Trump Vows to Give Full Pardon and Apology to the Hundreds Convicted in J6 Protests

Former President Trump promises to protect those convicted in connection to the January 6 protests at the Capitol.

During an interview, Trump vowed to pardon and apologize to the hundreds of people who are currently under investigation if he is elected to a second presidential term in 2024.

“I will tell you, I will look very, very favorably about full pardons. If I decide to run and if I win, I will be looking very, very strongly about pardons. Full pardons… I mean full pardons with an apology to many,” Trump said, adding, “I am financially supporting people that are incredible and they were in my office actually two days ago, so they’re very much in my mind.”

The former president called it a “disgrace” what the government is putting nearly 800 people through.

“And mostly, it’s… they’re firemen, they’re policemen, they’re people in the military,” Trump continued to say. (Read more from “Trump Vows to Give Full Pardon and Apology to the Hundreds Convicted in J6 Protests” HERE)

U.S. Life Expectancy Falls for Second Straight Year

The average life expectancy of people in the United States dropped for a second consecutive year in 2021, with the decline to 76 years and one month representing a fall of almost a full year from 2020, according to a government report released on Wednesday.

Among racial groups in the US, Asians had the highest life expectancy at 83 years and six months.

In the first two years of the COVID-19 pandemic, the estimated US life span was shortened by nearly three years. The last comparable decrease happened in the early 1940s, during World War II.

Centers for Disease Control and Prevention officials blamed the coronavirus for about half the decline in life expectancy in 2021, a year when vaccinations became widely available but new virus variants caused waves of hospitalizations and deaths.

Other contributors to the decline are long-standing maladies: drug overdoses, heart disease, suicide and chronic liver disease. (Read more from “U.S. Life Expectancy Falls for Second Straight Year” HERE)

California District Curriculum Claims There’s 10 Sexual Orientations, Including Skoliosexual and Gynesexual

A California district called Newport-Mesa’s health education textbooks claimed there are over 10 sexual orientations and eight genders, Fox News Digital has learned.

A textbook ordered by the Newport-Mesa district called “Comprehensive Health Skills for High School” claims that there are eight different gender identities, including androgynous, bygender, gender-nonconforming, gender questioning and nonbinary.

The Newport-Mesa school district’s curriculum also said that there were 10 different sexual orientations including androsexual, polysexual, skoliosexual, demisexual and gynesexual.

“They are sexualizing our kids and normalizing sexual behavior [at a young age],” a mom in the district, Alicia Beget, told Fox News Digital.

“We are placing them in a situation where they think that this is safe, that this is healthy, this is how we show love. And so they are being exploited by very evil people,” Beget said. Steve Bannon’s Request for New Trial After Conviction Rejected by Judge

A federal judge on Friday denied a request by Steve Bannon for a new trial, more than a month after jurors convicted him of contempt of Congress after he ignored a subpoena from the House Jan. 6 committee.

Bannon argued for a new trial based on perceived flawed instructions to the jury and that he was blocked from having lawmakers, including members of the House select committee, testify at his trial, among other issues.

“Defendant’s arguments are foreclosed by binding precedent from the Court of Appeals, which this Court cannot, of course, ignore,” wrote U.S. District Judge Carl Nichols. “Defendant’s arguments on this score do not warrant a new trial.”

“Defendant has not shown that the testimony from any member of the House of Representatives that he sought would be material,” Nichols wrote. (Read more from “Steve Bannon’s Request for New Trial After Conviction Rejected by Judge” HERE)

Detailed Inventory of Trump Mar-a-Lago FBI Raid Released

A government inventory of items seized at Mar-a-Lago included a number of classified documents — and dozens of folders marked “classified” that were empty.

The rundown of documents federal agents took, revealed by US District Judge Aileen Cannon, also indicates that agents who took part in the Aug. 8 raid on the 45th president’s home even took such innocuous items as the former president’s clothing, as well as magazine and newspaper clippings he kept.

In all, the property list indicated that 11,179 government documents and photographs seized by the FBI bore no classification markings at all.

By contrast, 54 documents removed from the Palm Beach, Fla., resort were marked “SECRET,” 31 were labeled “CONFIDENTIAL” and another 18 were called “TOP SECRET.”

Agents also took 48 empty folders labeled with “CLASSIFIED” banners while another 42 empty folders were labeled “Return to Staff Secretary/Military Aide.” It is not clear from the inventory list why the folders were empty. IRS ‘Accidentally’ Leaks 120,000 Taxpayers’ Info

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) posted the confidential information of approximately 120,000 taxpayers before an error on its website was taken down Friday, The Wall Street Journal reported, citing officials within the IRS.

In a Friday letter to Congress, the IRS and Treasury Department blamed a human coding error from 2021, the first year that the Form 990-T was able to be filed electronically, the WSJ reported. The error resulted in nonpublic data being made available for download to users of the IRS website, and was not discovered until “recent weeks,” according to the WSJ.

“Form 990-T is the business tax return used by tax-exempt entities, including tax-exempt organizations, government entities and retirement accounts, to report and pay income tax on income that is generated from certain investments or income unrelated to their exempt purpose,” the IRS told the Daily Caller News Foundation in a statement. “The IRS is required to publicly disclose this information for 501(c)(3) organizations; however, similar information was inadvertently published for a subset of non-501(c)(3)s, which are not subject to public disclosure.”

