Double Standard? Mueller Investigating $150K Donation to Trump From Man Who Gave Clintons Millions

By The Daily Wire. Special counsel Robert Mueller is investigating a $150,000 donation to President Donald Trump’s charity in 2015 from a Ukrainian businessman who has given tens of millions of dollars to Bill and Hillary Clinton, according to a new report.

The donation, from Ukrainian billionaire Victor Pinchuk, came after “then-candidate Donald Trump gave a 20-minute speech at a European conference that promoted closer ties between Ukraine and the West,” the Business Insider reported.

The speech was set up in August 2015 when Doug Schoen, a political consultant for Pinchuk, contacted Trump directly and asked if he would give a speech. Trump reportedly accepted but did not bring up the subject of being paid to make the appearance.

The report states that Trump’s lawyer, Michael Cohen, is alleged to “have called Schoen the next day to ask for a $150,000 fee from Pinchuk in exchange for the talk.”

The New York Times reported in 2016 that Pinchuk “has directed between $10 million and $25 million to the [Clinton] foundation,” and that he also “lent his private plane to the Clintons and traveled to Los Angeles in 2011 to attend Mr. Clinton’s star-studded 65th birthday celebration.” (Read more from “Double Standard? Trump on Whether He’ll Fire Mueller: ‘We’ll See What Happens’

By Politico. President Donald Trump on Monday dangled the possibility of firing special counsel Robert Mueller, slamming the federal prosecutor’s involvement in the raid of his longtime personal attorney Michael Cohen as a “disgrace.”

After news broke that the FBI earlier in the day had seized documents in properties linked to Cohen in New York, reportedly through a referral from Mueller, the president was pressed by reporters about the possibility of dismissing the former bureau director as special counsel.

“Why don’t I just fire Mueller? Well, I think it’s a disgrace what’s going on. We’ll see what happens,” Trump said. “But I think it’s a really sad situation when you look at what happened, and many people have said you should fire him.”

Trump ordered that Mueller be fired last year but backed off after the top White House attorney threatened to resign over the move, a source told POLITICO. (Read more from “Trump on Whether He’ll Fire Mueller: ‘We’ll See What Happens'” HERE)

Something Terrifying Was Just Revealed About Youtube Data Collecting

By CNN. Kids love YouTube. The service is packed with ostensibly kid-friendly content.
But child, consumer, and privacy advocacy groups are claiming YouTube illegally collects data about under-age viewers. They want YouTube to change how it handles content for children and pay a fine up to “tens of billions” of dollars for allegedly profiting off young viewers.

In a complaint filed Monday, more than 20 advocacy groups asked the FTC to investigate the Google subsidiary for violating the Child Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), which limits how a company can collect data about kids under 13. Under the law, companies have to notify parents and get their consent before collecting data on children.

“Google has made substantial profits from the collection and use of personal data from children on YouTube. Its illegal collection has been going on for many years and involves tens of millions of US children,” reads the complaint, which was led by the Center for Digital Democracy and Campaign for a Commercial-Free Childhood. YouTube Should Be Fined Billions for Illegally Collecting Children’s Data, Privacy Groups Claim

By CNBC. The coalition is calling for Google to change how it manages content for younger audiences and wants YouTube to pay a fine worth billions of dollars for allegedly profiting off children’s viewing habits.

The group says Google harvests personal information on children under 13, including information such as phone numbers and location before then tracking their activity across a number of websites and targeting ads without first gaining parental consent — a legal requirement according to the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) . . .

YouTube defines its main site as a platform for viewers aged 13 years or older, while directing younger children to its YouTube Kids app — which contains a filtered set of videos to show appropriate content and ads.

The distinction between YouTube’s main site and its stand-alone app for young children is especially relevant because of the laws in place concerning disclosure and parental consent. The coalition argues that the Alphabet-owned site had “actual knowledge” they are trafficking personal information of children under 13 and, as a result, are breaching COPPA laws. Impeachment for Rod Rosenstein?

Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein could soon be held in contempt of Congress or even impeached if he fails to produce Russia- and Clinton-related records to Congress, a top Republican lawmaker said Saturday.

“I think that if he does not turn over the documents, that there are a growing number of us on Capitol Hill who believe that someone else needs to do the job. And what happens there is, constitutionally, we have some things that we can do,” North Carolina GOP Rep. Mark Meadows said to Fox News’ Jeanine Pirro in a Saturday night interview.

Meadows was responding to the Justice Department and FBI’s failure to meet Thursday’s deadline to turn over 1.2 million documents related to surveillance warrants granted against President Donald Trump’s former campaign adviser, Carter Page, the Hillary Clinton e-mail probe, and the FBI’s internal report recommending the firing of former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe.

