It’s No Shock What Event Will Lead to Trump Conceding the Election to Joe Biden

A winner is going to be declared one way or another. I wish it wasn’t like this, but you’ll never going to convince me the Joe Biden won this race without a ton of voter fraud. The question is can we prove it. The allies of the Trump campaign have struggled to make their case. No judge is going to just toss out ballots. So far, the legal front has been a spectacle, and not in a good way. The Trump campaign did score a big win in Nevada where they will be able to present their findings. We’ll see what turns up at the December 3 hearing. Yet, what if all else fails. Well, in a presser yesterday, the president offered the conditions of his surrender to Joe Biden. It’s no shock what will cause Trump to leave the Oval Office (via the Hill):

President Trump on Thursday said he would leave the White House on Jan. 20 if the Electoral College declares President-elect Joe Biden the winner of the election, but indicated he was not prepared to concede defeat.

“Certainly I will. And you know that,” said Trump when asked if he would leave the White House if the Electoral College voted for Biden.

He added, “If they do, they made a mistake.”

“It’s going to be a very hard thing to concede,” Trump told reporters during a press call on Thursday.

Taliban: War with America ‘Will Resume’ if Biden Undoes Trump Peace Deal

A spokesman for the Taliban told Afghanistan’s Khaama Press in an interview published Thursday that the terrorist group’s “war against the United States will resume … until they leave Afghanistan” if Joe Biden walks back President Donald Trump’s attempts to withdraw U.S. forces from the country.

Trump initiated talks including both the Taliban and the legitimate government of Afghanistan this year to come to an agreement that would result in the end of the American military presence in the country. Afghanistan is America’s longest war, launched in the aftermath of the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks. The Trump administration has sought assurances from the Taliban that it would not harbor terrorists seeking to harm American interests – such as the architects of the 9/11 attacks, al-Qaeda – in exchange for America not continuing to attack the jihadist group.

Civilian casualties in Afghanistan dropped to their lowest level in eight years in 2020, as peace talks in Doha, Qatar – where the Taliban’s political offices are headquartered – marched on. Attacks on American troops have also declined, though the Taliban has become more prolific in attacking the Afghan military.

Joe Biden has indicated that he does not support a full withdrawal of U.S. troops from Afghanistan. The Afghan war is not listed as a “priority” on Biden’s administration website, or is any other foreign policy issue.

Taliban spokesman Mohammad Naeem Wardak told Khaama Press that he does not anticipate the peace talks with the United States will change under Biden but that the Taliban was prepared in the event that they did. The Shocking Allegations of Mass Vote Fraud Made by Sidney Powell in Georgia; Here’s the Part of Sidney Powell’s Lawsuit That Could Impact the Outcome of the Election

Here’s the Part of Sidney Powell’s Lawsuit That Could Impact the Outcome of the Election

By Townhall. . .Cortney wrote about Sidney Powell’s solo legal effort. She’s been pretty much cast out of the Trump orbit after making some pretty serious allegations, but then not really backing it up with solid evidence. Tucker Carlson and Rush Limbaugh have called her out on it, noting that you cannot hold a press conference, say you have bombshell evidence, and then never present it. It looks bad. It makes the legal effort look like a clown show. Despite the bumps in the road, the allegations are real and not some acid-addled nonsense like Russian collusion. The problem is that as of now, in the absence of evidence that leads to tossing certain ballots, Joe Biden has the upper hand. It’s not what you know. It’s what you can prove, and the Trump effort has had a hard go of it trying to make their case. Time is the most precious resource. It goes double in politics—and it’s running out quickly.

Trump legal adviser Harmeet Dhillon looked at Powell’s legal challenge and went on a lengthy Twitter thread zeroing in on some of the most serious allegations. Powell asserts again that Dominion systems can be easily hacked, which the company has denied. Dhillon noted that if successful, Powell’s legal challenge could alter the election, given how small the margin of victory is in some states. She added that maybe zeroing in on a lesser-known part of the alleged voter irregularities might do better in the courts. Lesser known, but still serious.

