Trump Shooter, a Registered Democrat, Revealed; Son of Alleged Would-Be Assassin Says His Dad Hates Trump Like ‘all Reasonable People’

By Daily Mail. Ryan Wesley Routh, the man named as the suspect in a possible assassination attempt near Donald Trump’s Florida golf club, was calm and emotionless when he was arrested Sunday.

Registered Democrat Routh, 58 is in custody after the terrifying incident at Trump International Club almost exactly two months after a separate assassination attempt against Trump during a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.

The suspect was found unarmed, as a backpack, GoPro camera and AK-47 style rifle that a gunman left behind when fleeing the scene have already been located.

Martin County Sherriff William D. Snyder said Routh ‘was not displaying a lot of emotions’ when police arrested him.

Snyder added that the suspected shooter was ‘relatively calm’ and ‘never asked’ why he was being detained. (Read more from “Trump Shooter Revealed” HERE)

‘Perhaps It’s God:’ Trump Offers Spiritual Reason for Surviving Assassination Attempts

By USA Today. Former President Donald Trump offered political and spiritual reasons Monday for surviving two assassination attempts in two months.

While again criticizing the “rhetoric” of Vice President Kamala Harris and President Joe Biden, Trump said during an X Spaces interview that something else may be going on: “I mean, perhaps it’s God wanting me to be president to save this country; nobody knows.”

Trump discussed the pair of attempted murders during an X program otherwise devoted to the launch of a new cryptocurrency project that involves his two eldest sons. . .

“That was some crazy day,” Trump said. “And then yesterday, you had another one.”

Trump also confirmed that Biden called him to discuss the latest incident, and said that “he couldn’t have been nicer.” (Read more from “‘Perhaps It’s God:’ Trump Offers Spiritual Reason for Surviving Assassination Attempts” HERE)

Suspect in Trump Assassination Attempt May Have Lain in Wait for 12 Hours

By Reuters. A man suspected of hiding for nearly 12 hours in an apparent attempt to assassinate Donald Trump at his Florida golf course was charged with two gun-related crimes on Monday, a day after authorities say he was spotted in the bushes with a rifle as the former U.S. president played nearby. . .

Trump’s visit to his golf course in West Palm Beach was not on his public schedule, acting U.S. Secret Service Director Ronald Rowe told reporters on Monday afternoon, and it was not clear whether the suspect knew Trump would be there.

“All of a sudden we heard shots being fired in the air. I guess probably four or five,” Trump said during an event on X Spaces. “Secret Service knew immediately it was bullets, and they grabbed me. … We got into the carts and we moved along pretty, pretty good. I was with an agent, and the agent did a fantastic job.”

The Secret Service opened fire after an agent sweeping the course saw a rifle barrel poking out of the bushes a few hundred yards away from the former president, who was on the fairway of the fifth hole.

MSNBC’s Lie: ‘Both’ Would-Be Trump Assassins ‘Are White, American, Trump-Supporting Men’

On Monday’s broadcast of MSNBC’s “ReidOut,” claimed that both of the would-be assassins of 2024 Republican presidential candidate former President Donald Trump “are white, American, Trump-supporting men with guns.”

During her show’s opening monologue, Reid said, “What better way to replace the embarrassing memes about JD’s cat lady fixation and his weird possible amorous relationship with couches than to get Americans to instead post memes about Haitians eating the dogs and cats?”

. . .

Later, she concluded, “All of this as Trump faces his second brush with death, via a gunman shooting at him in Palm Beach, Florida, just as happened in Pennsylvania, neither of whom were Haitian or any kind of immigrant. Both of whom are white, American, Trump-supporting men with guns.” (Read more from “MSNBC’s Lie: ‘Both’ Would-Be Trump Assassins ‘Are White, American, Trump-Supporting Men’” HERE)

Police Say They Found Vast Arsenal in Raid Against 11-Year-Old

Volusia County Sheriff Mike Chitwood announced Monday that his office arrested a 11-year-old middle school student who allegedly threatened to shoot up his school.

