Asking for Violence? WH Says Biden Wants Protesters to Continue Targeting Justices’ Homes (VIDEO)

White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki was asked again on Tuesday about protests targeting the homes of Supreme Court Justices, and she again doubled down on supporting the attempted intimidation of Justices saying that it’s President Biden’s position to “certainly continue to encourage” the protests “outside of judges’ homes” that “have been peaceful to date.”

Watch:

The statement from Psaki regarding President Biden’s position on the protests contradicts her earlier statement in a gaggle last week that Biden didn’t have a “particular view” on the protests targeting Justices with the intention of swaying their decision on an unreleased opinion. Psaki Tells Americans That if You Don’t Support Roe v. Wade, You’re ‘Ultra MAGA’ (VIDEO)

White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki said opposing the Supreme Court precedent set in Roe v. Wade was an example of an “ultra MAGA” position in a Tuesday press conference.

Psaki said President Joe Biden used the phrase “ultra MAGA” to refer to Republicans with extreme or unpopular positions who, in his view, played too large of a role in the GOP. She added that people who support Republican Florida Sen. Rick Scott’s plan to have all Americans pay income taxes and “sunset” Medicare and Social Security are also “ultra MAGA.”

“Given two-third of the American people, according to a Fox News poll, believe that Roe v. Wade should be protected, if you’re on the other side of that you’re supporting an ultra MAGA position in the president’s view,” Psaki said.

The Fox News poll Psaki was referring to found that, while more than 60% of voters said they supported upholding Roe, about half of respondents supported abortion restrictions which Roe explicitly forbids. It found 54% of voters supported state laws banning abortion at 15 weeks, such as the Mississippi law at the center of the current Supreme Court Case, and 50% of voters supported an even stricter 6-week abortion limit.

“I will tell you it’s the president’s phrase,” Psaki said, referring to “ultra MAGA.” (Read more from “Psaki Tells Americans That if You Don’t Support Roe v. Wade, You’re ‘Ultra MAGA’” HERE)

WATCH: Pro-Abortion Extremists Continue to Disrupt Church Services

By Townhall. In light of the leaked Roe v. Wade decision draft, pro-abortion activists threatened to interrupt Catholic masses on Mother’s Day across the nation.

In an attempt to intimidate and threaten people of faith, pro-abortion protestors utilized social media to organize interruptions to spread their anti-life message. In the past, these extremists have already ruined services in places such as New York City and Virginia.

A feminist group called “Ruth Sent Us” shared a video to Twitter encouraging protesters to chant in their local church on Sunday.

. . .Sacred Heart of Mary church in Boulder, Colorado was also defaced with a pro-abortion message.

Protesters Have Shown up Outside Homes of Supreme Court Justices

By Townhall. On Saturday, footage was released of pro-abortion activists protesting outside the homes of U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Brett Kavanaugh. Such protests fulfill a promise from earlier in the week, after the draft opinion from Justice Samuel Alito overturning Roe v. Wade was leaked.

Douglas Blair of The Daily Signal tweeted throughout the day tweeted photos and video clips of such protesters, noting shortly before 8:30pm that many protesters ultimately left after the police showed up. At one point though, he had tweeted that protesters were arguing with police, who said arrests might start happening.

At 8:20pm, Blair had also tweeted footage of protesters at Justice Kavanaugh’s house, noting an “energy” that was “negative” and “anger.”

Pelosi Rages: Slapped Women in the Face! (VIDEO)

[Nancy] Pelosi said, “I do think that it puts an urgency on what’s happening in the election. Two more- one or two more senators could sweep back the filibuster rule for this purpose, and then women would have a right to choose. This is about something so serious and so personal and so disrespectful of women. Here we are on Mother’s Day, a week where the court has slapped women in the face in terms of disrespect for their judgments about the size and timing of their families. So, the fact is, let’s keep our eye on the ball. The ball is in the court of those justices. One of them at least said over and over again that precedent had been established again and again on Roe v. Wade and that- so this decision is about being anti-precedent and anti-privacy and has serious ramifications as we go- as we go down this path and has to be softened. And I don’t think there’s a good outcome, but there’s a better outcome as far as this is concerned.”

Another Democrat Is Joining in to Fear-Monger With Claims Interracial Marriage Is on the Chopping Block (VIDEO)

It was bad enough that Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) not only outrageously tweeted that interracial marriage will be next on the chopping block if the U.S. Supreme Court does indeed overturn Roe v. Wade, but has continued to double down on it. The congressman, from his official account, even cursed when telling people off who dared to laugh at his buffoonery. Then came another fear-mongering call to hysteria, this time from Sen. Tammy Duckworth (D-IL).

The senator tweeted a clip of what was her Wednesday night appearance on MSNBC’s “The ReidOut,” so right away you know it was bound to be insane.

“This isn`t just about access to abortion. I mean, that, in itself, is more than enough to mount the campaign to codify Roe into law,” Duckworth, who became emotional during the segment, told host Joy Reid, as she shared her experience with invitro fertilization (IVF) and claimed with certainty but without evidence that it too would be banned.

