FBI Has ‘Voluminous Evidence’ of Hunter Biden’s ‘Potential Criminal Conduct’: Whistleblowers; Leak: Hunter Biden Attained $40M Real Estate Deal With Russian Billionaire

By Washington Examiner. The FBI is in possession of “voluminous evidence” of “potential criminal conduct” by President Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden related to his overseas business dealings with China and Ukraine, according to new whistleblower disclosures.

Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA), who previously released whistleblower claims alleging that evidence on Hunter Biden’s criminality was wrongly labeled “disinformation” within the bureau, made the revelations in a Thursday letter obtained by the Washington Examiner. It was sent to Attorney General Merrick Garland, FBI Director Christopher Wray, and Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss — who is running the criminal investigation into Hunter Biden.

The whistleblower allegations relate to Hunter, as well as James Biden, the president’s brother, regarding the duo’s dealings with the Chinese government-linked energy conglomerate CEFC China Energy. They also relate to the younger Biden’s work for Ukrainian gas giant Burisma Holdings. Grassley said his staff “reviewed the unclassified records” supporting the whistleblower claims.

“Based on recent protected disclosures to my office, the FBI has within its possession significant, impactful, and voluminous evidence with respect to potential criminal conduct by Hunter Biden and James Biden,” Grassley said in the letter. Leak: Hunter Biden Attained $40M Real Estate Deal With Russian Billionaire While Joe Biden Was VP

By Breitbart. Hunter Biden reached a $40 million real estate deal in 2012 with Russian billionaire and wife of the former mayor of Moscow, Yelena Baturina, while President Joe Biden was vice president.

The massive deal is connected to a previously reported $3.5 million fee Baturina paid Hunter’s real estate entity to access the American business market, the Daily Mail reported Monday from documents obtained by an anti-corruption group, the Kazakhstani Initiative on Asset Recovery.

The $40 million real estate deal was structured as a part of a pooled real estate fund to be allocated into long-term investments Hunter identified as profitable in the United States. Such investment vehicles are common among sophisticated investors and experienced fund managers. Due to the complexity of a fund’s transactions, the entity is often subject to stringent disclosures with government oversight agencies.

Hunter’s overall acquisition plan included acquiring seven office buildings throughout Texas, Colorado, Alabama, New Mexico, and Oklahoma with $52 million in cash and $160 million in leverage, the Daily Mail reported. Hunter’s real estate fund, Rosemont Realty, had apparently raised a total of $69.7 million to invest into 2.15 million square feet of office space.

Hunter’s firm put $15 million of its own money inside the fund. It is unknown where Hunter’s business firm attained such a large sum to invest within the complex investment scheme. Killer Experiment: US Researchers Say They’ve Developed COVID Strain With 80% Kill Rate

Researchers at Boston University say they have developed a new COVID strain that has an 80% kill rate following a series of similar experiments first thought to have started the global pandemic that began in China.

The variant, a combination of Omicron and the original virus in Wuhan, killed 80% of the mice infected with it, the university said. When mice were only exposed to Omicron, they experienced mild symptoms.

The research was conducted by a team of scientists from Florida and Boston at the school’s National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories.

They extracted the spike protein from Omicron and attached it with the strain first detected at the onset of the pandemic that began in Wuhan, China. They then documented how the mice reacted to the hybrid strain.

“In…mice, while Omicron causes mild, non-fatal infection, the Omicron S-carrying virus inflicts severe disease with a mortality rate of 80 percent,” they wrote in a research paper. (Read more from “Killer Experiment: US Researchers Say They’ve Developed COVID Strain With 80% Kill Rate” HERE)

Twitter Erupts After Biden Says Gas in California Has ‘Always’ Been $7 a Gallon

Prominent Twitters users attempted to fact-check Joe Biden after the president told a reporter that gas has “always” been $7 a gallon in California.

“The inflation report is out. Have you seen gas prices around here in LA? It’s 7 bucks a gallon almost,” a reporter asked Biden as he paid for food at a Los Angeles-based taco shop.

“Well, that’s always been the case here,” Biden replied. “You know, it’s not — what — nationwide, [gas prices] came down about $1.35, and they’re still down over a dollar. But we’re going to work on, housing is the big, is the most important thing we have to do in terms of that.”

