This Is What Deported Illegal Aliens Are Intentionally Doing With Their Children

More than 100 illegal-alien parents who recently have been deported intentionally left their children behind in the United States, according to the head of U.S. Customs and Border Protection. . .

“They might have a family member who that child can be placed with in the U.S., but that is the parent’s decision,” [Kevin McAleenan] said, according to Breitbart News.

The revelation comes amid emotional protests of the Trump administration’s policy of enforcing a law that requires children of adults being prosecuted for illegal entry to be temporarily housed in shelters apart from the parents. President Trump responded to the protests with an executive order that effectively reinstated the “catch-and-release” policy of trusting illegal immigrants to show up at a court hearing.

Jessica Vaughan, policy director at the Center for Immigration Studies, told Breitbart that the “whole point of bringing the kids was to get the kids into the United States to live with friends or [extended] family.” . . .

“The parents are willing participants in the criminal act of smuggling, willingly putting their children in this dangerous situation, and willingly separating themselves from their kids, and willingly remaining separated,” she said. Drunk Man Attempts to Punch Police Officer Outside Bar. It Was a Huge Mistake.

A drunk man was arrested in Memphis last week after he pushed, and then attempted to punch, a Memphis police officer. . .

According to WHBQ-TV, employees at a popular restaurant off Beale Street flagged down officers to deal with a drunken and disorderly man around 11 p.m. last Wednesday. Court records said Joseph Pszczola was yelling and causing a scene.

When police arrived, they asked Pszczola, who reportedly smelled of alcohol and was slurring his words, to vacate the premises. Pszczola failed to comply and continued to cause a scene.

The confrontation escalated when officers escorted Pszczola to a parking lot outside, WREG-TV reported. That’s when Pszczola shoved and then attempted to punch one of the officers. However, it was a grave mistake — and the officer fought back.

The officer struck Pszczola in the face, causing him to hit the ground. His arrest photos show how hard the officer punched him. According to WHBQ, the officer and Pszczola were transported to a local hospital and were OK.

President Trump Speaks out on Alleged Cohen Recording

President Donald J. Trump tweeted today that the federal government’s raid of his former attorney, Michael Cohen, was “inconceivable” but that Cohen’s alleged taping of his conversations with Trump are “totally unheard of & perhaps illegal.”

A report surfaced earlier this week that Cohen supposedly “taped a face-to-face conversation with Donald Trump in which the two men discussed buying the rights to a former Playboy Playmate’s story that she had an affair with Mr. Trump more than a decade ago.”

As for the legality of recording a private conversation, the content of what is on the alleged tape matters. As noted by the Washington Post, “New York is a “one-party consent” state, meaning that in general, it is legal to record a conversation as long as at least one party agrees, even if that person is the one doing the recording. Alleged Cop Killer Should Have Been in Jail for Other Charges

Last week, Townhall reported the senseless killing of Weymouth, MA police officer Sgt. Michael Chesna on July 15th. More than 3,000 people attended a vigil held in Chesna’s honor this past week, but it turns out his alleged killer, Emanuel Lopes, should have been in jail due to violating the conditions of his bail on a drug-dealing charge from October 2017.

The Boston Herald reports that Emanuel Lopes was arrested in October 2017 for dealing cocaine to minors. As part of his bail conditions, Judge Jeanmarie Carroll required that Lopes refrain from all drugs, including legal medicinal marijuana, and be subjected to pre-trial probation drug testing. The bail was set at $500 and was supposed to be revoked if Lopes failed to comply. In February 2018, Lopes failed a drug test, but claimed that he had a medicinal marijuana card at a court appearance in April. But, Lopes’ prosecutors did not recommend bail revocation.

“I tested Mr. Lopes. He was positive for marijuana. He reports to me that he has a THC card,” probation officer Michael Walsh informed the court Assistant Norfolk District Attorney Arthur Czugh ultimately decided against recommending his bail be revoked.

Thus, Lopes was able to roam Weymouth freely. Three months later, he was pulled over by Sgt. Chesna for driving erratically. Lopes exited his vehicle and attacked Sgt. Chesna with rocks, knocking the officer to the ground. The suspect then allegedly stole the officer’s gun and fired at him, which led to the officer’s death. Authorities say that Lopes then shot and killed a nearby 77-year-old neighbor, Vera Adams, who witnessed the event from her porch.

