Jury Finds CNN Is Literally Fake News

CNN was found liable on Friday for defaming U.S. Navy veteran Zachary Young.

Following roughly eight hours of deliberations, jurors found CNN both “committed defamation per se” and “committed defamation by implication.”

Jurors awarded Young $4 million in economic damages and $1 million in emotional damages and agreed that punitive damages are warranted, prompting phase 2 of the trial. Punitive damages will be awarded to Young to dissuade CNN and other networks from doing what CNN did.

The case arose after CNN aired a segment in November of 2021 on “The Lead with Jake Tapper” that falsely framed Young as exploiting Afghans by offering evacuations from Afghanistan on a “black market.” A court later found Young did nothing illegal. Young alleged the segment “rendered Young permanently unemployable” because the use of the term “black market” in the chyron implied Young was engaged in illegal conduct — something his defense contracts expressly prohibited.

As Young testified — and as messages show — he informed CNN’s Katie Bo Lillis that rather than seeking money for evacuation costs directly from Afghans he was “focused on aligning corporate sponsors who have the resources to support with those afghans most in need.” Lillis pressed Young on his pricing model and further asked whether Young had ever successfully evacuated anyone. Notably, Young evacuated nearly two dozen Afghans, including a child, a fact that was conveniently left out of CNN’s report and digital story. Alzheimer’s and Memory Issues Could Be Fended Off by Popular Food in Huge Discovery

Enjoying a particular type of cheese could be more beneficial than you might think, as fresh research indicates it may help fend off Alzheimer’s and cognitive deterioration, diseases that new research has shown can be predicted by certain dreams. Published in the reputable Neuroscience Research, the study points to Camembert as a potential enhancer of mental faculties.

Scientists observed that mice on a high-fat diet, typically linked to reduced cognitive abilities, experienced a boost in brain power when their diet included Camembert.

This enhancement was ascribed to myristate, a compound present in the cheese, which has been linked to supporting brain function and improving memory, whereas experts have pinpointed other foods that can enhance the chances of developing Alzheimer’s.

The presence of myristamide in Camembert appears to increase levels of a crucial protein for the brain named brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF). This protein is integral to protecting the brain and nurturing synaptic development. Other studies, meanwhile, have found that a certain diet can also cut the chances of Alzheimer’s. . .

In this investigation, a dose of 10mg of myristamide for every kilogram of body weight “significantly improved cognitive performance” in mice. This was particularly evident in tasks involving the recognition of unfamiliar objects and locales, reports the Mirror. Brutal Moment Karen Pence Snubbed Mike’s Kiss on Election Night With Six-Word Statement

Karen Pence, wife to former Vice President Mike Pence, reportedly refused to kiss her husband when the winning ballot was read, announcing Donald Trump as the next President.

In Michael Lewis’ new book about the 2016 election, the author explained that Pence leaned in for a kiss, and Karen refused to kiss him back, turning away from him. “You got what you wanted, Mike,” she said, according to Lewis, adding another curt retort, “Now leave me alone.”

According to Lewis, the campaign team was in complete shock on election night when Trump secured Pennsylvania, Karen included.

“She wouldn’t so much as say hello to Trump. Trump himself just stared at the TV without saying anything, like a man with a pair of twos whose bluff has been called. His campaign hadn’t even bothered to prepare an acceptance speech,” Lewis wrote.

Although Karen did not show affection toward her husband in that moment, she supported him throughout the race. “I would characterize her as the silent, omnipresent partner. You knew she was there, you knew there was some considerable influence she wielded, but, boy, she was not public about it,” Brian Howey, the publisher of a political newsletter, told the Washington Post. Sean Davis Drops Stunning Details About the Butler Trump Assassination Attempt in Tucker Carlson Interview

Federalist CEO Sean Davis dropped some stunning details about the July 13 assassination attempt on Donald Trump’s life in a Friday conversation with Tucker Carlson on “The Tucker Carlson Show.”

The conversation explored how, six months after the shooting, despite a congressional investigation, little is known — or has been released — about the shooter, and the incident quickly fell out of the news cycle.