Social media users rushed to criticize Biden for his claim about gas prices in The Golden State, making note of his attempt to pivot the conversation towards housing.

“Bidenism at its finest in LA today. High gas prices is a housing problem?,” James Gallagher, the Republican minority leader in the California Assembly, tweeted.

WATCH: Actor Cites Democratic Interference as Reason for Leaving California

Rob Schneider shared his reaction to Tulsi Gabbard leaving the Democratic Party and compared it to his own ideology.

Schneider appeared for a television interview on Fox and Friends Wednesday. He said he wasn’t shocked to hear about Gabbard, and related to her journey leaving the party.

“I really feel like I don’t want the Democratic Party trying to run my life. And there’s not one aspect of your life that they don’t want to interfere with. I had it with them,” Schneider said. “So I got out of California and moved to the slightly freer state of Arizona.”

The actor went on to cite the regulations in San Francisco as one of the catalysts that changed his mind about his politics. Schneider said the city forced him to remove the flowerpots he had outside his home, claiming that they were toilets. Polls Show Republicans Have the Momentum Heading Into the 2022 Midterms

A slew of polling was released over the weekend showing Republicans hold the lead and momentum heading down to the wire, with three weeks left before the 2022 midterm election.

As the Republicans are trying to take back the House and Senate, the polling shows GOP-aligned candidates have had the upper hand in multiple polls when the respondents were asked who they would vote for in this year’s congressional elections.

The New York Times/Siena College poll was taken from October 9 to 12, showing the Republicans are favored by four points with likely voters:

Republican: 49 percent (+4)
Democrat: 45 percent
Don’t know/Refused: 6 percent

. . .

As a Republican candidate currently leads on the generic ballot, much is on the line for the party in both the House and the Senate in November. (Read more from “Polls Show Republicans Have the Momentum Heading Into the 2022 Midterms” HERE)

Here’s How Much of His Presidency Biden Has Spent on Vacation in Delaware

It’s no secret that President Joe Biden loves a vacation, and seems to prefer being anywhere but the White House even during national and international crises. Biden’s previous jaunts out of town saw him remain away from the Oval Office during much of the chaos that developed amid his disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan — often returning to the West Wing just long enough to deliver a speech before getting back on Marine One to leave home again. More recently, Biden’s vacation to South Carolina while Americans struggle under 40-year-high inflation and a three percent-plus cut in real wages put an exclamation point on how little he apparently cares to project the image of a steady leader at the helm or empathize with Americans. No matter how it looks, Biden just can’t seem to quit his frequent, often weekly, trips out of town. . .

According to fresh reporting from — of all places — CNN, President Biden has been away from the White House at one of his two Delaware properties for more than 25 percent of his less than two years in office:

Some 21 months into his term, Biden has made 55 visits to Delaware, totaling some or all of 174 days as of Sunday, according to a CNN analysis of presidential schedules and a tally kept by Mark Knoller, the longtime unofficial statistician of the White House press corps. In addition, Biden has made 19 visits, or all or part of 64 days, to the Camp David presidential retreat in rural Maryland.

DOJ Wants Steve Bannon Locked Up for 6 Months and Fined $200,000

Steve Bannon, former Trump adviser and host of the “War Room” podcast, was found guilty of two charges of contempt of Congress by a federal jury on July 22. He reportedly refused to comply with a subpoena issued by the Jan. 6 select committee investigating the 2021 Capitol protests. On Monday, the Department of Justice recommended that Bannon be sentenced to prison for six months and hit with a $200,000 fine.

The DOJ’s sentencing memorandum, filed on October 17, accused Bannon of pursuing “a bad-faith strategy of defiance and contempt,” claiming he “flouted the [Jan. 6] Committee’s authority and ignored the subpoena’s demands.”

“For his sustained, bad-faith contempt of Congress, the Defendant should be sentenced to six months’ imprisonment—the top end of the Sentencing Guidelines’ range—and fined $200,000—based on his insistence on paying the maximum fine rather than cooperate with the Probation Office’s routine pre-sentencing financial investigation,” read the recommendation.