Chitwood shared a photo and video allegedly showing the Florida middle schooler’s arsenal.

The officer wrote that the middle schooler, Carlo “Kingston” Dorelli, “had written a list of names and targets” and tried to play it off like “it was all a joke.”

Chitwood listed the recovered weapons as “airsoft guns, fake ammunition, knives, swords and other weapons he was showing off to other students on video” and said that the student was “charged with a felony (making a written threat of a mass shooting).” Chitwood released a mug shot of the 11-year-old. Shoplifting and Vehicle Thefts Soared as Haitian Migrants Poured Into Ohio Town, Police Data Shows

Reports of shoplifting and vehicle theft increased considerably in Springfield, Ohio, following the arrival of thousands of Haitian refugees, according to data obtained by the Daily Caller News Foundation through a records request.

The town, which had a population of 58,622 in 2020, has taken in between 12,000 and 20,000 Haitian refugees over the past three years, marking a population increase of between 20.4% and 34.1%. From 2021 to 2023, Springfield also saw a 51.5% jump in motor vehicle theft reports and a 112.8% spike in reports of shoplifting, data provided by the Springfield Police Division shows.

Springfield residents previously told the DCNF that the influx of Haitians has resulted in an uptick in car accidents, increased housing prices and strained public services. Bryan Heck, Springfield’s city manager, sent a letter to Democratic Ohio Sen. Sherrod Brown, Republican Ohio Sen. J.D. Vance and Republican South Carolina Sen. Tim Scott in July requesting federal assistance to deal with the pressure migrants had placed on the housing supply.

Inhabitants of the town also told the DCNF that they had observed Haitians engaging in sex acts and other vices in public. The DCNF was unable to verify claims made by the town’s residents about Haitians engaging in public debauchery. Kamala Harris Sr. Adviser Previously Called for Extermination of Donald Trump and ‘His Kind’

Kamala Harris senior adviser David Plouffe once called for the extermination of former President Donald Trump and “his kind,” according to a 2016 post on X — another example of Democrats calling for harm against the former president that has been highlighted in the wake of another assassination attempt.

Plouffe, a former adviser to then-President Barack Obama, posted on June 13, 2016, “It is not enough to simply beat Trump. He must be destroyed thoroughly. His kind must not rise again.”

The Trump campaign highlighted the post in the wake of a second assassination attempt against him on Sunday, which was thwarted when Secret Service agents spotted a man with a rifle pointed through a fence where Trump was golfing at his private course in Florida.

The Trump campaign posted, “This guy is now a top official on Kamala Harris’ campaign”:

VP Debate Host CBS News’ Leadership Is Riddled With Democratic Donors

The leadership of CBS News, the network set to host 2024’s only vice presidential debate, is rife with Democratic donors, FEC records show.

In what could be the last debate of the election cycle, Ohio Sen. J.D. Vance and Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz are set to face off on Oct. 1 in a vice presidential debate hosted by CBS News. Leadership of the network and its parent company, Paramount, have previously made donations to the Biden and Harris campaigns and numerous other Democrats, according to public records reviewed by the Daily Caller.

Among those who have donated to Democrats is Charles E. Phillips Jr., a member of Paramount’s board of directors. Between 2020 and 2023, Phillips donated $100,000 each to Biden, Harris and Pelosi’s victory fund, FEC records show.

Judith A. McHale, another member of Paramount’s board who chairs the compensation committee, donated $47,900 to the Biden Victory Fund in May of 2023, $50,000 to the Biden Victory Fund in 2020 and more than $150,000 to the Democratic National Committee, according to public records. McHale has also donated tens of thousands of dollars to support various Democratic candidates and groups including Pennsylvania Senators Bob Casey and John Fetterman and the Pennsylvania Democratic Party.

