Deputy FBI Director Dan Bongino: ‘I’ll Never Be the Same’ After Shocking Corruption Revelations

In a striking statement on X (formerly Twitter) this past Saturday, Deputy FBI Director Dan Bongino declared that recent revelations have “shocked [him] down to [his] core,” vowing that he will “never be the same” after what he has learned.

“During my tenure here as the Deputy Director of the FBI, I have repeatedly relayed to you that things are happening that might not be immediately visible, but they are happening,” Bongino wrote in his post.

Bongino said he and FBI Director Kash Patel are making it a top priority to root out public corruption and address the “political weaponization” of both law enforcement and intelligence operations.

“The Director and I are committed to stamping out public corruption and the political weaponization of both law enforcement and intelligence operations. It is a priority for us,” he stated.

The deputy director hinted at alarming findings uncovered during ongoing investigations.

“But what I have learned in the course of our properly predicated and necessary investigations into these aforementioned matters, has shocked me down to my core. We cannot run a Republic like this. I’ll never be the same after learning what I’ve learned,” Bongino said.

While Bongino did not provide specific details, he pledged that the investigations will be conducted “by the book” and in full accordance with the law, promising Americans the truth.

“We are going to conduct these righteous and proper investigations by the book and in accordance with the law. We are going to get the answers WE ALL DESERVE. As with any investigation, I cannot predict where it will land, but I can promise you an honest and dignified effort at truth. Not ‘my truth,’ or ‘your truth,’ but THE TRUTH,” he wrote.

Bongino concluded his message with a patriotic note: “God bless America, and all those who defend Her.”

At this time, it remains unclear what specific revelations Bongino was referring to, but his comments have sparked intense speculation and raised questions about potential political interference within the nation’s top law enforcement and intelligence agencies.

Cluster of Potentially Fatal Disease Cases Found in Major City Has Health Officials on Alert

The city health department has launched an investigation after a cluster of Legionnaire’s disease cases were identified in Harlem over the weekend — with officials urging New Yorkers to take precautions.

Five cases of the potentially fatal pneumonia-like illness were diagnosed in the Manhattan neighborhood in recent days, although no deaths have been reported, the department said.

“Any New Yorkers with flu-like symptoms should contact a health care provider as soon as possible,” Deputy Chief Medical Officer Dr. Toni Eyssallenne said in a statement.

“Legionnaire’s disease can be effectively treated if diagnosed early,” Eyssallenne said. “But New Yorkers at higher risk, like adults aged 50 and older, those who smoke or have chronic lung conditions should be especially mindful of their symptoms and seek care as soon as symptoms begin.”

‘That’s Why I Made the Referrals’: Trump CIA Chief Drops Bomb – Brennan, Comey and Hillary Clinton Could Face Indictment

CIA Director John Ratcliffe dropped a bomb on Sunday when he clearly told Fox’s Maria Bartiromo that it’s possible there could be “criminal prosecution” of several high profile Democrats, including former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, former FBI Director James Comey, and even Ratcliffe’s own predecessor, former Obama CIA chief John Brennan.

Ratcliffe made the remarks to Bartiromo on the latest Sunday Morning Futures from Fox News, in an interview that lasted almost 12 minutes, in which the two discussed the administration’s ongoing investigations into the origins of the infamous Steele Dossier, the FBI’s Crossfire Hurricane investigation, and other events related to the so-called “Russiagate” accusations made against President Donald Trump as both a 2016 presidential candidate and throughout his term in office — not to mention, the Hunter Biden laptop scandal.

“For a four-year period of time, the truth about the origins of the Russia collusion hoax was hidden from the American people,” Ratcliffe told Bartiromo on Sunday morning. “And, unfortunately, Maria, as you recall, those same people were already at that point in time onto their next hoax, the Hunter Biden laptop. This was a month before the 2020 election.”

The two discussed the evidence that Ratcliffe says he has against multiple high profile former members of the Barack Obama administration in relation to those events. President Obama has been a frequent recent target of Trump, as well as DNI Tulsi Gabbard, who recently floated a charge of “treason” against the former president.

Bartiromo asked Ratcliffe whether the statute of limitations might interfere with any possible criminal proceedings, and Ratcliffe pointed out several instances of the individuals he’d named testifying that were still within the limits. Federal Judge Blocks a Major Provision in Trump’s ‘Big Beautiful Bill’

A federal judge has halted enforcement of a provision in the 2025 Reconciliation Act that would cut Medicaid funding to Planned Parenthood.

The provision would have prohibited Medicaid reimbursements to any abortion provider affiliated with the organization that performs elective abortions and receives over $800,000 in funding.

US District Judge Indira Talwani ruled that this measure violates multiple constitutional protections — especially for Planned Parenthood affiliates that do not provide abortions. She argued that the provision “burdens the exercise of Planned Parenthood Federation and its Members First Amendment rights of association and is thus subject to strict scrutiny review.”

