College Paper Fires Writer Who Called White DNA ‘an Abomination’

A college paper fired a writer who called the DNA of white people “an abomination,” according to a Monday report.

Texas State University student journalist Rudy Martinez said that “white death will mean liberation for all” in the November column and The University Star fired him after previously retracting and apologizing for the column, reported The College Fix.

“The author of this column has jeopardized the atmosphere of inclusivity at this university and will no longer be published in The University Star,” read a correction from the paper’s editorial board.

Along with constructive criticism, the editorial board said that the paper has received death threats and “hate mail,” as well as threats to defund The University Star.

Conservative students at Texas State have started a petition to defund the publication; it has over 1,500 signatures at the time of publication. (Read more from “College Paper Fires Writer Who Called White DNA ‘an Abomination'” HERE)

Clinton Aides Went Unpunished After Making False Statements to Anti-Trump FBI Supervisor

The FBI agent who was fired from Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia investigation team for sending anti-Donald Trump text messages conducted the interviews with two Hillary Clinton aides accused of giving false statements about what they knew of the former secretary of state’s private email server.

Neither of the Clinton associates, Cheryl Mills and Huma Abedin, faced legal consequences for their misleading statements, which they made in interviews last year with former FBI section chief Peter Strzok.

But another Strzok interview subject was not so lucky.

Michael Flynn, the former national security adviser, pleaded guilty last week to lying during an interview he gave on Jan. 24 to Strzok and another FBI agent. Circa journalist Sara Carter reported on Monday that Strzok took part in that interview with the retired lieutenant general.

At the time, Strzok was the FBI’s top investigator on the fledgling investigation into Russian interference in the presidential campaign. He was appointed to supervise that effort at the end of July 2016, just weeks after the conclusion of the Clinton email probe. CNN reported on Monday that as the FBI’s No. 2 counterintelligence official, Strzok signed the documents that officially opened the collusion inquiry. Lawmaker Behind Secret $84K Sex-Harassment Settlement Unmasked

Rep. Blake Farenthold used taxpayer money to settle a sexual harassment claim brought by his former spokesman — the only known sitting member of Congress to have used a little-known congressional account to pay an accuser, people familiar with the matter told POLITICO.

Lauren Greene, the Texas Republican’s former communications director, sued her boss in December 2014 over allegations of gender discrimination, sexual harassment and creating a hostile work environment.

Greene said another Farenthold aide told her the lawmaker said he had “sexual fantasies” and “wet dreams” about Greene. She also claimed that Farenthold “regularly drank to excess” and told her in February 2014 that he was “estranged from his wife and had not had sex with her in years.”

When she complained about comments Farenthold and a male staffer made to her, Greene said the congressman improperly fired her. She filed a lawsuit in U.S. District Court in the District of Columbia, but the case was later dropped after both parties reached a private settlement . . .

House Administration Committee Chairman Gregg Harper (R-Miss.) told GOP lawmakers in a closed-door Friday morning meeting that only one House office in the past five years had used an Office of Compliance account to settle a sexual harassment complaint. Harper said in that one instance, the settlement totaled $84,000. (Read more from “Lawmaker Behind Secret $84K Sex-Harassment Settlement Unmasked” HERE)

ICE Tracks Down Illegal Alien From Newspaper

A man who recounted his longtime girlfriend’s arrest in a Seattle Times story about ramped-up immigration enforcement in Pacific County last month has now been detained, and says U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents told him the arrest was because he was in the newspaper.

Baltazar “Rosas” Aburto Gutierrez, speaking by phone from the Northwest Detention Center, where he is being held, said he got off work about 4 a.m. Monday — he harvests clams around Willapa Bay — went back to his Ocean Park home and, a few hours later, headed to Okie’s Thriftway Market for coffee and eggs.

An SUV blocked his path into the parking lot, he said. An ICE agent got out and approached his car.

“You are Rosas,” the agent said, according to Aburto Gutierrez. “You are the one from the newspaper.”

