By Washington Examiner. The FBI is in possession of “voluminous evidence” of “potential criminal conduct” by President Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden related to his overseas business dealings with China and Ukraine, according to new whistleblower disclosures.

Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA), who previously released whistleblower claims alleging that evidence on Hunter Biden’s criminality was wrongly labeled “disinformation” within the bureau, made the revelations in a Thursday letter obtained by the Washington Examiner. It was sent to Attorney General Merrick Garland, FBI Director Christopher Wray, and Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss — who is running the criminal investigation into Hunter Biden.

The whistleblower allegations relate to Hunter, as well as James Biden, the president’s brother, regarding the duo’s dealings with the Chinese government-linked energy conglomerate CEFC China Energy. They also relate to the younger Biden’s work for Ukrainian gas giant Burisma Holdings. Grassley said his staff “reviewed the unclassified records” supporting the whistleblower claims.

“Based on recent protected disclosures to my office, the FBI has within its possession significant, impactful, and voluminous evidence with respect to potential criminal conduct by Hunter Biden and James Biden,” Grassley said in the letter. Leak: Hunter Biden Attained $40M Real Estate Deal With Russian Billionaire While Joe Biden Was VP

By Breitbart. Hunter Biden reached a $40 million real estate deal in 2012 with Russian billionaire and wife of the former mayor of Moscow, Yelena Baturina, while President Joe Biden was vice president.

The massive deal is connected to a previously reported $3.5 million fee Baturina paid Hunter’s real estate entity to access the American business market, the Daily Mail reported Monday from documents obtained by an anti-corruption group, the Kazakhstani Initiative on Asset Recovery.

The $40 million real estate deal was structured as a part of a pooled real estate fund to be allocated into long-term investments Hunter identified as profitable in the United States. Such investment vehicles are common among sophisticated investors and experienced fund managers. Due to the complexity of a fund’s transactions, the entity is often subject to stringent disclosures with government oversight agencies.

Hunter’s overall acquisition plan included acquiring seven office buildings throughout Texas, Colorado, Alabama, New Mexico, and Oklahoma with $52 million in cash and $160 million in leverage, the Daily Mail reported. Hunter’s real estate fund, Rosemont Realty, had apparently raised a total of $69.7 million to invest into 2.15 million square feet of office space.

Hunter’s firm put $15 million of its own money inside the fund. It is unknown where Hunter’s business firm attained such a large sum to invest within the complex investment scheme. Rob Schneider shared his reaction to Tulsi Gabbard leaving the Democratic Party and compared it to his own ideology.

Schneider appeared for a television interview on Fox and Friends Wednesday. He said he wasn’t shocked to hear about Gabbard, and related to her journey leaving the party.

“I really feel like I don’t want the Democratic Party trying to run my life. And there’s not one aspect of your life that they don’t want to interfere with. I had it with them,” Schneider said. “So I got out of California and moved to the slightly freer state of Arizona.”

The actor went on to cite the regulations in San Francisco as one of the catalysts that changed his mind about his politics. Schneider said the city forced him to remove the flowerpots he had outside his home, claiming that they were toilets. Alaska Republicans Call on Kentucky GOP to Censure Mitch McConnell Over Party Interference

Alaska Republicans are calling on the Kentucky GOP to formally censure Sen. Mitch McConnell for the bluegrass senator’s interference in the Alaskan Senate contest against the party-endorsed candidate.

On Thursday, the Alaskan Republican Party’s District 9 central committee passed a resolution to condemn the Senate minority leader’s spending on behalf of Sen. Lisa Murkowski. The incumbent senator running for a fourth full term in the upper chamber is locked in a tight contest against Donald Trump-backed challenger Kelly Tshibaka, who is also endorsed by the Alaskan Republican Party.

McConnell’s super PAC to reclaim the majority, the Senate Leadership Fund, is spending heavily in the race between two Republicans, which the latest polls show is a tied match. According to the Anchorage Daily News, McConnell’s political operation has poured more than $7 million into the Alaskan contest instead of using that money towards ripe pick-up opportunities in Nevada and Arizona.