Davis began the interview by describing three critical things the American people need to know: the shooter’s background and motivations, how government agencies allowed the attempt to take place, and what happened to the people responsible for the security failures.

“I refuse to believe this was just a series of unfortunate accidents and incompetence,” Davis said after outlining a number of explanations for how the attempt took place. “It’s just not.”

Trump was shot in the ear by 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks, who stood on the roof of a building outside the secure area of the Trump campaign rally. Crooks was shot dead by law enforcement with a freakishly high-power weapon, a .300 Win Mag with a Hornady 210 grain hollow-point bullet. State Speaker Bans Trump-Supporting GOP Senator, Has Him Arrested

Political differences, once again, have descended to physical blows as an “anti-Trump” Georgia House speaker banned a Trump-supporting senator from the House floor during a state of the state event, and he tried to enter anyway.

He was slammed to the floor by police and arrested.

Colton Moore, a Georgia state senator, had been banned from the House floor when he commented on the career, negatively, of the late House Speaker David Ralston.

He also had been dropped from the Senate Republican Caucus over his demands for a special legislative session to investigate Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, who hired her paramour at the cost of $600,000 in tax money to create a failed organized crime case against President-elect Donald Trump. Major Congressional Report Confirms Revolver News Pipe Bomb Reporting, Raises More Questions

Just days before the fourth anniversary of the so-called insurrection, the Congressional House Oversight Committee released a major report on the January 6 pipe bomb scandal that resoundingly confirms multiple key aspects of Revolver News’ reporting on this scandal over the past three and a half years. We at Revolver News have faced tremendous difficulty for breaking the pipe bomb story wide open, and, together with our reporting on the Ray Epps breach, which coincided with the suspicious discovery of the pipe bombs, dismantled the entire Fedsurrection narrative.

Revolver News’ Darren Beattie recently explained some of the implications of this report in an interview that has taken the media by storm (over 6 million views on Twitter and counting).

We were universally reviled in the mainstream media as conspiracy theorists. Google Ads and other programmatic ad services cancelled us; over four different email sending services cancelled us, making it next to impossible to get our reporting out to our mailing list. We’ve received threats, including from Ray Epps himself, who promised to sue (he eventually lost his suit against Fox for having Revolver’s Darren Beattie on to talk about Epps). Perhaps nothing better illustrates the hostility with which Biden’s national security state viewed our reporting on January 6 than the fact that an FBI agent was not only put on leave but had his security clearance revoked simply for sharing our January 6 reporting with colleagues (our understanding is that his clearance and job are now reinstated, thank God).

Of course, the hostility we’ve faced is not because we were peddling a baseless conspiracy theory, but rather because we almost single-handedly destroyed a false narrative about January 6 in which the regime had invested billions of dollars and, arguably, an entire election cycle. Indeed, the false story that January 6 was a deadly terrorist attack and MAGA insurrection served as a key pretext for the national security state to weaponize itself against Trump supporters. We, therefore, welcome such reports as the recent pipe bomb report from Congress’ House Admin Committee—the first full government account of the problems we’ve reported concerning the official pipe bomb story (the Secret Service OIG report touched on this a bit, the DOJ OIG report not at all). Congressman Thomas Massie has done a tremendous job of taking Revolver News’ reporting on the pipe bomb to the next level using his Congressional perch, and we are especially pleased to note Massie’s key role in the creation of the House Admin report on the pipe bomb story. Whoops: Jack Smith Accidentally Tells the Truth About That J6 ‘Insurrection’

Jack Smith, the dutiful DOJ attack dog unleashed to take down President Trump and eliminate him from the 2024 race, has finally let the truth slip about January 6th. Whether it was a blunder or a last-resort confession doesn’t matter—the fact is, it’s now on the official record: President Trump never incited an insurrection, because there wasn’t one.

This revelation isn’t breaking news to anyone who hasn’t been brainwashed by the regime-controlled propaganda media. We’ve known this for years. But how, you ask, did this undeniable truth finally see the light of day? Well, it’s buried in the January 6th Special Counsel report. The very same report where Jack Smith and Merrick Garland admit they desperately wanted to charge President Trump with violating the “Insurrection Act.” But here’s the spoiler alert: they couldn’t.

