discussions, given our family’s history, and I’m sincerely sorry about not having done that,” Trudeau said at a press conference.

Both Trudeau and Canadian Finance Minister Bill Morneau apologized on Monday “for not recusing themselves from a cabinet decision about [the We] contract despite their personal and family ties to the organization. Mr. Trudeau’s family members, including his wife, mother, and brother, have been paid to take part in WE Charity events and Bill Morneau’s daughter is a contract employee there,” the Globe and Mail reported. Hong Kong Virologist Who Exposed Coronavirus Cover-Up: ‘We Don’t Have Much Time’

A Hong Kong virologist who fled to the U.S. earlier this year told “Bill Hemmer Reports” in an exclusive interview Monday that lives could have been saved if the Chinese government hadn’t censored her work.

“This is a huge pandemic we have seen in the world,” Yan Li-Meng told host Bill Hemmer. “It’s more than anything we’ve known in human history. So, the timing is very, very important. If we can stop it early, we can save lives.”

. . . She told Hemmer that Beijing government knew in December that more than 40 citizens had already been infected with the virus and “human-to-human transmissions [were] already [occurring] at that time.”

An intelligence dossier compiled by the Five Eyes intelligence agenices that was leaked to an Australian newspaper in May stated that Chinese authorities denied that the virus could be spread between humans until Jan. 20, “despite evidence of human-human transmission from early December.” As late as Jan. 14, the World Health Organization had stated that there was “no clear evidence” for human-to-human transmission of COVID-19.

. . .”I am waiting to tell all the things I know, provide all the evidence to the U.S. Government,” Yan added. “And I want them to understand, and I also want the U.S. people to understand how terrible this is. It is not what you have seen … This is something very different. We have to chase the true evidence and get the real evidence because this is a key part to stop this pandemic. German Gov’t Removes Taiwan Flag, Permits Palestinian Flag

The foreign ministry of Germany deleted the flag of the state of Taiwan from its website while allowing the non-state of Palestine to remain on its homepage, sparking outrage on social media and from Taiwan’s government about bias.

Taiwan News reported on Monday that “Germany was found to have unceremoniously replaced Taiwan’s flag with a blank, white banner under its listing for the country on the foreign ministry website — prompting one reporter to ask if it was a white flag of surrender to China.”

According to Taiwan news, a reporter asked a German foreign ministry spokesman Rainer Breul, “Since when did the official website of the German Foreign Ministry no longer use Taiwan’s flag?” He then further queried why the Palestinian flag can still be found on the website even though it is not an officially recognized country.

Breul could not provide an answer.

Amazon Bans Bestselling Book ‘China Virus’

Amazon is known for banning books that it says are medically-related misinformation about the coronavirus but now it seems to also be banning books that focus on the politics of it.

Amazon has banned and deleted the listing of a new book about the politics of the coronavirus outbreak, particularly as it pertains to Canada. The book, called China Virus: How Justin Trudeau’s Pro-Communist Ideology is Putting Canadians in Danger by journalist Ezra Levant and became available on Amazon.ca on July 10. . .

It’s clear that levant writes fiery books meant to provoke, get attention, and push boundaries. But why should his latest book be banned?

In an email sent to the author, Ezra Levant, Amazon claims the book contains information contradicting “official sources” of coronavirus information.

“Due to the rapidly changing nature of information around the COVID-19 virus, we are referring customers to official sources for health information about the virus. President Trump Confirms He’s Looking at Banning Chinese-Owned TikTok

President Donald Trump on Tuesday confirmed that his administration is looking at banning the Chinese-owned social media app TikTok.

“It’s something we’re looking at. Yes,” the president told Gray TV Full Court Press host Greta Van Susteren when asked about a potential ban on TikTok.

President Trump’s remarks come after Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said a ban on Chinese-owned social media apps, including TikTok, is under consideration.

