Biden Rages: ‘I’m Sick’ of Americans Blaming Me for Inflation; Biden ‘Veto’ Warning to Dems Ahead of Midterm Elections

By Breitbart. President Joe Biden complained Friday he was “sick” of Americans blaming him for inflation instead of the coronavirus pandemic or Russian President Vladimir Putin.

“I’m sick of this stuff… The American people think the reason for inflation is the government spending more money,” Biden said angrily. “Simply. Not. True.”

The President made his remarks at a Democrat policy retreat to Democrats in Philadelphia in a rambling speech about issues facing his presidency.

“Democrats didn’t cause this problem. Vladimir Putin did,” Biden said, pointing to the latest inflation reports.

The President is suffering from terrible ratings on the economy due to his failure to address inflation. (Read more from “Biden Rages: ‘I’m Sick’ of Americans Blaming Me for Inflation” HERE)

Biden ‘Veto’ Warning to Dems Ahead of Midterm Elections

By New York Post. President Biden warned lawmakers Friday that the “veto pen” will be the only power he’ll have if the Democrats lose Congress during the 2022 midterm elections.

Speaking in campaign mode at the House Democratic Caucus Issues Conference in Philadelphia, Biden, 79, told party members they needed to hold onto the House and Senate to implement his agenda.

“This off-year election, in my view, may be the most important off-year election in modern history,” Biden said.

“Because we know what happens, we know the fundamental change that shifts if we lose the House and Senate,” he continued. “The only thing I’ll have then is a veto pen.”

Biden also said he was “sick” of Republicans blaming him for spiking gas prices and sky-high inflation. (Read more from “Biden ‘Veto’ Warning to Dems Ahead of Midterm Elections” HERE)

White House Briefs TikTok Stars on Ukraine War

The White House briefed an assortment of TikTok stars Friday on the war in Ukraine.

White House officials, including National Security Council staffers and White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki, met with the group of about 30 top TikTok influencers over a Zoom call to discuss the situation, The Washington Post reported.

The officials offered information on the goals of the U.S. in the region and answered questions from the group on how to get aid to Ukrainians, working with NATO, and what the U.S. response to a Russian nuclear attack would look like. . .

The White House sent out invitations to TikTok creators for the Zoom event on Tuesday and Wednesday.

“People in my generation get all our information from TikTok,” said Kahlil Greene, 21, a TikTok influencer with more than half a million followers, saying he was not surprised that the White House reached out. “It’s the first place we’re searching up new topics and learning about things.” (Read more from “White House Briefs TikTok Stars on Ukraine War” HERE)

Obama White House Doctor Calls for Immediate Biden Resignation

Former White House physician Ronny Jackson, who served in the role under the Obama and Trump administrations, said on Friday that Democrat President Joe Biden needed to immediately resign to spare putting the country through more suffering because Biden is not mentally fit to be president. . .

Jackson’s remarks come after Russian President Vladimir Putin launched a full-scale invasion into Ukraine late last month that threatens to throw the entire continent of Europe into war.

“The whole country is seeing his mental cognitive issues on display for over a year now, and there’s really no question in most people’s minds that there’s something going on with him, that he’s not cognitively the same as he used to be and, in my mind, not fit to be our president right now,” Jackson said during an interview last month. “Every time he gets up and talks to the American people, it’s not just the American people that are watching him speak, it’s the whole world, and that’s part of what the problem is here. He looks tired, he looks weak, he looks confused, he’s incoherent, and it sends a message of weakness all over the world, and they’re seizing up on that.”

“He’s got 40 years of tape, you can go back and look at this man, so it’s not like we don’t have anything to compare it to,” Jackson said. “You can go back and look, he’s always made gaffes, he’s always made missteps, but never like this. This is something different. These aren’t gaffes. … This is something much more serious.” (Read more from “Obama White House Doctor Calls for Immediate Biden Resignation” HERE)

Poll: Trump Leads Biden in Head-To-Head Matchup

Former President Donald Trump is leading President Joe Biden in a head-to-head matchup as Americans continue to face rampant inflation and record-breaking gas prices in the second year of the Democrat’s presidency, a Redfield & Wilton Strategies survey released Thursday found.

The survey found Biden’s approval in the net negatives — 47 percent disapproving and 37 percent approving. That reflects a drastic souring over the last month, as 41 percent disapproved of Biden’s job performance and 39 percent approved in February.

The poll also pitched respondents with a November 5, 2024 election scenario, pitting Trump against Biden. Respondents gave Trump a two-point edge over Biden, 42 percent to 40 percent:

This Is How Long a Jan. 6 Defendant Has Been Detained With No Indictment

We have a person detained for nearly 90 days without an indictment. Why? Well, this person was around the Capitol Building during the January 6 riot. Leslie McAdoo Gordon of Redstate, who served as a special agent for the Department of Defense Investigative Service and is now an attorney, detailed this sordid tale of prosecutorial misconduct. Being an attorney who has gone through the motions involving cases at the federal level, Gordon details how the government botched this arrest and detention from the beginning starting with the fact that there was no preliminary hearing. It’s a lengthy post but a step-by-step recount of how this man has been detained illegally without trial or charge:

You don’t see this very often in federal court, but one of the January 6 (J6) Defendants, Lucas Denney, is being held illegally. He was arrested in Texas on December 13, 2021, and brought before a federal magistrate, who ordered him detained without bond on a criminal Complaint. It then took six weeks to transfer him to DC, where he is currently being held. He has not appeared before a federal judge in DC since his arrival, although that will change Monday afternoon as a result of his lawyer seeking his release.