But, Republican Gov. Charlie Baker defended the court’s decisions, saying, “As I understand this, this is a decision that ultimately belongs to the courts. Her decision was made within the bounds of the discretion that she has. For me the question is whether or not we’re doing enough to put enough tools in the toolbox for district attorneys to make decisions about dangerousness and to pursue hearings about dangerousness. That’s where the opportunity I believe rests. (Read more from “Alleged Cop Killer Should Have Been in Jail for Other Charges” HERE)

Trump’s DOJ Releases Carter Page FISA Documents, Leftists Are in Trouble

In an unprecedented move, the Department of Justice has released 412 pages of top secret documents related to surveillance conducted against former Trump campaign chairman Carter Page. . .

A memo released by Committee Chairman Devin Nunes has revealed that the Justice Department and FBI relied heavily on the Democrat-funded Steele dossier in the FISA applications, despite the dossier being mostly uncorroborated now and at the time it was used in the applications.

In the dossier, former British spy Christopher Steele alleged that during a trip to Moscow in July 2016, Page met secretly with two sanctioned Kremlin insiders, Igor Sechin and Igor Diveykin, as part of a collusion scheme involving the Trump campaign. . .

“This is an unprecedented moment in FOIA transparency, as never before has a FISA warrant been processed for release,” Bradley Moss, a national security attorney who filed one of the numerous lawsuits for the Page documents, told The Daily Caller News Foundation.

“Now, with the actual documents in hand, not political spin written by lawmakers with agendas, the American public can make their own decision on whether anything was inappropriate about the surveillance of Carter Page,” added Moss. F-16 Fighter Jet Swarms Private Trump Golf Course After Major Security Threat

By Conservative Tribune. Security officials in charge of protecting the president got a bit of a scare on Saturday when an Air Force F-16 fighter jet was forced to intercept a suspicious airplane.

According to the Associated Press, the F-16 was scrambled after a general aviation aircraft was flying unreasonably close to a Trump-owned golf course in Bedminster, New Jersey.

That’s where President Donald Trump is staying for the weekend, prompting heightened security that includes aviation restrictions for local pilots.

The interception occurred around noon on the 21st, after the small plane apparently ignored a restricted zone and was not responding to radio calls. Officials said the aircraft was flying “without proper clearances or communications.”

“Continental U.S. North American Aerospace Defense Command says the intercepted aircraft landed at an airport in Pittstown, N.J. without incident, where local law enforcement met the pilot,” the AP elaborated. ICE Just Arrested Dozens of Illegal Aliens in a Sanctuary City, Something Terrifying Was Revealed About the Majority

Immigration and Customs Enforcement, an agency many Democrats want to abolish, recently conducted a raid in Newark, New Jersey and arrested dozens of illegal aliens. The overwhelming majority have serious criminal records.

ICE targeted Illegal aliens who had been incarcerated in the Middlesex County Jail and released into the community by local law enforcement without notice to federal immigration officials. The aliens arrested had ICE detainers that were not honored. Newark is a “sanctuary city.”

“Of those arrested, 16 subjects had been previously released by MCJ without honoring the ICE detainer and 78% had prior criminal convictions or pending criminal charges. The individuals arrested as part of the operation were nationals of Brazil, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, India, Ivory Coast, Mexico, Nigeria, Peru, and Turkey,” ICE released Friday. “These individuals range from 21 to 68 years old and all were previously arrested or convicted of a variety of offenses. Some of the arrests and convictions included: aggravated criminal sexual contact, aggravated assault, DUI, hindering apprehension, endangering the welfare of a child, battery, theft, burglary, possession of a weapon, forgery, domestic violence assault, disorderly conduct, and illegal entry.”

ICE also provided additional details on the individuals released by Middlesex County Jail. Here are a few (bolding is mine):

A 32-year-old citizen of Mexico was arrested by the New Brunswick Police Department on August 12, 2016, in Middlesex County for Aggravated Sexual Assault- Helpless Victim, Aggravated Criminal Sexual Contact, Sexual Assault-Force/Coercion, and Criminal Sexual Contact and booked into the Middlesex County Jail. On August 16, 2016, ICE issued a detainer. On May 18, 2018, he was convicted of Aggravated Criminal Sexual Contact and sentenced to 644 days’ time served, parole supervision for life and registration under Megan’s Law. On May 21, 2018, Middlesex County Jail refused to honor the detainer and he was released.

