University Lecturer Details Fantasizing About Brutally Murdering White People

Yale University, one of America’s most elite institutions, hosted a racist lecturer who expressed deep-seated animus against white people.

In an official lecture called “The Psychopathic Problem of the White Mind,” given by Aruna Khilanani at the Yale School of Medicine’s Department of Child Study Center, Khilanani graphically described her fantasy about killing and burying white people, saying, “I had fantasies of unloading a revolver into the heads of any white person that got in my way, burying their body, and wiping my bloody hands as I walked away relatively guiltless with a bounce in my step. Like I did the world a f**king favor.”

When The Federalist inquired about this comment, Khilanani responded, saying “You are having a psychoanalyst talk about fantasy in relationship to writing. Everyone has fantasies, dreams. nightmares. Not being in contact with your unconscious is what causes problems. In order to fully understand what I am saying, Yale would have to release the full video.” . . .

The audio, which can be found here, includes a number of racially charged remarks directed at white people, including, “White people are out of their minds and they have been for a long time,” as well as, “We keep forgetting that directly talking about race is a waste of our breath. We are asking a demented, violent predator who thinks that they are a saint or a superhero, to accept responsibility. It ain’t gonna happen. They have five holes in their brain. It’s like banging your head against a brick wall.” (Read more from “University Lecturer Details Fantasizing About Brutally Murdering White People” HERE)

Fight Over Discovery Erupts in 2020 Election Fraud Lawsuit

. . .Attorneys for Antrim County and Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson are objecting to a proposed order from Matthew DePerno, the attorney for the plaintiff, filed after a judge rejected an effort last month to force a new audit of the results.

In anticipation of an appeal, 13th Circuit Court Judge Kevin Elsenheimer said it was is his understanding that all other matters had been put on hold for the time being and noted the court “will take all pending motions under advisement.”

The judge ordered DePerno to submit a proposed order on the stay, but what the attorney turned in “is not accurate,” Michigan Assistant Attorney General Erik Grill contended in a brief, according to the Traverse City Record-Eagle.

“The Court had stated that ‘all matters’ would be stayed — including discovery. But the Plaintiff’s proposed order stays only unresolved motions and would not stay discovery or any other matters,” he added. (Read more from “Fight Over Discovery Erupts in 2020 Election Fraud Lawsuit” HERE)

Judge Rules California’s Ban on Assault Weapons Unconstitutional

A federal judge on Friday struck down California’s ban on assault weapons as unconstitutional but left plenty of time for the state to file an appeal.

Judge Roger T. Benitez, who has favored pro-gun groups in past rulings, described the AR-15 rifle, used in many of the nation’s deadliest mass shootings, as an ideal weapon.

“Like the Swiss Army Knife, the popular AR-15 rifle is a perfect combination of home defense weapon and homeland defense equipment,” he wrote in Friday’s decision.

“Yet, the State of California makes it a crime to have an AR15 type rifle,” Benitez continued. “Therefore, this Court declares the California statutes to be unconstitutional.”

He praised the AR-15 as a rifle that should be formally protected by the law for its “militia readiness.” (Read more from “Judge Rules California’s Ban on Assault Weapons Unconstitutional” HERE)

FBI Subpoenas Media Outlet Demanding Records That Would Identify Readers of Florida Shooting Story

USA TODAY is fighting a subpoena from the FBI demanding records that would identify readers of a February story about a southern Florida shooting that killed two agents and wounded three others.

In a motion filed in federal district court in Washington, D.C., asking a judge to quash the subpoena, Gannett, USA TODAY’s parent company, said the effort is not only unconstitutional but also violates the Justice Department’s own rules.

“The FBI has failed to demonstrate compliance with the United States Attorney General’s regulations for subpoenas to the press – regulations that President Biden himself recently pledged the Administration would follow,” Gannett’s lawyers wrote in the motion filed May 28, a day before the deadline the FBI set for the media company to produce the records.

The subpoena, issued in April, demands the production of records containing IP addresses and other identifying information “for computers and other electronic devices” that accessed the story during a 35-minute time frame starting at 8:03 p.m. on the day of the shooting.

“Being forced to tell the government who reads what on our websites is a clear violation of the First Amendment,” Maribel Perez Wadsworth, USA TODAY’s publisher, said in a statement. “The FBI’s subpoena asks for private information about readers of our journalism.” (Read more from “FBI Subpoenas Media Outlet Demanding Records That Would Identify Readers of Florida Shooting Story” HERE)

Trump Gives Update on Potential 2024 Run

Former President Donald Trump told Fox News correspondent Mark Meredith that he plans to “make a decision” on a potential 2024 presidential run “in the not too distant future.”

The former president spoke in Greenville at the North Carolina Republican Party State Convention and repeated many talking points from his various statements since leaving office.

The event marked Trump’s first appearance since losing the 2020 election outside of Florida and he spent time slamming President Joe Biden, touting his administration’s accomplishments and speaking out about immigration and China.

“I’m going to make a decision, it will be a decision where I think a lot of people are going to be very happy but I’m not really prohibited because of all of the campaign finance rules and other things from even discussing that very much, but I will tell you that I’ll make a decision in the not too distant future, maybe sooner than people think. And I think they’re going to be very happy,” Trump said after his speech regarding a potential 2024 run. (Read more from “Trump Gives Update on Potential 2024 Run” HERE)

Heinous Senate Bill Enables Splicing Murdered Babies With Animals

The U.S. Innovation and Competition Act, or so-called “Endless Frontier Act,” has been lauded as a force against China’s technological dominance, but it’s turning into a giant pile of special-interest pork that increases taxpayer outlays for grotesque medical research that splices the bodies of animals with those of aborted human babies.

