Forensic Report: Dominion Software Intentionally Designed to Influence Election Results

A forensic audit of Dominion Voting Systems machines and software in Michigan showed that they were designed to create fraud and influence election results, a data firm said Monday.

“We conclude that the Dominion Voting System is intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results,” Russell Ramsland Jr., co-founder of Allied Security Operations Group, said in a preliminary report.

“The system intentionally generates an enormously high number of ballot errors. The electronic ballots are then transferred for adjudication. The intentional errors lead to bulk adjudication of ballots with no oversight, no transparency, and no audit trail. This leads to voter or election fraud. Based on our study, we conclude that The Dominion Voting System should not be used in Michigan. We further conclude that the results of Antrim County should not have been certified,” he added.

Ramsland, a former Reagan administration official who has worked for NASA, and others from the group examined Dominion products in Antrim County earlier this month as part of an ongoing case.

The team inspected and performed forensic duplication on the county’s election management server, which was running Dominion Democracy Suite 5.5.3-002, compact flash cards used by local precincts in their Dominion ImageCast system, USB memory sticks used by Dominion Voter Assist Terminals, and USB memory sticks used for the poll book. They used X-Ways Forensics and other tools including Blackbag-Blacklight Forensic Software, and Virtual Box. U.S. Vows ‘Swift Action’ if Defense Networks Hit by Alleged Russia Hack

The U.S. military’s cyberwarfare branch has promised a quick response if the nation’s defense networks were found to have been infiltrated in a major hack that has rocked the federal government.

As of Monday afternoon, the Department of Commerce and the Department of the Treasury have acknowledged that their communications were affected by a yet unidentified perpetrator exploiting a vulnerability in an update to Orion products offered by software company SolarWinds. A third agency, the Department of Homeland Security, is also believed to have been affected, according to Reuters.

The full extent of the breach has yet to be identified, but SolarWinds’ extensive customer list includes a range of other U.S. government agencies, including all five branches of the military. Contacted by Newsweek, the Defense Department’s cyber-focused combatant command said it was prepared to act immediately if its communications were determined to have been impacted.

“U.S. Cyber Command is postured for swift action should any defense networks be compromised,” a spokesperson for the command told Newsweek. “We are in close coordination with our interagency, coalition, industry, and academic partners to assess and mitigate this issue. As is our mission, we will continue to conduct cyberspace operations in defense of our Nation.” (Read more from “U.S. Vows ‘Swift Action’ if Defense Networks Hit by Alleged Russia Hack” HERE)

Ghislaine Maxwell and Her Husband Offer $28.5 Million Bail Package

Jeffrey Epstein’s accused madam Ghislaine Maxwell has proposed a $28.5 million bail package — that represents all of her and her husband’s assets — in a desperate bid to spring her from federal lockup, according to a new motion unsealed Monday.

The suggested package is “exceptional in its scope and puts at risk everything that Ms. Maxwell has — all of her and her spouse’s assets, her family’s livelihood, and the financial security of her closest friends and family — if she were to flee, which she has no intention of doing,” wrote her lawyer Mark Cohen.

Although her spouse’s name is redacted from the documents, his identity has been widely reported as tech CEO Scott Borgerson.

The package is composed of a $22.5 million bond co-signed by her and her husband, according to the motion that was filed under seal on Dec. 4.

Five additional bonds totaling $5 million will be co-signed by seven of Maxwell’s closest friends and family members whose names were redacted. (Read more from “Ghislaine Maxwell and Her Husband Offer $28.5 Million Bail Package” HERE)

Sidney Powell: Trump Could Trigger 2018 Executive Order

With time running out for President Trump, attorney Sidney Powell is raising the option for the commander in chief to invoke his 2018 executive order concerning foreign interference in U.S. elections.

The order, signed by Trump on Sept. 12, 2018, states “not later than 45 days after the conclusion of a United States election, the Director of National Intelligence, in consultation with the heads of any other appropriate executive departments and agencies (agencies), shall conduct an assessment of any information indicating that a foreign government, or any person acting as an agent of or on behalf of a foreign government, has acted with the intent or purpose of interfering in that election.”

Powell told the Epoch Times the evidence of foreign interference is “more than sufficient to trigger” the order, providing the president “all kinds of power … to do everything from seize assets to freeze things, demand the impoundment of the [voting] machines.”

“Under the emergency powers, he could even appoint a special prosecutor to look into this, which is exactly what needs to happen,” Powell continued.