What’s even more outrageous is that they proceeded with a second impeachment charade, despite knowing full well they couldn’t legally charge Trump with insurrection. Let that sink in for a moment. The American people were duped into enduring yet another fake impeachment trial over a crime that prosecutors had already determined didn’t exist. Surprised? If you are, you shouldn’t be. . .

Left-wing states, predictably and laughably, describe the events at the Capitol on J6 as an “insurrection” in court rulings. But here’s the kicker: the Special Counsel report clings to one of the most absurd and embarrassing examples of this—the infamous Colorado case. This was the desperate attempt to remove President Trump from the 2024 ballot by accusing him of inciting an insurrection. But let’s not forget what happened next: the Supreme Court stepped in and obliterated that nonsense with a unanimous ruling. Yes, the highest court in the land spoke with one resounding voice—there was no insurrection. Period.

Yet here we are, with Jack Smith, Merrick Garland, and the entire Biden regime clinging to a discredited narrative, pretending otherwise. These government hacks are not just political operatives—they’re criminals.

Jill Biden Reveals What She Said to Trump in Viral Moment at Paris Cathedral

First lady Jill Biden and President-elect Trump surprised observers in December after appearing chummy at the reopening of the Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris — and now she has revealed what the pair talked about in that viral moment.

French first lady Brigitte Macron had been sitting in between Jill and Trump during the ceremony, but when she got up and the two were left to themselves, they were captured smiling and chatting. Jill revealed in an interview with The Washington Post that she poked some fun at him and her husband.

“I had a good meeting with your husband in the Oval Office,” Trump said, according to Jill. Trump met with President Biden at the White House following his decisive win over Vice President Kamala Harris in the 2024 general election, and the two men were photographed smiling and laughing together.

“Yes,” Jill replied to Trump, “because you’re both talkers.”

The next day, Trump posted a photo on social media of his interaction with the first lady on an advertisement for his line of $199 perfumes and colognes with a tagline that read, “A fragrance your enemies can’t resist.” (Read more from “Jill Biden Reveals What She Said to Trump in Viral Moment at Paris Cathedral” HERE)

Trump’s Entire Family ‘In Crosshairs of Assassins’ as Secret Service Protection Is ‘Running on Fumes’

Donald Trump’s family is in imminent danger of possible assassination as the already embattled U.S. Secret Service will be stretched to the max in efforts to protect his vulnerable wife and teen son.

RadarOnline.com can reveal the Trump clan is an easy target for homegrown maniacs and trained terror groups in the wake of two recent assassination attempts on the incoming 47th president – as well as a pre-election plot by Iran to erase him.

“The threat level is high now because the country is so divided,” renowned private eye and security pro Paul Huebl warned. . .

The stunning security assessment comes as the agency in charge of protecting high-ranking officials has only 8,000 employees despite a wish-list budget, which never materialized, to hire 2,000 additional workers for fiscal year 2026.

“We do the best we can with the resources we have, but we have been constrained for well over a decade now in terms of resourcing and hiring,” Matthew Noyes, director of the agency’s cyber policy and strategy, said at a recent global security forum. Laughter Erupts During Senate Hearing As Pete Hegseth Quips About His Military Service In Response To Elizabeth Warren

Laughter erupted during the Senate confirmation hearing Tuesday as Secretary of Defense nominee Pete Hegseth retorted Democratic Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren’s questioning.

Hegseth has publicly expressed his belief that military generals should be banned from serving in the defense industry for 10 years after their departure from service, leading the senator to ask if he would commit to that same standard after exiting his potential role as the next defense secretary. After Warren pressed him on the topic, Hegseth concluded his response with a quip about his military record.

“But the question I have for you is, will you put your money where your mouth is and agree that when you leave this job, you will not work for the defense industry for 10 years?” Warren asked.

“Senator, it’s not even a question I’ve thought about,” Hegseth said. “Because it’s not one, my motivation for this job has never been about what could conceivably come next.”

The Massachusetts senator interrupted Hegseth to accuse him of not living up to his own standards. (Read more from “Laughter Erupts During Senate Hearing As Pete Hegseth Quips About His Military Service In Response To Elizabeth Warren” HERE)
