Judge Blocks Alabama’s Abortion Ban

On Tuesday, a federal judge blocked Alabama’s abortion ban, which was scheduled to be implemented on November 15 and would make Alabama the first state in the United States to make abortion illegal. The American Civil Liberties Union of Alabama and Planned Parenthood Southeast Advocates had filed suit claiming the legislation, which was signed into law last May, was unconstitutional.

As AL.com reports, Judge Myron Thompson of the District Court for the Middle District of Alabama stated of Alabama’s Human Life Protection Act, which would charge doctors with a felony for performing abortions unless the mother’s life was in danger or the baby was still born or likely to die just after its birth: “’The court is persuaded that the plaintiffs are likely to succeed in showing that the Act violates an individual’s constitutional right to obtain a pre-viability abortion, and thus that it violates her constitutional rights.” He concluded:

Alabama’s abortion ban contravenes clear Supreme Court precedent. It violates the right of an individual to privacy, to make “choices central to personal dignity and autonomy”(Casey, 505 U.S. at 851) … It diminishes “the capacity of women to act in society, and to make reproductive decisions.” (Id. at 860). It defies the United States Constitution. The court will, therefore, enter an appropriate order preliminarily enjoining enforcement of the Act as applied to pre-viability abortion.

The Daily Mail noted, “Tuesday’s injunction will ensure that the suit can move forward and upward through the court system – including, quite possibly, the Supreme Court – before coming into effect. Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall has long been prepared for that possibility. Kanye West Slams Democrat Party Leaders: They Are ‘Making Us Abort Our Children’

Kanye West slammed abortion and pro-abortion Democratic politicians last week in an interview promoting his first Christian album, “Jesus is King.”

West is the husband of Kim Kardashian and a well-known abortion supporter and often controversial celebrity who visited President Donald Trump in the White House last fall. He recently said he became a Christian, and his latest comments have some speculating that he may have become pro-life, too.

“Democrats had us voting Democrat for food stamps for years, bro,” the rap star told radio host Big Boy last week, according to Live Action. “What you talking about? Guns in the ’80s, taking the fathers out of the home, Plan B, lowering our votes, making us abort our children…. I can’t tell y’all how to feel. But what I can tell you honestly is how I feel.”

For years, black pro-life advocates like Dr. Alveda King have been calling out racial targeting by the abortion industry and the Democrat leaders who support it. Research by Protecting Black Life found that 79 percent of Planned Parenthood surgical abortion facilities are located within walking distance of African American and/or Hispanic/Latino communities. Statistics also indicate that black women have a disproportionately high number of abortions compared to other racial groups.

Bernie Sanders to Black Student: ‘Respect’ Cops ‘so That You Don’t Get Shot in the Back of the Head’

Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) participated in a criminal justice forum at Benedict College on Saturday and told a black male student — who asked for advice on how to handle an interaction with a police officer — to “respect what they [police officers] are doing so that you don’t get shot in the back of the head.”

Sanders participated in the Second Step Presidential Justice Forum at the historically black college on Saturday and took a question from an audience member, who asked, “If I was your son, what advice would you give me the next time I would be pulled over by a police officer?”

The presidential hopeful told the student that he would suggest politely asking for the officer’s name and stressed respecting what the officer is doing “so that you don’t get shot in the back of the head.”

“I would do my best to identify who that police officer is in a polite way, ask him or her for their name,” Sanders began.

“I would respect what they are doing so that you don’t get shot in the back of the head, but I would also be very mindful of the fact that, as a nation, we have got to hold police officers accountable for the actions that they commit,” he continued, urging his hypothetical son to exercise caution. Photo Appears to Show Sex-Scandal Congresswoman Has ‘Nazi-Era Tattoo’

A stunning photo of Democrat Rep. Katie Hill (CA) was revealed on Thursday that appeared to show that the freshman lawmaker has a “Nazi-era tattoo” on her waistline while she was naked, smoking a bong.

“Hill’s wild lifestyle has been laid bare in a cache of texts and intimate photographs obtained by DailyMail.com, as sources revealed Hill and Helsep also posted her naked photos online under a thread called ‘WouldYouF**kMyWife’,” The Daily Mail reported.

“The picture also shows an iron cross tattoo on Hill’s pubic area, similar to the symbols formerly used by white supremacists referencing a World War II Nazi medal.”

The Anti-Defamation League reports that the Iron Cross is “a famous German military medal dating back to the 19th century. During the 1930s, the Nazi regime in Germany superimposed a swastika on the traditional medal, turning it into a Nazi symbol. After World War II, the medal was discontinued but neo-Nazis and other white supremacists subsequently adopted it as a hate symbol and it has been a commonly-used hate symbol ever since.”

“The mainstream media has a blackout on this story, which is amusing. The press typically loves politicians embroiled in sex scandals,” a top Congressional GOP source told The Daily Wire. “But the perpetrator is a Democrat in a swing district, so the press will pretend like there’s nothing to see here.”

Couple Adopts After Pro-Life Photo Went Viral

A Virginia couple who went viral earlier this year with their pro-life plea to pregnant women has had their dreams answered.

Blake and Sarah Thomas, of Radford, posted a photo on Facebook about nine months ago pleading expectant mothers to not have an abortion. . .

They had posted the image in response to the passing of a New York bill on the anniversary of Roe v. Wade that legalizes abortion up to birth in many cases. . .

Soon after the post went viral, the Thomas’ agreed to adopt a child, but that fell through. To their surprise and joy, the mother decided to keep and parent the baby.

