Who Is the BLM Global Network Foundation?; BLM Doesn’t Really Care About Black Lives Lost Unless Group Can Blame Police

By Townhall. . .Did you know there was a BLM organization? Well, there is, and it’s named Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation.

Now, you might think the organization is synonymous with the movement, but that’s not the case, so I want to be clear about separating the movement from the organization. There’s a movement of people who are protesting police brutality with the intent of articulating that Black lives should matter equally to all other lives. Then there’s the BLM organization, and the two aren’t synonymous. No one knows what the BLM organization does or how it spends its money, but one thing we do know is that it gets a lot of money and from Fortune 500 companies such as Amazon, Microsoft, Nabisco, Gatorade, Airbnb and Warner record labels, a music record company. Microsoft donated $250,000; Airbnb gave $500,000; Nabisco gave $500,000. In total, millions of dollars were given to this group. Are funds going towards salaries? Are funds going towards civic engagement or social community programs for needy families? The reality is no one knows because there’s no transparency. However, there should be, and let me tell you why.

The creators of Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation believe, maintain and teach values that are undemocratic and antithetical to America’s beliefs and ideals. They teach against the idea of a nuclear family with a father and mother in the household and instead espouse the benefits of what they refer to as a “village.” I have no idea what that means. Still, the idea that we shouldn’t continue to reinforce the importance of a two-parent household is absurd. It goes against statistical data on children’s success.

In a 2015 video, BLM Global Network Foundation co-founder Patrisse Cullors said that she and her fellow co-founders were “trained Marxists.” Marxism formed the basis for communism; it’s what Lenin based his ideology on in Russia. If that’s not anti-American and anti-democratic, then I’m not sure what is. And $1 million in donations to an organization that isn’t required to be transparent with their expenditures is problematic, particularly because of the values they espouse and their mission of spreading those extremist views to America’s youth. Black Lives Matter has become a major political force during this intense election year, getting favorable coverage in the left-wing media as its foot soldiers have been at the center of violent riots, looting, protests and other unrest breaking out in recent months. But while BLM claims to benefit Black Americans, the truth is that it actually hurts us.

BLM’s cult-like tactics are more like those of a violent gang than a traditional civil rights group fighting against racial discrimination. The organization refuses to acknowledge the Black lives lost in the violence it has engaged in. It refuses to acknowledge the tragedy of Black lives lost to criminals. It focuses solely on far smaller number of Black people injured or killed in encounters with police.

Growing numbers of Black Americans are starting to wake up to this hypocrisy. Do most Black people actually support Black Lives Matter? . . .

BLM has established itself as the prism through which Blacks in America view ourselves — and is attempting to define us. The message we are getting is: if you are a Black American and you are not completely on board with every single thing that is done or said to advocate for this organization, then you are not Black, or you are not Black enough, or you hate yourself. . .

I have a problem with this because there should be no organization or movement that has that much power over any group of people. I was born Black and will always be Black. No one has the right to tell me that my race requires me to support a certain group, cause, political ideology or candidate. Smoke From West Coast Wildfires Seen as Far Away as Hawaii and Ohio

Smoke from the ongoing wildfires across the West Coast has traveled across the country and was recently spotted at high altitudes in the skies over Ohio, as well as Hawaii.

On Wednesday, the National Weather Service in Cleveland took to Twitter to show residents how the smoke from the wildfires has traveled across the U.S.

NWS Cleveland was asked by one Twitter user the likelihood that smoke from the West Coast fires reaches Ohio, to which it replied by saying, “It already has and will continue to filter through the skies across the #MidWest, #GreatLakes and #OhioValley region.” . . .

In addition to the smoke moving east to Ohio, it also traveled west and was detected in Honolulu, Hawaii.

For the First Time Since the Great Depression, the Majority of Americans Under 30 Are Living With Their Parents

If this pandemic has pushed you back into your parents home and robbed you of your autonomy, you are far from alone.

18- to 34-year-old men and women of all racial and ethnic groups and in every geographical region in the country have experience a historic spike in basement living.

As of July, 52% of millennials were living in their parents’ home, up from 47% in February, according to the Pew analysis of Census Bureau data, surpassing the previous high hit in 1940, when 48% of young adults lived with their parents.

“In a very short space of time, we are now at levels last seen during the Great Depression,” said Richard Fry, a senior researcher at Pew. [via]

Fans appeared to be unsatisfied after National Football League players locked arms in solidarity for social justice causes.

At the NFL’s kickoff between the Kansas City Chiefs and Houston Texans, players from both teams locked arms in unity as part of protests against racism, prompting loud boos from fans. One person is heard yelling, “Trump 2020!”

‘Cancel Netflix’ Trends After Release of ‘Cuties’ Film Starring Sexualized Young Girls (VIDEO)

“#CancelNetflix” began trending on social media Thursday as Americans expressed outrage at the streaming service for the release of “Cuties,” a french film depicting young girls scantily dressed and performing provocative dances. Users posted screenshots of their Netflix subscription cancellations, accusing the platform of normalizing pedophilia.

“Cancel your Netflix subscription. Do not support the sexualization of children,” wrote Ian Miles Cheong.

