Trump Drops Hilarious Line in ‘Testy’ Call With Canadian PM

In a very important, very “exclusive” report by CNN, sources say that President Donald J. Trump waxed historical in his rather “testy” call with his Canadian counterpart Justin Trudeau.

According to CNN, in his May 25 phone call with Trudeau about the new tariffs on steel and aluminum imports the Trump administration is imposing on Canada, Trump went full 1812 on the prime minister. CNN reports:

According to the sources, Trudeau pressed Trump on how he could justify the tariffs as a “national security” issue. In response, Trump quipped to Trudeau, “Didn’t you guys burn down the White House?” referring to the War of 1812.

Unfortunately, as CNN makes sure to point out, Trump got his facts a little crossed up: Yes, the White House was set ablaze during the War of 1812, but it was the British who were lighting fires. And like most Trump mix-ups, there’s a kernel of truth somewhere in there. . .

Anxious to follow up on its exclusive information, CNN asked one of its sources how Trudeau received Trump’s quasi-historical joke, the not particularly gleeful source replied: “To the degree one can ever take what is said as a joke. The impact on Canada and ultimately on workers in the US won’t be a laughing matter.” (Read more from “Trump Drops Hilarious Line in ‘Testy’ Call With Canadian PM” HERE)

Israeli Embassy Responds With Humor to Iran’s Threat to Eradicate Entire Country

It has now been about a month since President Donald Trump withdrew the United States from the faulty Iran nuclear deal entered into with the dangerous Islamic Republic by the prior administration of former President Barack Obama.

Since that consequential event, the leaders of Iran have issued bellicose and hostile threats against not only the U.S., but also our nation’s closest ally in the Middle East, the nation of Israel.

According to Townhall, the top leader of Iran just issued yet another existential threat against the small Jewish nation of roughly 9 million individuals.

“Our stance against Israel is the same stance we have always taken,” the Ayatollah Khamenei tweeted Sunday. “#Israel is a malignant cancerous tumor in the West Asian region that has to be removed and eradicated: it is possible and it will happen.”

Nothing like calling a neighboring country a “malignant cancerous tumor” that must be “removed and eradicated” to show the world that one’s own nation has nothing but peaceful intentions, as had been routinely promised during the negotiation of the Iran nuclear deal.

Despite the rather obvious threat of complete annihilation lodged against the nation of Israel by their bitter rivals in Iran, the Israeli Embassy in America responded to the threat with a humorous GIF from the movie “Mean Girls.”

Robert Mueller’s Israel Problem

As the Mueller probe drags along into year two of its supposed investigation into Russian meddling in the 2016 election, a disturbing pattern has emerged. The special counsel has become obsessed with the state of Israel. The former FBI director is deeply suspicious, to the point of total paranoia, that there is a grand conspiracy involving the Trump campaign and transition officials as potential agents for the Israelis.

George Papadopoulos, the Israeli spy?

On Monday, the Daily Caller reported that Mueller had allegedly coerced Trump campaign adviser George Papadopoulos to plead guilty to lesser charges, after threatening that he would be prosecuted as an Israeli spy.

There isn’t much public evidence to suggest that Papadopoulos has substantial ties to Israel. Born to Greek immigrants, he has made a career of working on eastern Mediterranean energy issues. He has advocated for the very uncontroversial position that there should be a closer diplomatic and economic bond between Israel, Cyprus, Greece, and the United States. Nonetheless, the prospect of being prosecuted under the Espionage Act is terrifying, as a conviction carries a lengthy prison sentence.

While it is supposedly investigating Russia’s activities in 2016, the Mueller probe’s alleged Papadopoulos threat is just one of many instances in which the special counsel has instead exhibited a hyper focus on Israel-related activities.

Gen. Michael Flynn and Israel

In December, Gen. Michael Flynn pled guilty to making false statements to the FBI. Notably, one of the charges levelled at the decorated general was that during the transition period, he communicated with the Russian ambassador to the U.S. about a coming vote concerning an anti-Israel resolution at the United Nations. Although the mainstream media and the Left accused him of breaching protocol, a transition team reaching out to world powers prior to entering office is not illegal or unusual. In fact, it’s a standard, smart practice.

President Obama was notoriously hostile to Israel, so much so that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu reportedly called the incoming Trump administration and asked if they could rally for the defeat of the vicious U.N. resolution. The resolution passed anyway, thanks to U.N. Ambassador Samantha Power’s abstention.

Nonetheless, Mueller found it necessary to charge Flynn for misleading the FBI about his conversations with the Russian ambassador about the resolution. Additionally, as the special counsel probe drags on, evidence has emerged that Flynn did not in fact mislead the FBI about his conversations.

