Biden OKs Transfer of More Trump Records to Jan. 6 Committee

President Joe Biden authorized the National Archives and Records Administration to turn over a trove of records from the Trump administration to the House committee investigating the Capitol riot.

The White House declined to assert executive privilege over an eighth batch of documents the Jan. 6 panel requested in a letter to the National Archives, the Washington Post reported. It is unclear what kinds of documents were included in the recent trove.

“As to the remaining prioritized records, President Biden has considered the former president’s claims, and I have engaged in consultations with the Office of Legal Counsel at the Department of Justice. The President has determined that an assertion of executive privilege is not in the best interests of the United States, and therefore is not justified,” White House counsel Dana Remus wrote in the letter.

Ex-Twitter CEO: Banning Trump Was a Bad Idea

Oh, so now it was a bad idea to ban Donald Trump on Twitter. That’s what former Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey is now saying, adding that permanent bans are just self-defeating. Obviously, you ban accounts that are posting things that are illegal, like child porn, but Dorsey added that these moves don’t work. He chalked up the move to ban Trump during the waning months of his tenure as a business decision that shouldn’t have been (via NY Post):

Twitter co-founder Jack Dorsey has admitted that he should never have allowed then-President Donald Trump to be banned from his social media giant.

The tech titan conceded Tuesday it was the wrong move after Elon Musk, Twitter’s presumptive new owner, said he would reinstate Trump’s account and that Dorsey agreed that there shouldn’t be permanent bans.

“I do agree,” tweeted Dorsey, who was still at the helm when Trump was banned in January 2020 at the end of his presidency.

He said that there “are exceptions,” listing sexual exploitation of children, illegal behavior or network manipulation.

Fentanyl Pushed U.S. Drug Overdose Deaths to Record High in 2021

Drug overdose deaths in the United States hit record highs in 2021, primarily due to an increase in synthetic opioids such as fentanyl, a vast majority of which is trafficked from Mexico across the southwest U.S. border.

According to new data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, nearly 108,000 people appear to have died of drug overdoses in 2021. That’s a nearly 15 percent increase in drug-related deaths compared to 2020.

Overdose deaths have been on the rise in the United States since the 1970s but spiked significantly throughout the Covid-19 pandemic during government-mandated lockdowns. Since 2019, drug overdose deaths, especially due to mixes created with powdery, synthetic opioids such as fentanyl and stimulants such as methamphetamine, have spiked nearly 50 percent.

In 2020, approximately 58,000 deaths were recorded involving synthetic opioids, mostly fentanyl. By 2021, that number rose to 71,000.

In South Texas ports of entry alone, U.S. Customs and Border Protection seized 588 pounds of fentanyl in the 2021 fiscal year, a 1,066 percent increase since FY2020. (Read more from “Fentanyl Pushed U.S. Drug Overdose Deaths to Record High in 2021” HERE)

Is This the Supreme Court Leaker?

It’s pure speculation based on information from the public domain, but after he makes his case—it sort of sounds like she could fit the bill. She’s a current law clerk for Justice Breyer. Chamberlain leaves it open that he could be wrong about her, but let’s go through what he found:

Here’s where things start to get interesting. Every law student has to write a note – a long legal research paper, usually making a novel argument about the law.

Elizabeth Deutsch wrote hers about reproductive rights and abortion.

Specifically, she argued that Obamacare’s non-discrimination provision should be interpreted to force Catholic hospitals to perform “emergency abortions.”

Biden Blames Putin Again

President Joe Biden blamed Russian President Vladimir Putin on Monday for the latest spike in gas prices, suggesting the foreign leader had enacted a “gas tax” on America by invading Ukraine.

Biden spoke about how in 2021, the used car market was artificially high because of a shortage of available computer chips.

“This year we have a similar problem, but it’s because of energy because of Putin’s gas tax,” he said, describing the tax as “the gas tax of him causing such a disruption in oil markets around the world.”

Elon Musk Pledges to Reverse Trump Ban After Twitter Takeover

Elon Musk has said he will reverse Twitter’s permanent ban of former president Donald Trump once he takes over the platform. Musk also said he wants the punishment of permanent suspensions to be reserved strictly for “spam” and “scam” accounts.

In an interview with the Financial Times, the SpaceX and Tesla CEO said that if his takeover of Twitter is successful, Trump will be allowed back on the platform.

“It was not correct to ban Donald Trump,” Musk said. “I think that was a mistake, because it alienated a large part of the country

“I would reverse the Twitter ban. Obviously, I don’t own Twitter yet, so this is not a thing that will definitely happen.”

Devastating Evidence From UK Shows COVID Vax Is Killing Far More Than Its Saving

New UK government data allows us to analyze the data in a way we couldn’t before. This new analysis shows clearly that the COVID vaccines kill more people than they save for all age groups. In other words, they shouldn’t be used by anyone. The younger you are, the less sense it makes.