“Every machine, every voting machine in the country should be impounded right now. There’s frankly more than enough criminal probable cause to justify that, for anybody who’s willing to address the law and the facts purely on the basis of truth and not politics, or corporate greed, or global wealth.” (Read more from “Sidney Powell: Trump Could Trigger 2018 Executive Order” HERE)

Attorney Moves to Release Findings From Dominion Voting Machines Forensic Audit

A Michigan attorney wants to release the findings from a forensic audit of Dominion Voting Systems equipment for the public to see.

Matthew DePerno, who is representing an Antrim County resident behind a lawsuit challenging a local marijuana retailer proposal, told Newsmax TV on Friday that his broader ambition is to convince state lawmakers to overturn the results of the presidential election with what he says is evidence of voting machine tampering.

“We’ve called on Mike Shirkey, who is the Senate majority leader in the Michigan Senate, to send a separate slate of electors to Lansing, Republican electors, based on what we think we have found,” he told host Greg Kelly, who asked if there was any way to flip Michigan.

“I filed an emergency motion this afternoon with the Antrim County Circuit Court asking them to lift a protective order so that we can release the results of the forensic examination to the American people, to the Michigan House of Representatives, to the Michigan Senate, and to anyone else who wants to see the results so they can judge for themselves how the system operates,” DePerno added.

The emergency motion says the “initial preliminary results” are “an issue of national security” and “important for the public, the U.S. government and the Michigan Legislature to review and understand.” (Read more from “Attorney Moves to Release Findings From Dominion Voting Machines Forensic Audit” HERE)

Here’s What Hunter’s Latest Email Dump Revealed About Joe’s Involvement in Chinese Business Dealings

In emails dating Sept. 21, 2017, Hunter Biden asked the former general manager of an office building in Washington, D.C., to provide office keys to former Vice President Joe Biden, former First Lady Dr. Jill Biden and Jim Biden, the former veep’s brother. According to the emails obtained by the Daily Caller, Hunter Biden referred to Joe Biden and Gongwen Dong, the chairman of the Chinese energy company CEFC, as “office mates.” . . .

The new emails call into question whether or not Joe Biden had any involvement in his son’s international business dealings. Back in October, Tony Bobulinski, Hunter Biden’s former business partner, said the Biden family has been compromised.

“I’m making this statement to set the record straight about the involvement of the Biden family. Vice President Biden, his brother Jim Biden and his son Hunter Biden in dealings with the Chinese. I’ve heard Joe Biden say that he’s never discussed business with Hunter. That is false. I have first-hand knowledge of this because I directly dealt with the Biden family, including Joe Biden,” he said at the time. Michael Flynn: Trump Will Remain President

Former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn on Saturday expressed confidence that President Donald Trump will serve a second consecutive term in his first public remarks since his presidential pardon.

Flynn joined a slew of high profile Trump supporters in Washington D.C. for a series of “Stop the Steal” rallies to protest the results of the election, one day after the U.S. Supreme Court rejected a lawsuit by Texas aimed at overturning President-elect Joe Biden’s win in four battleground states. Billed by Trump and his allies as “the big one,” the failed suit was the latest in a string of defeats for the president’s campaign to reverse his defeat.

“The courts do not decide who the next president of the United States will be,” Flynn told a crowd of protesters carrying patriotic flags. “We the people decide.”

“I will say, there are paths that are still in play … there’s a lot of activity that’s still playing out.” (Read more from “Michael Flynn Says Trump Will Remain President in First Public Remarks Since Pardon” HERE)

Gym Fined Nearly $10K per Day for Defying COVID-19 Orders

The owner of a gym in Graham, Washington, has vowed to remain open despite a series of hefty fines levied by the state for disobeying Democratic Gov. Jay Inslee’s restrictions intended to slow the spread of COVID-19.

According to the News Tribune, “Graham Fitness was hit with eight violations totaling $77,112 by the state Department of Labor & Industries on Friday for violating the Safe Start mandate to close up shop.” The outlet described the penalty as the state’s “largest pandemic fine to date,” noting that the total breaks down to $9,639 per day.

“They can fine me whatever they want,” owner Michael Knick told the News Tribune on Friday. “I don’t have it.” . . .

According to Knick, his gym has some coronavirus protocols in place, but does not require members to wear face coverings. Knick said he believes the state agency targeted his business because he has collaborated with the Freedom Foundation, a nonprofit that has filed lawsuits in Washington and other states in response to overreaching coronavirus mitigation policies.
