Biden Announces He Will Immediately Move to Give Citizenship to Millions of Illegal Aliens

Joe Biden announced during an NBC News interview that aired on Tuesday evening that he will immediately move to give citizenship to millions of illegal aliens once he gets into office in two months.

“I’m going to make a commitment in the first 100 days, I will send an immigration bill to the United States Senate with a pathway to citizenship for over 11 million undocumented people in America,” Biden said. “I will also be moving to do away with some of the I think very damaging executive orders that have significantly impacted on making the climate worse and making us less healthy.”

Biden has already pledged to dramatically increase the number of refugees that he admits into the U.S. from 15,000 under President Donald Trump to 125,000. Biden has also pledged to end the Trump administration’s travel ban on nations that are considered to be hot beds of terrorism.

Whether Biden is able to grant citizenship to millions of people who are unlawfully in the U.S. depends on who controls the Senate, which could be decided in January as Georgia has two runoff elections. If Republicans win just one of the two races they will keep control of the Senate when Biden takes office. Democrats would need to win both races just to have a 50-50 tie with Republicans and would need all 50 of their Senators to vote together so that incoming-Vice President Kamala Harris could be the tie breaker. Without Evidence, Former President Obama Accuses Hispanic Trump Voters of Bigotry (VIDEO)

Former President Barack Obama accused Hispanic voters of being bigots, claiming that they ignored the current administration’s “racist” immigration policies to vote for Donald Trump because “he supports their views on gay marriage.”

“People were surprised about a lot of Hispanic folks who voted for Trump,” Obama said on The Breakfast Club podcast Wednesday. “But there’s a lot of evangelical Hispanics who, you know, the fact that Trump says racist things about Mexicans, or puts detainees undocumented workers in cages, they think that’s less important than the fact that he supports their views on gay marriage or abortion.”

In states like Texas and Florida, Latino voters swung for Trump over Biden in the 2020 election. In Florida, nearly half of Latino voters cast ballots for President Trump, and in Texas’s Rio Grand Valley, Trump flipped Zapata County, one of the bluest counties along the river with 52.5 percent of the vote.

Despite Obama’s claims that gay marriage drove “evangelical” Hispanic voters to Trump, causing them to ignore Trump’s “racist” immigration policies, same-sex issues did not appear as one of the top ten important issues for Americans going into Election Day and was not a top ten priority for Hispanic voters specifically. . .

Instead, Hispanic voters showed concern for things like the economy, COVID-19, and violent crime, all of which Trump heavily focused on in his re-election campaign, promising more jobs, faster vaccine development, and calling for law and order.

Mark Zuckerberg Reportedly Signed off on a Facebook Algorithm Change That Favored Established News Sites

In the days following the US presidential election, Facebook made some emergency changes to its algorithm.

The New York Times reports the company changed the way it promoted and demoted content on people’s news feeds after employees noticed an alarming amount of misinformation spreading on the platform.

The change meant the algorithm assigned more importance to posts from established news organisations such as CNN, The New York Times, and NPR. This was based on an internal metric the company uses called “news ecosystem quality,” abbreviated to NEQ.

Publishers with a high NEQ benefitted from the change, while partisan but highly engaged pages, such as Breitbart and Occupy Democrats, were demoted.

Three people with knowledge of the matter told the Times that Facebook’s CEO Mark Zuckerberg personally signed off on the change. (Read more from “Mark Zuckerberg Reportedly Signed off on a Facebook Algorithm Change That Favored Established News Sites” HERE)

Judge Halts PA From Taking Further Steps in Certifying Its Election Results

By Townhall. . . .It’s a separate legal challenge filed by state Republicans. It’s unlikely to reverse the course of what has transpired in the Keystone State this election. Joe Biden was certified the winner. You’re never going to convince me that the election results for 2020 were legitimate, given the scores of voter fraud allegations, but the material that could have been used as evidence has been destroyed. And the bar to toss ballots is higher than Everest, so I doubt this will lead to major changes, but never say never around the holidays. As of now, further steps to verify PA’s election results have been halted by a judge.

