Report: Unvaccinated Senior NIH Doctor Told Fauci Forced Vaccinations Are ‘Extraordinarily Problematic’, Plans to Fight Biden’s Mandate

A top infectious disease doctor, director of a research team at the National Institutes of Allergy and Infectious Disease — which Dr. Anthony Fauci heads — has reportedly been outspoken in his opposition to forced vaccinations. Dr. Matthew Memoli, a 16-year veteran at the National Institute of Health, allegedly informed Fauci in the summer that vaccine mandates are “extraordinarily problematic.”

Memoli – who recently received a 2021 NIH director’s award for his supervision of a national study into undiagnosed COVID-19 cases early in the pandemic – purportedly emailed Fauci on July 30 regarding the COVID-19 vaccines, according to the Wall Street Journal.

“I think the way we are using the vaccines is wrong,” Memoli allegedly told Fauci, adding that vaccine mandates are “extraordinarily problematic.”

Memoli believes that the COVID-19 vaccines should be reserved for the most vulnerable, such as obese people and the elderly. He reportedly said that widespread inoculations against coronavirus could hamper people’s ability to develop natural, robust protection against the virus through infection. . .

Memoli reportedly plans to make his case against vaccine mandates during a roundtable session with NIH’s main bioethics department on Dec. 1. (Read more from “Unvaccinated Senior NIH Doctor Told Fauci Forced Vaccinations Are ‘Extraordinarily Problematic’, Plans to Fight Biden’s Mandate” HERE)

Elizabeth Warren Is Sued for Violating First Amendment Over Amazon Book Censorship Calls

A lawsuit has been filed against Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) because of a letter she sent to Amazon, accusing the Big Tech giant of “peddling misinformation.”

The lawsuit claims she violated the First Amendment by sending the letter.

In September, Sen. Warren sent a letter to Amazon accusing it of peddling misinformation by promoting books spreading “falsehoods” about COVID-19. She said that the retailer’s algorithms had been recommending books promoting what she thinks is the wrong type of treatment.

“This pattern and practice of misbehavior suggests that Amazon is either unwilling or unable to modify its business practices to prevent the spread of falsehoods or the sale of inappropriate products—an unethical, unacceptable, and potentially unlawful course of action from one of the nation’s largest retailers,” Warren wrote in the letter. . .

The publishers and authors of the book, along with Robert F Kennedy Jr, have jointly filed a complaint at the Western District of Washington court, accusing Warren of violating their free speech rights. Their complaint cites a past ruling in the Supreme Court in the Bantam Books v. Sullivan case, where state officials were found in violation of the First Amendment by sending letters to sellers warning them not to sell certain books. Poll: GOP Holds Largest Lead in Early Midterm Election Preferences in 40 Years

Republicans currently have the largest lead in the generic congressional ballot they have had since 1981, according to an ABC News/Washington Post poll released Sunday.

“As things stand, if the midterm elections were today, 51 percent of registered voters say they’d support the Republican candidate in their congressional district, 41 percent the Democrat,” reads a press release from Langer Research, which conducted the poll for ABC News/Washington Post. “That’s the biggest lead for the Republicans in 110 ABC/Post polls to ask this question since November 1981. Indeed, it’s only the second time the GOP has held a statistically significant advantage (the other was +7 points in January 2002) and the ninth time it’s held any numerical edge at all.”

Independents, who are often considered the swing vote in elections, would support the GOP candidate by a 50-32 percent margin. This is notable considering they voted +12 points for the Democratic Party in the 2018 elections, which were the most recent midterm election. FBI Hacked, Emails Sent From Official FBI Account to 100,000 Inboxes

The FBI has acknowledged illegitimate emails were sent from an official FBI email account Saturday morning before the agency took the hardware offline. Breitbart has learned the email is estimated to have reached at least 100,000 inboxes.

“The FBI and CISA [Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency] are aware of the incident this morning involving fake emails from an @ic.fbi.gov email account,” the FBI explained in a press release.

“This is an ongoing situation, and we are not able to provide any additional information at this time,” the statement continues. “The impacted hardware was taken offline quickly upon discovery of the issue. We continue to encourage the public to be cautious of unknown senders and urge you to report suspicious activity to ic3.gov or cisa.gov.”

Spamhaus has confirmed to Breitbart News that it estimates at least 100,000 accounts received the email.

International nonprofit, the Spamhaus Project, which “tracks spam and related cyber threats such as phishing, malware and botnets,” tweeted about the cybersecurity threat Saturday afternoon. (Read more from “FBI Hacked, Emails Sent From Official FBI Account to 100,000 Inboxes” HERE)

Creepy Cuomo for NY AG?

Andrew Cuomo (D) is reportedly considering a run for the state attorney general position he had before he served as governor, sources told the New York Post.

The outlet reported Friday:

In the last 24 hours, several of Cuomo’s confidants have mentioned — to both elected Democratic officials and party insiders — that Cuomo could run for attorney general in 2022. Current AG Letitia James has announced her candidacy for governor, leaving the role of AG wide open, these people contend.

“People in Cuomo’s orbit are tossing it out there,” a person with direct knowledge told The Post. “They’re floating it … and gauging people’s reactions.”

