Joe Biden’s Niece Gets No Jail Time After DUI Guilty Plea

Joe Biden’s niece Caroline Biden pleaded guilty to DUI on Dec. 3 — and was sentenced to 20 days to six months of “confinement,” Pennsylvania court records said.

But the small print shows Biden, 33, won’t see a day behind bars after she negotiated a plea deal with the Montgomery County district attorney.

Instead of jail, she got five-plus months of probation, with 20 days of rehab in January counted toward her sentence.

The walk-free plea continues a long Biden family tradition of avoiding jail time. A Post investigation in July found at least eight other busts of Bidens resulted in wrist slaps.

“She will be on probation … Should she then violate or break the law at any time, then she will be on the hook for the rest of the sentence,” Kate Delano, a DA spokeswoman told The Post. (Read more from “Joe Biden’s Niece Gets No Jail Time After DUI Guilty Plea” HERE)

COVID Vaccine Warning: No Breastfeeding, Avoid Pregnancy for 2 Months, Unknown Fertility Impacts; You Can’t Sue if You Have Severe COVID Vaccine Side Effects

By Life Site News. Government produced safety instructions for a new coronavirus vaccine indicate that it should not be used by pregnant or breast-feeding mothers and children. In addition, they state that it is unknown what effect the COVID-19 mRNA vaccine will have on fertility.

The ten-page “Reg 174 Information for UK Healthcare Professionals” describes the vaccine, how it is to be stored, diluted, and administered, and the trial studies carried out to test it. To be effective, the vaccine is supposed to be administered twice. In a section called “Fertility, pregnancy and lactation,” the guide says there is “no or limited data” on the vaccine. Therefore, it is not recommending its use for pregnant women. . .

The guide also advises that women should avoid becoming pregnant for the first two months after their Covid-19 shots. . .

Because it is still unknown whether or not the vaccine can be transmitted to a breast-feeding infant through his or her mother’s milk, the instructions state that “a risk to the newborns/infants cannot be excluded.” Therefore, the guide specifies that the vaccine “should not be used during breast-feeding.” (Read more from “COVID Vaccine Warning: No Breastfeeding, Avoid Pregnancy for 2 Months, Unknown Fertility Impacts” HERE)

You Can’t Sue if You Have Severe COVID Vaccine Side Effects

By CNBC. If you experience severe side effects after getting a Covid vaccine, lawyers tell CNBC there is basically no one to blame in a U.S. court of law.

The federal government has granted companies like Pfizer and Moderna immunity from liability if something unintentionally goes wrong with their vaccines.

“It is very rare for a blanket immunity law to be passed,” said Rogge Dunn, a Dallas labor and employment attorney. “Pharmaceutical companies typically aren’t offered much liability protection under the law.“

You also can’t sue the Food and Drug Administration for authorizing a vaccine for emergency use, nor can you hold your employer accountable if they mandate inoculation as a condition of employment. (Read more from “You Can’t Sue if You Have Severe COVID Vaccine Side Effects” HERE)

Congress to Receive First Batch of COVID-19 Vaccines, but Uncertainty Lingers

By Politico. Top congressional leaders will receive the coronavirus vaccine in the coming days with dozens of lawmakers planning to quickly follow suit — an effort designed to maintain a continuity of government while also instilling public confidence in the shot.

The limited batch of doses, which is expected to soon arrive in the House and Senate and was first reported by POLITICO, marks a major development for lawmakers and frontline workers in a Capitol complex that has battled dozens of cases this year.

But the sudden announcement of vaccines stunned many lawmakers who had been kept in the dark about whether they would get doses at all. Now, members are preparing for their first doses in what’s expected to be the final week in session of the 116th Congress. Study on Puberty Blockers in Teens ‘Confirms Massive Decrease in Bone Density’

California endocrinologist Dr. Michael Laidlaw observed on Twitter this week that a 2020 preprint of a study on puberty blockers administered to 12-15-year-old gender-dysphoric youth confirmed a “massive decrease in bone density of patients relative to their peers.”

“The graph shows the baseline spine bone density and then the decrease over time,” Laidlaw continued in the thread.

As a “preprint” published online at medRxiv.org, the article, titled “Short-term outcomes of pubertal suppression in a selected cohort of 12 to 15 year old young people with persistent gender dysphoria in the UK,” is new research that has yet to be peer-reviewed.

The lead investigators of the study, which included 44 patients, are from the U.K.’s Tavistock and Portman NHS trust, which operates a “gender identity development service” (GIDS) for children.

“There was no change from baseline in spine BMD [bone mineral density] at 12 months nor in hip BMD at 24 and 36 months, but at 24 months lumbar spine BMC [bone mineral content] and BMD were higher than at baseline …,” the researchers wrote.

Megachurch Rife With ‘Inappropriate’ Sex, Members Claimed

Hillsong staffers used the church like a seedy dating service, “sleeping around” with volunteers and asking them to send nude pictures — according to a group of volunteers who allegedly complained about the situation.

The whistleblowers also claimed the organization — which has been rocked by recent revelations that its former leader, Carl Lentz, had multiple tawdry affairs — was “a breeding ground for unchecked abuse.”

Page Six is told that in 2018 a group of former “high-level” volunteers — and one who was still a volunteer at the time — sent a letter to the trendy ministry’s leaders warning of “verified, widely circulated stories of inappropriate sexual behavior amongst staff/interns.”

We’re told that one person employed by the church was asked to step down after it was revealed that, as the letter put it, he had “multiple inappropriate sexual relationships with several female leaders and volunteers and was verbally, emotionally, and according to one woman, physically abusive in his relationships with these women.”