Pennsylvania Judge Halts Election Certification Amid Mail-in Vote Fight

By Fox News. A Pennsylvania state court issued an injunction Wednesday blocking any potential further certification of election results in the state, pending a hearing to be held Friday.

The order from Judge Patricia McCullough comes in the case brought by Pennsylvania voters including Rep. Mike Kelly, R-Pa., in which they allege that a state law allowing for no-excuse absentee voting violated the Pennsylvania constitution, which outlines specific cases where absentee voting is allowed.

“[T]o the extent that there remains any further action to perfect the certification of the results of the 2020 General Election … for the office of President and Vice President of the United States of America, Respondents are preliminarily enjoined from doing so, pending an evidentiary hearing[,]’” McCullough wrote. Judge Agrees to Hear Evidence of Vote Fraud in Nevada

A judge in Nevada has scheduled an evidentiary hearing in a case brought by Republicans alleging vote fraud robbed President Trump of victory.

Judge James Russell of the First Judicial District Court said the complaint, which will be heard Dec. 3, challenges the machine used in Clark County, Just the News reports.

Joe Biden won by 23,000 votes, but the Trump campaign has alleged thousands of provable instances of vote fraud that would be enough to overturn the result. . .

The judge will allow as many as 15 witnesses to be deposed. (Read more from “Judge Agrees to Hear Evidence of Vote Fraud in Nevada” HERE)

Russia Says It Threatened a U.S. Warship Out of Territory U.S. Says It Wasn’t in

The Russian Ministry of Defense stated that one of its ships on Tuesday intercepted a U.S. Navy destroyer in its sovereign waters and successfully drove it out with a threat to ram the intruding vessel.

The U.S. Navy denies this account, asserting its ship was not in Russian waters and had not been “expelled” from them, Voice of America (VOA) reported.

Moscow claimed it found the USS John S. McCain 1.2 miles inside its maritime territory in Peter the Great Bay, an inlet on the Sea of Japan which surrounds the Russian port of Vladivostok, near the border with North Korea, according to the BBC.

The Russian Pacific Fleet’s Admiral Vinogradov, a destroyer-class warship, reportedly hailed the McCain and warned its crew of “the possibility of using ramming to get the intruder out of the territorial waters,” the Defense Ministry said. . .

“The Russian Federation’s statement about this mission is false. USS John S. McCain was not ‘expelled’ from any nation’s territory,” the Navy stated on Tuesday. (Read more from “Russia Says It Threatened a U.S. Warship Out of Territory U.S. Says It Wasn’t in” HERE)

Trump Campaign Says Pennsylvania, Arizona, Michigan to Hold Public Hearings on Election, States Push Back

The Trump campaign on Monday claimed that state legislatures in Pennsylvania, Arizona and Michigan would hold public hearings on the 2020 presidential election, however, officials in those key states have disputed any such hearings taking place.

The Trump campaign said that the first “hearing” will be held by the Pennsylvania state Senate on Wednesday in Gettysburg, Pa., and will feature testimony from witnesses “who have filed affidavits attesting to 2020 election fraud.”

The “hearing” Wednesday will also feature a presentation from former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, who serves as President Trump’s personal attorney and is leading the campaign’s legal challenges surrounding the election.

But the Pennsylvania Senate Majority tweeted Monday evening, referring to this as an “informational meeting on 2020 election issues,” not a hearing.

Meanwhile, the Trump camapign claimed that next Monday, Nov. 30, the Arizona legislature would also hold a hearing, followed by one in the Michigan legislature on Dec. 1. Antifa Leader Threatens ‘Armed’ Action Against Trump Supporters; Biden’s New WH National Security Adviser Downplayed Antifa Threat

By WND. A self-designated Antifa leader in Pittsburgh threatened “armed” action against supporters of President Trump if the president didn’t concede the election, vowing to block roads in “conservative areas.” . . .