Even as Cuomo’s reputation sunk further, after being forced to resign amid an Albany impeachment probe and findings of an investigation by James’ office that claimed he sexually harassed several female staff members, “his campaign coffers remain high,” the article noted. Border Patrol Agents Encounter Nearly 2,000 Migrants in One Day

Border Patrol agents in the Rio Grande Valley sector encountered nearly 2,000 migrants in a single day on Friday, with hundreds getting past the overwhelmed officers, according to reports.

Within a 24-hour period, there were 1,909 encounters with illegal immigrants, including at least 262 “gotaways,” in which CBP officers monitored their crossing through camera or sensors but did not have the available manpower to apprehend them, Department of Homeland Security sources told Fox News. Many more are likely to have crossed undetected.

The RGV sector has encountered more than 65,000 migrants in the 2022 Fiscal Year, a 161 percent increase from the same period last year.

In Fiscal Year 2021 over 1.7 million migrants were encountered and more than 192,000 migrants were encountered in September alone. (Read more from “Border Patrol Agents Encounter Nearly 2,000 Migrants in One Day” HERE)

Federal Appeals Court Blocks Biden’s ‘Staggeringly Overbroad’ Vaccine Mandate

The 5th Circuit Court of Appeals has blocked Democrat President Joe Biden’s coronavirus vaccine mandate in a ruling late on Friday, calling it “staggeringly overbroad.”

The three-judge panel in New Orleans ruled that Biden’s mandate “grossly exceeds OSHA’s statutory authority,” writing that “rather than a delicately handled scalpel, the Mandate is a one-size fits-all sledgehammer that makes hardly any attempt to account for differences in workplaces (and workers) that have more than a little bearing on workers’ varying degrees of susceptibility to the supposedly ‘grave danger’ the Mandate purports to address.”

Judges Kurt D. Engelhardt, Edith H. Jones, and Stuart Kyle Duncan said that the mandate imposed financial burdens on businesses that could potentially violate the Constitution, writing, “The Mandate imposes a financial burden upon them by deputizing their participation in OSHA’s regulatory scheme, exposes them to severe financial risk if they refuse or fail to comply, and threatens to decimate their workforces (and business prospects) by forcing unwilling employees to take their shots, take their tests, or hit the road.”

The court stayed the mandate in a ruling last Saturday, writing that there were potentially “grave statutory and constitutional issues with the Mandate.”

White House Deputy Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre responded the ruling on Monday by saying that the Biden administration’s message to businesses that fall under the mandate is that they “should not wait” to implement the measure. Revealed: Biden’s Trying to Raise Taxes on Low and Middle Income Households

The Tax Policy Center, in an analysis, has revealed that Joe Biden is trying to raise taxes on low and middle income households – as well as high income Americans.

The analysis said, “Taking into account all major tax provisions, roughly 20% to 30% of middle-income households would pay more in taxes in 2022. … Among those with a tax increase, low- and middle-income households would pay an additional $100 or less on average. Those making $200,000-$500,000 would pay an average about $230 more.” . . .
In fact, he once blundered his way into saying those Americans would not pay any taxes.

Others, however, would see tax cuts, the analysis said.

“The exception: Those in the top 1%, who will make about $885,000 or more. They’d pay about $55,000 more than under current law. Those in the top 0.1%, who make about $4 million and up, would pay an additional $585,000 on average, a 5.9% reduction in their after-tax incomes.” (Read more from “Revealed: Biden’s Trying to Raise Taxes on Low and Middle Income Households” HERE)

Governor Considering Unemployment for People Fired for Refusing COVID-19 Vaccines

Missouri Gov. Mike Parson said his administration is considering providing unemployment benefits for individuals who are fired over federal COVID-19 vaccine mandates.

“You see what Iowa just did,” Parson told news outlet The Center Square on Thursday. “I think we want to make sure civil rights or civil liberties are being exercised. If somebody has [a] religious conviction, we want to make sure that’s upheld … whatever that takes. And if it’s for health reasons, we want to include that, too.”

The Republican governor was referring to Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds on Oct. 29 having signed a bill that guarantees state workers who are trying to obtain a medical or religious exemption to the vaccine the ability to get unemployment benefits if they’re fired for refusing the vaccine.

Parson stopped short of guaranteeing unemployment benefits for those who lost their jobs only because they declined vaccinations.

“If those people are going to lose their jobs, which I don’t think they should … but evidently there’s a little bit of a problem as to what everybody’s view is on those civil rights issues,” Parson said. “So we want to be prepared for that if they go down that road.” (Read more from “Governor Considering Unemployment for People Fired for Refusing COVID-19 Vaccines” HERE)

Black Lives Matter Activists Threaten ‘Bloodshed’ in Major U.S. City

Prominent leaders of a Black Lives Matter group in New York City promised violence if Mayor-elect Eric Adams brought back the city’s anti-crime units.

“If he thinks that they’re going to go back to the old ways of policing, then we are going to take to the streets again,” Hawk Newsome, who co-founded Black Lives Matter of Greater New York, told the New York Daily News.

“There will be riots, there will be fire and there will be bloodshed because we believe in defending our people,” Newsome promised.

The anti-crime unit was a division of the New York Police Department (NYPD) that used plainclothes officers to investigate and respond to violent crime. The unit was shut down in June 2020 following the killing of George Floyd in Minneapolis.

Adams, a former NYPD officer, said he planned to bring the unit back in an interview with The City. (Read more from “Black Lives Matter Activists Threaten ‘Bloodshed’ in Major U.S. City” HERE)
