The Statue Of The Random Black Woman In Times Square Is Leftist Cultural Warfare

The cultural parasites of the left have struck again. This time, they have erected a bronze statue of a 12-foot-tall anonymous overweight black woman in New York City’s Times Square, where it will stand for the next month.

Matt Walsh asked on X whether it was a particular person “or just a statue of a random black woman for no apparent reason?”

It is indeed a random black woman, and the randomness is for a very specific reason. Having torn down beautiful statues of American heroes and icons, the left is now erecting intentionally ugly statues designed to attack the very idea of greatness and undermine the notion that exceptional people should be memorialized and honored in public. And they’re doing it for the ultimate purpose of seizing and wielding cultural and political power.

But don’t just take my word for it. The statue, we’re told, “disrupts preconceived ideas of what defines a triumphant figure and challenges who should be rendered immortal through monumentalization.”

These people do not come to build but to destroy, and what they erect in the place of what they have destroyed isn’t just boring and narcissistic, it’s also cultural propaganda that insists on a neo-Marxist paradigm pitting the supposedly marginalized and oppressed against the oppressors. And we all know who the oppressors are. (Read more from “The Statue Of The Random Black Woman In Times Square Is Leftist Cultural Warfare” HERE)

Buddhist Monk-Turned-Pastor Describes Visiting Hell After Suicide Attempt: ‘Worse Than Death’

A Buddhist monk-turned-Evangelical pastor has opened up about briefly experiencing Hell during a near death experience, describing it as a barren wasteland full of giant demons, “agony” and “fear.”

In a recent interview with the Daily Mail, Steve Kang revealed he had a face-to-face experience with the supernatural after a suicide attempt left him hovering between life and death, an ordeal he described as an eight-hour descent into a dark, torturous realm he believes was Hell.

“It’s not a place you want to go,” Kang said. “I almost feel like I don’t even want Kim Jong-il or Hitler to go there. I don’t want my worst enemies to go there.”

In September 1998, while battling substance abuse and plagued by what he believed was demonic possession, Kang attempted to take his life by slitting his neck and stomach. As surgeons worked frantically to repair the damage at a hospital in California, Kang said his spirit was plunged into what he could only describe as Hell.

“There was no light,” he said. “There [were] no plants. I don’t remember seeing even an ounce of grass. It was just like rocky floor. There’s cliffs everywhere, and they look like purplish red, just not a pleasant color. You look up, and it’s just dark. Just imagine a very dark night without the moon.”

The 20-minute experience, which doctors later told him lasted roughly eight hours in real time, left an indelible mark on Kang, who described a barren and agonizing landscape filled with lost souls and monstrous demons. Buttigieg Says Black Babies Come At ‘Discount’ — Gets Smacked Down By Adoption Expert

A leading adoption advocate rebuked former Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg for suggesting racial disparities in adoption fees, calling the claim “ignorant” and misleading.

In an op-ed published in The Hill, National Council for Adoption President Ryan Hanlon addressed Buttigieg’s suggestion that adopting white children involves a “list” and a “deposit on a fetus” while implying black children are adopted at a discount. Hanlon said such language grossly misrepresents how private domestic adoption works and perpetuates harmful myths about adoption and race.

“Anybody who says race is not a thing in this country should experience an adoption process, where there are literally different lists if you say that you want a white kid only versus if you say that doesn’t matter,” Buttigieg said on Flagrant, a podcast hosted by comedian Andrew Schulz. “Literally a different list. The list for ‘white kid only’ is longer. And not only that, there was actually a discount — or, you didn’t have to pay a deposit on the fees. This is, like, how it works. I couldn’t believe it.”

“As someone who has worked with hundreds of adoption agencies and professionals across the country for decades, I can confidently say that [Buttigieg’s comments] misrepresent how private adoption works,” Hanlon wrote. “More importantly, when media narratives confuse or conflate key facts, the real harm falls on children and families.” (Read more from “Buttigieg Says Black Babies Come At ‘Discount’ — Gets Smacked Down By Adoption Expert” HERE)

This Vaccine Lowers Risk of Heart Attack and Stroke by 26% — so Why Was It Discontinued in the US?

. . .A type of herpes virus — the varicella-zoster virus — causes chickenpox in childhood and shingles later in life.

Shingles travels along nerves, triggering a distinctive blistering rash and what some have described as the worst pain they have ever experienced.

A shingles infection can cause blood vessel damage, inflammation and clot formation, raising the risk of heart attack and stroke.

Older adults, people with weakened immune systems and those who’ve had chickenpox are at higher risk of shingles. Experts say vaccination is the most effective way to reduce this risk.

Now, a new study out of South Korea reports that a certain type of vaccine can offer benefits beyond lowering the risk of shingles — but it’s no longer available in the US.

The live zoster vaccine, which contains a weakened version of the shingles virus, can lower the risk of heart failure, a stroke, a heart attack or death from heart disease by 26% for up to eight years, according to research published Monday in the European Heart Journal. Avoid These Foods Right Now — the 10 ‘Really Risky’ Items Causing Illness, According to Consumer Reports

. . .While food poisoning can have many sources, certain foods can make mealtime seem like playing intestinal roulette.

