‘Intentional Hate Crime’: Bodycam Catches Actor Demanding Police Use Chosen Pronouns During Arrest

In police body-camera footage of Miller’s arrest in Hawaii — obtained by Fox News Digital — the “Flash” star, 29, responded to one officer who called them “sir” by explaining to police, “I’m sorry, I’m not a sir. I’m transgender non-binary. Please don’t call me a sir.”

The officer relayed to Miller he “was just trying to be respectful,” to which the actor replied, “If you fail to do that again, that is an act of intentional bigotry and it is an intentional hate crime per U.S. federal law.”

“Please call me ‘they/them/theirs,’ you can use the term ‘Mx.’… if you prefer,” Miller declared to the officer.

Miller was arrested on March 28 and was charged with disorderly conduct and harassment stemming from incidents that took place at a local karaoke bar, the Hawaii Police Department confirmed to Fox News Digital at the time. Trump-Endorsed Candidate Wins Senate Primary

Republican North Carolina Rep. Ted Budd won the GOP’s Senate primary Tuesday following former President Donald Trump’s endorsement.

Budd won by a landslide with 58% of the vote, earning a total of 297,990 votes. McCrory came in second with 25.1%, Walker at 9.0%. Two other Republican candidates, Marjorie Eastman and David Flaherty, came in last with 3% and 1%. The Republican candidate will compete against Democratic candidate Cheri Beasley, who won the Democratic primary with 81% of the vote.

Budd led the senatorial GOP primary race in North Carolina by over 20 percentage points, holding 43% of support while opponent and former Gov. Pat McCrory had 16% of support, according to recent Emerson College/The Hill polling. Former Rep. Mark Walker stood at about 12%, being the only other candidate in the 14-person Republican field to hold double-digit support, The Hill reported May 12.

The candidates in the race are seeking to replace three-term Republican Sen. Richard Burr ahead of his upcoming retirement.

Budd, a three-term lawmaker representing the 13th congressional district, first announced his candidacy in a late April 2021 video, which featured multiple clips of him next to Trump. He received an endorsement from Trump in June 2021 at the state Republican convention in Greenville after the former president’s daughter-in-law, Lara Trump, reportedly decided against entering the race. Poll Shocker: You Won’t Believe How Many Pastors Actually Have a Biblical Worldview

A new poll shock has revealed that most Christian pastors believe what they want to believe, a “blending of ideas and applications from a variety of holistic worldviews into a unique but inconsistent combination that represents their personal preferences.”

That’s according to the new polling from the Cultural Research Center at Arizona Christian University, directed by George Barna.

The results come from the American Worldview Inventory 2022 that contacted 1,000 Christian pastors to understand their worldviews.

“People have many expectations of pastors of Christian churches. One of those expectations is that pastors possess a philosophy of life that largely reflects biblical principles, a perspective commonly called a biblical worldview,” the report said.

“But a new nationwide survey among a representative sample of America’s Christian pastors shows that a large majority of those pastors do not possess a biblical worldview. The report comes from a 63-page compilation of tax documents acquired by the Associated Press, Fox reported. . .

“Newly released tax filings revealed how Black Lives Matter co-founder Patrisse Cullors used charity funds to pay her friends and family large sums for various ‘consulting’ services, as well as charter a private flight,” the Daily Mail reported.

“The documents reveal that BLM paid a company owned by Damon Turner, the father of Cullors’ child, nearly $970,000 to help ‘produce live events’ and provide other ‘creative services.’ The co-founder’s brother, Paul Cullors, received more than $840,000 for providing security services to the foundation,” the UK paper wrote. . .

“A consulting firm run by Shalomyah Bowers, who is BLM’s board secretary and has previously served as deputy executive director, was paid more than $2.1 million for providing the organization with operational support, including staffing, fundraising and other key services,” the Mail reported. Rep. Stefanik Blasts Biden Administration for Formula Shortage, Says FDA has Known About Threat Since February

By Breitbart. The Biden Administration has been aware of the threat of a national baby formula shortage for “months,” House Republican Conference Chair Elise Stefanik (R-NY) told Breitbart News – on the same day President Biden claimed only “mind readers” could have anticipated the crisis.

Asked Friday about whether his administration could have taken steps sooner to avoid the current supply crunch of baby formula, Biden replied, “If we’d been better mind-readers I guess we could have.” . . .

But Rep. Stefanik told Breitbart News in a wide-ranging interview on Friday that Biden has been “asleep at the switch,” and that the FDA has known about a pending baby formula shortage for over three months – at least since she reached out to warn them of it in February.

“They’ve known this has been an issue for months. I sounded the alarm and reached out to the FDA in February of this year, after the recall of the Sturgis, Michigan, [Abott Nutrition] manufacturing facility, and we got no substantive response from the FDA. As Twitter Takes to Blaming Tucker Carlson for Shooting, Manifesto Confirms Suspect’s No Fan of Fox News; 10 Killed, 3 Wounded in Mass Shooting

By Townhall. On Saturday afternoon, 18-year old Payton Gendron allegedly shot several people, killing 10 at a Tops Friendly Market located in a predominantly Black neighborhood in Buffalo, New York. He has been arrested and arraigned on 10 first-degree murder charges.

