Department of Labor Releases Bulletin About Potential COVID Vaccine Injuries

The Department of Labor has posted a bulletin, dated October 1, 2021, about how the federal government will handle potential injuries inflicted on federal workers by Wuhan coronavirus vaccines.

President Joe Biden mandated the vaccination for all federal workers and contractors by December 8. The subject line of the bulletin reads, “Coverage for Injuries Resulting from the COVID-19 Vaccination Mandate for Federal Employees.”

“The Federal Employees’ Compensation Act (FECA) covers injuries that occur in the performance of duty. The FECA does not generally authorize provision of preventive measures such as vaccines and inoculations, and in general, preventive treatment is a responsibility of the employing agency under the provisions of 5 U.S.C. 7901. However, care can be authorized by OWCP for complications of preventive measures which are provided or sponsored by the agency, such as adverse reaction to prophylactic immunization,” the bulletin states. “Further, deleterious effects of medical services furnished by the employing establishment are generally considered to fall within the performance of duty. These services include preventive programs relating to health.”

“However, this executive order now makes COVID-19 vaccination a requirement of most Federal employment. As such, employees impacted by this mandate who receive required COVID-19 vaccinations on or after the date of the executive order may be afforded coverage under the FECA for any adverse reactions to the vaccine itself, and for any injuries sustained while obtaining the vaccination,” it continues. Poll Reveals Slim Majority Trust the Media

Trust in the media has dropped significantly in recent years, according to a recent poll from Gallup.

According to the polling outlet , respondents were asked, “In general, how much trust and confidence do you have in the mass media – – such as newspapers, TV and radio – – when it comes to reporting the news fully, accurately and fairly – – a great deal, a fair amount, not very much or none at all?”

Only 36% of Americans said they had a “Great deal/Fair amount” of trust in the mass media, broken down as only 7% saying they have “a great deal” and 29% “a fair amount.”

In 2016, the trust in the media was at a record low at 32% — not far off from this year’s numbers. (Read more from “Poll Reveals Slim Majority Trust the Media” HERE)

Report: Rampant Domestic Abuse by Afghan Men at U.S. Bases Prompts Deployment of ‘Gender Advisors’

Domestic abuse has become such an issue among Afghans brought to the United States and temporarily living at various U.S. military bases, that “gender and protection advisors” are being deployed to help with the problem.

As part of President Joe Biden’s massive resettlement operation, about 53,000 Afghans are currently temporarily living on eight military bases in Wisconsin, New Jersey, Texas, Indiana, New Mexico, and Virginia, while thousands more are being flown to the U.S. daily.

Fort McCoy in Monroe County, Wisconsin, housing the most Afghans, is struggling so much with domestic abuse among the population that the U.S. military is deploying “gender and protection advisors” to alleviate the issue, according to the La Crosse Tribue:

The U.S. military has sent “gender and protection advisors” to Fort McCoy to handle domestic abuse, child care emergencies and the upcoming winter for the thousands of Afghan refugees still housed at the army base.
[Emphasis added]

“Every day there’s calls for domestic violence, mediation, trying to get victims to a safe place, coordination with law enforcement such as the FBI, the military police, and other agencies, child abuse, nutrition, and marriage,” [the chief gender advisor for the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command, Sharon] Feist said. WATCH: WH Defends Invasive Dem Proposal for IRS to Spy on Bank Accounts

Speaking to reporters at the White House Monday, Press Secretary Jen Psaki defended the Democrat proposal, tucked into President Joe Biden’s $3.5 trillion Build Back Better spending plan, that would allow the IRS to monitor all bank transactions of $600 or more. She also claimed the “loudest” opposition to more IRS funding for snooping is from big banks, not small business owners or individuals worried about taxpayer rights.

Last week, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi confirmed the proposal is still on the table and that Democrats plan to keep it in Biden’s monstrous spending plan.

Republicans have been pushing back on the proposal and reminding the IRS that banks don’t work for them. (Read more from “WH Defends Invasive Dem Proposal for IRS to Spy on Bank Accounts” HERE)

Colin Powell Dies of COVID Despite Being Fully Vaccinated

Gen. Colin Powell, former secretary of state, died Monday at 84 years of age from COVID-related complications, even though he was fully vaccinated, his family announced. . .

Powell was afflicted with other diseases, including Parkinson’s and the blood cancer multiple myeloma, which could hamper recovery from COVID-19 infection, according to reports. His family didn’t specify when Powell received vaccine, or whether he had taken a booster shot.

Also, studies have shown that certain patients with weak immune systems don’t always elicit substantial levels of COVID-19 vaccine-induced antibodies, and regulators in August authorized a third dose of the Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 vaccines for certain vulnerable patients, like solid organ transplant recipients, patients taking treatment for blood cancers or tumors, among other patients with conditions considered to have a similar level of immunocompromise, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Donald Trump Mocks Biden Corruption: ‘Hunter Has Inspired Me To Begin Painting’

Former President Donald Trump slammed the Biden administration in a Friday statement for being “crooked” and mocked Hunter Biden’s shadowy and lucrative art career, saying it has “inspired [him] to immediately begin painting.”