“We request the Senate Leadership Fund immediately stop the attack ads against Kelly Tshibaka and discontinue all support of Senator Murkowski,” District 9 Republicans demanded. Their resolution went on to demand Kentucky GOP leadership censure their senator for meddling in Alaska’s party affairs while the minority leader abandons efforts at capturing the majority.

“We request the Republican Party of Kentucky leadership act against Senator Mitch McConnell for his inappropriate behavior against Alaska Republicans and Republican endorsed candidate Kelly Tshibaka,” the Alaska Republicans wrote. Democratic State Lawmakers Rewrite Gun Carry Laws to Require Insurance, Non-Family References to Carry a Gun

New legislation rolled out by New Jersey lawmakers on Thursday could require insurance to carry a firearm in the state. The new requirements also restrict where permit holders are allowed to carry guns.

In June, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that citizens have a right to carry firearms in public for self-defense. Following the decision, Democrat lawmakers in New Jersey were quick to ratchet up state restrictions.

“The decision by the U.S. Supreme Court earlier this year stripped away the right for states to regulate who is able to carry concealed weapons in public,” said Senate President Nicholas Scutari (D). “This bill, ensuring gun owners prove a legitimate reason for carrying concealed handguns in public, is a promising step in the right direction.”

Democratic Assembly Speaker Craig Coughlin and Senate President Nicholas Scutari reported that the new legislation unveiled on Thursday will prevent permit holders from carrying a firearm in schools, government buildings, polling places, bars, restaurants, theaters, sporting arenas, parks, airports, casinos, and childcare facilities.

Those applying for a concealed carry permit would be required to have accidental discharge insurance. According to Scutari, marketplaces already offer similar insurance plans. Carlson began by criticizing members of the so-called “Squad,” including Democratic Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York and Rep. Cori Bush of Missouri, for expressing concerns about giving Ukraine money but still voting in favor of sending billions to the embattled nation.

Carlson then turned his attention to Zelensky, who he dubbed the “celebrity-endorsed dictator of the most corrupt nation in Europe.”

“Zelensky is now shaking down our cowardly Congress for more cash at the very moment our own economy, our own borders, are collapsing,” Carlson added. . .

Elon Musk Seems to Suggest He’s Pulling Starlink From Ukraine Because Ambassador Was Rude

By VT. Elon Musk has indicated that the Starlink satellite internet will no longer be provided to Ukraine because the ambassador cursed at him.

The news comes days after Ukrainian ambassador Andrij Melnyk slammed the 51-year-old SpaceX founder’s proposal that the Russian invasion of Ukraine could be ended by “re-doing elections under UN supervision” in regions annexed illegally by Russia, per CNN.

On October 14, Ukrainian newspaper Kyiv Post journalist Jason Jay Smart wrote on Twitter that Starlink had announced that it can “no longer afford to give Ukraine free service” and “asks the Pentagon to pay for it” because Melnyk told Musk to “f*** off”.

The source said that if Trump complied with the subpoena and testified, he would “talk about how corrupt the election was, how corrupt the committee was, and how Nancy Pelosi did not call up the National Guard that Trump strongly recommended for her to do three days earlier on January 3, 2021.”

The source told Fox News Digital that it is unclear at this point if Trump actually will testify before the committee, but stressed that Trump “loves the idea.” . . .

Trump Subpoenaed by January 6 Committee

By Daily Wire. The U.S. House committee investigating the January 6, 2021, riot at the U.S. Capitol voted unanimously Thursday afternoon to subpoena former President Donald Trump.

The lawmakers issued the subpoena to question Trump about his alleged role in the events that led up to some of the violence that unfolded that afternoon.

“The central cause of Jan. 6 was one man, Donald Trump, who many others followed,” said Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY), the vice chairwoman of the committee. “President Trump had a premeditated plan to declare that the election was fraudulent and stolen before Election Day.”

Committee Chairman Bennie Thompson (D-MS) said that the panel had an “obligation” to hear from the former president.

Children’s Hospital Gender Clinic Guide to ‘Safe Tucking’ Passed Out

A guide to “safe tucking,” produced by the Doernbecher Children’s Hospital, was passed out at the Burbank Pride Parade.

