Watch: Black Female Executive Speaks out About Working for Trump Family

Lynne Patton had had enough, so she decided to lay out exactly what she thought about Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump. Patton, who is black, shared her judgments in a letter she read on a YouTube video, which has more than 127,000 views.

“I can no longer remain silent about the repeated and reprehensible attempts to align my boss and his family with racist hate-mongering groups, campaigns and messaging,” wrote Patton, director of the Eric Trump Foundation and assistant to Eric Trump, Ivanka Trump and Donald Trump Jr. She said the video was not part of her employment but was triggered by the reaction Trump has received during his campaign.

“To the skeptics who will undoubtedly claim that I am doing this at the behest of the Trump family or with the promise of reward, I deliberately chose not to seek their approval nor council in advance to this video for fear that there would be more concern for me and its potential viral ramifications than they would be for themselves and the fact that quite simply this is the right thing to do,” said Patton, who posted the video on YouTube and has been flooded with comments on Twitter.

“The Trump family that I know is, without question, one of the most generous, compassionate and philanthropic families I’ve ever had the privilege of knowing and the honor to call friends,” she said. “They have been incredibly loyal to me and to the countless dedicated people they employ around the world – hiring more minority and female executives than any other company for which I’ve ever worked” . . .

“To equate racism with my boss’ call for a temporary moratorium on a flawed immigration system that radical Islamic terrorists continue to exploit, or the construction of an impassible wall to protect our borders from the influx of illegal drugs, is not only incendiary, it’s wholly irresponsible and only serves to embolden the very hatred these draconian groups espouse,” she wrote, later criticizing “paid protesters” who target Trump. Trump Dodges on Whether He’s Met With Vladimir Putin: ‘I Don’t Want to Say’ [+video]

Presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump wouldn’t say Wednesday whether he had ever met with or spoken to Russian president Vladimir Putin.

CNN’s Wolf Blitzer asked him about Russian fighter jets buzzing U.S. ships, the latest in a series of military provocations by Russia . . .

“Have you ever met with Putin? Have you ever spoken with him?” Blitzer asked.

“Uh, I don’t want to say,” Trump said. “But I think I’ll have a good relationship with him. Now, I may not. I’ll know pretty quickly, but I would call him and say, ‘Don’t ever do it again. Don’t ever do that again’ . . .

Putin and Trump have exchanged pleasantries through the media. Putin called Trump “bright and talented” late last year, and he responded on Morning Joe that Putin is a “leader” and the compliment meant a lot coming from someone who “heads up Russia.” That statement even puzzled MSNBC host Joe Scarborough, who pointed out Putin’s authoritarianism and reported history of killing journalists. Watch: As FDA Expands RU-486 Abortions, Former Abortionist Shows What They Look Like

The abortion industry and the Obama administration have made it easier than ever to have a medication abortion, a procedure little known or understood outside medical circles. Dr. Anthony Levatino, who performed more than 1,200 abortions before becoming a pro-life advocate, has released a video detailing each step of the process.

The Live Action video eschews graphic imagery in favor of animation that accurately depicts the two-step process, which takes place over two to three days.

“An RU-486 abortion cuts off blood and nutrients to the growing preborn baby, slowly starving her inside the mother’s womb,” Live Action founder Lila Rose explains in a statement released today.

“It is important to note that, even after it has been taken, it is possible to reverse the effects of RU-486 and save the baby if progesterone is administered – the sooner, the better,” Dr. Levatino says in the video.

“Then the mother takes another drug” – misoprostol, conventionally known as Cytotec – “that causes intense contractions and heavy bleeding to force her dead baby from her womb,” Rose adds. (Read more from “Watch: As FDA Expands RU-486 Abortions, Former Abortionist Shows What They Look Like” HERE)

22514370780_f63e91881a_bTed Cruz decided to confront face-to-face some supporters of rival Donald Trump in Indiana on Monday. Cruz calmly talked to a sign-holding protester while the protester and others around them shouted, mostly against Cruz.

While trying to talk to the protester, Cruz asked the man why he supported Trump.

“Let me ask you something, sir—what do you like about Donald Trump?” Cruz asked.

“Everything,” the man said.

“Give me one,” Cruz said. (Read more from “Ted Cruz Confronts Trump Supporters in Indiana” HERE)

Watch: NY Yankees President Has One Guarantee If Trump Is Denied GOP Nomination

As president of one of the most recognized sports franchises in the world, Randy Levine is used to judging success by what is reflected on the scoreboard.

In that respect, Levine says it’s quite clear that Donald Trump is going to be comfortably ahead in votes and delegates by the time the Republican National Convention is held in July . . .

“Donald Trump by far has the most votes, by far has won the most states — I think he’s won 26 states and some territories. And he by far has the most delegates,” Levine said in an interview with NewsMax TV.

“Yet there are some people in the party, people who I know, good people, who think that he shouldn’t get the nomination,” he continued. “[They think] for some reason you go to a convention and … the delegates … can somehow forget all the people who went to the polls and voted in good faith in order to show their preference. … That’s not the way it should be. It should be won in sports on the field and it should be won at the ballot box.”

And if, by chance, those who oppose Trump within the GOP are successful in taking the nomination away from Trump at the convention, he has a very blunt prediction.

