Asteroid That Just Buzzed Earth May Not Miss on Return Visit

The house-sized asteroid that just passed by Earth, almost as close as many satellites in orbit, will be back — and a future visit might lead to it taking up permanent residency here.

On Tuesday night/Wednesday morning, Asteroid 2012 TC4 safely passed by our planet at an altitude of 27,300 miles (44,000 kilometers), just a few thousand miles above the level of satellites in geosychronous orbit. That’s nearly twice as close as when it passed us almost exactly five years ago, about a week after it was first discovered in October 2012.

The most recent models of the space rock’s future path, which can be altered by Earth’s gravity each time it makes a close pass, have ruled out the possibility that it will impact Earth when it makes another close call in 2050.

But the same can’t be said for its visit in 2079.

“We know today that it will also not hit the Earth in the year 2050, but the close flyby in 2050 might deflect the asteroid such that it could hit the Earth in the year 2079,” Rüdiger Jehn of the European Space Agency told AFP. Trump: In America, We Don’t Worship Government, We Worship God

President Trump says Americans don’t worship government, they should call evil by its name and times are “changing back” to an earlier era when the nation’s founders “invoked our Creator four times in the Declaration of Independence.”

His comments came Friday at the Value Voters Summit in Washington, D.C., an annual gathering of the nation’s leading conservative and faith organizations, where he spoke just a year ago as a candidate. He’s the first sitting president to address the group.

“We know that it’s the family and the church, not government officials, that know best how to create strong and loving communities. And above all else, we know this: In America, we don’t worship government – we worship God,” he said.

“Inspired by that conviction, we are returning moral clarity to our view of the world and the many grave challenges we face.”

Shortly later, he added: “In this administration, we will call evil by its name. We stand with our friends and allies, we forge new partnerships in pursuit of peace, and we take decisive action against those who would threaten our people with harm. And we will be decisive – because we know that the first duty of government is to serve its citizens. We are defending our borders, protecting our workers and enforcing our laws.” (Read more from “Trump: In America, We Don’t Worship Government, We Worship God” HERE)

Trump Signs Executive Order in Effort to Dismantle Obamacare

President Donald Trump signed an executive order Thursday reforming Obamacare following repeated failures by congressional Republicans to pass a health care repeal measure of their own.

The exact changes Trump made to the current health care law are not immediately clear.

The executive order does not necessarily make any administrative changes itself. However, it does order federal agencies, like the departments of Labor, Treasury and Health and Human Services to issue new regulations and guidance, the Washington Examiner reported.

Such new rules will go through an examination phase that could take up to months to complete, according to White House officials.

The revised plans could potentially allow employers to offer coverage across state lines, a reform Trump has long called for, as letting customers buy Obamacare across state lines would generate more competition and likely drive costs down.

“The time has come to give Americans the freedom to purchase health insurance across state lines, which will create a truly competitive national marketplace that will bring costs way down and provide far better care,” read a Thursday morning statement by Trump.

The order seeks to increase the capacity by which small businesses can band together to purchase health insurance via association health plans. The order also removes limits on short-term health insurance plans.

Those who have long sought an Obamacare repeal, or at least some sort of reform measures, can also take solace in that the Trump administration plans to do much more on health care policy.

According to the White House, this executive action is just the beginning.

Trump explained that the order is just “starting that process” to repeal Obamacare, The Hill reported. These are the “first steps to providing millions of Americans with Obamascare relief,” Trump said.

During a signing event at the White House, Trump was joined by administration officials, small business owners and Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky, with whom Trump has discussed the health care proposal for months.

“When you get Rand Paul on your side it has to be positive,” Trump said.

Democrats and supporters of Obamacare, however, are crying foul. Many of them are arguing that Thursday’s executive action will change American health care for the worse.

Some have suggested the order could derail the stability of health care markets by opening the floodgates to cheaper, lower-quality plans that would lead to an exodus of people away from Obamacare plans.

“This executive order is good for healthy people (while they’re healthy) and bad for sick people,” health care policy expert Larry Levitt tweeted. “Only question is the extent of the effect.”

Trump’s moves come after Senate Republicans tried and failed several times to pass Obamacare repeal this year. Despite controlling a slim majority in both houses of Congress, the GOP has been unable to muster up enough votes to pass health care reform, even failing by one vote to push through a “skinny” repeal bill. TMZ Founder: Harvey Weinstein’s Contract Allowed for Sexual Harassment, Other Lawsuits

TMZ founder and host of FNC’s “OBJECTified” Harvey Levin reported that disgraced film producer Harvey Weinstein’s contract with The Weinstein Company essentially allowed for continued employment should sexual harassment suits arise.

Levin said that in his last contract, from two years ago, if Weinstein is sued for sexual harassment or any other kind of misdeed, and the company is forced to pay a judgement, he can keep his job . . .