“We recently felt God burdening our hearts for older orphans, specifically boys who statistically are the least likely to be adopted,” Sarah Tomas said. “We’re so excited to meet him and we’re amazed by how God has already filled our hearts with love for this boy on the other side of the world that we’ve never met.” (Read more from “Couple Adopts After Pro-Life Photo Went Viral” HERE)

Gay 2020 Candidate Says Americans Should Be Forced to Fund Abortions

Mayor Pete Buttigieg of South Bend, Indiana introduced an action plan for women as he campaigns for the Democrat nomination for president. Sadly, that action plans assumes women can only be empowered by helping them kill their children and forcing Americans to fund abortions.

His proposal to secure “power for women in the 21st century” is centered on a repeal of the Hyde Amendment, which protects Americans from directly funding abortions via their tax dollars.

“Progress for women has come despite systemic sexism and racism, and persistent gender bias,” Mr. Buttigieg said. “And now, with women’s rights under assault, we can’t wait any longer to ensure women have the power they deserve.”

But Buttigieg thinks the way to empower women is by having them kill their children with taxpayer funded abortions.

Transgender Male Allegedly Sets Woman on Fire at Taco Bell

A Tallahassee [man] may have gone on an arson spree Wednesday and Thursday, starting at a Taco Bell where a woman was set on fire, cops say.

On Wednesday, Mia Williams, a 32-year-old who was born male but identifies as female, walked into a Taco Bell, doused a woman with gasoline and then set her on fire, Tallahassee police said.

Williams ran away and the victim was taken to a hospital by helicopter with serious injuries. As of Friday, the victim was still being treated, police said. . .

At around 6:40 a.m., a Tallahassee fire truck spotted Williams on a bike and began following [him]. When an officer arrived, he tried to stop Williams by using a Taser on [him] twice, but both shots weren’t effective, police said. . .

[He] wasn’t done trying to get away. The officer said that Williams jumped on top of the car roof, pulled out a pair of orange scissors and then raised them up “as if to potentially stab me.”

Homosexual Male Cast as Cinderella’s ‘Fairy Godmother’ in Upcoming Live-Action Movie

The role of the fairy godmother in Sony’s upcoming live-action Cinderella movie will be played by a homosexual man.

Billy Porter, 50, has been known for his current role as Pray Tell in the FX ballroom drama Pose, as well as for the extravagant hats and dresses he wears. Due to be released in 2021, Sony’s version of the classic Cinderella tale has been billed as a modern story that features an orphan girl who finds true love with a prince despite years of enslavement by her wicked stepmother. The role of Prince Charming reportedly has not yet been cast.

The Emmy Award-winning Porter plays the role of a fairy godmother who grants a wish to Cinderella, who is played by popular Cuban-American singer Camila Cabello. According to a statement from Sony, Cabello will be “integrally involved in the music for the film.” The production is being directed by Kay Cannon, who has helmed the Pitch Perfect movie franchise, as well as several television productions.

Cinderella will be Porter’s seventh movie role. In The Broken Hearts Club, he played a jaded homosexual man who is cast aside by his lover. An acclaimed singer and actor, Porter has played in Broadway productions that have included Kinky Boots, Angels in America, Miss Saigon, Grease, Jesus Christ Superstar, Chicago, and King Lear. He has also recorded several albums.

According to People magazine, Porter became the first overtly homosexual black male to win an Emmy Award for best actor (2019) for the role of Pray Tell in FX’s Pose. Biologically Male NCAA Runner Named Conference Female Athlete of the Week

The Big Sky Conference named University of Montana runner June Eastwood, a biological male who identifies as a transgender woman, the cross-country female athlete of the week.

“June Eastwood finished second in a field of 204 runners at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational,” helping “Montana place seventh as a team,” the conference noted in its announcement Tuesday. Eastwood previously competed on the University of Montana’s men’s team.

The University of Montana’s athletic director previously cited NCAA policy in explaining why Eastwood was competing on the women’s team. The NCAA allows male runners who identify as transgender women to compete in women’s athletics after suppressing testosterone levels for a full calendar year. . .

Eastwood, whose accomplishment was first flagged by The College Fix, isn’t alone in winning accolades in female athletics as a male athlete.

Biological male runner CeCe Telfer, who identifies as a transgender woman, won an NCAA DII national championship for Franklin Pierce University in May. Like Eastwood, Telfer competed on the university’s men’s team before later switching to the women’s team.

Disturbing New Details Emerge in Story of 7-Year-Old’s Gender Transition Case

Disturbing new details have emerged in the case of James Younger, the 7-year-old Texas boy whose parents are battling in court over whether their son should undergo gender transition.

Jeffrey Younger and his ex-wife, Dr. Anne Georgulas, are fighting over custody, and medical decision authority, for James and his twin brother, Jude. Earlier this month, a Texas jury decided to give sole managing conservatorship to Georgulas, a pediatrician, who allegedly wants her son to undergo a gender transition, including puberty suppression hormone therapy. . .

Glenn shared a court document that lists “the findings of fact,” according to Georgulas’ petition for sole custody of the twins. . .

“Respondent [Younger] induced petitioner [Georgulas] into marriage by fraud,” Glenn read. “Before the marriage, [respondent] lied to petitioner about former marriages. Lied about former relationships. Lied about his education. Respondent misled petitioner about being a professor by having mail sent to him as ‘Professor Younger.’ Before the marriage, lied about being a teacher at the University of North Texas. Before the marriage, respondent lied to petitioner about his service in the Marines. Lied about his military experience in the army. Lied about his prior income and earnings. Lied about his sources of income, about his debt. Failed to disclose extensive student loans. He lied about working for a Fortune 500 company. Lied about his employment. Lied about his unemployment. Lied about not taking unemployment compensation” . . .

According to the document, Younger also “engaged in inappropriate and hurtful treatment” of Georgulas’ two daughters, Zoe and Sydney.