Jared Kushner and Israel

In November, reports emerged that Mueller was scrutinizing efforts made by Jared Kushner, a senior aide to the president, and his efforts to combat the anti-Israel U.N. resolution during the presidential transition period.

Just as Gen. Flynn had every right to defend Israel, so did Kushner. Yet Mueller’s team seemingly carried on for months with a dedicated effort to examining Kushner’s Israeli ties. As Mueller was digging into Kushner, targeted hit pieces reporting exclusive information from the Mueller probe landed in leftist outlets such as the Washington Post, NBC News, and the New York Times.

Flashback: Mueller tries to “tempt Jews” to betray USA

Mueller’s suspicions of Israel — and Jews as a whole — go back to his early days as the FBI director.

In 2004, the Mueller FBI alleged that a massive Israeli spy ring was operating out of the Pentagon. The stunning revelations sent shockwaves throughout the intelligence community, and it was followed by endless editorials painting Israel as a nefarious actor seeking to undermine the United States.

Yet it later turned out that the allegations were completely bogus. There was no Israeli spy ring, but rather, what appeared to be a deliberate attempt to target Jews for prosecution. There were several disturbing instances of the Mueller FBI running sting operations attempting to “tempt Jews” to betray their country. “All turned down the offer,” according to the Washington Post. Mueller’s attempts to lure Jews into a trap failed. The botched operation confirmed the troubling reality that elements of the U.S. intelligence community remained attached to anti-Semitism.

Mueller sends a team to Israel

Last month, Mueller sent a team of investigators to Israel in an attempt to track down the activities of at least two Israeli social media and consulting firms. Mueller’s prosecutors have seemed to suggest in leaks to the media that the Israeli firms may have colluded with the president to secure his victory.

However, both companies have flatly denied that they ever even worked with the Trump campaign in an official or unofficial capacity, yet Mueller devoted massive resources to flying his team over to Israel to investigate the matter.

The Trump-Russia dossier and its backers have their own Jewish conspiracies

If Mueller is indeed relying upon the rumors gathered in the political opposition document (which was financed by the Clinton campaign) known as the Trump-Russia dossier (and reports suggest that he is), his attempts to uncover a series of grand Israeli and Jewish conspiracies shouldn’t come as a surprise.

According to the dossier, Russian Jews and Jewish organizations are integral to the supposed links between President Trump and the Kremlin. As Lee Smith lays out in an article for Tablet magazine, dossier producer Glenn Simpson has made it clear in his public testimony that he believes there is an ongoing “secret Jewish plot to undermine American democracy.”

To this day, not a single major allegation in the dossier has been confirmed.

Old habits die hard

The evidence is not on his side, but that hasn’t stopped Mueller from sending agents halfway across the world to chase down leads garnered from politically motivated sources. As his career track record shows, this isn’t the first time Mueller has played the Israeli agent card. The first time, Mueller’s delusions ended up making a hugely embarrassing saga for the FBI. Now one year into the Mueller probe, his special counsel has yet to find evidence for any grand Israeli plot. (For more from the author of “Robert Mueller’s Israel Problem” please click HERE)

Despite Near-Total Knife Ban, UK Mom and Baby Stabbed in Broad Daylight

In the latest in a series of horrifying crimes involving knife attacks in the United Kingdom, a Pakistani national is accused of stabbing his estranged wife and their 11-month-old son.

Authorities say Rehan Khan, 25, attacked Salma Khan and their infant son with a knife Monday at the home near London where Salma Khan and their four children were living.

The 11-month-old baby remains in a critical condition. The mother, 32, is hospitalized but expected to recover.

A friend of Salma Khan claimed Rehan Khan faced being deported from the U.K. over a previous alleged attack.

The victim’s friend claimed Khan’s application for a UK visa application was rejected five days ago, in part because of Salma Khan’s accusations of domestic abuse.

“She reported he used to be a beater and harasser in the past and the court rejected (his application),” the friend told the Daily Mail.

Salma Khan is reportedly a British national who is originally from Belgium.

The friend claims she saw the suspect leaving the crime scene.

“I saw him run away, he ran so fast. I just saw blood. He carried on to the motorway,” the witness said. “He didn’t injure the other kids. He tried to kill her and kill her son, of course [her other sons] said ‘don’t kill my mummy.’

“(Salma) didn’t even have time to raise a panic alarm. she didn’t give that chance to be rescued.”

Although Britain has strict gun control laws, knives have become the weapon of choice. Britain’s Office of National Statistics showed that in September 2017, knife crime had risen 21 percent over the past year.