He said Weinstein’s prospective fines begin at $250,000 for the first settlement, increasing another $250,000 for each future judgment, with the fourth or further judgments costing him a $1 million fine. Illegal Alien Accused of Murdering Teen Girl Was in DACA Program

A man accused of killing a South Carolina high school student had been protected from deportation under the DACA program, U.S. officials confirmed to Fox News Thursday evening.

Daniel De Jesus Rangel-Sherrer, 19, is accused of murder, kidnapping and possession of a weapon during a violent crime in connection with the death of 18-year-old Diana Martinez-Gonzalez.

Martinez-Gonzalez, a junior at Greenville High School, was found dead in a wooded area Oct. 4. Officials said she had been forced into the woods and shot multiple times in the head.

“Immediately upon contact, [Rangel-Sherrer] confessed to one of the deputies,” Greenville County Sheriff Will Lewis told reporters. (Read more from “Illegal Alien Accused of Murdering Teen Girl Was in DACA Program” HERE)

House Democrat Unveils Articles of Impeachment Against Trump, but Misses Chance to Force Vote

Rep. Al Green (D-Texas) on Wednesday unveiled articles of impeachment against President Trump in an effort to force a House vote on removing him from office.

Green’s articles of impeachment were introduced as “privileged,” meaning that they must be considered on the House floor within two legislative days.

But when the GOP presiding officer moved to begin the process to consider the resolution less than an hour later, Green did not show up. The resolution was therefore not offered and is not getting an imminent vote.

The House GOP majority presumably would have moved to table Green’s resolution and prevented an up-or-down vote. But Green had said he would force a procedural vote to challenge the GOP’s ruling, which would have served as the first formal referendum in Congress on impeachment. ‘Muslim Mafia’ Trains Teachers to Combat Islamophobia

The Philadelphia School District invited the controversial Council on American Islamic Relations – which claims to be a defender of Muslim civil rights but was shown in court to be a front for the Islamic terrorist organization Hamas – to conduct sensitivity training for its teachers last year.

On the day Donald Trump was elected president last November, CAIR attorneys conducted a presentation for educators on “Islamophobia” and the civil rights of Muslim students, claiming “the current political environment” was toxic for Muslim American students, the Investigative Project on Terrorism reported.

CAIR’s Philadelphia branch asserted in a statement that young Muslims face “increased rates of bullying, emotional abuse, physical threats, and verbal epithets due to their faith, race, or ethnicity.” CAIR, however, provided no evidence to support their claim.

The director of the school system’s Multilingual Family Support Center declared, nevertheless, “We need CAIR helping our schools.” (Read more from “‘Muslim Mafia’ Trains Teachers to Combat Islamophobia” HERE)

Majority of College Students Hostile Towards Free Speech

A new study released by the Foundation for Individual Rights in Education (FIRE) confirms what many have long believed: college students don’t respect the First Amendment.

According to the survey, which FIRE calls “the most comprehensive survey on students’ attitudes about free speech to date,” a majority of college students self-censor during classroom discussions and support the disinvitation of controversial speakers, while a plurality even believe that hate speech is not constitutionally protected.

FIRE, with the help of nonpartisan research firm YouGov, surveyed 1,250 undergraduates between May 25 and June 8, finding that 48 percent of respondents think that hate speech should not be protected by the First Amendment, including 13 percent who associate hate speech with violence, while only 46 percent recognize that it is. Citing “Anonymous Prostitute” as Its Source, MSM Now Pushing Narrative Vegas Shooter Loved Conspiracy Theories, Questioned 9/11

As police frantically continue to find a motive for the Las Vegas murderer, both sides of the political spectrum — equally as frantic — search for anything that ties him to their political foes. Now it appears that there is a new narrative surfacing from multiple outlets that Stephen Paddock was a conspiracy theorist who thought 9/11 was an inside job.

Rest assured, if police had any evidence linking this murderous psychopath to an extreme right, extreme left, or terrorist group, this would’ve been made public by now. We have seen an unprecedented length of time go by, not only without surveillance footage but with no hints as to why Paddock shot into a crowd of 22,000 innocent people. However, it looks like this may start to change.

According to the Daily Mail, a prostitute who Paddock hired repeatedly has allegedly come forward with some rather nefarious claims.

A Las Vegas prostitute who was hired by murderer Stephen Paddock has spoken out about their ‘violent’ sex sessions and how he bragged about having ‘bad blood’.

The woman, who spoke anonymously, said she would spend hours drinking and gambling in Sin City with Paddock, who she described as ‘paranoid’ and ‘obsessive’.

If he hit a winning streak, he would take her back to his room for ‘really aggressive and violent sex’ including living out rape fantasies, she said.

While violent rape fantasies from a mass murderer surely fit the bill, the idea that questioning the official government story on 9/11 is somehow an indication that someone may go on a killing spree is as asinine as it is dangerous. However, this is what’s happening right now in the media.

