Washington state Democrats are seeking to pull back penalties for drive-by shootings in the state in the name of “promoting racial equity in the criminal legal system.”

Washington state Reps. Tarra Simmons and David Hackney introduced H.B. 1692 this month in an effort to keep charges related to drive-by shootings from escalating to an aggravated first-degree murder charge. The lawmakers, according to Fox News, are seeking to remove a 1995 provision that classifies murders “committed during the course of or as a result of a shooting where the discharge of the firearm … is either from a motor vehicle or from the immediate area of a motor vehicle that was used to transport the shooter or the firearm” as aggravated.

Simmons told Fox she believes “it’s clear that [the original law] was targeted at gangs that were predominantly young and Black” even though historical reports suggest that at the time of the law, “the state was experiencing a surge in gang-related crime.”

“Murder is murder no matter where the bullet comes from but locking young people up and throwing away the key is not the answer,” Simmons said, suggesting that the original provision is an example of “systemic racism.” (Read more from “Democrats Want to Pull Back Penalties for Drive-by Shootings” HERE)

Rand Paul: Fauci’s Shot Bias Is Costing Thousands of Lives (VIDEO)

U.S. Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., who often has clashed with Anthony Fauci, Joe Biden’s adviser on COVID-19 and in fact sent a criminal referral to the Department of Justice accusing him of lying to Congress, now is openly blaming the federal official for “thousands” of deaths from COVID-19.

It’s because of Fauci’s “bias” regarding vaccinations. . .

“I think Fauci is of the philosophy that vaccines are incredibly successful and are the way to go versus therapeutics, for example. So with regard to AIDS, he was involved as the AIDS epidemic came up, he wanted to develop a vaccine,” the senator said.

“There’s nothing wrong with that. He wanted to develop a vaccine. Vaccines can be great for polio or smallpox are wonderful. It didn’t actually work for AIDS.”

Marines have claimed in a new report that they are being “crushed” by the Defense Department’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate, with the military branch declining to approve a single religious exemption application. . .

One lieutenant colonel told the outlet the Pentagon was looking to discharge members “as fast as they can and as brutally as they can, damaging every Marine as much as they can on the way out.”

The officer claimed they were warned by a colonel: “Tread very carefully, this is political, you will be crushed like an ant.” . . .

A major with over 17 years of active service in the Marines called the vaccine mandate “an unconstitutional edict” that is “targeted as a political purge.”

Preparations are underway for an anti-vaccine-mandate protest at the National Mall in Washington, but citizens across Europe and Down Under have been holding mass demonstrations for some time now, including over the holiday weekend.

The march in Washington on Jan. 23 will begin at 11:30 a.m. at the Washington Monument and conclude at the steps of the Lincoln Memorial, about one mile away. Called Defeat the Mandate DC, it’s organized by The Unity Project, Children’s Health Defense and the International Alliance of Physicians and Medical Scientists.

“The mandates are un-American. Stop the mass firings. Stop segregating by vaccination status. Stop calling Americans ‘unpatriotic’ for making a personal medical choice,” the organizers declare on their website.

In New York City on Monday, protesters against vaccine mandates crossed the Brooklyn Bridge chanting “We the people will not comply.”

The former Playboy model, Raiders cheerleader, and Baywatch actress who was detained after assaulting a maskless fellow passenger during a Delta Air Lines flight was blasted online for her now-viral outburst, with many highlighting her past and blaming current “COVID lunacy” attitudes for contributing to such behavior.

After Patricia Cornwall, who also goes by Patty Breton, appeared in a viral video clip on Saturday in a spat with an elderly man, apparently over masking, she faced heavy criticism online over her conduct.

The 51-year-old ex-Playboy model, who later worked as a realtor, is now facing federal assault charges after allegedly striking an 80-year-old man while on a flight from Tampa to Atlanta last week. . .

Faced with an astronomical repair bill, the owner of a 2013 Tesla Model S recently decided that he’d rather strap 66 pounds of dynamite to the vehicle and record it exploding into thousands of pieces than pay the cost to fix it. . .

Tuomas Katainen said his modified electric vehicle only worked as advertised for the first 900 miles he drove it. Then it started leaking water and producing troublesome error codes, Business Insider reported.

The Finnish native decided to have the car towed to a nearby Tesla dealership for inspection and see what could be done. A month later, the dealership informed him that the only solution would be to completely replace the entire battery cell. The job would cost him $22,000.

On top of that, Telsa would need to authorize the repair and no warranty would be offered, Katainen said.

A crazed woman was arrested by the FBI after she went on an expletive-laced tirade and slapped a fellow passenger aboard a Delta flight from Tampa to Atlanta.

The unhinged woman — identified as Patricia Cornwall — was arrested by the feds after the wild incident aboard Flight 2790 on Thursday, Atlanta police said in a statement. . .

A video tweeted by ATL Uncensored shows the woman standing in the aisle cursing at a male passenger as they exchange heated words.

“Put your f— mask on!” she yells, as her own mask sits below her chin. . .

CNN Admits: ‘President Biden Seems Confused’ (VIDEO)

Even a CNN reporter is admitting that President Joe Biden “seems confused.”

Biden gave an interview to ABC’s “World News Tonight” anchor David Muir last week. During the interview, Muir asked the 79-year-old Biden, “If you look out across the country, you see it everywhere, these long lines, people waiting for hours outside in the cold, just to get tested, to be reassured before they spend time with their family. If you go to the pharmacy, we hear this over and over again, empty shelves, no test kits. Is that a failure?”

“I don’t think it’s a failure,” Biden responded. “I think it’s – you could argue that we should have known a year ago, six months ago, two months ago, a month ago.” . . .

CNN correspondent Jeff Zeleny highlighted the gaffe during an appearance on the “Situation Room” TV program.

“Repeatedly throughout this interview with David Muir, which was recorded this afternoon, President Biden seems confused and was confusing the half a billion tests that they’ve ordered with a half a billion pills,” Zeleny stated. “And, of course, pills were in the news today with the Pfizer approval of the antiviral, so he corrected himself, but that was one thing that stuck out to me.