Denney’s case involves two distinct, major screwups. The first is that he was not afforded a Preliminary Hearing, to which he is entitled under the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure and the Constitution. The second is that he has not been indicted by a grand jury within 30 days of his arrest, as required by the federal Speedy Trial Act. Consequently, Denney’s detention has been unlawful since at least late January 2022.

The Department of Justice (DOJ) alleges that Denney participated in the riot on January 6, 2021, in Washington D.C. at the United States Capitol. It charged Denney with five felonies: assaults, civil disorder, and obstructions of an official proceeding, and with seven trespassing misdemeanors. An arrest warrant was issued for him in December 2021 based on a criminal Complaint sworn out by a law enforcement officer, not on an indictment returned by a grand jury.

From Farmers to Office Commuters, Here’s How Biden’s Gas Prices Are Hurting Americans Coast-To-Coast

Like those of most Americans, Dennis Johnson’s fuel costs have doubled. He used to spend $25,000 on fuel, and now he spends $50,000 — every month.

Johnson is a sixth-generation Michigan dairy farmer who also raises beef, corn, alfalfa, oats, and sorghum on 5,000 acres. His operations are extensive, with more than 20 tractors, more than 15 semi-trucks, 50 employees, and a trucking business that transports feed, manure, sand, and the farm’s milk production. The skyrocketing cost of fuel isn’t the first blow to the business either; it’s just hitting them when they’re already down. . .

Allison, who asked that we withhold her last name due to employment concerns, isn’t operating a 5,000-acre farm, but she is driving 50 minutes each way to and from the Minnesota public school where she teaches. Gas prices are hitting her hard.

The commute to and from the school, which is located in the Twin Cities suburbs, had so far been worth it because she loves the at-risk and underprivileged children she gets to work with. She’s in her third year, is up for tenure, and has lots of sick time banked, which could come in handy as she and her husband look ahead to starting a family.

“These gas prices are making me wonder if I committed too soon to returning next year,” she told The Federalist. (Read more from “From Farmers to Office Commuters, Here’s How Biden’s Gas Prices Are Hurting Americans Coast-To-Coast” HERE)

New Poll Spells Doom for Democrats in the Midterms

New polling suggests President Joe Biden and the Democratic Party have lost voters’ trust on important issues heading into the 2022 midterms, where the Republican Party is expected to pick up key seats.

Despite Biden’s temporary bump in national approval after defending Ukraine’s sovereignty in his recent State of the Union address, 57% of voters said they disapproved of his job performance amid inflation and high gas prices, according to new Wall Street Journal polling released Friday. The poll, which surveyed 1,500 known registered voters, was conducted online and via phone between March 2 and March 7 and had 2.5% margin of error.

Voters indicated they no longer trust the Democratic Party to handle COVID-19 and public education issues to the extent as in the WSJ’s previous November 2021 polling. While 41% still believe the Democratic Party is better equipped to handle the nation’s COVID-19 response, only 38% of voters believe the Democrats’ plan improves public education, the poll shows.

Teacher Sues After Being Suspended, Refusing to Comply With Preferred Pronoun Guidance

A Kansas math teacher is suing her public school district after being temporarily suspended for refusing to call a biologically female student by the preferred pronouns “he/him,” according to a complaint filed in U.S. District Court.

Teacher Pamela Ricard is employed at Fort Riley Middle School in the USD 475 Geary County School District, according to the complaint. Her issues with the district began in early 2021 when she received a “diversity and equity” training that directed teachers to use students’ “preferred names” in place of the names listed in the District’s enrollment records.

Ricard was suspended for three days and issued a formal reprimand in April 2021 for addressing a biologically female student by the suffix “Ms.” and the student’s legal last name, according to the Herzog Foundation. Ricard alleges that she received an email from the school’s counselor informing her that she must use the pronouns “he/him” to describe the biological female, though the student had never made a direct request.

At the time of Ricard’s three-day suspension, the complaint alleges that neither the district nor the middle school had a formal policy regarding student preferred name and pronoun usage and that Ricard was suspended under the “Bullying by Staff” policy.

The War Launched in Ukraine by Russia Is ‘Good News,’ Dem Claims

While much of the free world is lamenting the deaths, possibly thousands, of Ukrainians in the war launched by Russia’s Vladimir Putin against his neighbor’s civilian population as well as the deaths of possibly thousands of Russian soldiers, that’s all “good news” for Democrats.

That’s according to a Democrat pollster, Celinda Lake of Lake Research Partners, who told the Washington Post, “The good news is we now have a very specific reason for rising gas prices and a specific villain.”

Just the News explained the circumstances, “U.S. gas prices hit a record high on Tuesday, and they have continued to climb ever since. As of Thursday, a gallon of regular gas costs $4.318 while diesel is at $5.058 per gallon, according to AAA. Gas prices have risen sharply since Russia invaded Ukraine last month.”

But while inflation was announced as 7.9% this week, it already had reached 7.5% under Biden’s policies – before the Russian war. And gasoline prices had exploded after Biden took office and attacked the American energy industry, with prices up by a dollar a gallon before Russia’s aggression was launched. . .

But the reality is energy prices were climbing quickly because Biden canceled the Keystone pipeline, tried to shut down federal oil leasing procedures and made it harder to run a natural gas facility. (Read more from “The War Launched in Ukraine by Russia Is ‘Good News,’ Dem Claims” HERE)