Skyrocketing crime rates are documented by data, Breitbart reported. The London Assembly Police and Crime Committee reported the city’s murder rate has increased 44 percent through March.

Other crimes also rose. London data showed a roughly 33 percent increase in violent robbery and burglary, a 30 percent increase in youth killings, and an 18 percent increase in rapes. Shootings rose 23 percent, the report said.

London Mayor Sadiq Khan has said the rise in crime is due to spending cuts by Britain’s government.

In response to the rise in crime, British officials have sought to impose knife control and ban the delivery of some kinds of knives to private addresses, the Independent has reported. Guess Which Celebrity May Accompany Trump to Meet Kim Jong Un

President Trump may be accompanied by one of Kim Jong Un’s best friends when he meets with the North Korean dictator next week in Singapore: former NBA star Dennis Rodman.

Sources told The New York Post that not only will Rodman be in Singapore at the time of the meeting, but he could take part in the negotiations. One source told the Post, “No matter what you might think about his presence. One thing’s for sure the ratings will be huge. A lot of times in situations that involve complex diplomacy countries like to identify ambassadors of goodwill and whether you agree with it or not Dennis Rodman fits the bill.”

Rodman has visited North Korea five times, and he believes that he was responsible for the North Korean dictator “understanding” Trump. In April, he told TMZ he gave Kim Jong Un a copy of Trump’s book, “The Art of the Deal,” for the dictator’s birthday in 2017. He stated, “I think [Kim] didn’t realize who Donald Trump was at that time, I guess, until he started to read the book and started to get to understand him. Donald Trump and Kim Jong-un are pretty much the same.”

Rodman added modestly, “I don’t want to take all the credit. I don’t want to sit there and say, ‘I did this, I did that.’ That’s not my intention. My intention was to go over and be a sports ambassador to North Korea so people understand how the people are in North Korea. I think that has resonated to this whole point now.” (Read more from “Guess Which Celebrity May Accompany Trump to Meet Kim Jong Un” HERE)

18-Year-Old Girl Found Guilty of Plotting ISIS Attack

An 18-year-old became the youngest female authorities have charged and convicted of a terrorist offense in the United Kingdom after she was found guilty Monday of plotting a terrorist attack in London on behalf of the Islamic State group.

The woman, Safaa Boular, was planning to travel to Syria to join her fiancee, 32-year-old Naweed Hussain, an Islamic State group fighter whom she met online. Boular corresponded with Hussain for two years online and discussed suicide bombings and other violent attacks with him through picture and instant messages, according to messages recovered by the U.K. police from Boular’s phone.

Authorities stopped her from traveling to Syria after police interviewed her in August 2016 at an airport stop as she was returning to the U.K. after vacationing with her family in Morocco.

She admitted to authorities that she had between 300 and 400 Islamic State group connections online. She also revealed her affinity for Islamic State group ideologies and her desire to die as a martyr to the caliphate, according to Sky News. . .

The U.K. police bugged Boular’s house to keep tabs on her communications. They discovered that Boular encouraged her mother, 44-year-old Mina Dich, and her sister, 22-year-old Rizlaine Boular, to plot a knife attack at the British Museum in Westminster, which they secretly referred to as the “Alice-In-Wonderland” plot. Nessie Found? New Hunt for Loch Ness Monster’s DNA

. . .Researchers in Scotland have been secretly sweeping the lake for DNA traces, suggesting that if the elusive “Nessie” is real, it will have DNA that has spread throughout the storied body of water.

Scientists can use this genetic material, known as eDNA, to track elusive beasts. And now researchers are turning that powerful method on Loch Ness to create the most comprehensive biodiversity catalog of its residents yet. . .

Researchers have used to the technique to help determine the presence of invasive bullfrogs in France and the movements of invasive Asian Carp in the Great Lakes. It’s even been used to monitor fish migrations around New York.

The Loch Ness researchers hope to create a similar catalogue while surveying the lake’s DNA. The researchers have been collecting samples since April, Michael Greshko writes for National Geographic and they’ll start extracting the DNA this month. But the team doesn’t expect to release its findings until January.

Meanwhile, video of what appears to be a similar “plesiosaur-type” creature in the deep, dark waters of Kanas Lake in China. See the eerie images of the 30-foot-long beast in Xinjiang province and decide for yourself. (Read more from “New Hunt for Loch Ness Monster’s DNA” HERE)

This Country Isn’t Having Enough Babies, but Abortion Is Legal Anyway

By The Daily Caller. Ireland isn’t having enough kids to ensure it will be able to replace its population in the long run, but the nation voted in May to legalize abortion anyway.