Here’s the Weird Reason Michael Cohen Asked to Have a Meeting With Al Sharpton

Al Sharpton told MSNBC’s Ali Velshi about his meeting with Michael Cohen, the former lawyer of President Donald Trump, on the day that it was leaked that he had record tapes of Trump talking about payments to a Playboy model. . .

In the interview on MSNBC, Sharpton said that he had known Cohen for a long time because he had often reached out to Donald Trump about civil rights issues before he became president.

“I had happened to run into him several weeks ago,” Sharpton explained, “we just spoke to each other, because I’ve known him down through the years, whenever we’ve had differences with Mr. Trump on social justice issues and have different, I would say combative kind of meetings, Michael Cohen who was the one who would arrange the meeting, he was the one who would try to get all sides together. Usually unsuccessfully, but he always was a straight honest kind of person.” . . .

“He was very very adamant that he was opposed to some of the things Mr. Trump was doing,” he added, “like attacking the media, he felt that that was wrong. And it was a very very serious Michael Cohen that I met with this morning, about he was in a situation he feels, he was unfairly thrust upon.”

Sharpton said that the very fact that Cohen could have met with countless other people but reached out to him was a signal to President Trump. He also said that Cohen wanted to make it clear that he was acting independently from the president, and that he wanted to do the right thing for the country and for his family. NFL Caves, Puts Temporary Hold on Anthem Protest Policy

. . .Hours after The Associated Press reported that Miami Dolphins players who protest on the field during the anthem could be suspended for up to four games under a team policy issued this week, the league and the players union issued a joint statement late Thursday night saying the two sides are talking things out.

“The NFL and NFLPA, through recent discussions, have been working on a resolution to the anthem issue. In order to allow this constructive dialogue to continue, we have come to a standstill agreement on the NFLPA’s grievance and on the NFL’s anthem policy. No new rules relating to the anthem will be issued or enforced for the next several weeks while these confidential discussions are ongoing,” the statement read.

“The NFL and NFLPA reflect the great values of America, which are repeatedly demonstrated by the many players doing extraordinary work in communities across our country to promote equality, fairness, and justice. Our shared focus will remain on finding a solution to the anthem issue through mutual, good faith commitments, outside of litigation.” . . .

The NFL rule that was passed in May forbids players from sitting or taking a knee if they are on the field or sidelines during “The Star-Spangled Banner,” but allows them to stay in the locker room if they wish. The policy said teams would be fined if players didn’t stand during the anthem while on the field. The league left it up to teams on how to punish players.

None of the team policies had been made public until the AP obtained a copy of Miami’s nine-page discipline document. It included a one-sentence section on “Proper Anthem Conduct” and was provided to the AP by a person familiar with the policy who insisted on anonymity because the document is not public. It classifies anthem protests under a large list of “conduct detrimental to the club,” all of which could lead to a paid or unpaid suspension, a fine or both. Hundreds at Vigils Mourn Victims of Missouri Boat Accident

By AP. A Missouri town known for its country shows and entertainment mourned Friday after 17 people — including nine from one family — were killed when a tourist boat sank on churning water in a sudden storm.

The grief-stricken community hosted two separate vigils Friday night. In one, about 300 people gathered in the parking lot of Ride the Ducks of Branson and sang “Amazing Grace.” Mourners at a church sang the same words. . .

Twenty-nine passengers and two crew members were aboard for a pleasure cruise. Seven of the 14 survivors were hurt when the vessel went down. At least two children and two adults were still hospitalized Friday afternoon. The captain survived, authorities said. Missouri Boat Accident Kills 17, Including Nine From One Family

By Reuters. The World War Two-style amphibious vehicle was carrying 31 passengers including children when the sudden “microburst” storm hit Table Rock Lake outside Branson, with waves slowly swamping the vehicle before it sank.

More than three dozen people have died in incidents involving duck boats on land and water in the United States over the past two decades.

Tia Coleman said she and her nephew were the only survivors from 11 members of their family who went on the “Ride The Ducks” tour. . .

She said the captain of the boat told them when they were in the lake not to put their life jackets on, an action she believed cost lives. The crew was warned to get in and out of the lake quickly as a storm was approaching, she said.

The 17 victims were aged between 1 and 70 and came from six U.S. states, authorities said. The included Arkansas residents Steve Smith and his son Lance, their church newspaper said. Smith’s daughter Loren survived. His wife opted not go on the tour, the paper said. (Read more from “Missouri Boat Accident Kills 17, Including Nine From One Family” HERE)