A new survey by Consumer Reports has named the 10 riskiest foods in the US based on their recalls and track record of making people sick. . .

The stomach-churning report comes following a 41% increase in food recalls due to “possible contamination with salmonella, E. coli, and listeria in 2024 compared with the year before,” CR reported. Meanwhile, confirmed cases of foodborne illness soared by 20 percent while associated hospitalizations and deaths more than doubled from the same time last year.

At the top of the food poisoning pyramid was deli meat, which resulted in 165 illnesses and 87 hospitalizations due to listeria. This innocuous-seeming sandwich staple makes consistent appearances on CR lists due to its frequent handling and the fact that listeria bacteria are frequently found at processing plants and on deli counters. . .

Cucumbers can put one’s stomach in quite a pickle. According to CR, salmonella found in this healthy-seeming veggie torpedo was responsible for over 664 reported illnesses and 173 reported hospitalizations in 2024. Thankfully, no deaths were reported. . .

Raw milk and raw cheese made the food poisoning pantheon with over 182 illnesses and 29 hospitalizations due to E. coli and salmonella collectively. The culprits were unpasteurized milk products from Raw Farms, which resulted in an outbreak due to salmonella in milk and cream, and another caused by E. coli in raw cheddar cheese. Yale Revokes Student Organization Designation of Anti-Israel Group After ‘Disturbing Anti-Semitic Conduct’ at Protest

Yale College announced on Wednesday that an anti-Israel student group would lose their rights as a registered student organization over “disturbing anti-Semitic” actions at a protest Tuesday evening.

The Yalies4Palestine group had met with college officials and had been warned about violating their conduct rules, but the protest led to officials taking action.

The protest at Beinecke Plaza lasted only about four hours, beginning at 8 p.m., and the Yalies4Palestine denied having any part of it, but a press release from the college cited social media posts taking credit for the demonstration.

“Repost! Share! Join the students!” read one post with video of students erecting tents, while another read, “HAPPENING NOW YALE STUDENTS RELAUNCH ENCAMPMENTS.” Another video showed protesters not allowing Jewish students to access college buildings.

Without official student group registration, the group won’t be able to reserve spaces at Yale, participate in the student activities bazaar, or request Yale funding. Exercising During This 3-Hour Window Linked to Lowest Risk of Heart Disease and Stroke

Most people know that exercise — especially a combination of cardio and strength training — is good for your heart.

But a major study tracking over 85,000 adults suggests it’s not just what you do at the gym — it’s when you do it — that counts.

The study, published in the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology, found that people who worked out either early or late in the morning had an 11% and 16% lower risk, respectively, of heart disease and stroke than those who didn’t lace up their sneakers until the afternoon.

Specifically, researchers identified 8 to 11 a.m. as the ideal sweet spot for exercise — at least when it comes to heart health.

Women in particular saw the strongest benefit, as those who hit the gym in the late morning had a 35% lower risk of stroke and 24% lower risk of coronary artery disease compared to their afternoon counterparts. Fiancé Of Woman Accused Of Drowning 7-Year-Old Daughter Claims She’s Depressed Over Immigration Status

The fiancé of a Los Angeles woman accused of drowning her 7-year-old daughter said she was depressed over her immigration status, ABC7 reported Tuesday.

The man, who asked not to be identified, told the outlet he believes his fiancé, Graciela Castellanos, 37, allegedly drowned her daughter following what he said was a deep depression over potentially not becoming a legal resident. Despite the allegations, her fiancé said she was “the sweetest mom in the world” and had never previously harmed the child, according to ABC7.

“First, I want to say that my wife was an almost perfect mom. She never told a bad word, yelled at the girl, didn’t hit her,” the man told the outlet in Spanish. “She was the sweetest mom in the world.”

The man also told ABC7 he had not arrived at the apartment where the child was allegedly killed until after the incident.

“I never got to the apartment and saw the girl, or her. I got home after all of it happened. This happened at 4 p.m. or 5 p.m. and I got home at almost 7 on the dot.”

REPORT: Public Health Officials Make Shocking Discovery At Gene Hackman’s Home

The New Mexico Department of Health (NMDH) reportedly discovered that Gene Hackman’s property was infested by rodents.

Authorities carried out an environmental assessment one week after the famous actor and his wife Betsy Arakawa were found dead in their New Mexico home, according to TMZ. Dead rodents and their nests found in eight detached outbuildings on Hackman’s property, the health report said. Authorities discovered rodent feces in three garages, two casitas and three sheds situated on the premises. Three detached garages held a living rodent, a dead rodent and a rodent nest.

There were two vehicles on Hackman’s property that also had indications of rodents and nests with observations of the animals noted in the health report.

Investigators located live traps installed in the outbuildings, indicating that the infestation was a continuing problem for the star, and Hackman and Arakawa were likely aware of the issue, according to TMZ.

The outlet reported that the NMDH conducted a risk assessment March 5 to ensure first responders attending the scene and family members who had made their way onto the property were not at risk. The primary residence was deemed to be low-risk, with no indications of rodents inside the home, according to TMZ.