The group claimed that another church member even caught the same employee “having sex” with a church leader. (Read more from “Megachurch Rife With ‘Inappropriate’ Sex, Members Claimed” HERE)

Disturbing Billboards in U.S. Boast Satanic Temple’s ‘Religious Abortion Ritual’

Abortion industry giant Planned Parenthood has been working with the Satanic Temple to fight state abortion restrictions. . .

According to a press release, one of the TST billboards says, “Pregnancy complications are the sixth most common cause of death among women ages 20 to 34. Abortions save lives!”

In the second billboard, a woman tells her friend she does not have to undergo the waiting period for her abortion because she is a satanist.

Both billboards state, “Our abortion ritual averts many state restrictions.”

“We want our members to know that performing our religious abortion ritual means they do not have to fulfill regulations that require them to violate their religious beliefs when they have decided to terminate their pregnancy,” said Sydney Goodwin, TST’s religious reproductive rights spokesperson. Supreme Court Slaps Down Unequal Treatment of Churches in COVID Rules

The Supreme Court sided with a rural Colorado church Tuesday that challenged the state Democrat governor’s COVID rules restricting building capacity in some parts of the state.

The 6-3 decision overturned lower court rulings that had upheld Gov. Jared Polis’s church gathering limits to a maximum of 25 percent or 50 people, whichever is fewer, and ordered lower courts to re-examine the case.

Today in Colorado it is perfectly legal for hundreds of shoppers to pack themselves cheek by jowl into a Lowes or other big box store or patronize any one of the thousands of other retail establishments that are not subject to draconian numerical limits,” church attorney Barry Arrington told National Review.

In the brief unsigned order, Justices Elena Kagan, Stephen Breyer, and Sonia Sotomayor dissented, arguing the case was moot given the state had already repealed its COVID orders on churches following a November ruling in a similar case out of New York nullifying religious restrictions. Fashion Mogul Arrested on Sex Trafficking Charges

Canadian fashion mogul Peter Nygard was arrested on charges alleging he sexually abused women and girls after luring them into his orbit with opportunities in fashion and modeling over the last 25 years.

Nygard, 79, was detained after a Winnipeg, Canada, court appearance Tuesday following his Monday arrest by Canadian authorities at the request of the U.S. No date was set for a bail hearing, though he was due to return to court Jan. 13. His lawyer, Elkan Abramowitz, declined comment. . .

The raid came soon after 10 women sued Nygard, saying he enticed young and impoverished women to his Bahamas estate with cash and promises of modeling and fashion opportunities. Several plaintiffs in the suit, filed in New York City, said they were 14 or 15 years old when Nygard gave them alcohol or drugs and then raped them. Mind-Blowing Push: ‘Every’ Child Should Have Puberty Blockers

Reacting to the U.K. Supreme Court’s ruling that children can’t give informed consent to be put on “sex-change” drugs, a transgender activist is offering a radical solution.

Put all children on puberty blockers, tweeted YouTuber Zinnia Jones, also known as Lauren McNamara.

“If children can’t consent to puberty blockers which pause any permanent changes even with the relevant professional evaluation, how can they consent to the permanent and irreversible changes that come with their own puberty with no professional evaluation whatsoever?” she wrote.

Zinnia, who identifies herself as “adult demon female,” said an “inability to offer informed consent or understand the long-term consequences is actually an argument for putting every single cis and trans person on puberty blockers until they acquire that ability.” . . .

“For the record, I understand that y’all just aren’t capable of wrapping your heads around something like this, because if you could, then you wouldn’t be the way you are. It’s probably best to step away and have a juice box, this is beyond your level. Natal puberty became optional the moment technology became available to enable deliberate choice between natal puberty and puberty induced by cross-sex hormones. It became a choice when it *became a choice* and I am really profoundly sorry if you cannot understand that.” (Read more from “Mind-Blowing Push: ‘Every’ Child Should Have Puberty Blockers” HERE)

Just Saying This Famous Jesus Quote Could Land You in Jail

Christians in the United Kingdom and Canada are being warned that foundational religious beliefs and practices soon could be criminalized under laws banning the counseling of people seeking help with unwanted sexual attraction.

Activists want to ban not only the so-called “conversion therapy,” they also want to prevent people from criticizing their lifestyle.

And that includes a veto on the preaching and the practice of churches regarding sexuality, according to the U.K.’s Christian Institute.

Pastoral counseling, communion or even membership could become criminal matters.

For example: “A lesbian activist visits church on a day when the minister – who knows her personally – is preaching on sexual ethics. He teaches that sex is a gift reserved for marriage between a man and a woman, and says singleness is an honorable calling. She reports this as an attempt to change or repress her sexual orientation.” (Read more from “Just Saying This Famous Jesus Quote Could Land You in Jail” HERE)

Andrew Cuomo Accused of Sexual Harassment by Former Adviser

One of Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s former advisers on Sunday accused the New York Democrat of sexually harassing her “for years,” saying, “I *know* I am not the only woman.”

“Yes, @NYGovCuomo sexually harassed me for years,” Lindsey Boylan tweeted Sunday morning. She did not immediately respond to the Daily Caller News Foundation’s requests for comment. . .

“Not knowing what to expect what’s the most upsetting part aside from knowing that no one would do a damn thing even when they saw it,” she continued. “No one. And I *know* I am not the only woman.” . . .

Boylan did not provide additional details about the alleged sexual harassment. She prefaced the allegations with a Saturday tweet criticizing announcements that President-elect Joe Biden is considering Cuomo as his potential attorney general.