Virginia GOP Rep. and House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte subpoenaed the documents on March 22. The agencies missed the April 5 deadline to produce the records, Meadows told Pirro . . .

In his interview, Meadows identified Trump appointee Rosenstein as the main roadblock in producing the records. Rosenstein is acting attorney general for the Russia investigation because of Attorney General Jeff Sessions’ recusal from the matter. (Read more from “Impeachment for Rod Rosenstein?” HERE)

Facebook Deems Pro-Trump Diamond and Silk ‘Unsafe to Community’

Facebook has decided that Diamond and Silk, two powerful black women who also happen to be supporters of President Trump, “unsafe to the community.”

In a post to their 1.2 million followers on Facebook, the duo wrote:

Diamond And Silk have been corresponding since September 7, 2017, with Facebook (owned by Mark Zuckerberg), about their bias censorship and discrimination against D&S brand page. Finally after several emails, chats, phone calls, appeals, beating around the bush, lies, and giving us the run around, Facebook gave us another bogus reason why Millions of people who have liked and/or followed our page no longer receives notification and why our page, post and video reach was reduced by a very large percentage.

Here is the reply from Facebook. Thu, Apr 5, 2018 at 3:40 PM: “The Policy team has came to the conclusion that your content and your brand has been determined unsafe to the community.” Yep, this was FB conclusion after 6 Months, 29 days, 5 hrs, 40 minutes and 43 seconds. Oh and guess what else Facebook said: “This decision is final and it is not appeal-able in any way.” (Note: This is the exact wording that FB emailed to us.)

Twitter CEO Calls for Civil War Against Republicans

By The Daily Caller. Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey aroused controversy after labeling a Medium article “great” that claimed there’s no “bipartisan way forward” in the United States and that the country is engaged in a “fundamental conflict between two worldviews that must be resolved in short order.”

Dorsey shared the Medium article on his personal Twitter account Thursday night, with the accompanying acclaim that it was a “great read.”

Author and media consultant Peter Leyden and political commentator Ruy Teixeira argued in the article titled “The Great Lesson of California in America’s New Civil War” that America is already in the midst of a second major domestic conflict of sorts and the way out is for the rest of the country to imitate California.

“In this current period of American politics, at this juncture in our history, there’s no way that a bipartisan path provides the way forward,” they wrote. “The way forward is on the path California blazed about 15 years ago.”

Essentially, the authors called for a complete marginalization of the Republican Party and its voters since they only care “about rule by and for billionaires at the expense of working people” and not “average citizens.” (Read more from “Twitter CEO Calls for Civil War Against Republicans” HERE)

Wait–Did Twitter’s CEO Just Share a Post Calling for ‘Civil War,’ Wiping out the GOP, and How We Should Be Like CA?

By Townhall. Well, if there were any lingering doubts about Twitter’s perceived bias against conservatives, look no further than what CEO Jack Dorsey tweeted out last night. Apparently, a “good read” is a post co-written by a Center for American Progress senior fellow that calls for “civil war,” the destruction of the GOP, and the adoption of how California runs everything from sea to shining sea. Yeah, bipartisanship is dead, so mob rule is what’s needed. Now, to be fair, the “civil war” will be won at the ballot box and demographic shifts, namely through the so-called emerging Democratic majority, but the overall theme is quite explicit: conservative Republicans are not welcome until they reform. In other words, until they break to the power of progressivism. First, if California’s politics is the future of the country, I’d rather chug bleach.

Second, the whole post, which was written by Ruy Teixeira and Peter Leyden on Medium, is what you’d expect from the coastal elite. They say the tax bill is not popular; it is. Even BET’s founder said the bill has helped bring black workers back into the work force. Over 250 companies have doled out bonuses to their workers. Over three million workers have benefitted from this legislation. It’s a tax cut for the middle/working classes of America that Democrats universally opposed.

In all, the post notes the similarities between our first civil war and this one. We had two separate Americas. Two separate economic models in each sphere. Trump is apparently the harbinger of the GOP’s doom. How many times have people said this only to be proven incorrect? Remember when (now) two-time presidential loser Hillary Rodham Clinton was supposed to win 2016 in a landslide? Also the post cites California as the basis for this GOP collapse argument. California Republicans are a different breed; they’re not really conservative. It’s a deep-blue state. Are we shocked that the GOP doesn’t do well in such environments. And Arnold Schwarzenegger is hardly a prime example of those leading the conservative movement, though Terminator and Predator are some of my favorite movies of all time.

New Form of Massive D.C. Corruption Exposed

Over a decade of uncovering corruption in Washington – including politicians’ insider trading and their use of Mafia-like tactics to enrich themselves – Peter Schweizer’s investigative reporting has prompted reforms on Capitol Hill.

