Arizona Supreme Court Rules 98,000 People Whose Citizenship Is Unconfirmed Can Vote in Pivotal Election

Nearly 98,000 people whose U.S. citizenship has not been confirmed will be allowed to vote in the upcoming state and local elections, the Arizona Supreme Court ruled Friday.

The ruling came after a “coding oversight” in state software prompted the swing state’s Democratic Secretary of State Adrian Fontes to insist that he would send out ballots to those affected anyway.

The database error called into question the citizenship status of 100,000 registered Arizona voters, affecting individuals who obtained their driver’s licenses before October 1996, and subsequently received duplicates before registering to vote after 2004.

Fontes and Stephen Richer, the Republican Maricopa County recorder, disagreed on what status the voters should hold following the “coding oversight.”

“This was discovered not because somebody was voting illegally and not because somebody was attempting to vote illegally, as far as we can tell,” Fontes said at a Tuesday afternoon news conference. “And this was basic voter roll maintenance, and it showed us that there is this issue.” (Read more from “Arizona Supreme Court Rules 98,000 People Whose Citizenship Is Unconfirmed Can Vote in Pivotal Election” HERE)

Elon Musk Responds to Allegations: “Are You Seriously So Retarded That You Think I Donated a Cybertruck to a Russian General?”

A Chechen warlord who claimed Elon Musk gifted him a Cybertruck accused the Telsa CEO on Thursday of “remotely” disabling the machine-gun mounted vehicle which needed to be towed off the Russian battlefield.

Ramzan Kadyrov, 47, the ruthless president of Russia’s Chechnya region, claimed that his Cybertruck stopped working after he revealed it was sent into the Northern Military District for Russian troops to use in the war on Ukraine.

“Elon Musk behaved badly,” Kadyrov wrote on Telegram, according to Politico. “He gives expensive gifts from the bottom of his heart and then remotely disconnects them.”

Kadyrov claimed that the Cybertruck, first introduced to the public in 2023, performed “admirably” in combat before being allegedly disabled on the war front line. . .

However, Musk denied gifting the ride to Russian President Vladimir Putin’s unswerving ally.

“Are you seriously so retarded that you think I donated a Cybertruck to a Russian general?” Musk replied to a video of the warlord riding around in the electric truck on his social media platform X.

Deep State Operative Appears on MSNBC and Goes ‘Full Retard’

You know the Deep State is in big trouble when they trot out their key operatives with messaging that sounds like it came straight from a DIY guide to desperate stupidity. Remember that line from the film “Tropic Thunder”—that goes something like this: “Never go full retard”?

Well, the Deep State just did, and people can’t believe the level of stupidity and desperation they’re witnessing.

A Deep State military operative slithered onto MSNBC and made one of the dumbest comments we’ve ever heard—and that’s saying a lot, because we’ve heard some real doozies. But this one takes the cake. He’s trying to push the absurd notion that Putin, who actually endorsed Kamala Harris, will be “deterred” by her because she’s the product of a “mixed marriage.”

Utter stupidity. This guy went “full retard” and then some.

Even worse, he’s a retired Brigadier General in our military. (Read more from “Deep State Operative Appears on MSNBC and Goes ‘Full Retard’” HERE)

CNN Reporter’s Interview With MAGA Boat Guy Did Not Go Well

Joe Harner is a die-hard Trump supporter; he doesn’t hide that fact. He’s also a proud boat owner, which became a source of inquiry for CNN’s Elle Reeve. Harner was prepared for the question related to inflation and the economy. Like everyone else, he wants the prices to come down and the economy to thrive, which Biden-Harris has failed miserably to accomplish. Reeve said she didn’t want to be rude, but if Harner could afford a boat and its upkeep, he couldn’t be hurting so badly. He filleted the premise:

“Listen, nobody gave me shit! I earned everything that I’ve got. I’m retired military, retired power plant, and I am successful and retired with boats, jet skis because I did it right, and everybody has that chance. Whether they choose or not, that’s up to them.” (Read more from “CNN Reporter’s Interview With MAGA Boat Guy Did Not Go Well” HERE)

Trump Supporters Who Sat Onstage During Arizona Rally Suffering From Mysterious Eye Injuries: ‘It’s Unbearable’

Multiple Donald Trump supporters claim they suffered a mysterious eye injury and were forced to seek medical attention over the “unbearable” pain after sitting behind the former president during his rally in Arizona.