Pompeo responded when asked by Fox News Channel’s Ingraham Angle whether a ban 0n Chinese social media apps is on the table:

We’re certainly looking at it. We’ve worked on this very issue for a long time, whether it was the problems of having Huawei technology in your infrastructure — we’ve gone all over the world and we’re making real progress getting that out. We declared ZTE a danger to American national security. We’ve done all of these things. With respect to Chinese apps on people’s cell phones, I can assure you, the United States will get this one right too.

China Threatens U.S., Says It Could “Destroy Two Carriers at Any Moment”

Chinese state media said Saturday the double US aircraft carrier deployment to the South China Sea is ‘at their pleasure’.

In a tweet The Global Times also warned: ‘China has a wide selection of anti-aircraft carrier weapons like DF-21D and DF-26 “aircraft carrier killer” #missiles.’

Two U.S. aircraft carriers were conducting exercises in the disputed South China Sea on Saturday, the U.S. navy had said, as China also carried out military drills that have been criticized by the Pentagon and neighboring states.

The state run Global Times said analysts noted and they could destroy the carriers at any moment with missiles in a chilling threat.

WHO Finally Admits China Never Reported the Existence of Coronavirus Outbreak

The World Health Organization backtracked on its assertion that the Chinese government alerted the United Nations agency about the coronavirus outbreak.

The WHO quietly updated its “Timeline of WHO’s response to COVID-19” on Tuesday following the House Foreign Affairs Committee Republicans’ mid-June Interim Report on Origins of COVID-19 Pandemic (led by ranking member and China task force Chairman Rep. Michael McCaul of Texas), which concluded that “despite public reporting to the contrary … China never notified the WHO about the outbreak in Wuhan.” The change was spotted by McCaul and first reported by the Washington Free Beacon.

“I’m glad to see the WHO and the Chinese Communist Party have both read my interim report on the origins of the pandemic and are finally admitting to the world the truth — the CCP never reported the virus outbreak to the WHO in violation of WHO regulations,” McCaul said in a statement to the Washington Examiner. “The question now is whether the CCP will continue their false propaganda campaign that continues to claim they warned the world or whether they will come clean and begin to work with the world health community to get to the bottom of this deadly pandemic.”

McCaul’s June report said the WHO found out about the coronavirus outbreak when Chinese media reports about an atypical pneumonia outbreak began to leak online and that the organization also discovered a post on the Program for Monitoring Emerging Diseases, a U.S.-based open-access platform for early intelligence about outbreaks, on the last day of 2019.

The previous iteration of the timeline said the “Wuhan Municipal Health Commission, China, reported a cluster of cases of pneumonia in Wuhan.” The updated timeline states that the WHO’s country office in China “picked up a media statement by the Wuhan Municipal Health Commission from their website on cases of ‘viral pneumonia’ in Wuhan” and that the WHO’s Epidemic Intelligence from Open Sources platform “also picked up a media report on ProMED … about the same cluster of cases of ‘pneumonia of unknown cause’ in Wuhan.” (Read more from “WHO Finally Admits China Never Reported the Existence of Coronavirus Outbreak” HERE)

Almost Three-Quarters of Russians Vote for Changes that Could Keep Putin in Power til 2036

President Vladimir Putin has won a resounding victory in his bid to stay in power until the middle of the next decade, as Russians voted overwhelmingly to endorse the country’s political status quo, according to preliminary results.

Russians went to the polls Wednesday to cast ballots in a nationwide referendum on constitutional amendments. The vote paves the way for Putin, who has ruled for two decades, to remain president until 2036. . .

“Our country, our constitution, our decision” was the slogan on the information bulletin explaining the constitutional reform to voters. The brochure spelled out a range of amendments, including a provision that defines marriage strictly as a “union of a man and a woman.”

But the brochure glosses over one key point: The changes to the constitution effectively reset the clock on Putin’s term limits, allowing him to seek two more six-year terms when his presidency ends in 2024. Wuhan Is the Final Straw: The World Needs to Divest From China; China Reportedly in Talks With Pakistani Terror Groups

By The Hill. The global influence of the Chinese Communist Party both economically and militarily is one of the most concerning stories so far in the 21st century. Despite years of human rights abuses, currency manipulation, dishonest trade practices, and threats to democracy, the Chinese communist government has been able to grow its economy and influence throughout the world at a breathtaking pace.