But after exposing a new form of corruption in which lawmakers have figured out how to squirm between legal lines, he’s now favoring a simple solution.

“I used to not like term limits, but I’ve come around to it, precisely because of the corruption component,” Schweizer told WND in an interview.

His bipartisan probe details, as examples, Republican Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell’s and his wife Secretary of Labor Elaine Chao’s close relationship with China, which, as WND reported, has coincided with a doubling of their net worth. Among many others, he spotlights the secretive multi-billion-dollar deals with state-connected Chinese firms that “American princelings” – the son of Vice President Joe Biden and stepson of Secretary of State John Kerry – were making while the Obama administration was negotiating sensitive issues with the Chinese government . . .

“I think the longer you are in Washington, it’s very hard to resist these temptations,” he said. “There are some that do, but I think the longer you are there, the odds increase pretty dramatically that you will succumb to some sort of ethical temptation, because that’s the nature of power. Media: ‘Trans DNA Found!’ Oh, Wait, Never Mind

By WND. . .While the study concludes only that genetic variants were identified that might play a role in transgender identity, the Times of London declared in a headline “Science pinpoints DNA behind gender identity.”

LGBT activists in the U.S. were a little more cautious, stating scientists have discovered DNA “that could be responsible for gender identity.”

Now, Walt Heyer, who has been there and back on the transgender issue, and runs SexChangeRegret.com, has written a commentary pointing out that the study’s conclusions are uncertain because the issue never has been defined.

“No absolute conclusions can be made about a genetic basis for transgender identity,” he explained.

“Some of the difficulty in fashioning a study to find a biological link to transgender identities arises from the definition of the term ‘transgender.’ Medically speaking, a transgender person is defined as someone who has been diagnosed with gender dysphoria, a condition where a person experiences discomfort or distress arising from a mismatch between their biological sex and internal sense of gender identity.” (Read more from “Media: ‘Trans DNA Found!’ Oh, Wait, Never Mind” HERE)

Women Who Wear Jeans Give Birth to Transgenders, Rebels Have Autistic Kids: Kerala College Teacher

By DNA India. A Kerala college professor has given sanskari sermons which have left everyone baffled and anguished in the state. According to an India.com report, Dr Rajith Kumar, who is a teacher of a college in Kalady recently said that, ” Women who wear jeans or act like men give birth to transgender kids.”

This was not the only unique lesson in biology given by the teacher. He followed it up by saying, “When a woman degrades her womanhood, or a man degrades his manhood, the girl born to them will have the characteristics of a man. A child born to such a woman will be transgender,”

Dr Kumar made these controversial comments at a recent counselling event in Kasargod. Almost all of his ‘reasoning’ was about how not sticking to a certain lifestyle choices can lead to harmful diseases and serious consequences. His insensitive comments weren’t only confined to transgenders. He even had an explanation for autism. According to him, men and women who are ‘rebel’, give birth to autistic babies. Trump May Have Just Ended ‘Catch and Release’ With a Stroke of the Pen

By The Daily Caller. A memorandum signed by President Trump on Friday could be the beginning of the end for America’s longstanding “catch and release” policy at the border.

The memo gives the Department of Homeland Security and other agencies 45 days to detail “all measures that their respective departments have pursued or are pursuing to expeditiously end ‘catch and release’ practices,” according to The Hill.

In addition to other measures, the departments are also supposed to provide “a detailed list of all existing facilities, including military facilities, that could be used, modified, or repurposed to detain aliens for violations of immigration law at or near the borders of the United States.”

Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen and Attorney General Jeff Sessions have also been directed to identify additional means “that may be needed to expeditiously end ‘catch and release’ practices.”

The practice allowed captured illegal immigrants to be released from custody until their court date. “Catch and release” has been sharply criticized by President Trump and others because many illegals often don’t appear for their court dates. Trump Signs Memo Ordering End to ‘Catch and Release’ Practices

By The Hill. President Trump signed a memorandum on Friday ordering agencies to “expeditiously end” the practice known as “catch and release” that allows immigrants caught in the U.S. without proper documents to be released from detention while their cases play out in court.

The memo signed by Trump orders the Department of Homeland Security, in coordination with other agencies, to submit a report to the president within 45 days “detailing all measures that their respective departments have pursued or are pursuing to expeditiously end ‘catch and release’ practices.”

The report instructs departments to share information on any contracts to construct or operate detention facilities along the border as well as steps taken to assign asylum officers at detention facilities, among other measures.

As part of the order, Trump is requesting “a detailed list of all existing facilities, including military facilities, that could be used, modified, or repurposed to detain aliens for violations of immigration law at or near the borders of the United States.” (Read more from “Trump Signs Memo Ordering End to ‘Catch and Release’ Practices” HERE)