SCOTUS Blocks Cuomo’s COVID Restrictions on Church Attendance in New York

In a 5-4 ruling late Wednesday night, the U.S Supreme Court barred the state of New York from imposing strict attendance limits on religious services, in a major win for religious freedom.

Orthodox Jewish group Agudath Israel of America and the Roman Catholic Diocese of Brooklyn sued New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo for discriminatory targeting of religious groups with COVID restrictions, as houses of worship were being held to far more stringent standards than neighboring businesses.

At the time of the lawsuits filing, both the Agudath Israel of America and Diocese of Brooklyn fell into red or orange zones, which under state law allowed only 10 or 25 people into a house of worship at any time, regardless of the building’s typical capacity. At the same time, stores and business deemed essential were given far laxer standards, some even lacking any limits on their capacity.

Newly minted Justice Amy Coney Barrett joined Justices Samuel Alito, Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, and Clarence Thomas in support of the aggrieved religious groups, while Chief Justice John Roberts and Justices Stephen Breyer, Elena Kagan, Sonia Sotomayor dissented.

The per curium opinion determined that New York’s targeted responses run in direct opposition to the First Amendment, stating, “Even in a pandemic, the Constitution cannot be put away and forgotten. The restrictions at issue here, by effectively barring many from attending religious services, strike at the very heart of the First Amendment’s guarantee of religious liberty.” (Read more from “SCOTUS Blocks Cuomo’s COVID Restrictions on Church Attendance in New York” HERE)

Michigan GOP Electors Ask Court to Name Trump Winner

A new lawsuit brought by a group of Michigan Republicans asks a federal judge to overturn President-elect Joe Biden’s win in the state[.]

Six Republicans — three who would be Electoral College electors for President Donald Trump and three local GOP officials — filed the suit in federal court Wednesday night, two days after the Board of State Canvassers certified Biden’s 154,000-vote victory in Michigan.

Among their attorneys is Sidney Powell, who appeared at a press conference with Trump’s legal representatives last week. Since then, however, the Trump campaign has said that Powell is working on her own. . .

“Relief sought is the elimination of the mail ballots from counting in the 2020 election,” the 75-page suit says. “Alternatively, the electors for the State of Michigan should be disqualified from counting toward the 2020 election.

“Alternatively, the electors of the State of Michigan should be directed to vote for President Donald Trump.” (Read more from “Michigan GOP Electors Ask Court to Name Trump Winner” HERE)

Michael Flynn, Family Thank Trump for Pardon: ‘Tyranny Will Not Topple Us’

Following his full pardon from President Donald Trump on Wednesday, retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn thanked the president, calling the move a “Pardon of Innocence.”

Flynn tweeted Thursday morning his thanks to the president in a short message that included a bible verse. . .

Flynn’s family released a lengthier statement Wednesday after the president’s pardon.

“For four long years, our family and millions of American patriots stood arm-in-arm together with our brother, General Michael T. Flynn, fighting the vicious, deep-rooted corruption of government institutions and vengeful individuals intent on destroying General Flynn and our country in shameful defiance of justice and the Rule of Law. Those individuals have disgraced the United States of America. The perpetuation of this political persecution of General Flynn was further fermented by Judge Emmet Sullivan’s refusal to dismiss the fraudulent prosecution. Judge Sullivan’s inactions are a reprehensible assault against the Constitution and will live in infamy the world over and is his legacy,” the statement said. Cops Refuse to Be the Thanksgiving Police

After failing to deal with months of violent riots in Portland, Oregon Governor Kate Brown announced that she instead wants the police to go after families celebrating Thanksgiving.

When asked whether Oregonians should call the police on their neighbors if they have more than 6 people in their homes for Thanksgiving, she replied, “This is no different than what happens if there’s a party down the street… they call law enforcement.”

Except law enforcement has no interest in replying.

The Marion County Sheriff’s office, whose jurisdiction includes the state capital, declined, stating, “We cannot arrest or enforce our way out of the pandemic.”