The current COVID-19 pandemic, and the global economic upheaval it has created, has exposed China as the reckless, dishonest member of the global community that many of us knew them to be. The outbreak in Wuhan and the communist government’s efforts to keep this quiet have led to a global catastrophe. National security advisor Robert O’Brien suggested that this cover up delayed the global response to COVID-19 by two months while the Chinese government allowed its own people to continue traveling to Wuhan and abroad, infecting the world. . .

Although it may be difficult to identify positives from the COVID-19 pandemic, it is plausible to suggest a global awakening to China’s insidious behavior is underway. It is now time for the global community to begin divesting in the China relationship. This is the only thing that will pressure China to operate honestly and abide by the same rules the rest of the world operates by.

The world needs to follow the examples of nations like Australia who has joined the United States in calling for an independent international investigation of China’s handling of COVID-19 and the WHO response. In typical fashion China has threatened Australia with economic sanctions. The Aussies have not relented, however. Australian Foreign Minister Marise Payne has labeled these threats “economic coercion,” setting an example for the world to see. . .

In relation to COVID-19, nations should consider economic sanctions on Chinese officials responsible for this cover up and the Chinese companies which have benefitted. Additionally, nations, including the United States, should consider bringing China to the International Court of Justice for their violation of the 2005 International Health Regulations. China’s deception, cover-up, and underreporting of the disease is a clear violation of an agreement signed by nearly 200 states, including China and the United States. China Reportedly in Talks With Pakistani Terror Groups

At a time when the Indian and Chinese militaries continue to engage in talks to defuse the tension in Ladakh region, sources say Pakistan has started moving troops along the Gilgit-Baltistan area and the Chinese army is holding talks with terror organisation Al Badr to incite violence in Jammu and Kashmir.

According to sources, Pakistan has moved almost 20,000 additional troops in the northern Ladakh region to match Chinese deployments.

Sources have indicated that Pakistan is looking at an opportunity to open a two-front attack on India. Meanwhile, there were a series of meetings between the Indian Army and intelligence officials to discuss the looming threat.

Dissident Claims Chinese Communist Party Pays Vatican $2 Billion Annually to Keep Shut

By DNA India. Guo Wengei, exiled Chinese dissident, has claimed that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) assigns $2 billion every year to pay off the Vatican for its silence concerning atrocities by Beijing.

During a recent interview on The War Room on June 20, Guo revealed that the CCP earmarks massive budget each year to secure the allegiance of foreign nations including the likes of Vatican, Italy, and Australia, US-based Breitbart news reported.

He also added that the Vatican receives up to USD 2 billion from the Chinese Communist party.

“The Chinese Communist Party allocates 2 billion US dollars each year” to increase their influence over the Vatican’s internal policymaking and to finance for its silence on the CCP’s repression of religious freedom, said the billionaire whistleblower.

Guo had previously stated that China has drafted a complete strategy for world domination known by the initials “BGY,” which stands for Blue (control the Internet), Gold (buy influence with money), and Yellow (seduce key people with sex). Dissident Tycoon Says Chinese Communist Party Pays Vatican as well as other Countries to Stay Quiet

By Mailonline Reporter. Fugitive tycoon Guo Wengui claimed in a podcast that the Communist Party had been paying the Holy See generously since 2014 because Beijing ‘wanted the Vatican to shut up about China’s religion policies.’

US-based Guo, 52, said in the interview that the Communist country had also spent large sums to muzzle other countries – including Italy and Australia – from voicing concerns. . .

‘[They] want Vatican to shut up and follow the CCP about the religion polices,’ Guo said on [Steve Bannon’s] radio show. ‘That is disaster.’

The Chinese dissident also claimed that the Chinese government was paying the Holy See with $100million (£80million) before 2014, without specifying when those payments initially started.