“While I have never painted before, Hunter has inspired me to immediately begin painting because I’ve always felt I have a talent at that, and could surely get at least $2 million dollars per canvas—and probably a lot more. I will begin immediately. Our Country is crooked as hell!” the 45th president said.

The president’s son reportedly sold at least five pieces of art to anonymous buyers on October 1 for $75,000 each at his Los Angeles exhibit. Hunter’s newfound cash cow has furthered concerns of potential for Biden family corruption, as the problem of money laundering in the art world remains a large problem. . .

Trump also criticized the Justice Department’s reinstatement of former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe last week. Former Attorney General Jeff Sessions fired McCabe in 2018 for allegedly lying to investigators about releasing unauthorized information to the Wall Street Journal regarding Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email servers. The firing occurred just one day prior to McCabe’s retirement, a firing his lawyers argued was politically motivated due to his role in the Russian collusion investigation, Breitbart News reported. Whistleblower: Biden Admin Released 16K COVID-Positive Illegals Into U.S.

More than 16,000 migrants who tested positive for COVID-19 while in Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) custody were released into the United States, according to an agency law enforcement source. The Biden administration did not mandate any of the migrants to be vaccinated before their release. The source informs Breitbart Texas that the figures only include those migrants who were tested by ICE.

The source, not authorized to speak to the media, says the migrants ranged from infants to the elderly. A Department of Homeland Security document reviewed by Breitbart Texas reports the oldest released migrants were over 85 years old. Nearly 1,300 were under the age of ten.

Nearly 12,000 of the migrants who tested positive for COVID-19 and were released into the U.S. were between 18 and 40 years of age, more than 11,800 were male, nearly 1,300 were under the age of ten, and more than 6,000 were between 20 and 29 years old. . .

The totals do not include the thousands of untested migrants released directly by the Border Patrol. The Border Patrol testing of migrants has been limited to unaccompanied migrant children later turned over to the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). ‘Trained Marxist’ BLM Co-Founder Appointed as a County Commissioner

A Black Lives Matter co-founder who once admitted that she had been “trained” to be a Marxist organizer has been appointed to the Los Angeles County Arts Commission.

Patrisse Cullors recently revealed the move in a newsletter to her supporters, titled “The Abolitionist’s Update on Art and Activism.” She said she “came back and hit the ground running” after “some much needed time of rest.” In May, Cullors stepped down as executive director of the Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation following a controversy surrounding her property purchases.

“I’m thrilled to continue to weave my roles as artist and organizer, where I can continue to support Black creatives,” Cullors wrote in the update sent last week. “I have a ton of to-do’s on my list. I won’t share them now. Just stay put and watch as they unfold.”

“I truly believe Black creatives are the backbone of our society and community,” she continued. “We are often under represented and under resourced. But I plan on advocating for the full support of Black creatives across my beautiful ass city!”

Cullors was appointed to the commission by L.A. County Supervisor Holly J. Mitchell, a Democrat. The group functions in an advisory role to the powerful L.A. County Board of Supervisors, the governing body of America’s most populated county. A press release from Mitchell’s office said, “Cullors will serve on behalf of the 2 million residents of the Second District,” which is represented by Mitchell and includes Watts, Compton, Inglewood, and Koreatown. Ghislaine Maxwell’s Brother Spills on Family in Groundbreaking Interview

A member of the infamous Maxwell clan says you’re never gonna keep the family down.

Not even after 50 years of headline-making indignity. Not even as one of their own sits in a Brooklyn jail cell amid a seedy international sex scandal.

“This is a family that sticks together,” Ghislaine Maxwell’s older brother, Ian, said in a new interview with the Telegraph.

“Ghislaine has people who love her; people who trust her. This is a family that has been knocked down, gets up, gets knocked down again and then gets up. We are a family that fights for each other and this is a big fight we are in. We are hopeful justice will prevail as it must.”

Ghislaine Maxwell has been held for more than a year at the Metropolitan Detention Center, awaiting trial on sex abuse and trafficking charges. She’s accused of horrific crimes, delivering underaged girls to child rapist Jeffrey Epstein, who later killed himself in a Manhattan jail. Under Biden Administration Plan, Poor Would Be Three Times More Likely To Get IRS Audit Than 1 Percenters

Under a new Biden administration proposal, the Internal Revenue Service is three times more likely to audit a citizen making less than $25,000 rather than someone in the top 1 percent of wealth.

The new proposal, which would require financial institutions to annually report customers’ account deposits and withdrawals at $600 or more, gives the IRS more leverage over those making less than $25,000, because they are more likely to have irregular income. Over the next decade, the reporting on more than 140 million bank accounts would raise an estimated $700 billion in tax revenue — which would cover social spending in the Reconciliation Bill.

Discussion of raising the threshold to $10,000 has not eased any tension. More than 40 banks urged lawmakers to vote against such a proposal in a letter addressed to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy. The banks warned against the mandatory collection of most Americans’ financial information “without proper explanation of how the IRS will store, protect, and use this enormous trove of personal financial information” could result a “tremendous liability” (Read more from “Under Biden Administration Plan, Poor Would Be Three Times More Likely To Get IRS Audit Than 1 Percenters” HERE)