After the movie was released on Netflix Wednesday, clips and graphic descriptions of the content flooded social media, featuring four young girls performing sexual dances for an adult audience, which was presumably choreographed and directed by an adult film crew.

DOJ Records Show Mueller’s Team WIPED Phones During Trump Probe

Newly released records from the Department of Justice show that the cell phones of multiple people on then-Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigative team were “wiped” for various reasons during the probe.

The records show at least several dozen phones were wiped of information because of forgotten passcodes, irreparable screen damage, loss of the device, intentional deletion or other reasons — and came before the DOJ’s Office of Inspector General (OIG) could review the devices.

The documents show that Mueller deputy Andrew Weissman “accidentally wiped” his phone twice after entering the wrong passcode too many times in March 2018. Lawyer James Quarles’ phone “wiped itself” without his intervention, the records say.

The documents were released after a lawsuit from the conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch. They were first reported by Sean Davis of the Federalist.

The records indicate Attorney Greg Andres phone was also wiped due to a forgotten passcode. And they say the phones of both Mueller deputy Kyle Freeny and Rush Atkinson were wiped accidentally after they entered the wrong passcode too many times. Pelosi: ‘In Eight Weeks We’ll Be Celebrating the Election of Joe Biden’

By The Hill. Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) on Wednesday predicted that Democrats will sweep the elections for the White House and both chambers of Congress in November.

Pelosi’s comments came as she was reacting to bombshell revelations in an upcoming book by journalist Bob Woodward that President Trump intentionally misled Americans about the coronavirus at the start of the pandemic. . .

“He’s always projecting his negative attitudes onto other people,” Pelosi said during an interview with MSNBC’s Andrea Mitchell. “But it won’t be long. In eight weeks we’ll be celebrating the election of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, a Democratic Senate, a strengthened Democratic House of Representatives.”

President Trump Nominated for 2021 Nobel Peace Prize

President Donald Trump has been nominated for the 2021 Nobel Peace Prize for helping to broker peace between Israel and the United Arab Emirates – and immediately went on a Twitter spree of self-congratulation Wednesday.

He was nominated by Christian Tybring-Gjedde, an ultra-conservative member of the Norwegian Parliament, who praised Trump for brokering a deal in which the UAE and Israel agreed to establish diplomatic ties and trade links and allow free travel between their countries for the first time.

Tybring-Gjedde is an immigration skeptic who previously nominated Trump in 2018 for his meeting with Kim Jong-Un in Singapore. Trump lost and the prize went to Nadia Murad, a Yazidi who survive ISIS in Iraq and now campaigns against sexual violence in war.

Insisting he is not a Trump supporter, he said: ‘For his merit, I think he has done more trying to create peace between nations than most other Peace Prize nominees,’ Tybring-Gjedde said to Fox News.

Vindman, Not Whistleblower, Was Driving Force Behind Trump Impeachment

. . .It turns out that the heated discussion over the whistleblower, who was previously identified by Real Clear Investigations as the CIA’s Eric Ciaramella, was a diversion from allowing the American people to understand who was the actual instigator of the failed effort to oust President Donald Trump from office.

Rather than being a witness who independently supported the claims of the whistleblower, the National Security Council’s Lt. Col Alex Vindman was the driving force behind the entire operation, according to the book’s interviews with key figures in the impeachment probe and other evidence. The whistleblower’s information came directly from Vindman, investigators determined.

“Vindman was the person on the call who went to the whistleblower after the call, to give the whistleblower the information he needed to file his complaint,” said Rep. Lee Zeldin, R-N.Y.

“For all intents and purposes, Vindman is the whistleblower here, but he was able to get somebody else to do his dirty work for him,” explained one senior congressional aide.

Vindman was the only person at the National Security Council (NSC) listening in on the infamous call between President Donald Trump and Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky to be concerned by it. Vindman immediately began talking to his identical twin brother Lt. Col. Yevgeny Vindman, who also worked at the NSC. The twins both complained to NSC Counsel John Eisenberg. Alex Vindman talked about it with his direct supervisor Tim Morrison, who was also on the call. He talked about it with another NSC lawyer, Michael Ellis. Trump Voters Are Staying Silent Again This Year

Trump voters appear to be hiding their vote again this election cycle.

The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 17% of Likely U.S. Voters who Strongly Approve of the job President Trump is doing say they are less likely to let others know how they intend to vote in the upcoming election. By comparison, just half as many (8%) of those who Strongly Disapprove of the president’s performance say the same.

Fifty-nine percent (59%) of those who Strongly Approve are More Likely to tell others whom they plan to vote for compared to previous presidential campaigns. But that compares to 66% of voters who Strongly Disapprove. . .

A similar but narrower gap is evident between the two parties. Sixteen percent (16%) of Republicans are less likely to tell others how they intend to vote, compared to 12% of Democrats. Fifty-seven percent (57%) of GOP voters and 60% of Democrats are more likely to tell this year.

At this time in the 2016 election cycle with Trump already being regularly bashed by the media, his supporters were similarly less forthcoming about how they intended to vote, and pollsters, with the exception of Rasmussen Reports and a couple others, completely missed Trump’s surprise victory.