After weeks of Senate floor debate and more than 600 proposed amendments, the Senate will vote on the bill, first introduced by Sen. Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., and Sen. Todd Young, R-In., this Tuesday. Growing concern from Senate Republicans over its ethical and practical effectiveness and its $250 billion spending surge has undercut support for the bill.

The bill’s purpose has been watered down by special interest groups undergoing a feeding frenzy on a rare bill that seems likely to pass a narrowly divided Congress. . .

In May, Senate Republicans proposed an amendment that would prohibit the use or development of human-animal chimera, The Federalist reported. Chimera are essentially human-animal hybrids Frankensteined together in labs.

Under this bill, the scandal-plagued National Institute of Health (NIH) would receive billions of dollars for relatively unprotected research. According to guidelines that the NIH will most likely adopt, set by the International Society for Stem Cell Research, “in vitro culture of chimeric embryos (human cells into non- human embryos),” is permitted and allowed, and such research is “reportable, but not typically reviewed by a specialized oversight process.” (Read more from “Heinous Senate Bill Enables Splicing Murdered Babies With Animals” HERE)

Report: Fauci Briefed World Leaders on Potential Lab Leak — A Year Ago

Former FDA Commissioner Scott Gottlieb said Sunday that he was told Dr. Anthony Fauci had briefed world leaders on the possibility that the novel coronavirus leaked from a lab.

Gottlieb told “Face the Nation” host John Dickerson that a senior official in former President Donald Trump’s administration had informed him there was suspicion that the strain “looked unusual,” which prompted Fauci to address the possibility that it had leaked from a research laboratory in Wuhan. . .

“I didn’t think there was anything remarkable in those emails. I don’t think there was anything that Tony said that expressed any ill intent, and nothing that was new,” Gottlieb replied, saying that there had always been two theories on the origins of the virus — a natural derivation or a leak from a lab — but that there had been little real evidence to support either one.

“We have other information now that fits into this picture. The science is one piece of information, but there is a lot of other information that points in the direction that this could have come out of a lab, that we need to have a broader view about the potential risk that this was a lab leak,” Gottlieb continued. . .

“Well, I was told at that time, back in the spring, that Dr. Fauci had gone over to a meeting of world health leaders in Europe and actually briefed them on the information that they were looking at, that this could have been a potential lab leak, that this strain looked unusual,” Gottlieb replied. “I think early on, when they looked at the strain, they had suspicions. And it takes time to do that analysis, and that dispelled some of those suspicions.” (Read more from “Report: Fauci Briefed World Leaders on Potential Lab Leak — A Year Ago” HERE)

Second-Grader Has Bible Confiscated By School Officials

It’s been some 30 years or more since the U.S. Supreme Court established some of the most significant precedents for students in schools, including one that the First Amendment does indeed apply to students in schools.

But still sometimes educators don’t understand, as happened with a recent case in Illinois where officials confiscated a Bible from a second-grader simply because she was reading it during recess, and would talk about it with friends.

The documentation of the situation comes in a report from Francis J. Manion at the American Center for Law and Justice, whose founder, Jay Sekulow, argued some of those precedent-establishing cases at the Supreme Court.

“A little girl had her Bible confiscated by school officials. How could this still be happening in America?” the report wondered, then explaining it’s because “local school officials still don’t seem to have gotten the message.”

“We recently heard from the parents of Gabrielle, a second grader in Illinois. It seems Gabrielle likes to bring her Bible to school and read it during recess. Sometimes she reads it aloud, and sometimes other kids listen in and talk with her about what she’s reading,” the report said. “Constitutional crisis? It shouldn’t be; but little Gabrielle had her Bible taken away by a teacher and was told, ‘You just can’t be doing that.'” (Read more from “Second-Grader Has Bible Confiscated By School Officials” HERE)

Michael Flynn’s Brother Takes Command of U.S. Army Pacific

Gen. Charles Flynn, the younger brother of Michael Flynn, took command of the United States Army Pacific on Friday, aiming to prioritize the unit to face the challenges brought on by China.

Flynn, 57, overtook the leadership from Gen. Paul LaCamera, who will move to command U.S. Forces Korea. The general arrived in Hawaii from Washington, D.C., where he served as the deputy chief of staff for Army operations, plans, and training since June 2019.

“Today, as China trends on an increasingly concerning path, presenting challenge to the free and open Pacific, the Army is charged to change once more,” Flynn said during a livestreamed ceremony at Fort Shafter.

Adm. John Aquilino, who heads the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command, said he expects Flynn to “execute the integrated deterrence” for a free and open Indo-Pacific when welcoming the general to Hawaii, according to a report by Stars and Stripes. Hunter Biden in Laptop Chat: Strippers ‘Truly, Truly Love’ Their Jobs

Hunter Biden put his personal knowledge of strip clubs to use in 2018 — praising an exotic dancer’s career choice in a recorded conversation that devolved into a two-way therapy session.

“Ninety percent of the strippers I know do it because they truly, truly love it,” the soon-to-be first son reassures the woman during the 15-minute exchange.

“I don’t know that many people who like their job,” he says.

The conversation, first reported by the Washington Examiner, was recorded on May 11, 2018, and stored on the laptop that Biden later abandoned at a Delaware computer repair shop, The Post confirmed. (Read more from “Hunter Biden in Laptop Chat: Strippers ‘Truly, Truly Love’ Their Jobs” HERE)