The fear-mongering only continued from there. “Wait until people find out that some of these enumerated rights that are not deeply embedded with the Constitution, like the right to contraception, the right to not send your kids to public schools, all of these rights could be taken away. If abortion rights does not get you angry, then I sure as heck believe that people are going to be angry when they realize how many things could be taken away, interracial marriage, interracial marriage, gay marriage,” Duckworth went on to warn. Biden Admin Continues Strategy of Not Calling the Border Crisis a ‘Crisis’ (VIDEO)

Blas Nunez Neto, the Department of Homeland Security’s acting assistant secretary for Border and Immigration Policy, refused to call the ongoing crisis at the U.S.-Mexico border a “crisis” when repeatedly pressed by Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) on Thursday.

DHS officials, including Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, have been grilled by Republican lawmakers as the leadership within DHS continues to deny responsibility for the historic increase in illegal border crossings and drugs being smuggled into the United States.

“By the way What would you call what’s happening at the border? Is it a crisis?” Hawley asked.

“I believe we’re facing significant challenges at the border, sir,” Neto replied.

“Challenges. Is it a problem?” Hawley followed up.

“I think there are parts of the border where we have seen particularly problematic flows,” said Neto.

Biden Makes the Case…Against Abortion (VIDEO)

After giving remarks about the economy and deficit spending at the White House Wednesday morning, President Joe Biden was asked about his plans to protect abortion if the Supreme Court strikes down Roe v. Wade.

During his response, Biden argued rights don’t come from the government, but instead from God. He also made the case that he is a child of God (like every human being), inadvertently making a pro-life argument at odds with the Democratic Party.

As Spencer writes, Biden voted with Republicans in 1983 to return the issue of abortion to the states. (Read more from “Biden Makes the Case…Against Abortion” HERE)

‘It Was a Trans Man’: Dave Chappelle Jokes About Being Assaulted During Stand-up Routine Last Night

Comedian Dave Chappelle had a scary experience last night. Luckily, the comedian wasn’t seriously hurt. Someone rushed on stage as he was performing his stand-up routine at the Hollywood Bowl last night. Security guards quickly dispatched the attacker. Chappelle was left unscathed. The attacker, Isiah Lee, 23, reportedly has superficial injuries before being detained. He’s been charged with assault with a deadly weapon. Never changing his tune, Chappelle joked about the incident saying that he was assaulted by a trans man during his set (via NBC News):

Brianna Sacks, a BuzzFeed News reporter who attended the show and witnessed the altercation, told NBC News she was left stunned after the suspect “charged and tackled Chappelle.”

She said both uniformed security workers and people in plainclothes appeared to rush to Chappelle’s aid and had started “kicking and punching” the suspect in an assault that went on for several minutes.

She said Chappelle later continued the show, joking about the altercation. “It was a trans man,” he remarked, according to The Hollywood Reporter. (The gender identity of the attacker was not immediately known.)

WATCH: White House Won’t Say Whether Biden Would Accept Roe Decision as ‘Legitimate’

White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki avoided answering a direct question about the leaked early opinion draft that indicated the Supreme Court might be poised to overturn the landmark abortion case Roe v. Wade.

Even when asked specifically — twice — whether President Joe Biden would accept a decision overturning Roe as “legitimate,” Psaki redirected the conversation and did not provide an answer.

“If the Supreme Court does move to strike down Roe, should Americans be prepared to just accept that decision as legitimate and would President Biden accept that decision as legitimate?” one reporter asked.

“Well, I can’t speak for what actions could be possible on the legal front, I would point you to the Department of Justice on that,” Psaki began. “What I can tell you will happen is — and this is what we are preparing for the possibility of — that if Roe were to fall, abortion would probably be illegal in about half the states in the country, up to 26 states.” (Read more from “Jen Psaki Won’t Say Whether Biden Would Accept Roe Decision as ‘Legitimate’” HERE)

Prosecutor Will Keep Prosecuting Christian Politician for Quoting the Bible

Finland’s top prosecutor announced Friday she will appeal a unanimous court decision rejecting her allegations of “hate speech” against a Christian politician for quoting the Bible on Twitter. This means Member of Parliament Paivi Rasanen, who has already spent three years being investigated, interrogated, and prosecuted by her government, must now keep fighting in court so that Christianity stays legal in Finland, and possibly all of Europe.

“The prosecutor’s decision to appeal the acquittal verdict may lead to the case going all the way to the Supreme Court, giving the possibility of securing precedent protecting freedom of speech and religion for all Finnish people. Also I am happy that this decision will lead to the discussion of the teaching in Bible continuing in Finnish society. I am ready to defend freedom of speech and religion in all necessary courts, and as far as the European Court of Human rights,” Rasanen wrote in a Friday statement in English, a second language.

Before the Finnish court that ultimately ruled in her favor on March 30, Rasanen’s lawyers argued that applying Finland’s identity privilege laws as the prosecutor general wished would effectively outlaw Christianity in Finland. The prosecutor argued Rasanen broke Finland’s hate speech law on three counts: by tweeting a picture of Bible verses during a public debate about whether Finland’s state church should support a homosexual event; by expressing Christian theology during a radio debate; and by writing a booklet called “Male and Female He Created Them” about Christianity’s teachings that God makes men and women different and those biological differences matter.

The Lutheran bishop who published Rasanen’s booklet is also being prosecuted.
