Texas Fire Chaplain Fired After Saying Men Don’t Belong In Women’s Sports Scores $78K Settlement

A Texas-based fire chaplain who was fired after defending women’s sports against the left’s “trans” agenda has scored a $78,000 settlement with the city of Austin, The Federalist has learned.

“Cases like this demonstrate that when you stand up, when you fight for the First Amendment, that cities don’t get away with this sort of thing,” the chaplain’s attorney and Alliance Defending Freedom senior counsel Hal Frampton told The Federalist.

The case in question centers around Dr. Andrew Fox, a now-former chaplain for the Austin Fire Department who immigrated to America from the United Kingdom in 1999. As described by Frampton, Fox — in a volunteer capacity — was responsible for organizing the chaplaincy program and helped recruit “associate chaplains to assist” with such services. In their roles, these individuals would visit fire stations and go out “to the scenes of emergencies to be with the firefighters after they had finished attending to the emergency so that they had someone to talk to.”

While volunteering with the Austin Fire Department, Fox also led a nonprofit bearing his name that “manages various aspects” of his ministry, according to his legal filing. The nonprofit boasts a website that includes a blog section in which the Christian minister expresses his thoughts on a variety of topics, such as faith and culture.

“The blog is not associated with the Fire Department in any way; rather, it introduces Dr. Fox as simply a ‘speaker,’ ‘author,’ and ‘teacher,’” according to his lawsuit. (Read more from “Texas Fire Chaplain Fired After Saying Men Don’t Belong In Women’s Sports Scores $78K Settlement” HERE)

Poll: GOP Voters’ Lukewarm Support for Iran Strikes Significantly Lower Than Past Conflicts

Reuters/Ipsos poll that concluded on Sunday revealed that the joint U.S.-Israeli regime-change strikes are unpopular with most Americans.

While Republicans are apparently more supportive of the military campaign than their counterparts, the new poll found that such support is largely conditional and far less than for the Afghanistan and Iraq conflicts.

The new polling is consistent with surveys conducted last month, which indicated that Americans were not particularly keen on the prospect of a new series of U.S. military strikes against Iran.

For instance, an SSRS/University of Maryland poll, conducted from Feb. 5 to Feb. 9, found that 21% of respondents favored an attack, 49% were opposed, and 30% were unsure. An Economist/YouGov poll found that 28% of respondents supported and 48% opposed the U.S. taking military action in Iran.

Despite strong public headwinds, the U.S. joined Israel in hammering the Shiite nation anyway, destroying numerous military assets and assassinating top Iranian officials over the weekend while sustaining numerous casualties. Supreme Court Blocks California Law That Stopped Schools From Telling Parents if Their Kid Is Transgender

The Supreme Court on Monday blocked a law that prevents California schools from telling parents if their child comes out as transgender, after granting an emergency appeal from a conservative legal group.

The order for now blocks a state law signed by Gov. Gavin Newsom in July 2024 that made California the first state to bar school districts from requiring staff to notify parents of their child’s gender identification.

The ruling also blocks a rule that required teachers to use a student’s preferred pronouns.

Monday’s granting of an emergency appeal from a conservative legal group comes after many parents and teachers challenged the law.

The Thomas More Society, representing two sets of Catholic parents, argued the law causes schools to mislead them and secretly facilitates gender transition in minors. (Read more from “Supreme Court Blocks California Law That Stopped Schools From Telling Parents if Their Kid Is Transgender” HERE)

Former ‘South Park’ Writer Toby Morton Launches Website to Send Barron Trump to War

Former South Park writer Toby Morton has launched a website calling for President Donald Trump’s son, Barron, to be forced into the U.S. military and sent to a war zone.

Morton, 50, who runs a large number of fake news parody websites and who claims he is a creator of “Anti-Fascist Websites,” recently launched DraftBarronTrump.com as the president continues his military actions in Iran to rid the world of the fascist Iranian Mullah regime.

Morton’s attack on 19-year-old Barron Trump begins telling visitors, “America is strong because its leaders are strong. President Trump proves that every day. Naturally, his son Barron is more than ready to defend the country his father so boldly commands. Service is honor. Strength is inherited.”

“Dog Bless Barron,” the site continues.

Morton’s site also proclaims, “This site is dedicated to honoring the strongest and bravest voices in war. When power is projected abroad, it is only right that strength exists at home. If you’re looking for proven genes, inherited courage, and unquestionable resolve, look no further than the Trump family. Leadership starts somewhere.” (Read more from “Former ‘South Park’ Writer Toby Morton Launches Website to Send Barron Trump to War” HERE)

Texas Mass Shooter Ndiaga Diagne Had Iranian Flag and Photos of Islamic Republic Leaders in His Home: Report

The murderous gunman who shot up a Texas bar in a possible terrorist attack had an Iranian flag and photos of Islamic Republic leaders in his home, according to a report.

Senegalese national Ndiaga Diagne, 53, may have been motivated by the joint attack by Israel and the US when he pulled up to Buford’s Backyard Beer Garden in Austin on Sunday wearing a “Property of Allah” shirt and started shooting, killing two people and wounding 14 others, officials have said.

After Diagne was shot dead by Austin police officers, a search warrant executed at his home revealed an Iranian flag and pictures of Iranian leaders, sources with direct knowledge told CBS News.

A Quran was also found in Diagne’s car and he was also wearing an undershirt with the Iranian flag or other Iranian symbols, The Post previously revealed.

FBI Special Agent Alex Doran told reporters on Sunday that while authorities are working to determine the exact motivation for the mass shooting, there were “indicators on the subject and in his vehicle that indicate a potential nexus to terrorism.” (Read more from “Texas Mass Shooter Ndiaga Diagne Had Iranian Flag and Photos of Islamic Republic Leaders in His Home: Report” HERE)

Billionaire California Sports Team Owners Attended Super-Secret Bohemian Grove, Leaked List Reveals

Billionaire San Francisco Giants owner, his son and several board members all attended a secretive Bohemian Grove men’s club camp, according to a report from SFGate.

Details about the Bohemian Club’s membership exploded into public view after a leaked, searchable list of the exclusive membership was published.

The club’s invite-only membership and secrecy has fueled countless conspiracies since it was established in 1872, especially as many of the members were believed to be drawn from America’s political and business elite.

And the exclusive membership has now been confirmed, with the list identifying the likes of late night talk host Conan O’Brien, billionaire Michael Bloomberg and ex-Google boss Eric Schmidt as members.

The California Post confirmed the authenticity of the list, which named 2,000 people and the camps they belonged to when they descended on Monte Rio, two hours north of San Francisco, in 2023.

DOJ Charges 30 More People Involved in Storming Minnesota Church

The Department of Justice (DOJ) charged roughly 30 more people who were involved in storming a Minnesota church in January, adding that 25 of them had already been arrested.

Attorney General Pam Bondi revealed in a post on X, that the DOJ had “unsealed an indictment charging 30 more people who took part” in the storming of Cities Church in St. Paul. Bondi warned that if people “attack a house of worship” the DOJ will find them and prosecute them.

“Today, @thejusticedept unsealed an indictment charging 30 more people who took part in the attack on Cities Church in Minnesota,” Bondi wrote in her post. “At my direction, federal agents have already arrested 25 of them, with more to come throughout the day.”

Bondi added: “YOU CANNOT ATTACK A HOUSE OF WORSHIP. If you do so, you cannot hide from us — we will find you, arrest you, and prosecute you.”

Bondi’s post comes after former CNN host Don Lemon recorded a live YouTube video of anti-ICE protesters storming Cities Church, after finding out that one of the pastors also worked for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