The 27-year-old woman said Paddock, 64, would often rant about conspiracy theories including how 9/11 was orchestrated by the US government.

After failing to tie Paddock to the left, right, and ISIS, the media is now reaching out to tie him to those who question the government.

It is important to note that most people who question the State do so out of a desire to prevent death, not foster it. People who questioned the narrative of weapons of mass destruction in Iraq did so because they wanted to prevent a war in which many would die. However, they were labeled as kooks and conspiracy theorists by the establishment—despite being proven right years later.

This is nothing new.

In fact, in spite having no real reason to go after ‘conspiracy theorists’, the government has a long history of infiltrating groups and labeling those who question the status quo as a threat. It even has a name: PATCON, short for “Patriot Conspiracy.”

Indeed, much of the police state which has risen up around the country is in response to the essentially non-existent threat from those who want to expose the crimes of the State who are labeled as extremist groups. YouTube and Google have even gotten in on the action and have moved to censor evidence of US war crimes and historical footage of war.

A police sergeant in Morgan County, Indiana admitted in May of 2014 that his department had obtained an armored vehicle in part because of returning military veterans were deemed domestic terror threats by Homeland Security in 2009.

In August of 2013, Concord, New Hampshire Police Chief John Duval secretly contacted Homeland Security and demanded an armored vehicle due to the alleged “threat” posed by peaceful libertarians.

The MIAC Report, a federal training document famously presented to Missouri police in 2009, went as far as falsely tying supporters of former Presidential Candidate Ron Paul and the Constitution to “extremist groups” as well.

In 2014, a sheriff’s deputy admitted on video that these weapons of war were needed to fend off “constitutionalists” with firearms.

The important thing to remember is that no matter which group — outside of ISIS who openly calls for killing — that the investigation attempts to associate with Paddock is not full of mass murderers.

Naturally, both sides of the political spectrum are hoping for Stephen Paddock to identify with their rival party. That way they can use the logical fallacy of false equivalence to paint their political enemies as mass murderers.

In fact, however, it is entirely possible that perhaps one of the reasons police are taking so long to release a motive—is that he didn’t have one. Perhaps, Paddock snapped and simply went on a killing spree because he is insane.

As the Free Thought Project reported last week, it was revealed that Paddock was prescribed psychotropic drugs which can cause people to be violent.

This information was given to the Las Vegas Review-Journal by a source within law enforcement who was not authorized to speak publicly about this case.

As the Journal reports:

Records from the Nevada Prescription Monitoring Program obtained Tuesday show Paddock was prescribed 50 10-milligram diazepam tablets by Henderson physician Dr. Steven Winkler on June 21.

A woman who answered the phone at Winkler’s office would not make him available to answer questions and would neither confirm nor deny that Paddock was ever a patient.

Paddock purchased the drug — its brand name is Valium — without insurance at a Walgreens store in Reno on the same day it was prescribed. He was supposed to take one pill a day.

Valium, although often used as a sedative and calming medication, can have serious side effects of aggression. According to the FDA, diazepam can elicit the following side effects:

confusion, hallucinations, unusual thoughts or behavior;

unusual risk-taking behavior, decreased inhibitions, no fear of danger;

depressed mood, thoughts of suicide or hurting yourself;

hyperactivity, agitation, aggression, hostility;

“If somebody has an underlying aggression problem and you sedate them with that drug, they can become aggressive,” said Dr. Mel Pohl, chief medical officer of the Las Vegas Recovery Center. “It can disinhibit an underlying emotional state. … It is much like what happens when you give alcohol to some people … they become aggressive instead of going to sleep.”

TFTP even interviewed a Harvard educated psychiatrist who backed up the claim that Paddock may have been on harder psychotropic drugs as well. Why isn’t the media calling for an investigation into these things?

No matter how people try and spin this mass murder to fit their agenda, the fact remains that there are likely thousands of people, if not more, mourning the loss of family members and friends killed in Las Vegas on Sunday. No amount of spin, political shaming, or wrongful association will change that. House Intel Committee Ramps up Probe on Obama ‘Unmasking’

The House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence is ramping up investigation into former President Barack Obama administration’s campaign to “unmask” President Donald Trump aides who were incidentally surveilled in meetings with foreign officials, The Daily Caller News Foundation Investigative Group has learned.

The committee is also intensifying a probe into Fusion GPS, a private “opposition research” company that distributed a salacious memo on Trump, called the “Trump Dossier.”

Over the next two weeks the House committee is expected to privately interview former U.N. Ambassador Samantha Power, who reportedly unmasked or identified as many as 260 Americans, primarily Trump campaign or transition officials.

Power was so aggressive in her efforts to unmask Trump aides, she asked U.S intelligence officials on nearly a daily basis to “unmask” or identify Trump officials who had passing contacts with foreign officials, according to a Fox News report on Sept. 20.