The Gateway Pundit noted other tweets from Rahuba, including: “If you have children and you let them see their MAGA grandparents, I don’t respect you” and “This attitude is why I’m done targeting conservative politicians and have begin (sic) operations directly against MAGA voters.”

Rahuba also said he was offering people rides to the polls on Election Day.

Conservative activist Robby Starbuck created a video he posted on Twitter to show Biden and his supporters that Antifa is a well-organized, violent domestic terror group.

Biden’s New WH National Security Adviser Downplayed Antifa Threat

By Fox News. Jake Sullivan, the Democratic aide tapped by President-elect Joe Biden to be the next White House national security advisor, previously downplayed Antifa, calling them “a loose collection of people on the internet.”

Over the summer, Sullivan opposed President Trump’s earlier pledge to classify the left-wing group as a terrorist organization, the Daily Caller reported in June.

“First of all, the United States has the capacity to designate foreign organizations as terrorist organizations, not domestic organizations,” Sullivan said during a Foreign Policy conference call. “So we can start with the fact that this is not a kind of credible announcement that was made, it was a purely political announcement.

“I’m not a deep expert on Antifa such as it is, but from what I do know, I think Antifa is probably better described as a loose collection of people on the Internet who share tactics and tools and, you know, people individually identify as part of this loose network, not so much an organization with the structure and leadership and funding and so forth,” he added. Twitter Says Antifa-Aligned Group Cheering Alleged Arson at Police Officer’s Home Is Allowed

By Fox News. An Anitfa-aligned group’s tweet that seems to celebrate arson doesn’t violate the site’s policies because the post’s language is too vague, according to Twitter.

Fox News noted Monday that Pacific Northwest Youth Liberation Front tweeted “this is so cool” in response to an article about officials investigating alleged arson targeting a law enforcement officer. Oregon Public Broadcasting reported on Friday that federal law enforcement agencies were investigating the issue, although the Washington County Sheriff’s Office already claimed the incident was arson.

A law enforcement official reportedly said that there was a “concern in this case that the officer was surveilled and followed home.”

Twitter’s Elizabeth Busby told Fox News on Tuesday that the tweet didn’t violate its rules and linked to its policy on safety and other issues. (Read more from “Twitter Says Antifa-Aligned Group Cheering Alleged Arson at Police Officer’s Home Is Allowed” HERE)

Mueller Investigator Calls for Biden DOJ to Prosecute Trump

Andrew Weissmann, an MSNBC contributor and top deputy to former special counsel Robert Mueller, is calling on former Vice President Joe Biden to prosecute President Donald Trump, assuming he will be inaugurated in January.

Weissmann, in an op-ed for the New York Times that the next Department of Justice “should investigate Mr. Trump and, if warranted, prosecute him for potential federal crimes.”

“Mr. Trump’s criminal exposure is clear,” he said, adding that there is “ample evidence to support a charge that Mr. Trump obstructed justice,” in the Mueller probe, which cleared the president of any criminal wrongdoing between himself and the Russian government during his White House transition.

Weissmann then floated the possibility that President Trump could “pardon not just his family and friends before leaving office but also himself in order to avoid federal criminal liability.” (Read more from “Mueller Investigator Calls for Biden DOJ to Prosecute Trump” HERE)

Mattis’ Call to End ‘America First’ Prompts Swift Backlash

President Donald Trump’s first former Defense Secretary, James Mattis, prompted a swift backlash from conservatives after he penned an article that called for eliminating “America First” from the nation’s national security strategy — a direct attack on his former boss’s world view. . .

Trump responded in a tweet Tuesday morning: “That says it all about Mattis. Obama fired him. I should have fired him sooner. Did best work after he was gone. World’s most overrated general!”