Mayra Rodriguez was among Trump’s most loyal backers seated in a confined portion of the right side of the stage behind the former president at Ronstadt Music Hall in Tucson on Sept. 12, KVOA reported.

Rodriguez claimed she started experiencing eye irritation when she exited the venue following the nearly 80-minute speech.

“As soon as we left and we stepped outside, my eyes were burning,” Rodriguez, a former Planned Parenthood director/whistleblower and vocal figure in the Republican Party, told the outlet.

Thinking it was just her allergies acting up, Rodriguez got in her car and began the 90-minute drive back to her home in Phoenix. (Read more from “Trump Supporters Who Sat Onstage During Arizona Rally Suffering From Mysterious Eye Injuries: ‘It’s Unbearable’” HERE)

Congressional Report: Over 85% of Migrants Arriving at Southern Border Released Into U.S. As Biden-Harris Slash Detention Space

More than 85 percent of migrants arriving at the United States-Mexico border are released into the U.S. interior, a report from the House Homeland Security Committee details. At the same time, the report accuses President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris of seeking to slash federal detention space.

The report — which breaks down how Biden and Harris have welcomed nearly eight million migrants to the U.S. since early 2021 — suggests that while Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas has mass released migrants into American communities, the agency has simultaneously cut detention space.

“It is important to note that the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) mandates any inadmissible alien who enters the United States be detained — from the moment they are encountered until they are removed or found to have a lawful basis to remain in the country,” the report states:

Instead of taking steps to meaningfully comply with this mandate, as previous administrations have, Biden, Harris, and Mayorkas devised and implemented a comprehensive and unlawful agenda of mass “catch and release,” which has led to the release of millions of inadmissible aliens into American communities. [Emphasis added]

In particular, the report finds that just 36 percent of migrants in Fiscal Year 2021 were detained by DHS for at least some period of time while their cases were adjudicated. Compare this to Fiscal Year 2013, under former President Barack Obama, when 91 percent of migrants were detained for at least some period of time during their case adjudications. Sheriff Allegedly Murders Judge in His Chambers

A Kentucky sheriff allegedly shot and killed a state judge on Thursday in a rural Kentucky courthouse after an argument.

Letcher County Sheriff Shawn M. Stines, 43, allegedly shot and killed District Judge Kevin Mullins, 54, following an argument in the judge‘s chambers, according to The Associated Press (AP). A preliminary investigation revealed that Stines fired multiple gunshots at Mullins after an argument inside the courthouse.

Stines surrendered after the incident and has been charged with first-degree murder, as authorities continue to investigate the motives and details behind the confrontation, Kentucky State Police said during the press briefing. Police stated that no one else was in the chambers during the shooting, although there were people inside the building.

Democratic Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear reacted to the shooting on social media. “Sadly, I have been informed that a district judge in Letcher County was shot and killed in his chambers this afternoon. There is far too much violence in this world, and I pray there is a path to a better tomorrow,” Beshear wrote on Facebook. (Read more from “Sheriff Allegedly Murders Judge in His Chambers” HERE)

New Docs Shed Light on Air Force’s ‘Goal’ to Reduce ‘White Male Population’ Joining Officer Ranks

The Air Force finally handed over a trove of documents pertaining to its sweeping “goal” of reducing the number of white male applicants in a popular officer program after spending months stonewalling requests for their release.

Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman C.Q. Brown — at the time the highest-ranking member of the Air Force — issued a memorandum in 2022 that the branch was updating its racial and gender demographic goals for applicants seeking to become officers, in a bid to prioritize “diversity and inclusion.” Internal documents obtained by the Daily Caller News Foundation include a slideshow from 2022 where the Air Force outlines racial and gender quotas and details how it hopes to “achieve” a reduced number of white males in its Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC) officer’s applicant program.

The documents reflect the Biden-Harris Pentagon’s intense focus on implementing diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) policies in the armed forces, even as the military continues to combat dwindling morale among its rank-and-file, recruiting and retention shortfalls and low pay.

“The American people are rightly concerned that, at a time when our country is facing dangerous and increasing threats throughout the world, the Air Force is focused on recruitment efforts based on arbitrary racial diversity goals — not merit or increasing the force’s lethality,” James Fitzpatrick, director of the Center To Advance Security In America (CASA), told the DCNF.

CASA requested records regarding the Air Force’s new officer applicant standards through a federal transparency request, called a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request in 2023. At the time, the Air Force said it couldn’t find any records, according to a letter obtained by the DCNF. Gallup: Significant Swing in Trump and Harris Favorability

A new national survey from Gallup contains positive news for the Trump campaign, and concerning data for Team Kamala. While the poll does not test the head-to-head presidential matchup, it does measure voters’ impressions of the two major parties’ nominees. This poll was in the field for the better part of two weeks, spanning both pre- and post-debate dates. Compared to August, when Kamala Harris was riding a wave of media adulation, this data set shows clear erosion in her favorability ratings. But if this were simply a product of the so-called ‘sugar high’ wearing off, that wouldn’t necessarily explain the corresponding gains Trump has made on the same metrics. Her favorability faltering wouldn’t guarantee that his standing would move at all – but it has:

Trump is somewhat unpopular, with a (-7) net favorability rating. Harris is more unpopular, at (-10). Trump has seen a seven-point net gain on these measures since August, while Harris has tumbled by eight points. Her unfavorable rating is up five points over the last month. Notably, among independents, Trump is underwater by nine points, while Harris is at a very weak (-25) with fully 60 percent unfavorability among this important group. Part of this might be because many voters aren’t getting what they want from Harris, even among some friendly audiences:

Reporters Tonya Mosley of NPR, Gerren Keith Gaynor of TheGrio and Eugene Daniels of Politico repeatedly pressed Harris for direct answers on other topics, interrupting her multiple times when she veered away from the subject or rambled. She dodged a potentially contentious moment when Mosley stopped her during an answer about gun control. The audience of about 150, including 100 college students, began to signal discomfort when Harris avoided answering a question about whether she would issue an executive order to create a commission to study reparations. Ultimately, she said it would come down to Congress, an answer that seemed to deflate some of the attendees. Some members of the audience also signaled displeasure when she gave an indirect answer about whether she would continue the Biden administration’s approach to the Israel-Hamas war.

Fed Chair Jerome Powell Blames Influx of Illegal Aliens for Rising Unemployment Rate

Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell blamed the migrant crisis for the nation’s growing unemployment after cutting the benchmark interest rate by 0.5 percentage point on Wednesday for the first time since early days of COVID-19.

“If you’re having millions of people come into the labor force, then — and you’re creating 100,000 jobs — you’re going to see unemployment go up,” Powell told reporters, answering a question about the nation’s current monthly job creation.

“So it really depends on what’s the trend underlying the volatility of people coming into the country.”

“We understand there’s been quite an influx across the borders, and that has actually been one of the things that’s allowed the unemployment to rise,” he said, according to the Wall Street Journal.

“And the other thing is just the slower hiring rate, which is something we also watch carefully. So it does depend on what’s happening on the supply side.” (Read more from “Fed Chair Jerome Powell Blames Influx of Illegal Aliens for Rising Unemployment Rate” HERE)