The leaked data included names, contact and financial information for the IRA accounts associated with the Form 990-T, the WSJ reported. The information did not include “Social Security numbers, detailed account-holder information or individual income tax returns,” but did include individual names and business contact information, the IRS told the DCNF. DOJ’s ‘Classified Documents’ Narrative Feels Like a Get-Trump Trick We’ve Seen Before

Since news first broke of the FBI’s raid on Mar-a-Lago, the Department of Justice has primed Americans to believe that former President Donald Trump hid classified documents at his Florida home in defiance of a grand jury subpoena. But even with leaks pushing claims that the documents seized included potential nuclear secrets, the public remains equally split on whether the Biden administration abused its power in targeting Trump.

With criticism of the raid remaining high nearly a month after the FBI executed the search at the former president’s home, the DOJ on Tuesday escalated its public-relations pitch by releasing several documents that seemingly establish that Trump failed to comply with the subpoena and that his representative lied to the government about the documents retained at Mar-a-Lago. While nothing is impossible, this narrative seems extremely unlikely.

To convince the country of the righteousness of its raid, the DOJ filed three seemingly damning exhibits in the separate lawsuit Trump had filed against the United States seeking the appointment of a special master to oversee the government’s handling of the seized documents. Specifically, the DOJ filed a copy of the subpoena issued to the “Custodian of Records” of “The Office of Donald J. Trump” that directed the custodian to provide “any and all documents or writings in the custody or control of Donald J. Trump and/or the Office of Donald J. Trump bearing classification markings.”

The DOJ attached as another exhibit the “Certification” of the “Custodian of Records,” which noted, “based on the information that has been provided to” the custodian, she was authorized to certify that “a diligent search was conducted of the boxes that were moved from the White House to Florida” and that “the search was conducted after receipt of the subpoena in order to locate any and all documents responsive to the subpoena.” The certification then noted that “any and all responsive documents accompany this certification.” A third exhibit filed by the DOJ depicted several sets of documents with various cover sheets showing their classification marking, such as “Top Secret.” (Read more from “DOJ’s ‘Classified Documents’ Narrative Feels Like a Get-Trump Trick We’ve Seen Before” HERE)

Biden Tries to Walk Back Speech From Hell: ’I Don’t Consider Any Trump Supporter to Be a Threat’ — After Calling Trump Supporters a Threat

President Joe Biden tried Friday to walk back his dark political speech from the night before after receiving considerable backlash for trying to portray supporters of former President Donald Trump as radical extremists who threatened the United States.

“I don’t consider any Trump supporter to be a threat to the country,” Biden replied when asked by reporters at the White House about why he decided to say that Trump and his supporters were a threat to democracy.

The president tried to narrow his definition of exactly who he was talking about when he said “Donald Trump and MAGA Republicans are a threat to the very soul of this country” in his speech Thursday night at Independence Hall in Pennsylvania.

“I do think anyone who calls for the use of violence and fails to condemn violence when it’s used, refuse to acknowledge an election has been won, insists upon changing the way in which the rule – you count votes,” he said. “That is a threat to democracy. Democracy. And everything we stand for.”

Biden tried to walk back his darker assertions, noting that all Trump supporters did not support everything he did. (Read more from “Biden Tries to Walk Back Speech From Hell: ’I Don’t Consider Any Trump Supporter to Be a Threat’ — After Calling Trump Supporters a Threat” HERE)

Trump Blasts Barr After Former AG Dismisses Mar-a-Lago Declassification Claims

Former President Donald Trump was quick to respond to his onetime attorney general William Barr on Friday after the latter said there was likely no legitimate reason for his former boss to have documents stashed at Mar-a-Lago.

In an interview with Fox News, Barr said that regardless of whether Trump declassified the documents, they still belonged to the government, meaning he should not have had them after he left office. . .

The comments provoked a stinging rebuke from Trump via his Truth Social account.

“Former A.G. Bill Barr was fired long before I left the White House on January 20th,” he wrote. “He acted very slowly on the ‘No Collusion’ Mueller Report in that the FBI and ‘Justice’ had the ‘Laptop from Hell’ in their possession, which totally exonerated me long before Mueller’s decision came out, years later – A waste of time & money. The Laptop information should have been released BEFORE the Rigged Election, not after it, for the VOTERS TO SEE. He was petrified of the lunatic Dems & of being Impeached!” (Read more from “Trump Blasts Barr After Former AG Dismisses Mar-a-Lago Declassification Claims” HERE)

Ukraine, COVID, and Monkeypox: Biden Asks Congress for Another $47 Billion to Address ‘Critical Needs for the American People’

The White House asked Congress for another $47 billion Friday to address what it considers “immediate needs,” including the spread of monkeypox at home and abroad, the never-ending fight against COVID, and the defense of Ukraine.

President Joe Biden’s request to Congress is aimed at keeping the government open beyond the September 30 expiration of the 2022 fiscal year, according to administration officials, Politico reported. The requested $47 billion includes $6.5 billion to address the recent flooding in Kentucky and wildfires in California, but that’s just a little over half of the $11.7 billion Biden wants to send to Ukraine.

“This Administration will continue to work with members of both parties in Congress to meet these critical needs for the American people, and we look forward to reaching a bipartisan funding agreement that advances national priorities in the coming fiscal year,” Shalanda Young, the director of the Office of Management and Budget wrote Friday.

While the administration carved out some funding to address natural disasters at home, there was no mention of Biden wanting Congress to send money to address the water crisis in Jackson, Mississippi, that has now dragged on for five days. Instead, the president set his short-term priorities on throwing more money toward combatting the already slowing spread of viruses and aiding the war defense of a foreign nation.
