President Joe Biden is considering ending former President Donald Trump’s Title 42 expulsion order after pressure from health officials and leftist groups to stop turning away thousands of illegal aliens at the Southern U.S. border, Axios reports.

The Trump administration originally established Title 42 to keep migrants from flooding the border during the COVID-19 pandemic but the Biden administration, which has repeatedly claimed without evidence that the White House does not support swaths of illegal aliens making the trek to the U.S.

“I can say quite clearly: Don’t come,” Biden told ABC in March. Now, Biden is looking to end the Trump administration’s policy, which would welcome migrants, as early as July. A State Is Conducting Secret Ballot Review of 2020 Election

After several Fulton County, Ga., poll monitors testified last year that boxes of mail-in ballots for Joe Biden looked liked they’d been run through a photocopy machine, state investigators quietly broke the seal on one suspicious box and inspected the hundreds of votes it contained for signs of fraud, RealClearInvestigations has learned exclusively.

At the same time, a key whistleblower told RCI that state investigators pressured her to recant her story about what she and other poll monitors had observed — what they called unusually “pristine” mail-in ballots while sorting through them during last November’s hand recount.

“I felt I was under investigation,” said Suzi Voyles, a longtime Fulton County poll manager whose sworn affidavits have been used by election watchdogs to sue the county for access to the ballots in question.

Although the ballots are at the center of disputes about the Georgia presidential race, which Joe Biden won by just 12,000 votes, the state never disclosed its probe to the public or to election watchdogs suing to inspect the ballots.

State officials also neglected to inform the judge hearing the lawsuit that they were conducting such an inspection, even though the judge had issued a protective order over the ballots in January. In a nine-page amicus brief recently filed in the case, attorneys for the office of Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger urged Superior Court Judge Brian Amero to deny petitioners’ requests to inspect the ballots, calling them a “fishing expedition.” (Read more from “A State Is Conducting Secret Ballot Review of 2020 Election” HERE)

Polygamy May Complicate Biden’s Plans for Afghan Visas, Migration

President Joe Biden’s deputies are fast-tracking exit visas for many thousands of Afghan men ahead of the looming U.S. military withdrawal — but they face a legal hurdle if they also want to give visas to all the wives of applicants in polygamous Islamic marriages.

Polygamy may complicate Biden’s efforts to admit into the U.S. the families of Afghans eligible for Special Immigrant Visas (SIVs), available to people who face threats because of work they did for the American government and military, many times risking their lives in combat zones.

Current U.S. government guidelines may require SIV applicants with several wives to break up their families to be eligible for admission into the United States, Breitbart News learned from the State Department, which oversees the visa application process.

Under current State Department guidelines, the spouse and unmarried children under age 21 may accompany Afghans who receive a special immigrant visa into the United States for working for the U.S. government and the American military —two distinct programs. Over 70 Percent of Californians 12 and Over Fully Vaccinated

Over 70 percent of Californians 12 and older are at least partially vaccinated, Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) announced on Tuesday.

“Over 70% of Californians 12 and older have now received at least one shot of the COVID-19 vaccine,” the Democrat governor announced.

According to the state’s dashboard, over 19 million statewide are considered “fully vaccinated,” and nearly 3.5 million are considered “partially vaccinated.”

The news comes as the Biden administration admits that it will likely not reach its 70 percent vaccination goal before the Fourth of July, despite the White House’s recent efforts to encourage mass vaccinations across the board. Efforts included teaming up with Snapchat, encouraging young teens to get vaccinated.

Juneteenth Celebrations Around the Nation Marred by Shootings, Death

By Breitbart. Juneteenth celebrations in Oakland, California; Aurora, Colorado; Baton Rouge, Louisiana; Clover, South Carolina; and Flint, Michigan, were marred by shootings and death.

ABC News reports that Oakland’s Juneteenth celebration at Lake Merritt was interrupted by gunfire at 6:22 p.m. When the shots ended, seven shooting victims were discovered, included a 22-year-old man who was killed in the incident.

The Aurora Juneteenth celebration was brought to a violent end when multiple shooters unleashed 114 rounds on attendees, wounding four and killing one.

1 Killed, 4 Others Shot in Aurora at Site of Juneteenth Celebration

By KKTV. One person is dead and four others hurt after multiple shooters opened fire in a strip mall parking lot in Aurora early Sunday morning.

The phone began ringing off the hook at Aurora’s Public Safety Dispatch Center just after 4:15 a.m. on reports of gunshots and a possible active shooter. . .

There was a huge crowd in the mall parking lot when officers pulled up. Police were able to find one shooting victim on the ground suffering serious injuries and performed CPR until medical arrived. He later died at an area hospital.

Four others, three men and a woman, were also shot but transported themselves to hospitals before police arrived. All are expected to survive.

Police say the crowd at the mall had been there for a Juneteenth celebration, which grew so large it began overflowing into the parking lot. This was not affiliated with the city-sponsored Juneteenth event, which took place Saturday afternoon at the Town Center of Aurora. Juneteenth Celebrations, Graduation Party, Concert All Marred by Weekend Gun Violence

By ABC News. Juneteenth celebrations this weekend in California, South Carolina, Michigan and Colorado, a high school graduation party in Philadelphia and a concert in Baton Rouge were all marred by gun violence as five people were killed and 24 were wounded, authorities said.