“I think if that happens it would really be the end of the Republican Party,” Levine said. “I think you would have so many disenfranchised and disaffected voters out there that it would just be very, very hard to put it all back together.” (Read more from “NY Yankees President Has One Guarantee If Trump Is Denied GOP Nomination” HERE)

Trump Excited to Hear This Actress Will Leave the US If He’s Elected [+video]

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump offered a quick retort to actress Lena Dunham’s threat to move to Canada if he wins: “Great.”

Appearing on Fox and Friends Tuesday morning, Trump was asked about the Girls star’s remarks at an event Monday, when she said, “I know a lot of people have been threatening to do this, but I really will. I know a lovely place in Vancouver and I can get my work done from there.”

The presidential candidate told Fox host Steve Doocy, “Well, she’s a B-actor and, you know, has no, you know, mojo,” he added, “I heard Whoopi Goldberg said that too. That would be a great, great thing for our country” . . .

As soon as Trump learned O’Donnell was on the list, he became very excited. “Get rid of Rosie. Oh, I love it! Now I have to get elected because I’ll be doing a great service to our country,” he said. “Now it’s much more important. In fact, I’ll immediately get off this call and start campaigning right now.”

In the first Republican presidential debate, Megyn Kelly asked Trump about past derogatory remarks that he had made about certain women. Trump corrected Kelly, joking that any such remarks had been directed only at Rosie O’Donnell, delivering probably the largest laugh line of the evening. Watch: Tennessee Pastor Shares Reaction After Confronting Target Staff About New Transgender Policy

Target_interiorIn the days since Target announced a policy shift allowing shoppers to use the restroom and fitting room that aligns with their gender identity, numerous critics have shared their opposition through such channels as petitions, boycotts and social media rants. A few have gone so far as to carry a recording device to a Target location in an effort to determine the extent of the new corporate attempt at inclusion.

Pastor Greg Locke of Global Vision Bible Church in Mount Juliet, Tenn., stood in front of a local Target store to share his own research into the matter as well as his response to the company’s stance.

“I didn’t want to just believe everything I’ve heard in the news media the past 48 hours,” he said, “so I walked right through the front doors of our local Target and went to the customer service desk, found a manager and I asked, ‘Can you please help me understand your new bathroom policy?’”

Locke recalled that the employee “shrugged her shoulders and smirked, knowing no doubt this question was coming from others,” and informed him that he was free to use whichever restroom with which he most closely identified.

“I said, ‘Like right now?’” he continued. “She said, ‘Yes sir, whichever bathroom you self-identify with, you are welcome to go and use right now.’”

After Locke engaged the staff member further, he said she told him he could receive additional information by calling Target’s corporate offices. (Read more from “Tennessee Pastor Shares Reaction After Confronting Target Staff About New Transgender Policy” HERE)

Watch: Fox Host Gets DNC Chair to Admit Clinton Was Only Sec. Of State Ever to Use Private Email Sever

hqdefaultDemocratic National Committee Chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz struggled to defend former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server this morning during an interview on “Fox News Sunday.”

When host Chris Wallace asked the Florida congresswoman about about Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders’ persistent critiques of Clinton’s campaign and the scandal that surrounds it, Wasserman Schultz unsuccessfully tried to divert the conversation to the messy, “backwards” Republican race . . .

When pressed about the scandal, she said that Clinton used private emails “in the same way that previous secretaries of state have.”

“Whoa, you know that’s not true,” Wallace stopped her. “Nobody says that’s true.”

“Other than the private server,” Wasserman Schultz said. (Read more from “Fox Host Gets DNC Chair to Admit Clinton Was Only Sec. Of State Ever to Use Private Email Sever” HERE)

There’s a Video Going Around of Cruz Allegedly Bribing a Delegate. Here’s the Real Story

6236460755_af70e60869_b (1)Ted Cruz‘s campaign refuted a video purporting to show the Texas senator passing money to a Republican delegate at a campaign event . . .

The video surfaced on Reddit Friday morning, and claimed to catch Cruz trying to conceal “cash under a flyer” while handing it to a man standing with his face off-screen.

“Cruz has the money, fails to slip it,” the video text reads, before showing Cruz pass what appears to be a currency note to the man. The video, created by YouTube user Neil Turner, claims the man is a delegate, but does not give his name or say when or where the video was shot.

“The ‘delegate’ is Bruce Redden, a Cruz staffer, collecting things that people hand Ted Cruz as he shakes hands, signs books, and takes pictures after every event,” Phillips told TheDC. “The money is a $5 donation that a supporter gave to their small child to hand to the senator, along with a picture the child drew.” (Read more from “There’s a Video Going Around of Cruz Allegedly Bribing a Delegate. Karl Rove: Trump out of Time for ‘Empty Threat’ of Third-Party Race [+video]

Donald Trump may have left the door open for a third-party run if he’s denied the GOP presidential nomination, but Republican political strategist Karl Rove Thursday called that an “empty threat,” as there is not enough time left for him to mount an independent bid.

“By the time the Republican National Convention begins on July 18 in Cleveland, 12 states will have closed their deadlines to run as an independent candidate in the fall,” Rove said on Fox News’ “Happening Now” program, outlining the numerous states, including Texas, North Carolina, Michigan and more that will have closed out their deadlines.

“A quarter for the states, more than a quarter of the states, have already closed the likelihood that he can get on the ballot, and then there are about more than a dozen that close within the next two weeks, including a couple key battleground states that he would want to be competitive in if he had any hope at all of winning the presidency.” (Read more from “Karl Rove: Trump out of Time for ‘Empty Threat’ of Third-Party Race” HERE)