The DOJ also accused Bannon of employing “hyperbolic and sometimes violent rhetoric to disparage the Committee’s investigation, personally attack the Committee’s members, and ridicule the criminal justice system,” characterizing the 68-year-old’s criticisms of the committee as “attacks.”

Among Bannon’s comments cited as so-called attacks was the statement: “This is going to be the misdemeanor from hell for Merrick Garland, Nancy Pelosi, and Joe Biden. Joe Biden ordered Merrick Garland to prosecute me from the White House lawn when he got off of Marine One.” (Read more from “DOJ Wants Steve Bannon Locked Up for 6 Months and Fined $200,000” HERE)

Democratic State Lawmakers Rewrite Gun Carry Laws to Require Insurance, Non-Family References to Carry a Gun

New legislation rolled out by New Jersey lawmakers on Thursday could require insurance to carry a firearm in the state. The new requirements also restrict where permit holders are allowed to carry guns.

In June, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that citizens have a right to carry firearms in public for self-defense. Following the decision, Democrat lawmakers in New Jersey were quick to ratchet up state restrictions.

“The decision by the U.S. Supreme Court earlier this year stripped away the right for states to regulate who is able to carry concealed weapons in public,” said Senate President Nicholas Scutari (D). “This bill, ensuring gun owners prove a legitimate reason for carrying concealed handguns in public, is a promising step in the right direction.”

Democratic Assembly Speaker Craig Coughlin and Senate President Nicholas Scutari reported that the new legislation unveiled on Thursday will prevent permit holders from carrying a firearm in schools, government buildings, polling places, bars, restaurants, theaters, sporting arenas, parks, airports, casinos, and childcare facilities.

Those applying for a concealed carry permit would be required to have accidental discharge insurance. According to Scutari, marketplaces already offer similar insurance plans. Director Christopher Wray’s Use of FBI Jet Amounts to ‘Embezzlement,’ Current and Ex-Agents Allege

Former and current FBI agents are fuming about Director Christopher Wray’s use of the FBI’s private jet, which originally was intended by Congress only to be used for counterterrorism purposes.

A lot of other Americans would like to know why Wray cut short a Senate oversight hearing on Aug. 4 to fly in the FBI jet to his family holiday destination in the Adirondacks, after telling Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) that he had “business” to attend to.

Republican members of Congress sent a formal letter to Wray on Aug. 15 asking whether the flight was in “compliance with the applicable federal regulations and requirements” and whether he is “properly reimbursing federal taxpayers for your personal travel aboard government aircraft.”

The FBI’s Gulfstream G550 doesn’t appear to have visited Saranac Lake again since The Post first reported on that trip, and two other flights on June 2 and June 5, 2022.

But the jet has been flying back and forth an awful lot to Atlanta, where Wray has a house in the exclusive Buckhead district. (Read more from “Director Christopher Wray’s Use of FBI Jet Amounts to ‘Embezzlement,’ Current and Ex-agents Allege” HERE)

Prospective Juror Sent to Jail Without Bond for Refusing to Wear Mask in Courtroom

A prospective juror had to spend 24 hours in jail for refusing to wear a mask in a North Carolina courtroom on Oct. 10.

Gregory Hahn, 47, of Harnett County was found in contempt of court and booked without bond by the North Carolina Superior Court judge, Charles Gilchrist, for his refusal to follow the judge’s mask order, according to the WRAL NProspective Juror Sent to Jail Without Bond for Refusing to Wear Mask in Courtroom” ews.

Hahn, a single father, later appeared on “Tucker Carlson Tonight” on Friday and said it had been the worst 24 hours of his life and he was refused a phone call to check on his minor child who was at home.

“I never thought I would show up to jury duty and end up behind bars. So it happened,” Hahn told Carlson. “We were in [an assembly room] for about 20 to 30 minutes, shoulder-to-shoulder, with three-quarters of us not wearing masks.”

“So the virus–if there was virus out there–contaminated us anyway. So I was called when they called roll call, I made eye contact with the clerk, and she said, ‘I need you to come over here for not wearing the mask.’” (Read more from “Prospective Juror Sent to Jail Without Bond for Refusing to Wear Mask in Courtroom” HERE)