Trends over Twitter to do with Gendron’s motives included “Great Replacement” and “Tucker Carlson,” as some took to blaming the Fox News host for the shooting. It’s worth emphasizing, though, that the suspect’s own manifesto not only included no mentions of Carlson, but attacked 21st Century Fox for hiring Jewish people.

The suspect expressed many anti-Semitic views, from what screenshots and excerpts are available.

Joe Lockhart, who is actually a communications person, said that there was “blood on the hands” of Carlson, and that “Carlson will be [damned] at judgment day.” He subsequently tweeted glee over the remarks he was getting as people called him out.

10 Killed, 3 Wounded in Racist Shooting at Buffalo Supermarket, Officials Say

By NBC News. A white gunman motivated by hate and dressed in tactical gear killed 10 people and wounded three others Saturday afternoon at a Buffalo, New York, supermarket, officials said.

The suspect, an 18-year-old man, shot 13 people — 11 of whom are Black and two who are white — at the Tops Friendly Market, Buffalo Police Commissioner Joseph Gramaglia said.

Officials said he streamed the attack on a social media platform.

A Twitch spokesperson said the platform has investigated and confirmed that the stream was removed “less than two minutes after the violence started.”

Federal Judge Christopher Cooper [appointed by Obama] said the man — who works in public policy for Amazon and appeared to be in his 40s — “expressed a high degree of confidence” that he could be impartial. . .

Another Clinton supporter, a former bartender who appeared to be in her 20s, said she’d also donated to progressive firebrand Ocasio-Cortez (D-The Bronx, Queens). [Yet another woman allowed in the jury pool] told prosecutor Michael Keilty that she had “a strong preference of one candidate over the other” in the election [but] she insisted she could be impartial. . .

A prospective juror who works at an engineering firm and appeared to be in her 30s said that her husband worked for Clinton’s 2008 presidential campaign but was allowed to remain on the panel after saying it wouldn’t affect her ability to be impartial

Middleton had for decades run an air conditioning business in Little Rock but in the 1990s he was a special advisor to Clinton and finance director on his Presidential campaign.

During that time Middleton admitted Epstein to the Clinton White House on seven of the at least 17 times the late pedophile visited.

Middleton also flew on Epstein’s plane and appears to have acted as a conduit between the two men.

On December 31, 2020, Washington, D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser requested DCNG troops to support the local Metro Police Department (MPD), in advance of “First Amendment events” planned for January 6, 2021.

In response, “DJT authorized the use of the military to support local and federal law enforcement on 6 Jan.,” then-Acting Secretary of Defense Christopher Miller told me. “He directed that I provide whatever support was requested. Absolutely true statement.” . . .

This Week’s Spygate Trial Is Bad News for Hillary Clinton

Subpoenaed Fusion GPS employee Laura Seago is likely to stay mum during questioning at the criminal trial of Michael Sussmann that starts this week. Her silence will be yet further evidence that the Hillary Clinton campaign financed and seeded the Russia collusion hoax to both the press and U.S. intelligence agencies.

Jury selection is scheduled to begin this morning in a D.C. federal court in the criminal case against former Clinton campaign attorney Michael Sussmann. While Sussmann faces a single charge of making a false statement to former FBI General Counsel James Baker, proof of that federal crime requires prosecutors to show Sussmann lied when he shared Alfa Bank data and whitepapers with Baker, telling the FBI lawyer that he was not acting on behalf of a client.

To prove that lie, Durham’s team, led by long-time prosecutor Andrew DeFilippis, will present evidence to the jury that Sussmann, in fact, was acting on behalf of two clients—the Clinton campaign and tech executive Rodney Joffe. The special counsel has already previewed much of the evidence it intends to present over the course of the expected two-week trial.

Prosecutors will first seek to establish that the Alfa-Bank hoax—a conspiracy theory that claimed Donald Trump had established a secret communications channel with the Russia-based Alfa Bank—originated with Sussmann’s client, Joffe, but was then shared with the Clinton campaign through its Perkins and Coie attorneys. The testimony of Georgia Tech researcher Dave Dagon, whom the special counsel gave immunity to last summer, will be key in this regard.

In the months leading up to the 2016 presidential election, Dagon worked closely with Joffe and the originator of the Alfa-Bank data, April Lorenzen, reviewing the data and a whitepaper supposedly showing the Russia-Trump connection. According to Durham’s indictment, Dagon also collaborated with Joffe and Lorenzen to craft another conspiracy theory related to the Russian-made Yota cell phones. In February 2017, Sussmann provided the CIA data related to the Yota cell phones, claiming that the Russian phones were typically used by top Russian officials and that the data showed the cellphones being in multiple locations near Trump, including in the executive office building of the president.