When Governor Cuomo of New York, whose order forcing nursing homes to accept infected coronavirus patients may have killed as many as 11,000 senior citizens, tried to enlist law enforcement in his crackdown on Thanksgiving, the sheriffs of New York also wouldn’t do it. Donald Trump Calls in to Gettysburg Hearing: We Have to Overturn Election Because Democrats Cheated; WATCH: Witness Describes 570,000-Vote ‘Spike’ for Biden

By Breitbart. President Donald Trump called in to a Pennsylvania hearing on voter fraud Wednesday, urging supporters to keep fighting the 2020 election results.

“They have to turn over the results,” Trump said. “It would be easy for me to say, ‘Oh let’s worry about four years from now.’ No. This election was lost by the Democrats, they cheated. It was a fraudulent election.”

The president phoned in to a public hearing on the 2020 election held by Pennsylvania state Republicans at a hotel in Gettysburg. Several witnesses publicly attested to voter irregularities and opportunities for fraud during the voting and counting process, particularly surrounding mail-in ballots. . .

“If you were a Republican poll watcher. you were treated like a dog,” Trump said and added, “What happened here, this is not the United States of America what happened.” . . .

“Very weird things happened, but they’re not weird to professionals, and they’re not weird to Dominion and other people that operate machines,” Trump said. (Read more from “Donald Trump Calls in to Gettysburg Hearing: We Have to Overturn Election Because Democrats Cheated” HERE)

WATCH: Witness Describes 570,000-Vote ‘Spike’ for Biden

By WND. At a public hearing Wednesday held by Pennsylvania lawmakers and President Trump’s campaign, a witness drew gasps when he described “spikes” in the vote count the evening of the election in which Joe Biden gained 570,000 votes to the president’s 3,200.

The spikes in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh came after Trump held a lead of some 700,000 votes. The official count ended with a Biden lead of some 80,000.

Trump called in to the meeting of the Pennsylvania Senate Majority Policy Committee on “election issues and irregularities,” declaring he “won this election by a lot, we got 74 million votes.”

The witness explained to the president’s personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani that normally “you would see a smooth curve going up,” recording the ongoing vote count.

BLM Activists Want to Separate From ‘White’ Antifa

Oregon Public Broadcasting reports Wednesday that black members of Portland’s Black Lives Matter movement are tired of their anti-racism demonstrations being hijacked by the mostly white “Antifa” anarchists and are working to separate the two movements as protests continue.

“Tensions between Black activists fighting for racial justice and anti-establishment protesters have bubbled beneath the surface for months,” the outlet says, noting that many of the anti-racism protests, now in their sixth month, began as peaceful demonstrations but became violent after nightfall, when anarchist groups, who organized on social media, appeared.

The riots, which made national headlines, tainted the Black Lives Matter protests, activists say, and confused commentators who often assumed the violence developed from the demonstrations. Instead, they say, the unrest was wholly separate — and now they want the groups to disentangle.

“This week marks six months since Floyd’s death, and protests continue in Portland,” OPB reports. “But now, activists in the city are divided as to whether they are still fighting in a racial justice movement centered on Black lives, or if an unfocused, anti-establishment fight against capitalism and state power has usurped the initial cause that brought thousands of Portlanders into the streets.”

BLM activists also contend that the largely white “Antifa” group is “privileged,” noting that many of those arrested during the protests are middle- or upper-class, are quickly free on bail, and often escape prosecution — luxuries not often afforded to people of color who tangle with the same justice system. Coffee Shop Owner Loses License After Ignoring Coronavirus Restrictions

A drinkery in Kentucky that sells both coffee and alcohol had its alcohol license suspended by the state’s Alcohol Beverage Control agency (ABC) on Wednesday after failing to comply with COVID-19 restrictions.

Despite an order from the Lexington-Fayette County Health Department to close its doors on Tuesday, Brewed at 124 Malabu in Lexington, Kentucky, opened for business on Wednesday and was inundated with customers who came in a show of support for the store, the Lexington Herald Leader reported. In response, ABC issued an emergency suspension on the establishment’s license to sell alcohol.

Owner Andrew Cooperrider — who is identified as an official in the Libertarian Party of Kentucky, according to his Facebook page — refuses to stop serving customers inside his establishment. (Read more from “Coffee Shop Owner Loses License After Ignoring Coronavirus Restrictions” HERE)
