During the COVID-19 pandemic, local governments and the U.S. federal government went to great lengths to restrict the movement of citizens and regularly violated their constitutional rights.

As we pull out of the mass censorship of the past three years, more of this illegal and egregious behavior is being exposed.

When churches were shuttered in California in violation of the First Amendment, government bureaucrats used local law enforcement resources to spy on worshippers. They were punished with fines, threats of jail time and harassed each time they visited the church to pray with fellow Christians. From reporter David Zweig:

Long famous as the core of Silicon Valley, Santa Clara County, California, also earned the distinction in the last three years as perhaps the most aggressive and punitive enforcer of pandemic restrictions in the country. On March 16, 2020, Santa Clara, along with a half-dozen other Bay Area counties, was the first in the nation to announce a shelter in place order, commanding all citizens to remain at home other than for specific activities that the county deemed essential, such as food shopping or medical care.

San Jose’s Calvary Chapel, led by its pastor, Mike McClure, brazenly defied these orders. On May 24, 2020, McClure stated publicly that he would reopen the church the following week, regardless of the health department’s orders, and that he would never close the church again. After two months of isolation, many congregants were teetering toward despair.

Treasury Official Set to Testify on Biden Family’s ‘Suspicious’ Wire Transfers Previously Worked for Joe Biden

Treasury Department official Jonathan Davidson, who is set to testify this week about the agency withholding the Biden family’s “suspicious” bank records, worked as the Biden-Harris Transition’s Economic Nominations Confirmation team lead in 2020 and was nominated to the position at the Treasury by President Joe Biden, raising questions of whether his testimony will be tainted with political bias.

On Friday, Davidson is scheduled to appear before the House Oversight Chair James Comer (R-KY) and answer questions about why the Treasury has refused to provide the committee with James and Hunter Biden’s 150 suspicious activity reports (SARs) generated by U.S. banks. SARs often contain evidence of potential criminal activities, such as money laundering and fraud. The disclosure would greatly help Comer investigate the Biden family, along with Eric Schwerin, for nine violations, including wire fraud and money laundering.

Considering Davidson will be asked to speak to the Biden family’s SARs after working for Joe Biden, his partisan work history raises questions of whether his scheduled testimony will be tainted with political bias.

Davidson has been a well-connected, partisan political operative for decades. In 2020, he worked for Biden’s transition team as the team lead of economic nominations confirmation. He was then nominated by Joe Biden and confirmed in November 2021 by the Senate as assistant secretary for legislative affairs at the Treasury. Boeing Outsourcing Nearly 700 U.S. Jobs to India While Raking in Taxpayer Money via Ukraine War Packages

The Boeing Company is outsourcing nearly 700 white-collar American finance and human relations jobs to Bengaluru, India while securing millions more in United States tax dollars through congressionally-approved spending packages to support Ukraine in its war with Russia.

Last month, reports confirmed that Boeing is laying off roughly 2,000 American employees doing financial and human resources (HR) work. Almost 700 of their jobs will be outsourced to India through the multinational corporation’s contract with Tata Consulting Services (TCS), an outsourcing firm based in India.

TCS is responsible for an outsourcing-offshoring business model that widens profit margins for corporations like Boeing by sending American jobs to lower-wage countries like India. Typically, the model begins with TCS importing foreign H-1B visa workers to replace American professionals. Eventually, the jobs are wholly offshored to a foreign country, mainly India.

Boeing reportedly had hundreds of its American employees train their foreign replacements employed at TCS before laying them off. Late last year, Boeing laid off about 150 Americans in finance and HR and sent their jobs to India. Female Border Patrol Agent Violently Assaulted by Illegal Alien

A female border patrol agent was violently assaulted by an illegal migrant while arrested.

According to Customs and Border Protection sources, the agent was taking the male illegal migrant into custody when he attacked her on Saturday.

Joe Rogan: Biden Is ‘Mentally Gone,’ America Is Run by ‘F***Ing Sideshow of Diversity’ Admin

Popular podcast host Joe Rogan doubled down on his previous claim that President Joe Biden was “mentally gone,” saying that Americans were being governed instead by the “f***ing sideshow of diversity” that was Biden’s administration.

Rogan made the comments on Thursday’s episode of “The Joe Rogan Experience,” during a discussion with actor Russell Brand about what could happen if and when Biden decided to run for re-election in 2024.

Referencing his previous comments on the subject, Rogan told Brand, “I was actually talking about it with Eric Weinstein and he was like, ‘I mean, I can’t vote for Biden.’ And he goes, ‘I can’t vote for Trump.’ And I go, ‘I would vote for Trump before I’d vote for Biden.’ Just cause I think with Biden, like he’s gone!”

“Like, you know, he’s gone. You’re gonna be relying on his cabinet,” Rogan continued. “And I knew his cabinet would be this f***ing sideshow of diversity — which is exactly what it is.”

Alex Murdaugh Violently Assaulted Prostitute During Drug-Fueled Romps: Victim

A former sex worker claims Alex Murdaugh yanked out her hair and choked her until she nearly blacked out during drug-fueled romps – allegations that are now resurfacing in wake of his double-murder conviction.