The guide included diagrams that depicted “tucking” a practice used by those who identify as transgender that “makes the genital area look smoother and flatter” by “moving the penis, testicles, or both out of the way.”

The guide includes a “note on the words we use,” remarking “this information uses the words ‘penis,’ ‘scrotum,’ and ‘testicles.’ We know you may not use those terms or identify with them.” It goes on to say, “We use them … while understanding those words are not for everyone.”

One page of the guide includes diagrams, which both describe and depict how men can tuck by “putting your testicles inside your body.”

The guide was produced by the Doernbecher Children’s Hospital, which is located in Portland, Oregon. The hospital’s gender clinic also has a guide for chest binding, a practice that involves “wrapping something around your chest to flatten your breasts” in order for a woman to look more masculine. Russia Invites U.S. States to Secede and Join Country

A senior Russian lawmaker has seemingly invited American states to secede and instead join the Russian Federation, amid polling showing support amongst Americans for their states to break away.

Alexander Tomalchev, a senior member of Russia’s parliament (the Duma) told Russian news website Podmoskovye Segodnya that any US state wanting to secede from the US would be welcome to apply to join his country, Newsweek reported on Monday.

He cited polls showing Americans wanting their states to break away from the US, before calling for any such US state wanting to join Russia to hold elections on the matter.

“It is important that voting takes place not on social networks, but officially and legitimately,” Mr Tomalchev said in apparent reference to online polling in the US and elections in regions of Ukraine annexed by Russia this month.

Bombshell Report Drops on Raphael Warnock, Herschel Walker Has Amazing Response

Sen. Raphael Warnock (D-GA) is in a tight race with Herschel Walker to hold onto his Senate seat in Georgia. . .

What politicians say is rarely who they truly are. But Warnock just had a bombshell report drop on him.

Warnock is the senior pastor of the Ebenezer Baptist Church. The Church not only gives him a salary but also gives him a $7,417-a-month housing allowance. $7,417 for housing a month? Where does he live? Beverly Hills in a house made of gold? Or is that meant to juice his salary a bit? . . .

Bottom line? Democrats are big hypocrites and this is who they are. Chances that the liberal media picks this up and runs with it? Probably not likely, despite the importance of the information.

But it did get noticed by Herschel Walker, who has been facing his own issues. He had a generous response, offering to pay for the people who the Church was trying to evict.

Insurance Company Makes Startling Revelation About Those Triple-Vaxxed; Twitter Censors Florida Surgeon General Coronavirus Vaccine Guidance

By WND. Last year, President Biden scolded the approximately 25% of Americans who decided not to get the experimental mRNA vaccine for a disease with a nearly 100% survivability rate for most people, charging they were responsible for a “pandemic of the unvaccinated.”

Government data from around the world has countered the president’s claim, and now the insurance giant Kaiser Permanente – which is also a health-care provider – has commissioned a study to evaluate the effectiveness of the mRNA vaccine against the dominant omicron subvariants.

Kaiser discovered that people who are triple-vaccinated not only are more likely to be infected with COVID-19, they are more likely to suffer severe illness and die from the disease, reported investigative journalist Daniel Horowitz.

A chart on page 30 of the preprint study shows vaccine efficacy against the omicron subvariants dropping significantly 14 to 30 days after a shot. The efficacy continues to fall in the following months then reaches negative territory after five months, meaning the recipient is more likely to get COVID than if he or she had not been vaccinated.

Twitter Censors Florida Surgeon General Coronavirus Vaccine Guidance

By Breitbart. Twitter temporarily removed a post from Florida Surgeon General Joseph Ladapo recommending against mRNA coronavirus vaccinations for men under 40.

Ladapo, who has frequently criticized the safety and effectiveness of coronavirus vaccines, cited data showing an increase in cardiac conditions for men under 40 who have received mRNA coronavirus shots.

In his post, Ladapo linked to new guidance from his office recommending against the shots for under-40s.

“Today, we released an analysis on COVID-19 mRNA vaccines the public needs to be aware of. This analysis showed an increased risk of cardiac-related death among men 18-39. FL will not be silent on the truth,” said Ladapo.
