Predictable Insanity: Homosexuals Sue State Over Denial of IVF Benefits

A former New York assistant district attorney and his husband on Thursday filed a class-action lawsuit against New York City, Mayor Eric Adams, former mayor Bill de Blasio and other city leaders in a landmark case for the rights of gay men who want to conceive children in the US.

Corey Briskin, 35, and Nicholas Maggipinto, 38, allege that New York’s definition of infertility discriminates against same-sex male couples, violating federal and state civil rights laws.

The lawsuit follows Briskin and Maggipinto’s 2022 complaint to the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). If they succeed, they will set a legal precedent that defines all gay men as infertile regardless of their medical history, and employers across the US will be under pressure to offer the same fertility benefits to gay men as they do to women and heterosexual couples.

Briskin began working for the city of New York in 2017 – a year after his marriage to Maggipinto – and both he and his spouse were entitled to healthcare coverage with EmblemHealth through the city’s comprehensive benefits plan. When they began researching their reproductive options that year and read the wording of the EmblemHealth policy, they discovered that, as gay men, they were the only class of people to be excluded from IVF coverage. They were not seeking for the cost of surrogacy to be covered.

The policy defines infertility as the inability to conceive a child after 12 months of unprotected heterosexual sex, or through intrauterine insemination. Straight people, lesbians and single women employed by New York City’s government are therefore eligible for infertility benefits covering the cost of IVF, but same-sex male couples can never qualify. Biden Now Under Investigation for 2024 ‘Election Interference’

The undue influences on the 2020 presidential election already are well known: The $400 million plus that Mark Zuckerberg handed out to elections officials who largely used it to recruit voters in Democrat districts as well as the FBI’s stunning, and wrong, description of details from the Hunter Biden laptop as Russian disinformation.

Now it’s suspected the Biden administration itself is working to interfere in the coming vote.

It would be coming through Biden’s “access to voting” executive order that he imposed when he took office.

A report from PJMedia explained that directs federal agencies, using tax money, to boost voter registration promotions and censor what it deems to be “misinformation.”

Border Patrol Agent Accused of Child Pornography Production and Distribution

A Border Patrol agent with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has been charged by a grand jury in Arizona for allegedly producing and distributing child pornography, along with possessing an illegal firearm, federal prosecutors announced on Friday.

Nereo Mejia Gomez, Jr., 41, residing in Yuma, faces serious charges including one count of production of child pornography, multiple counts of distribution and possession of child pornography, and one count of possession of an unregistered firearm, as stated by the U.S. Attorney’s Office, District of Arizona.

According to court documents, Gomez is accused of producing pornographic material involving a minor girl between November 2022 and March 2023, when the girl was aged 15 and 16 respectively. It is alleged that he knowingly distributed these materials within and outside the United States. Additionally, Gomez purportedly distributed related materials involving a minor on five occasions between February and March 2024. Authorities claim to have found Gomez in possession of such materials, including one depicting “a prepubescent minor or a minor who had not attained 12 years of age,” with the alleged intent to view them.

The court documents also allege that Gomez possessed a short-barreled L.A.R. MFG Grizzly-15 firearm that was not registered to him.

Gomez, who served as an agent at the Yuma Sector of the Border Patrol, is reportedly cooperating with Homeland Security Investigations regarding the case.

If found guilty, Gomez could face severe penalties, including imprisonment for 15 to 30 years for the production of child pornography and up to 20 years for each count of distributing and possessing child pornography. The charge of possessing an unregistered firearm carries a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison. Additionally, all child exploitation counts carry the potential for a fine of up to $250,000 and a lifetime term of supervised release, as stated in the prosecutor’s statement.

Biden’s Biggest Backers Apparently Lash Out After Israel Aid Restricted

President Joe Biden is reportedly facing backlash from some prominent supporters over his decision to withhold aid to Israel if they move forward with an invasion of Rafah, where about one million civilians have sought refuge.

The president drew his red line on the Israel-Hamas war on Wednesday during an interview with CNN, saying that he would restrict aid to Rafah if the country decides to invade. Democratic donor and Israeli American Haim Saban sent an email to White House officials following the comments asking the staff to let the president know his opposition to his remarks, according to an email obtained by Axios.

“Bad, Bad, Bad, decision, on all levels, Pls reconsider,” Saban wrote in the email, according to Axios.

“Let’s not forget that there are more Jewish voters, who care about Israel, than Muslim voters that care about Hamas,” he added.

Saban previously hosted a fundraiser for the president in February at his own home, Axios reported. Following the event, Saban said he had a private conversation with the president over his support for Israel in their ongoing war. Biden Says Trump Should Have Injected Himself With Bleach: ‘Wish He Had Done a Little Bit’

President Joe Biden said during a fundraiser Friday in San Francisco, California, that he wished former President Donald Trump had injected himself with bleach.

While speaking at the fundraiser on Friday, Biden referenced a false claim that Trump had once suggested people “inject bleach” to help treat the coronavirus, saying he wished the former president “had done a little bit himself,” according to the Jerusalem Post.

“Remember him saying the best thing to do is just inject a little bleach in your arm?” Biden said on Friday. “That’s what he said. And he meant it. I wish he had done a little bit himself.”

