Most White Students Must Get Flu Vaccine at Top University, but Minorities Allowed to Opt Out Based on Race

Cornell students are required to get a flu vaccination before arriving on campus as part of the Cornell Student Behavioral Compact in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Or, to put it more accurately, white students are required to get a flu vaccination. . .

Meanwhile, all “Black,” “Indigenous” and other students of color are allowed to cite their racial identity — or a medical or religious reason — as a cause for exemption from the Ivy League school’s requirement. 7-Year-Old Boy Went Back Into Raging House Fire to Rescue Baby Sister

. . .Dec. 8 was like any other night. Chris and Nicole Davidson fed their three children dinner and tucked them into bed by 8:30 p.m. However, the Davidsons were awakened in the middle of the night to the smell of smoke in their home in New Tazewell, Tennessee.

“And about 11:30 someone woke me up and I know it was God,” Nicole told WLTV-TV.

Nicole said Chris, who is a former fireman, “grabbed the fire extinguisher trying to buy me time to get the kids, and I grabbed the boys because they were closest to the fire.”

They ran outside, but their 22-month-old daughter was still inside the burning home. . .

Young Eli reminisced about saving his sister in the dire situation, “Dad busted the window and then I said, ‘I can’t do it,’ like two times, and then I said, ‘I got her dad’. And when we went down there I said, ‘I was scared but I didn’t want my sister to die.” (Read more from “7-Year-Old Boy Went Back Into Raging House Fire to Rescue Baby Sister” HERE)

Apparently, Wishing Someone ‘Merry Christmas’ Is Now ‘White Supremacy Culture at Work’

In our culture of progressivism and political correctness, nothing is safe.

Now, apparently, even wishing someone a “Merry Christmas” is “white supremacy culture at work.” At least, that’s according to Jen Bokoff, a Chicago woman who made the astonishing claim on Christmas Day.

“This is your annual reminder that not everyone celebrates Christmas! The default to ‘Merry Christmas’ as a normal greeting is also white supremacy culture at work. If someone celebrates, then by all means. But so many people don’t,” Bokoff tweeted.

Bokoff’s claim is dripping with irony. That’s because Christmas is one of Christianity’s two major holiday seasons (the other being Easter, of course). And Christianity is, in fact, the largest global multiethnic religion, which means Christmas was celebrated on every continent and nearly every country on Friday.

Homeless Man Rescues All Animals at Georgia Shelter After It Catches Fire

A homeless man risked his life to rescue several cats and dogs trapped inside an Atlanta, Georgia, animal shelter after it caught fire.

Keith Walker, 53, ran into the W-Underdogs shelter on December 18 after a fire broke out in the facility’s kitchen.

“I was nervous as hell, I’m not going to lie. I was really scared to go in there with all that smoke. But God put me there to save those animals,” Walker told CNN. “If you love a dog, you can love anyone in the world. My dog is my best friend, and I wouldn’t be here without him, so I knew I had to save all those other dogs.”

Although the shelter was not completely destroyed, the fire department deemed it uninhabitable, W-Underdogs founder Gracie Hamlin said. . .

“He is my guardian angel,” Hamlin told CNN. “Even the firefighters didn’t want to handle the dogs. They called animal control, but Keith was already in the building pulling out the cats and dogs until they were all safe.” (Read more from “Homeless Man Rescues All Animals at Georgia Shelter After It Catches Fire” HERE)

Report: Multiple Infants Born Alive During Botched Abortions in Texas in 2019

Multiple infants were born alive after botched abortions in Texas, a new report indicates.

According to statistics from Texas Health and Human Services, abortion facilities and physicians each reported at least six infants were born alive during abortion attempts in the state in 2019 — an increase by at least two from the previous year.

In 2019, Texas Gov. Greg Abbott signed a bill requiring physicians present during a botched abortion must “exercise the same degree of professional skill, care, and diligence to preserve the life and health” of a baby born alive as if it were delivered under normal circumstances. Physicians are also required to facilitate the immediate transfer of the infant to a hospital. Violators of this law risk being fined at least $100,000 and being charged with a third-degree felony.

Texas State Rep. Jeff Leach, who authored the legislation, called for an investigation into the care provided to the 2019 babies born alive despite attempts to abort them, saying that the numbers in the report should “shock the collective conscience of the Lone Star State.”

“I call on the Texas Attorney General and appropriate law enforcement agencies, with the full weight and force of Texas law, to investigate and unleash holy hell on those responsible for these heinous crimes,” Leach wrote.

Black Lives Matter Activist Says Statues of Jesus Christ Should Be Torn Down — but Just the White Ones

Black Lives Matter activist Shaun King said that it is permissible to tear down the statues of Jesus Christ that show him with European features because they support white supremacy.

“Yes, I think the statues of the white European they claim is Jesus should also come down. They are a form of white supremacy. Always have been,” King tweeted on Monday. . .