Lindsey Edwards told FITS News in August that she had four encounters with Murdaugh eight years ago that left her traumatized.

The former sex worker, who was 20 at the time, claims to have first encountered Murdaugh on the Isle of Palms in his native South Carolina while he was on a “guys’ weekend.”

“There was a bunch of guys there drinking, doing drugs. They had a fire going on the deck and eating food and just hanging out,” she said, explaining she was among of group of women brought there to have sex with the men. “I think for the first hour we were there we were taking shots, doing cocaine, smoking weed, hanging out by the fire and just talking and getting to know them.”

Emails Show Fauci Prompted Study to Disprove Coronavirus Originated From Lab

Dr. Anthony Fauci prompted the draft of a study to disprove the Wuhan coronavirus lab leak theory was “improbable,” emails from the Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic released Sunday show.

The emails indicate Fauci “prompted” a study on a scientific paper written in February 2020 to disprove the coronavirus leaked from the Wuhan lab in China. The emails also show Fauci had final approval on the paper.

The scientific paper was used by Fauci eight weeks later in a White House press conference to discredit former President Donald Trump’s hypothesis that the coronavirus leaked from the lab. Fauci failed to disclose his involvement with the paper and the paper’s authors — claiming later he did not know who the authors were:

Fauci was emailed the paper entitled, “The Proximal Origin of SARS-CoV-2,” for final approval before publication in Nature Medicine on February 17, 2020.

Turbulence Revealed as Top DC Lawyer’s Possible Cause of Death Aboard Jet

A prominent DC attorney aboard a corporate jet that experienced severe turbulence died last week — and officials said stability issues are likely to blame in the accident.

Dana Hyde, 55 was identified by Connecticut State Police after a plane she was on made an emergency landing Friday afternoon at Bradley International Airport, near Hartford.

The National Transportation Safety Board told The Post in a statement that its “investigators are now looking at a reported trim issue that occurred prior to the inflight upset.”

Hyde, of Cabin John, Maryland, was injured during the severe turbulence, and pronounced dead shortly at Hartford’s Saint Francis Medical Center following the emergency landing, police said.

‘Urban Warfare Is Unavoidable,’ US General Fears

Russia’s war in Ukraine suggests that “urban warfare is unavoidable,” according to a senior U.S. general tasked with prepare the U.S. Army for potential future wars.

“I think the enemy is going to move to the cities to avoid classification as a target,” Gen. James E. Rainey, who leads the U.S. Army Futures Command, said Friday at the Center for a New American Security. “We need to wrap our head around that.” . . .

“You never want to get into clearing and the attrition that comes with that,” he said. “Why do you need forces? You know, again, not to clear an urban area but to be able to penetrate into an urban area for purpose — stay there, kill from there.”

Russia’s invasion of Ukraine has devolved into the kind of war of attrition that has provoked international outrage toward Russia and spurred Western powers to increase military aid to Ukraine. The conflict has strained the arsenals of Moscow as well as the U.S. and its allies, but Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin’s team maintained that “we have a lot of capacity” to continue aiding Ukraine.

“When we put our mind to it, our $25 trillion economy, you don’t want to take us on,” said Defense Department assistant secretary Douglas R. Bush, the Pentagon’s lead acquisitions bureau official. “We are, for example, rapidly expanding that capacity to meet some of the replenishment needs for Ukraine — maybe not as fast as some people think is possible, but I can assure you, it’s happening quickly and American industry is showing what it can do. ‘Parents Need to Wake Up’: Advocates Sound Alarm About Satanist After-School Clubs Sprouting Across the Country

The Satanic Temple (TST) made headlines in 2022 for fighting for the right to create after-school clubs for students and has recently been launching new groups across the country, raising concerns for religious advocates about the potential impact Satanism may have on students’ perception of faith.

A TST “After-School Satan Club” was approved in December 2022 at a Virginia elementary school, provoking many parents, who were disturbed by the push to indoctrinate children into Satanism, to protest the club, according to RealClearEducation. TST has announced the formation of multiple new clubs in New York, Pennsylvania and Colorado in just the past month and religious advocates have taken note of the trend, telling the Daily Caller News Foundation that the normalization of Satanism could be detrimental to students later in life.

“A satanic club is the antithesis of religion,” Penny Nance, CEO and president of Concerned Women for America, the nation’s largest women’s public policy organization, told the DCNF. “Groups like this have free speech rights but Satanism is not a religion. The fact that there are more of these clubs popping up means kids are searching for something to believe in.”

“The decision to promote the Satanic Temple in schools is a concerning development in districts across the country,” Delano Squires, a research fellow at the Heritage Foundation’s Richard and Helen DeVos Center for Life, Religion, and Family. “This group has no more ‘right’ to students and schools as a Neo-Nazi club demanding representation. Schools should use wisdom and discernment with regard to decisions related to extracurricular activities.”

TST argued on its Twitter account that an upcoming vote at a Virginia school would determine whether its club should be on “equal footing” with other school groups, particularly religious clubs.