As Breitbart News has previously reported, and as the White House transcript showed, Trump never suggested that anyone should inject bleach into their arm.

Top University Medical Students Learn That ‘Gender Is a Social Construct’ and How to ‘End Racism’

If there’s a kind of professional you had to trust with your life, most people’s first choice would likely be a medical doctor.

However, up-and-coming doctors are no longer being taught about medicine — but rather being indoctrinated with left-wing propaganda.

The George Washington University School of Medicine & Health Sciences is no exception. Some of its courses include “How to talk about race, power, and privilege in classroom and clinical settings” and “Beyond the binary: Navigating pregnancy and affirming care for people with diverse gender identities.”

Another course titled, “Confronting U.S. History: We must end racism to end health disparities” features a webinar session with Nikole Hannah-Jones, who created the 1619 project. . .

But George Washington University isn’t the only one propagandizing its students. What Goes Around Comes Around: Articles of Impeachment Drawn Over Biden’s Withholding of Israeli Aid for Political Reasons

Articles to impeach President Joe Biden over his decision to withhold aid to Israel for political reasons are in preparation, freshman Rep. Cory Mills (R-FL) announced Thursday.

Biden’s decision to withhold bombs from Israel is concerning due to its political implications. Biden’s base wants him to defund Israel, while many moderate Democrats support Israel’s ability to defend itself against terrorists. Biden appears stuck between competing coalitions during an election year. He currently trails in the polls to Trump and has a historically low approval rating to win reelection as an incumbent.

Democrats accused former President Donald Trump in 2019 of withholding military aid from Ukraine for alleged political reasons.

“These are the same accusations made against President Trump, which resulted in his impeachment by Democrats. The same must happen for Joe Biden, which is why we’re drawing up articles of impeachment now,” Mills told Fox News.

Impeachment proceedings already have some support. “The House has no choice but to impeach Biden based on the Trump-Ukraine precedent of withholding foreign aid to help with reelection,” Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) posted on X. “Only with Biden, it’s true.”

FBI Agent Accuses Top Brass of Retaliation for Defending Whistleblower

An FBI special agent notified Congress on Thursday that the top brass at the bureau removed him from his job in retaliation for defending a fellow whistleblower.

The agent, an attorney who worked as an adjudicator investigating misconduct within the FBI, said his superiors turned on him when he recommended ending the suspension of FBI agent Garrett O’Boyle.

Mr. O’Boyle has been at the center of a whistleblower saga since his security clearance was suspended in September 2022 for allegedly leaking information about a criminal investigation into Project Veritas.

The suspension without pay, which the FBI imposed after Mr. O’Boyle testified before the House Judiciary Committee’s panel on weaponization of the federal government, left him and his family financially ruined and homeless after the FBI yanked his security clearance and suspended him without pay.

The FBI adjudicator, who worked in the Security Division, known in the bureau as “SecD,” reviewed the O’Boyle case and recommended lifting the suspension and reinstating Mr. O’Boyle as an agent. A Democratic Party Megadonor Just Issued a Major Warning for Biden

Now, let’s move to the incompetence part of this presidency. It certainly played a factor in this decision to suspend arms shipments to Israel, but does Biden think he can pull a long con over the electorate here? Does this man believe he has the smarts and skills to sell to the antisemites and pro-Hamas supporters within the Democratic Party base that he’s tough on Israel while telling American Jews that our “ironclad” support for the Jewish state will remain?

That’s the sticky wicket: Biden needs to kowtow, grovel, and appease vicious antisemites and supporters of radical Islam to keep his 2024 bid alive. It’s the ‘Keep Michigan’ page of the 2024 playbook. He loses this state, and it’s all but over. His path to 270 in the Electoral College virtually vanishes, a point where operatives on both sides agree. So, to win over the terrorist vote, Biden is playing reckless games with Israel, which is on the cusp of total victory against Hamas in Gaza.

Fmr Secret Service Agent Says Agency Whistleblowers Are ‘Raising the Alarms’ After Alleged Petition Circulates

Former Secret Service Agent Tim Miller stated Thursday on Fox News that agency whistleblowers are “raising alarms” after an alleged petition has circulated flagging concerns within the organization.

Miller appeared on “Jesse Watters Primetime” to discuss the recent claims from Bloomberg News senior White House reporter Jessica Jacobs, who tweeted Thursday morning the alleged petition circulating within the U.S. Secret Service agency has “a number of recent Secret Service incidents indicative of inadequate training” and “potential insider threats.” Fox host asked Miller about his thoughts regarding the issue, to which Miller raised concerns of a potential issue.

“So Jesse, the defund the police boat has taken on water,” Miller said. “I think if you look, first it was the IRS then it’s the FBI. Now you have internal Secret Service agents that are raising the alarm and if you think about it, it’s pretty simple. They are concerned that our mission as the Secret Service agent is compromised.”

“That should cause everybody to go, ‘Well wait a minute, this is the premier protection agency in the world,’” he added. “I’ve been a Marine, I’ve been a police officer and when I went through that training it was challenging. Quite frankly if the internal agents are rising up and saying, ‘we have a problem’ — Houston, we have a problem.”

Watters continued to press Miller on a recent report of a Secret Service agent for Vice President Kamala Harris suffering an alleged medical incident, in which the agent allegedly fought with other detail agents.