President Joe Biden signed a bill Thursday making Juneteenth a federal holiday commemorating the end of slavery in the United States — just in time for Saturday’s June 19 anniversary. It’s a day Black Americans have celebrated yearly since the Civil War era, and this weekend was the culmination of a decadeslong effort by advocates to get national recognition for the momentous development in American history.

But gunfire erupted around 6:22 p.m. on Saturday in Oakland, California, near where people were gathered by Lake Merritt for a celebration marking the first Juneteenth as a federal holiday. The Oakland Police Department said seven people were shot, including a 22-year-old man who died from his wounds.

The incident began with a flag wave event, attended by local community members and individuals associated with the Proud Boys, according to KOIN 6 News. After the arrival of Antifa, this flag wave quickly devolved into violence between the two groups.

Attendees were gathering for the flag wave when confronted by left wing protestors, according to KOIN 6 News. After the two groups met, members of Antifa proceeded to burn an American flag.

Google’s Reported Ties to Wuhan-Linked Scientist Points to One of the ‘Biggest Scandals’ of Our Time

By Fox News. A new report revealing that Google and the USAID-funded Wuhan scientist Peter Daszak’s virus experiments for over a decade unearthed what could be considered one of the “biggest scandals” of our time, Steve Hilton said on Monday.

“It’s honestly one of the biggest scandals for, I don’t know, a hundred years.” Hilton said during an appearance on “Fox News Primetime.” “I can’t think of a bigger one.”

“The Next Revolution” host referenced the “shocking” report published by the “The National Pulse” which reveals financial ties between Google and Daszak’s EcoHealth Alliance, understood to be “a controversial group that has openly collaborated with the Wuhan Institute of Virology on ‘killer’ bat coronavirus research.”

Daszak served on what The National Pulse called the World Health Organization’s “wildly compromised” COVID investigation team and reportedly personally “championed efforts” to debunk the growing Wuhan lab-leak theory as the origin for the virus.

The report, Hilton said, only lends further credence to his belief that Big Tech had been personally invested in silencing the origins speculation and other questions surrounding COVID-19. Jon Stewart Says It’s Obvious COVID-19 Came From Wuhan Lab

By New York Post. Jon Stewart is getting attacked by his usual lefty admirers after fully throwing his support behind the belief that COVID-19 leaked from a Chinese lab.

The former “Daily Show” host started going viral after a blistering appearance on “The Late Show” Monday in which he scoffed at anyone who doubted that the pandemic originated in Wuhan could not be tied to the major coronavirus-studying lab in the same city.

“The disease is the same name as the lab!” he repeatedly said, saying, “That’s f–ed up.”

His support of the theory — long rubbished by the left after being touted by former President Trump and his administration — appeared to irk host Stephen Colbert, who flailed around for comebacks.

‘Team Trump’ Ads Emerge on Facebook Despite Former President’s Exile

Former President Donald Trump’s fundraising groups began rolling out new ads from the page “Team Trump” on Facebook last week despite the ex-commander in chief being banished from the platform.

Information from Team Trump’s advertisement log on Facebook shows it unveiled new ads on June 21 calling for donations to the former president’s team, though some reports noted the ads emerged as early as June 19. The ads were purchased by the Save America Joint Fundraising Committee, a dual effort between Trump’s Save America leadership PAC and his Make America Great Again PAC.

Trump was banned from Facebook, among other social media sites such as Twitter, following the riots at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6. A recent decision from the company determined the suspension would last at least until January 2023. Facebook insisted the posts do not indicate a change in Trump’s ban from the platform.

Young Father Allegedly Forced Out of His Car and Executed in Street as Chicago Shootings Surge

On the eve of Father’s Day, a young dad named Gyovanni Arzuaga was allegedly executed in the middle of a Chicago city street. He was 24 years old.

According to CBS 2 Chicago, the crime was live-streamed on Facebook by an unidentified individual. The live stream depicts Arzuaga and his girlfriend, Yasmin Perez, being forcibly removed from their vehicle by a group of individuals, during a celebration for Puerto Rican People’s Day. Arzuaga and Perez had two children together.

In the video, the group of individuals appears to pull Arzuaga and Perez out of their car, before scattering. As Arzuaga and Perez lay on the concrete, a man appears to approach them “and [shoot] them at point blank range.”

The shooting reportedly occurred at around 9:00 p.m. Saturday in Humboldt Park. Both victims were taken to the hospital, at which point Arzuaga was pronounced dead.

Students, Parents Sue University Over Mandatory COVID-19 Vaccine Policy

After Indiana University recently implemented a vaccine mandate for all students, parents founded The IU Family for Choice not Mandates group and filed a lawsuit Monday against the university.

The publicly funded university sent an email to all faculty, staff, and students announcing they are “required to receive a COVID-19 vaccine,” according to a press release. The university threatened employees who do not want to take the vaccine, noting that if they refuse it, their employment will be terminated. Similarly, students who refuse the vaccine will lose access to all IU systems and have their class registration revoked.

In response, James Bopp Jr. of the Bopp Law Firm, P.C, who is representing The IU Family for Choice not Mandates, has filed a public records request asking for “all public records regarding the making of this decision and for all public records related to the implementation of this policy to determine whether or not this mandate is justified,” also warning that IU’s policy “opens the door to intentional religious discrimination” and that the University “could be in violation of federal law.” (Read more from “Students, Parents Sue University Over Mandatory COVID-19 Vaccine Policy” HERE)