Ireland’s Central Statistics Office (CSO) reported that Irish women are having an average of 1.8 children altogether. That number sits below 2.1 children per woman, which is the number of children Irish women would need to have in order to replace the population.

Women had 62,053 babies in 2017, marking a 1,844-decrease in babies born from 2016, according to the Independent.

Where Ireland’s birth rate used to sit at 16.1 per every thousand women aged 15 to 49 in 2007, that rate has fallen to 12.9 per thousand of child-bearing age women. The average age of women having their first child has risen to 31 years old. The marriage rate has also fallen 0.2 percent since 2016.

Despite the falling population, the Irish electorate voted 66.4 percent to 33.6 percent to repeal the Eight Amendment, results showed on May 26. The vote came after swaths of Irish, many of whom had traveled across international waters to return home in order to cast their ballots, headed to the booths May 25 to affirm or reject their commitment to protecting life. Judge Agrees to Halt Fetal Heartbeat Abortion Law in Iowa

By NBC News. Attorneys for the state and Republican Gov. Kim Reynolds said during a court hearing that they agreed to prevent the law from taking effect on July 1 after discussions with the American Civil Liberties Union of Iowa, Planned Parenthood Federation of American and the Emma Goldman Clinic.

The advocacy groups argue the law is unconstitutional and have filed a lawsuit to block the law, which bans most abortions if a fetal heartbeat can be detected. An attorney representing the state said the goal now is to quickly get the case before a judge so the state can argue the law is constitutional.

Judge Michael Huppert said he would formally issue a temporary injunction later in the day.

Reynolds signed the law May 2, two days after lawmakers approved it. If the law is eventually allowed to take effect, the fetal heartbeat requirement would ban abortions around the sixth week of pregnancy — a time when, abortion-rights groups say, many women don’t even know they’re pregnant. North Korea Summit Is Back On

By WND. After announcing last week that the planned historic summit with North Korean’s Kim Jong Un had been canceled because of the dictator’s “tremendous anger and open hostility,” President Trump said Friday after meeting with a top North Korean aide that the summit will take place June 12 in Singapore as originally planned. . .

Trump said his meeting Friday in the Oval Office with Kim Yong Chol, Kim Jong Un’s top aide, was a “great start,” confirming the official gave him a personal letter from the North Korean dictator.

Trump said a meeting that was intended to be only about “the delivery of a letter,” which he said he had not read yet, turned out to be an extended conversation with the “second most powerful man in North Korea” that led to restoration of the summit.

“We talked about a lot of things,” Trump said. “We really did. But the big deal will be on June 12.” . . .

One week ago, Trump, whose stated objective is denuclearization of the rogue regime, sent a letter to Kim Jong Un declaring the meeting had been canceled and lamenting the world and North Korea had missed a “great opportunity for lasting peace and great prosperity.” (Read more from “North Korea Summit Is Back On” HERE)

Why North Korea’s ‘Special Delivery’ Letter Was so Warmly Received in the Oval Office

By NBC News. Even before President Donald Trump had read the letter from North Korean leader Kim Jong Un on Friday, it was “special delivery.”

Instead of bringing Kim Jong Un’s number-two unceremoniously through a side door, the White House rolled out the red carpet for Kim Yong Chol, North Korea’s former longtime spy chief. Even though Gen. Kim remains under Treasury Department sanctions, with a record of hostile actions against the United States, he was given the kind of reception usually accorded a top diplomat from a friendly nation.

What does this signify? Clearly, Trump has come a long way from his threats of “fire and fury” and insults against “little rocket man,” to say nothing of his New Year’s tweets comparing his “nuclear button” with Kim Jong Un’s. He needs a show of good relations between the U.S. and North Korea as much as Kim Jong Un does, and immediately announced that the summit between the two men was back on for June 12 in Singapore. Country Bans Islamic Full-Face Veil in Public

Denmark on Thursday became the latest European country to ban the Islamic full-face veil in public spaces in a move slammed by human rights campaigners as “a violation of women’s rights”.

“Anyone who wears a garment that hides the face in public will be punished with a fine,” says the law, which was passed by 75 votes to 30 in the Danish parliament. . .

Wearing a burqa, which covers a person’s entire face, or the niqab, which only shows the eyes, in public will lead to a fine of 1,000 kroner ($156, 134 euros).

The ban also targets other accessories that hide the face such as balaclavas and false beards. Repeated violations will be fined up to 10,000 kroner. . .

“Some people use (the full-face veil) to promote an ideology which, if successful, would mean many others would lose their right to freedom. It’s a matter of balance,” Martin Henriksen, spokesman for the anti-immigration Danish People’s Party, told Ritzau. (Read more from “Country Bans Islamic Full-Face Veil in Public” HERE)