“Yes. All murals and stained glass windows of white Jesus, and his European mother, and their white friends should also come down,” he explained in a second tweet.

“They are a gross form [of] white supremacy,” he added. “Created as tools of oppression. Racist propaganda. They should all come down.” (Read more from “Black Lives Matter Activist Says Statues of Jesus Christ Should Be Torn Down — but Just the White Ones” HERE)

Pope Francis’ Instagram Account Appears to ‘Like’ Second Racy Model Pic

Pope Francis’ Instagram account is accused of liking a racy photo by an X-rated model for the second time.

“Hey thats me,” tweeted Margot Foxx on Tuesday as she shared a screenshot appearing to show the official papal account among more than 2,500 likes on a photo of her in a revealing black bodysuit. . .

The “like” comes weeks after the pontiff’s official account “liked” an image of Brazilian model Natalia Garibotto, 27, standing by a school locker dressed in a white crop-top and a dress barely reaching her behind.

The Vatican launched an internal investigation into the first “like,” and asked Instagram for help in investigating the source of the “like.” (Read more from “Pope Francis’ Instagram Account Appears to ‘Like’ Second Racy Model Pic” HERE)

Hillsong Admits Church Was Aware of Disturbing Claims Against It

For years, megachurch Hillsong has been doing damage control for appalling claims of member mistreatment — some of which, representatives have admitted to The Post, were found to be true.

“In February of 2018, Hillsong Church received a letter with serious allegations regarding specific members of the Hillsong NYC volunteer and staff teams,” a rep for the until recently celebrity-beloved institution told The Post in response to an exposé on former members, who called the Australia-born temple chain a “cult” and claimed they were made to perform unpaid “slave labor” while a part of it. “We were very concerned to learn that any church member, volunteer or staff member would feel unsafe. Immediately, we launched a comprehensive three-month inquiry into the claims made in the letter.”

The internal investigation (another one was launched in November) determined that there was indeed merit to some complaints, while others “were found to be inaccurate,” although the rep insisted Hillsong “realized that those situations required care and concern as well.”

“Sadly, we learned that some of the allegations were true,” the statement continued. In response, Hillsong’s “team took immediate action to address those allegations” by implementing an ethical standard code for all Hillsong East Coast volunteers and creating a department to enforce and “examine” all future alleged violations of it. A “confidential” Hillsong email was set up for the submission of complaints which, if “substantiated,” were submitted to review by another committee. Dizzying 27 Alternate Pronouns Displayed on College Application

Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson College of Business features a program called WomenLead which “equips female students to excel in school, enter the workforce with developed skills, and find their place in leadership positions.”

One might assume a program geared toward women wouldn’t need much in the way of gender identifiers on its application form, but once you scroll down a little ways past boxes to input your last name, first name, and “nickname or preferred first name if different from your given name,” the form asks “what pronouns do you prefer?” . . .

Apart from box you can click for the seemingly obvious choice (“she,” “her,” “her,” “hers,” “herself”), there’s an option we’ve been seeing quite a bit of for the last couple of years (“he,” “him,” “his,” “his,” “himself”). And then “they,” “them,” “their,” “theirs,” “themself.” Alrighty, then. . .

If the latter choices don’t pass muster with applicants, there are seven more groups of alternate pronouns to choose from that display a whopping 27 words of some sort, such as “ey,” “xie,” “hir,” “vis,” and “eirs.”

The kicker? If none of those choices suffice, the application leaves a space at the bottom of the section in which hopefuls can list their “other” pronouns. (Read more from “Dizzying 27 Alternate Pronouns Displayed on College Application” HERE)

Vatican: Coronavirus Vaccines ‘Morally Acceptable,’ Even From Aborted Babies

The Vatican announced Monday that it is “morally acceptable” for Roman Catholics to receive vaccines that used cell lines based on research from aborted babies.

“It is morally acceptable to receive COVID-19 vaccines that have used cell lines from aborted fetuses” in research and production when “ethically irreproachable” vaccines are not available, the Vatican concluded according to the Associated Press. The Vatican emphasized, however, that “licit” uses of these vaccines “does not and should not in any way imply that there is a moral endorsement of the use of cell lines proceeding from aborted fetuses.”

The potential that the highly anticipated coronavirus vaccines would use cells from aborted babies posed weighty moral problems for many Americans who object to abortion — particularly Catholics, since the Catholic Church says abortion is a “crime against human life.”

The COVID-19 vaccines that have begun to be distributed in various countries will probably have used cell lines “drawn from tissue obtained from two abortions that occurred in the last century,” the Vatican said, according to the AP. The Vatican also emphasized that “health authorities do not allow citizens to choose the vaccine with which to be inoculated,” the publication reported.

It is unclear whether 84-year-old Pope Francis will be vaccinated against the virus or what vaccine he will receive if he is vaccinated, the AP reported. (Read more from “Vatican: Coronavirus Vaccines ‘Morally Acceptable,’ Even From Aborted Babies” HERE)