Her argument was that the government does not possess the authority to compel organizations to disaffiliate from Planned Parenthood by using the threat of withholding federal funds — especially when the affiliation is expressive and based on shared values and advocacy.

Talwani referred to the longstanding political effort to defund the organization based on its advocacy rather than its abortion services. She pointed to the provision, which says the measure is “designed to ensure nearly all of the entitites covered are Planned Parenthood Members.”

Why Candace Owens Has the Upper Hand — After the Macrons Sued Her for Claiming France’s First Lady Was Born a Man

The lawsuit brought by President Macron and his wife, Brigitte, against an American podcaster, Candace Owens, marks an extraordinary appearance by the president of the Fifth Republic in America’s legal system.

Monsieur Macron, though, could have an uphill climb in his effort to hold Ms. Owens accountable for claiming his wife was born a man, and is also Mr. Macron’s father. The lawsuit, docketed at Delaware superior court, alleges that Ms. Owens pursued “a relentless year-long campaign of defamation against the Macrons.”

In March, Ms. Owens broadcast a video titled “Is France’s First Lady a Man?” She has regularly surfaced the issue to her 4.5 million followers on YouTube. She has broadcast a multi-part series titled “Becoming Brigitte.” She is also selling merchandise related to the podcast — a T-shirt portraying Ms. Macron as Time magazine’s “Man of the Year.”

To win their suit, though, the Macrons will have to prove a lot more than just the basic fact that Ms. Macron was born female, which could presumably be resolved by a simple medical examination. The Macrons must clear the high bar of American defamation law — notwithstanding Ms. Owens’s contention that the Macrons are “blood relatives committing incest” and that Mr. Macron was elected via a “mind-control” experiment spearheaded by the CIA.

The Supreme Court, in New York Times Co. V. Sullivan, held that for a plaintiff who is a public figure to land a verdict for defamation, he or she has to prove “actual malice.” That means that the defendant knowingly lied with respect to the claims at issue or acted with a “reckless disregard” for the truth of those claims. This means that the burden rests on the Macrons to prove that Ms. Owens either does not believe her own statements about Mrs. Macron or that she was exceedingly reckless. Details Buried In Recently Declassified Docs Further Implicate Obama In Russia Hoax

Documents released over the last month have exposed a post-election plot designed to derail President Donald Trump’s first term. The recently declassified material reveals former President Barack Obama sought to continue the Russia-collusion hoax Hillary Clinton had launched during the presidential campaign by directing select members of his intelligence community to craft the deceptive Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA) on Russia’s efforts to influence the 2016 election. However, a close reading of these documents reveals Obama holds even more culpability than previously discussed.

As The Federalist reported earlier, the CIA’s review of the ICA established Obama not only knew of and “condoned the politicalization of the intelligence community, but that the former president directed the politicalization.” According to the CIA’s “lessons learned” analysis of the deceptive ICA released by the Obama Administration, on December 6, 2016, then-President Obama directed “then-Director of National Intelligence (DNI) James Clapper to conduct a comprehensive review of all available intelligence and provide the IC’s best assessment of Russian activities related to the election,” ordering Clapper to complete the review before Trump’s inauguration. And according to former CIA Director John Brennan, the White House worked with him to “established crucial elements of the process,” including directing the CIA to take “the lead drafting the report.”

That White House-directed process included sidelining the National Intelligence Council (“NIC”) which, under standard protocols held “control over drafting assignments, coordination, and review processes” for intelligence assessments. Not only that, but Brennan — the man Obama charged with leading the drafting of the ICA — also marginalized CIA and ODNI analysts, ignoring their conclusion that intel did not support the view that Russia “aspired” to help Trump win the 2016 election. Brennan also trumped the analysts’ objection to referencing the Steele dossier in the text of the ICA and including a summary of the Clinton-funded fake dossier in an annex to the report.

Last week’s release of the House Permanent Selection Committee on Intelligence’s (“HPSCI”) report summarizing the results of its investigation into the drafting of the ICA exposed further corruption behind the assessment that falsely reported Russia aspired to help elect Trump. That 46-page report revealed how, after the election, Brennan ordered the publication of three substandard intelligence reports which, along with the Steele dossier, “became foundational sources for the ICA judgments that Putin preferred Trump over Clinton.”

The HPSCI report also detailed the flaws in that intel, as well as how the ICA further misrepresented what the belatedly created intelligence reports stated. The HPSCI report further highlighted the extensive evidence omitted from the ICA — intel which conflicted with the Obama-ordered assessment’s conclusion that Russia aspired to help Trump. Pro-Life Politician at Center of Explosive Scandal After Shocking Claims Surface

A Texas state lawmaker known for his strong pro-life stance has found himself at the center of a firestorm following bombshell allegations from a woman who claims to have had a years-long relationship with him.