Aburto Gutierrez, 35, was not identified by name in The Seattle Times, though his nickname appeared in the Chinook Observer in an August story about his girlfriend, Gladys Diaz, and her arrest by immigration officials who he said answered an online ad she placed to sell a homemade piñata. Congress Paid out $100K of Taxpayer Money to Settle Male Staffers’ Harassment Claims

The Congressional Office of Compliance paid out just under $100,000 in taxpayer funds to two male staffers to settle sexual harassment claims against disgraced former Democratic New York Rep. Eric Massa, according to a new report.

Massa resigned in 2010 following allegations that he groped and sexually harassed his male staffers. The secret settlement payments took place in 2010 following Massa’s resignation, ABC News reported on Thursday.

Massa’s settlement was part of the $17 million slush fund that was secretly paid out to settle congressional harassment claims, including sexual harassment complaints.

News of Massa’s settlement follows reporting that Democratic Michigan Rep. John Conyers quietly paid out more than $27,000 in taxpayer funds to settle with a sexual harassment accuser in exchange for her silence. Mueller Investigation Hit With ‘Contempt’ Threat Over Major Revelation of ‘Anti-Trump’ Bias

A contempt of Congress resolution against FBI director Christopher Wray and Attorney General Rod Rosenstein is reportedly being drafted by U.S. House Republicans.

The resolution, which House Intelligence Committee chairman Devin Nunes has instructed the committee to draft, reportedly claims that Wray and Rosenstein were complicit in stonewalling the production of material relevant to the Trump-Russia investigation, Bloomberg News reported Saturday.

Nunes has demanded the Justice Department and FBI explain why they failed to reveal the reasoning behind special counsel Robert Mueller’s decision to oust a supervising FBI agent during the Trump-Russia investigation, the Washington Examiner reported.

Peter Strzok, a high-level FBI counterintelligence investigator was demoted to the FBI’s human resources department this summer after anti-Trump text messages between him and FBI lawyer Lisa Page were discovered.

“Immediately upon learning of the allegations, the special counsel’s office removed Peter Strzok from the investigation,” a spokesman for the special counsel’s office said.

However, Nunes claimed to have been made aware of Strzok’s reassignment only recently, even though roughly three months ago the committee had reportedly issued a subpoena that requested information regarding Strzok’s demotion, according to The New York Times.

According to the Washington Examiner, Nunes then requested information on Strzok’s reassignment during an Oct. 11 meeting with Rosenstein.

FBI officials then reportedly refused a request for information regarding Strzok during an Oct. 31 committee staff meeting. On Nov. 20, a request for an interview with Strzok was reportedly proposed by the committee.

Roughly one week later Nunes discussed Strzok’s demotion with Rosenstein, before the committee once again requested to interview Strzok.

However, on each of these occasions the DOJ and FBI reportedly did nothing. As Bloomberg News reported, actions such as the aforementioned have led Republicans, including President Donald Trump, to claim the investigation into Russian meddling a result of political motivation.

President Donald Trump tweeted Sunday that the revelation of Strzok’s demotion due to his supposed anti-Trump bias explained a lot about the FBI’s handling of former Secretary of State Hilary Clinton’s email probe.

“Report: ‘ANTI-TRUMP FBI AGENT LED CLINTON EMAIL PROBE’ Now it all starts to make sense!” the president wrote.

“By hiding from Congress, and from the American people, documented political bias by a key FBI head investigator for both the Russia collusion probe and the Clinton email investigation, the FBI and DOJ engaged in a willful attempt to thwart Congress’ constitutional oversight responsibility,” Nunes stated Saturday.

Nunes has vowed to proceed with the resolution before the end of December unless the FBI and Justice Department meet the committee’s demands.

On Saturday, the Justice Department agreed to meet some of these demands, but Nunes didn’t seem pleased.

“The DOJ has now expressed — on a Saturday, just hours after the press reports on Strzok’s dismissal appeared — a sudden willingness to comply with some of the committee’s long-standing demands,” Nunes expressed in his statement Saturday. “This attempted 11th-hour accommodation is neither credible nor believable, and in fact is yet another example of the DOJ’s disingenuousness and obstruction.”

Justice Department spokeswoman Sarah Isgur Flores released a statement Sunday in response to Nunes’ claims.