Anyone can validate the data and methodology. The results make it clear that the COVID vaccines should be halted immediately.

If the vaccines really work, then why hasn’t any government anywhere in the world produced a proper risk-benefit analysis that shows the opposite result?

If the vaccines work, then why do all the lines in Figure 6 below show that Dose 1 and Dose 2 of the vaccines kill more people than they save?

Not a single public health authority in any country will have a conversation with us on the record to justify their vaccine recommendations by producing an all-cause risk benefit analysis similar to what I computed here. I wonder why?

What the data shows

Here’s the result of the analysis comparing unvaxxed vs. 2 doses given at least 6 months ago. I believe this analysis is conservative and the actual numbers are worse than this due to the seasonal variation of the all-cause mortality.

The data showed that for most age ranges, the vaccine reduced your chance of dying from COVID, but it increased your chances of dying from other causes. The former effect was smaller than the latter effect so the vaccines are nonsensical.

For example, if you are 25 years old, the vaccine kills 15 people for every person it saves from dying from COVID. Below 80, the younger you are, the more nonsensical vaccination is.

The cells in Figure 1 with a * means that the vaccinated had more COVID deaths than the unvaccinated. This is known as “negative vaccine efficacy.” This wasn’t surprising since we’ve been claiming that the vaccines damage your immune system.

Trans Child Molester Sprung by Soros-backed D.A — Booked for Murder in CA!

Convicted transgender child sex molester James “Hannah” Tubbs, who was given a light juvenile sentence by George Soros-backed Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascón, has been booked for murder in Kern County to the north.

Tubbs pleaded guilty to choking and sexually assaulting a 10-year-old girl in a bathroom stall in 2014, a crime that shocked Los Angeles at the time. Gascón declined to prosecute Tubbs as an adult because the crime took place just before Tubbs’s 18th birthday. The juvenile sentence meant Tubbs would not have to register as a sex offender. One of Gascón’s criminal justice “reforms” was to stop prosecuting juvenile offenders as adults — a policy he revised somewhat after the Tubbs case.

Separately, Bill Melugin of Fox News reported Tuesday that Tubbs was charged with murder, linked to a 2019 robbery:

Hannah Tubbs, a transgender California inmate convicted of molesting a child, has been charged with murder.

The first-degree murder charge out of Kern County on Tuesday comes after authorities recently charged Tubbs in connection to a 2019 robbery.

New DOJ Notes Reveal FBI Panic After Trump Tweeted He Knew He Was Being Spied On

Newly released notes taken by high-level Department of Justice (DOJ) officials during a March 6, 2017, meeting with FBI leadership expose some of the lengths the FBI went to, to cover up its spying on the 2016 campaign of President Donald Trump.

The notes were released on May 8 by lawyers representing former Hillary Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann as part of an effort to clear him on charges of having lied to the FBI. The notes, in reality, appear to do little to exonerate Sussmann but do provide quite a bit of information on the FBI. . .

But things took a sudden and dramatic turn on March 4, 2017, when Trump wrote on Twitter that he knew that Obama had wiretapped Trump Tower, a very public claim of spying that set off alarm bells with both FBI and DOJ leadership. Trump’s tweet so alarmed these DOJ and FBI officials that the topic dominated a meeting two days later that included FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe and the acting U.S. attorney general, Dana Boente. . .

The notes reveal that the FBI repeatedly referred to Steele’s dossier as “Crown reporting,” suggesting the dossier represented some sort of official UK government intelligence when it was mostly information made up by Steele and Danchenko–a fact the FBI already knew at the time.

The new notes also revealed that FBI agent Peter Strzok lied to his DOJ superiors about what triggered Alexander Downer, the Australian ambassador in London, to come forward to the FBI with information regarding his meeting with Papadopolous. It has always been the FBI’s official story that it was Downer who initiated the official Trump–Russia investigation, but that story is now undermined in the new notes, in which Strzok claims that it was Trump’s joke about Russia finding Clinton’s emails that had triggered Downer. Woman Finds Stolen Mail-in Ballots While Walking Dog

A woman walking her dog Saturday evening in East Hollywood found more than 100 stolen unopened mail-in ballots, according to a report.

Christina Repaci was walking her dog when she stumbled upon the box of ballots, according to Fox 11. “I turned the corner and I just saw this box of envelopes, and it was a USPS box. I picked some envelopes up and I saw they were ballots,” Repaci reportedly said, telling Fox 11 she took the box home with her as she determined what to do next.

Repaci called local politicians and the LA County Sheriff’s Department, as well as having sent videos of the ballots to social media accounts, according to Fox 11.

“I actually called the Sheriff’s Department.
