The rally and march, hosted by the group All Power To The People, started at Southeast Portland’s Revolution Hall.

By Washington Examiner. Protesters on Tuesday surrounded Washington, D.C., police after they arrested a masked man behind the White House.
Police chased the man down the street before stopping him at an intersection. Protesters followed and confronted the officers who held the man down. Soon, a mob formed and police protected themselves with a ring of bicycles. Protesters began chanting at them as police attempted to push them backward.
As more protesters and onlookers rushed around the police, a helicopter circling overhead stopped and shined its light on the scene.

By Fox News. A collection of groups led by Black Lives Matter and Shutdown DC reportedly has been holding training sessions for demonstrators to protest on Election Day — and apparently, they’re planning a large-scale event across the street from the White House expected to draw thousands.
Several leaked documents and Zoom call recordings described a loose but coordinated network of activists seeking to mobilize around the country, especially if Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden loses or if President Trump contests the election results. The materials purportedly showed plans to shut down federal buildings, including the White House, and to meet members of Congress at public transportation portals when they’re scheduled to reconvene in Washington after the election.

The Biden campaign on Friday decided to cancel a bus tour in Texas after a long line of Trump supporters with decked out cars and trucks coordinated to follow the bus. The tour bus made a brief appearance in Downtown Austin before the lid was called. Apparently this would take away from vice presidential candidate Kamala Harris’ stump in the Lone Star State.
Numerous people associated with the Biden campaign claimed Trump supporters attempted to run the bus off the side of the road. Pictures of a white SUV that was with the bus floated on Twitter throughout the weekend with Democratic talking heads claiming a Trump supporter in a black truck attempted to run the Biden bus – and the white SUV that was serving as an escort – off the road.

A pollster who correctly predicted Donald Trump’s victory in 2016, says 20-25% of blacks in battleground states will vote for the president, which is enough to “tip the scales” in his favor.
“It’s a significant move in this vote,” said Robert Cahaly in an interview Monday with Fox Business host Maria Baritromo. “And everytime a black leader comes forward and says they’re with Trump, it makes people actually less shy about declaring they’re for Trump.”
He was referring to the “shy” Trump voters who keep their choice quiet to avoid backlash from their peers or community.
Cahaly, who specializes in trying to measure the shy vote, said many independents haven’t voted yet, and are “still weighing the candidates.”
He noted that most polls show the economy is the No. 1 issue, and working class, hourly-wage workers and college students who don’t want another shutdown are moving late in the campaign to Trump.

On Friday, the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services announced an order requiring many businesses, such as restaurants, barber shops, tattoo parlors, entertainment establishments and recreational facilities to record names, visit times and contact information of all customers to their businesses, in order to assist the state in contact tracing for the coronavirus. Should a business not comply with this order, it could face a fine of up to $200 and a misdemeanor charge that could lead to a prison sentence for up to six months.
According to the Federalist, the order, which starts today, also scales back the maximum allowance at gatherings from 500 people to 50, discourages shouting, and extends the use of masks for daycares, schools and “similar indoor settings.”
Throughout the eight-month long saga of coronavirus, it has become obvious that many governors, including Whitmer, have been using the pandemic as an excuse to keep control over their citizens.

By The Federalist. Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey lied to Congress on Tuesday during a Senate hearing focused on Big Tech’s content moderation policies when he claimed that his social media company has never censored President Donald Trump.
“Just to be clear, we have not censored the president,” Dorsey said in response to Sen. Marsha Blackburn of Tennessee. “We have not taken the tweets down that you’re referencing. We have added context with a label and we do the same for leaders around the world.”
Blackburn said Twitter has censored Trump and his campaign’s tweets and accounts at least 65 times, and but never once censored Democratic Presidential Nominee Joe Biden. Dorsey maintained the company did nothing wrong by labeling the president’s tweets and adding more “context” to his statements. . .
Earlier in the year, Twitter removed access to an obviously fake “racist baby” video posted by the president after creating a platform-sponsored fact-check in the trending topics section of the website.

Facebook, Twitter CEOs Struggle To Name a Single Liberal Who Has Been Censored on Their Platforms
By Fox News. Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey struggled to name a single liberal person or entity who has been censored by their social media platforms on Wednesday during the Senate hearing on Big tech.
Twitter and Facebook have both been accused of bias against conservatives, so Sen. Mike Lee, R-Utah, asked Zuckerberg and Dorsey to name “one high-profile person or entity from a liberal ideology” who has been censored or had actions taken against them.
“I can get you a list of some more of this but there are certainly many examples that your Democratic colleagues object to when… a fact-checker might label something as false if they disagree with it, or, um,” Zuckerberg said before he was cut off.
“I get that, I just want to be clear, I’m just asking you if you could name for me, one high-profile liberal person or company who you have censored,” Lee said. “I just want one name, one person or one entity.”

By The Hill. Sen. Ted Cruz during a hearing on Wednesday accused Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey of censoring content with an anti-conservative bias, with the Texas Republican focusing his argument around a policy the tech company has since changed.
Cruz slammed Dorsey during the Senate Commerce Committee hearing over the company’s decision earlier this month to limit the spread of a New York Post report that included allegations about Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden that have been disputed by the former vice president’s campaign. . .
“Mr. Dorsey, who the hell elected you and put you in charge of what the media are allowed to report and what the American people are allowed to hear, and why do you persist in behaving as a Democratic super PAC silencing views to the contrary of your political beliefs?” Cruz asked Dorsey during a heated exchange on Wednesday.
“We’re not doing that,” Dorsey responded. “This is why I opened this hearing with calls for more transparency. We realized we need to earn trust more, we realized that more accountability is needed to show our intentions and to show the outcomes. So I hear the concerns and acknowledge them, but we want to fix it with more transparency.”