“We disagree with the Chairman’s characterization and will continue to work with congressional committees to provide the information they request consistent with our national security responsibilities,” Flores stated. “The Department has already provided members of (the House Intelligence Committee) and House leadership with several hundred pages of classified documents and multiple briefings — including for example clear answers as to whether any FBI payments were made to a source in question related to the dossier — and has more recently cleared key witnesses they have requested to testify, including Mr. McCabe, Mr. Strzok, and the alleged handler in question.” (For more from the author of “Mueller Investigation Hit With ‘Contempt’ Threat Over Major Revelation of ‘Anti-Trump’ Bias” please click HERE)

The Four Congressmen Under Pressure to Resign for Sexual Harassment

. . .Democratic Michigan Rep. John Conyers is accused of consistently sexually harassing his female staffers and demanding sexual favors from them. Conyers secretly settled with one accuser for more than $27,000 in taxpayer funding, in exchange for her silence. The 88-year-old Conyers has denied all wrongdoing. After a public backlash initially for defending Conyers as an “icon,” House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi called on him to resign. As of yet, Conyers has given no indication that he plans to resign . . .

Democratic Nevada Rep. Ruben Kihuen may not make it through his first term in Congress. Kihuen is accused of sexually harassing his campaign finance director, who quit during the primary after Kihuen allegedly demanded sex from her on multiple occasions and touched her thighs. Pelosi has said that Kihuen should resign, but it remains unclear if he will do so . . .

Texas Republican Rep. Blake Farenthold used $84,000 of taxpayer money to settle a sexual harassment lawsuit with a female staffer in 2014 after she complained about a hostile work environment, sexual harassment and gender discrimination. Farenthold and his current chief of staff, Bob Haueter, reportedly directed a constant stream of lewd and explicit comments at former spokeswoman Lauren Greene. Farenthold fired Greene in retaliation after she complained about the alleged harassment, according to her lawsuit. Some Republicans, although not Speaker of the House Paul Ryan, have called on Farenthold to resign. When asked by Politico, Ryan’s office pointed to a ruling from the independent Office of Congressional Ethics, which had dismissed the claim, as a reason for Farenthold to stay. . .

Six different women have accused Democratic Minnesota Sen. Al Franken of sexual misconduct. Five of the women have said that Franken groped their butts or breasts without their consent. Two of the women have accused Franken of forcibly kissing them. Franken, a former actor, has publicly apologized for his alleged groping but has consistently claimed to have no memory of the gropes. Franken’s poll numbers have plummeted and three House Democrats have called on him to reisgn, but the Democratic senator has indicated that he plans to remain in office. Walmart Selling Antifa ‘Fan Gear’

Walmart is selling “Antifa” clothing that “will [allow you to] express yourself inside the opposition to the ideology, organizations, governments and people from the far right (fascism).”

The mega-retailer is offering at least 13 different sweatshirts “made in Mexico of 100% COTTON for all-day comfort” promoting the group whose activities were “formally classified” by the Obama Administration “as domestic terrorist violence” as early as April 2016, according to Politico, despite the group’s efforts to downplay this determination.

“Antifa,” or Anti-Fascist Action, is an informal grouping of communist, anarchist, and other far-left street gangs. Drawing inspiration from the German Communist Party’s street fighters of the 1930s, the modern movement grew out of the European far-left punk scene in the 1980s. These unapologetically violent bands of leftists were largely unknown in the United States until recent years, when America’s post-Occupy Wall Street far-left began adopting the name.

Antifa is well known for dozens of violent crimes against people they consider “fascists” on both sides of the Atlantic. As Breitbart News’s Ian Mason cataloged, to Antifa, “fascists” include “in no particular order”:

…Trump supporters, other Trump supporters, members of Germany’s populist AfD party, a 20-year-old woman who chose to wear a Spanish-flag bracelet, a Philadelphia free speech rally, former UKIP and Brexit leader Nigel Farage, libertarian VICE News co-founder Gavin McInnes, French policemen, and Israeli-owned bookstores. Interesting, a Salafist Muslim who attacked a “filthy white” Antifa writer because he disrespected Islam does not qualify.