The woman, identified as Alex Grace, posted a video online detailing what she says was a secret affair with Texas state Rep. Giovanni Capriglione that began when she was just 18 years old. In her account, she alleges that the politician provided cash for private “meetups” and even claims he funded multiple abortions — accusations he strongly denies.

The claims come just days after the politician abruptly ended his reelection campaign. In a statement following the allegations, he admitted to an affair but rejected the most damaging claims, saying he intends to pursue legal action.

“Years ago, I selfishly had an affair. I’m not proud of this. Thank God my wife and family forgave me, and we moved past it and have the strong marriage we do today,” Capriglione said. “I have never, nor would I ever, pay for an abortion.”

Grace’s story paints a very different picture, describing secret meetups at offices, hotels, and homes. She also claimed there were instances where cash was exchanged under bizarre circumstances, including one involving a location behind a family restaurant chain. She claimed that at one point, she was told to collect cash left behind a dumpster near a Chuck E. Cheese.

The lawmaker, 52, has long branded himself as a staunch pro-life leader with a 100% voting record against abortion, even spearheading legislation to toughen restrictions. His sudden exit from the political race has left many wondering what comes next as both sides stand by their stories.

Grace says she is speaking out now to reveal the truth about the man behind the political persona, while the politician says his marriage has survived past mistakes and insists the rest of the claims are false.

REPORT: Settlers Allegedly Vandalize, Attack Palestinian Christian Village

Israeli settlers allegedly attacked the Christian village of Taybeh in the West Bank Sunday and reportedly threw stones at houses, lit multiple cars on fire and left threatening graffiti messages on the walls.

The alleged attacks were carried out by a group called “Hilltop Youth,” Vatican News reported. The group is led by Neria ban Pazi. who previously targeted “farmland and livestock” in the West Bank, according to the outlet.

A group of settlers arrived at around 2:20 a.m., Vatican News reported.

There are no reports of arrests as of publication, according to the Times of Israel.

The reported attack occurred after multiple Palestinian Christian leaders accused Israeli settlers of setting fires near a Christian cemetery and a 5th-century Greek Orthodox Church, according to Reuters in July.

“These actions are a direct and intentional threat to our local community … but also to the historic and religious heritage,” Greek Orthodox Patriarch of Jerusalem Theophilos II said at a press conference in Taybeh, according to the outlet. Candace Owens to MAGA: Trump Thinks You’re ‘Stupid’

Right-wing firebrand Candace Owens flamed Donald Trump’s treatment of his MAGA base, accusing him of thinking they are “stupid” enough to move on from the Jeffrey Epstein conspiracy.

Owens pointed to Trump’s announcement that the U.S. would send weapons to NATO allies to support Ukraine in its war with Russia. The podcaster claimed Trump was “gaslighting the public” by pushing war over future Epstein revelations.

“It seems like you think your base is stupid,” Owens said. “That’s how I feel. I feel like Trump thinks his base is stupid, or, again, because I don’t think he’s pressing send on these messages, the people around him think that Trump is stupid.”

Owens said she believed Trump was surrounded by “Never Trump” people, or conservatives who’ve vowed to never support the president, who had convinced him to prioritize the support for Ukraine over stories dealing with Jeffrey Epstein.

“Operation: Just Give Them More War. Yeah, war as a distraction,” Owens claimed. “Never mind! We can’t talk about Epstein because guys, guess what? Look at this headline: Trump announces an aggressive, or Trump is to announce an aggressive Ukraine weapons plan. American Birth Rates Rates Drop to Levels of Civilizational Suicide

“First world nations are dying,” Pat Buchanan warned in his 2002 book The Death of the West.

“They face a mortal crisis, not because of something happening in the Third World, but because of what is not happening at home and in the homes of the First World.”

And what was not — and still is not — happening at home is childbearing. Buchanan was referring to fertility rates, which have been on the decline for decades.

Data released on Thursday by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) shows U.S. birth rates are dropping to levels of civilizational suicide, with women having on average 1.6 children. According to the CDC data, birth rates dropped for women aged 15-34 between 2023 and 2024 while rising for women aged 40-44. The general fertility rate (GFR), which is the number of births per 1,000 females ages 15-44, “is down 22% from 2007 to 2024.” While fertility rates are down, the number of births increased by roughly 1 percent between 2023 and 2024, according to the data.

Women are delaying having children or completely casting it aside — thanks in part to the rise of the obnoxious hyper-independent girl boss mentality that has asserted that marriage and motherhood are shackles, along with the “loss of religiosity” and “availability of birth control” and abortion, as pointed out in these pages by David Harsanyi.