Linda Griego, a member of the Paramount board of directors and the compensation and governance committees, also appears to also be a Democratic donor. Thousands of dollars have been given to Democrats by a “Linda Griego” from New Mexico in recent years, including more than $10,000 to the Biden Victory Fund, FEC records show. Records list the donor’s occupation as a retired executive, and she revealed she moved to Santa Fe, New Mexico, in early 2020. Cancer Surge in the Young: Top Oncologist Warns of Vax Link

In a striking revelation, Dr. Nicholas DeVito, a prominent oncologist from Duke University in North Carolina, has sounded the alarm over a disturbing trend in cancer diagnoses. According to Dr. DeVito, every new cancer patient entering his clinic is now under 45 years old. This demographic shift has raised significant concerns, as the number of young cancer patients has surged to unprecedented levels.

Dr. DeVito’s observations reflect a dramatic change in the cancer landscape. “At the start of the clinic where I see patients with colorectal, stomach, pancreatic, and other gastrointestinal cancers, I remarked to a colleague, ‘Every new patient on my schedule is under 45.’ She replied, ‘Three of mine are… this is too many young people with cancer.’ We felt as though we were in the trenches and didn’t know where the bullets were coming from,” he recounts.

This alarming trend has not gone unnoticed. Dr. DeVito and his colleagues are increasingly concerned about the rising incidence of aggressive cancers, which they refer to as “turbo cancers.” The timing of this surge coincides with the widespread rollout of COVID-19 vaccines, sparking a heated debate about a potential link between the vaccines and the rising cancer rates among younger populations.

The data showing a spike in cancer cases starting in 2021, shortly after the COVID-19 vaccines became widely available, has fueled speculation. Critics argue that the surge in cancer diagnoses could be linked to the vaccines, which were introduced as a response to the COVID-19 pandemic. These vaccines were rolled out at unprecedented speed, raising questions about their long-term effects on health.

Dr. Nicholas DeVito’s recent observations have ignited a crucial discussion about the rising incidence of cancer among young people and its potential links to the COVID-19 vaccines. As this issue continues to unfold, it is essential for all stakeholders—health officials, researchers, and the public—to engage in open and honest discussions.

An American Pastor Held in a Chinese Jail for Nearly Two Decades Is Finally Home

A pastor who the United States says was wrongfully detained in a Chinese prison for nearly two decades has been released, according to the State Department, ending a case that the Biden administration said was a top priority in efforts to stabilize relations with Beijing.

David Lin, 68, was detained in China in 2006 after helping to construct an unapproved church building. He was later sentenced to life in prison for contract fraud, a charge he denied.

Lin was one of three Americans deemed by the US State Department to have been wrongfully detained in China. Businessmen Kai Li and Mark Swidan are still held behind bars, on espionage and drug-related charges respectively.

“We welcome David Lin’s release from prison in the People’s Republic of China,” a spokesperson for the US State Department said in a statement Sunday. (Read more from “An American Pastor Held in a Chinese Jail for Nearly Two Decades Is Finally Home” HERE)

Former Prominent BBC News Anchor Gets Suspended Sentenced for Indecent Images of Children on Phone

Former BBC news anchor Huw Edwards, once one of the most prominent media figures in Britain, was given a suspended prison sentence Monday for indecent images of children on his phone.

Edwards, 63, pleaded guilty in Westminster Magistrates’ Court in July to three counts of making indecent images of children, a charge related to photos sent to him on the WhatsApp messaging service by a convicted pedophile.

Chief Magistrate Paul Goldspring sentenced Edwards to a six-month prison term suspended for two years.

“It is not an exaggeration to say your long-earned reputation is in tatters,” Goldspring said.

Edwards’ fall from grace over the past year has caused turmoil for the BBC after it was revealed the publicly funded broadcaster paid him about 200,000 pounds ($263,000) for five months of his salary after he had been arrested in November while on leave. The BBC has asked him to pay it back. (Read more from “Former Prominent BBC News Anchor Gets Suspended Sentenced for Indecent Images of Children on Phone” HERE)