Hyped Mueller Charges Show… Gen. Flynn Acted in U.S. Interests

On Friday, former national security adviser Michael Flynn pled guilty to making false statements to the FBI about conversations he had with the former Russian ambassador to the U.S., which occurred after Donald Trump was elected president.

Prosecutors say Flynn was not forthcoming about two discussions he had with the Russian ambassador. The first involved sanctions on Russia, while the second was about an anti-Israel resolution that the Obama administration abstained from.

There’s a lot of hysteria from the left-wing legacy media figures and former Obama officials surrounding these latest charges. But, in the end, Flynn conducted himself as any incoming national security adviser would, and he acted within U.S. national interests in doing so. Here’s what the charges actually amount to …

Contacting foreign governments during the transition is not illegal or unusual

Both Flynn and the prosecution has stated that the events in question occurred in December 2016, after Donald Trump’s election and during the transition period.

It’s unclear why Flynn allegedly misled the FBI here, but it makes sense that the incoming president wanted to open up a dialogue with Russia prior to his first day in office. There is nothing criminal about this action, and in fact, it’s common precedent for an incoming administration to want to engage a great power on the issues. Flynn is reportedly going to testify that he was ordered to reached out to the Russians to see if there was the potential to partner against the ISIS terror group.

Beginning your foreign policy agenda on day one in the Oval Office is a bad idea. There’s a reason why the post-election stage is called the “lame duck” period for an outgoing president. Once elected, the incoming president drives the domestic and foreign policy agenda items that will come up during their tenure.

Flynn should be applauded for trying to save Israel from Obama and the U.N. goons

The second series of charges listed by special counsel Robert Mueller’s team is centered around an anti-Israel United Nations resolution that the Obama administration let pass through by abstaining from the vote. The resolution condemned Israel and declared that ancient Jewish land and other contested areas belonged to the Palestinians.

According to the charges, Flynn contacted the Russians to see if they would be willing to vote against the resolution. The New York Times reports that Team Trump got involved after the Israelis called and asked for help on the matter.

Flynn’s actions on this front are not scandalous. In fact, he should be praised for trying to save our greatest ally in the Middle East from Obama and the United Nations’ bullying. Unfortunately, the Russians ultimately decided not to vote against the resolution.

There’s still ZERO evidence of Trump-Russia collusion

As CRTV White House correspondent Jon Miller explains, the latest charges are entirely based on events that occurred during the transition period.

Hysterical screeds from prominent members of the Left continue to accuse the president of colluding with the Russian government to win the election. But now, almost one full year into the Trump presidency, not a single piece of evidence has surfaced to show that any such collusion ever occurred.

Speculation that Flynn “flipped” is mere opinion, not fact

To rationalize the fact that the charges against Gen. Flynn are very much inconsequential to what Mueller is supposed to be investigating, many on the Left have become convinced that prosecutors are on the precipice of taking down the president — because Flynn has “flipped” to Mueller’s side.

This analysis is based on blind speculation, not fact. It’s possible that, quite simply, Mueller does not have much to work with in his crusade against the administration.

In the end, the “bombshell” here is that Michael Flynn misled the FBI regarding actions he took that were not only entirely legal, but also as part of an effort to advance American interests. Senate Passes Major Tax Reform Package

The U.S. Senate voted just before 2 a.m. ET Saturday to pass a sweeping tax overhaul worth roughly $1.4 trillion, putting the Trump White House a big step closer to its first major legislative victory – and many Americans closer to a tax cut.

The vote was 51-49, with Republican Bob Corker of Tennessee the only member of the GOP to side with the Democrats in opposition.

Not long after the vote, President Donald Trump tweeted his reaction:

“We are one step closer to delivering MASSIVE tax cuts for working families across America,” the president wrote. “Special thanks to @SenateMajLdr Mitch McConnell and Chairman @SenOrrinHatch for shepherding our bill through the Senate. Look forward to signing a final bill before Christmas!”

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., also responded, calling the legislation a “betrayal of the American middle class.”
