Dr. Anthony Fauci crassly mocked “ass-backwards” restaurant patrons who removed their coronavirus masks when seated — and laughed at the absurdity of his own idea for anti-COVID-19 goggles, according to a new book.

The inside account is included by former White House spokesman Brian Morgenstern in “Vignettes & Vino” — out Oct. 25 — which calls Fauci “awful” and an “egomaniac.”

“[I]n January 2020, [Fauci] said the virus was nothing to worry about for the American people. Then in the months that followed, he said that people should not wear masks and that they were ineffective. By June or July, he had changed his tune and said everyone should be very concerned and that they should wear multiple masks — and goggles,” Morgenstern wrote.

“I vividly recall my blood boiling during an infuriating meeting in the Roosevelt Room of the White House, when Fauci laughed about his own goggles comment, making it clear how cynical he was and that he could get people to believe anything,” the former aide continued.

“He went on to laugh about how ‘ass-backwards’ it was that people entered a restaurant wearing a mask, then sat down and conversed with people without a mask. Mike Lindell Teams up With Famed Legal Expert to Sue Feds (VIDEO)

My Pillow guy Mike Lindell says he’s hiring famed legal expert Alan Dershowitz, and others, to help bring a lawsuit against the U.S. government, including the FBI.

A report at Citizen Free Press explained Lindell said, “We are suing the United States government and the FBI. This isn’t just to get the phone back, this is my First, Fourth, and Fifth Amendment rights were broken… We aren’t going to put up with this, we aren’t going to be the Gestapo like in Nazi Germany. We’re being proactive.”

The comments came on a podcast with Steve Bannon.

Chinese Biotech Firm With Deep Links to China’s Military and Its COVID-19 Program Just Bought Land in Florida for a Massive Research Complex

In July 2022, a Chinese biological research company, JOINN Laboratories, bought 1,400 acres of rural farmland in Morriston, Florida, primarily for a non-human primate (monkey) breeding and quarantine facility.

Current law prohibits the construction of such a facility on that property, but JOINN Laboratories is filing a re-zoning request with the State of Florida.

What is not widely known is JOINN Laboratories’ close connections to China’s People’s Liberation Army and what is arguably its biowarfare program.

The Founder of JOINN and Chair of the Board of Directors is Yuxia Feng, a military physician and graduate of the Academy of Military Medical Sciences in Beijing.

The Co-Founder of JOINN and the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors, Conglin Zuo, appears to have also worked at the Academy of Military Medical Sciences in its Institute of Biotechnology.

JOINN’s Chief of Pathology and Toxicology, Hemei Wang, came from the Institute Of Pharmacology And Toxicology, Academy Of Military Medical Sciences.

The most significant of JOINN’s connections to the People’s Liberation Army is Shusheng Geng, Chief Executive Officer of JOINN’s Biologics Company, who was also employed at the Institute of Pharmacology And Toxicology, Academy Of Military Medical Sciences.

Shusheng Geng has been a research collaborator with high-level People’s Liberation Army scientists, who are considered key contributors to China’s biowarfare program, Cheng-Feng Qin, Yusen Zhou and Shibo Jiang.

A recent article noted that buyers from the People’s Republic of China purchased $6.1 billion of U.S. real estate last year.

China has been steadily acquiring strategic real estate in the United States, such as 300 acres in Grand Forks, North Dakota, 16 miles from the U.S. Air Force’s Air Combat Command base, and a 130,000-acre ranch near Laughlin Air Force Base, purchased by a former member of China’s People’s Liberation Army.

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis told Fox News in June that it was a “huge problem” that Chinese companies were stepping in to purchase farmland in his state.

He said, “I think the problem is these companies have ties to the CCP [Chinese Communist Party], and it’s not always apparent on the face of whatever a company is doing.”

Well, it is not just the Chinese Communist Party that is connected to these land purchases, but China’s People’s Liberation Army.

And whatever those Chinese companies are doing with that land, you can be sure that it is not good for America.

State Legalizes Human Composting

California has legalized the use of human remains for composting.

On Sunday, Democratic Governor of California Gavin Newsom signed AB-351, which will permit residents to select to have their remains composted after they die, beginning in 2027.

Assemblymember Cristina Garcia, one of the bill’s architects and its author, implied she might go for the method herself.

“Trees are important carbon breaks for the environment,” Garcia said. “They are the best filters for air quality and if more people participate in organic reduction and tree-planting, we can help with California’s carbon footprint. I look forward to continuing my legacy to fight for clean air by using my reduced remains to plant a tree.”

China Now Owns Large Section of Land Near Pearl Harbor – Another Effort to Disrupt U.S. Response to China Offensive?

Is China Conducting Intelligence Operations As A Prelude For An Attack On Pearl Harbor?

Starting in 2015, a Chinese real estate development company called China Oceanwide Holdings began buying land on Oahu in the Hawaii Islands just ten miles west of the U.S. Naval Base at Pearl Harbor.

The stated intent of the land purchases was to build a luxury hotel and homes, but nothing was ever built, even though China Oceanwide had accumulated land worth over 500 million dollars in the vicinity of Pearl Harbor.

A July, 2022 article in The Federalist noted that buyers from the People’s Republic of China purchased $6.1 billion in real estate last year, many of those purchases have been of farmland or ranchland near U.S. military bases.

Telecommunications equipment from China’s Huawei positioned near U.S. military installations could disrupt vital military communication systems.

China has been steadily acquiring strategic real estate in the United States, such as 300 acres in Grand Forks, North Dakota, 16 miles from the U.S. Air Force’s Air Combat Command base, and a 130,000-acre ranch near Laughlin Air Force Base, purchased by a former member of China’s People’s Liberation Army.

If the above information about the Chinese intelligence agent in Hawaii proves accurate, U.S. intelligence agencies are either unaware of it or deliberately ignoring the information, perhaps because of the Biden family’s close connections with China’s state security apparatus.

In either case, U.S. national security is being undermined.

This City Is Now America’s Murder Capital

New Orleans is now the murder capital of America – surpassing St. Louis.

As of Sept. 11, New Orleans has had 205 murders thus far in 2022, according to the Metropolitan Crime Commission. With 52 homicides per 100,000 residents, New Orleans is the top U.S. city for murders, ahead of St. Louis with 45 homicides per 100,000 residents. The third worst city for murders is Baltimore with 40 homicides per 100,000, followed by Chicago with 17 homicides per 100,000 residents, according to Fox News.

New Orleans has experienced a 141% increase in homicides this year compared to before the COVID-19 pandemic in 2019. There has been a 100% increase in shootings in Louisiana’s Big Easy party city compared to 2019.

“Carjackings are up 7% and armed robberies are up 42%,” Rafael Goyeneche of the Metropolitan Crime Commission told WVUE-DT. “It’s finally reached a tipping point, and the public demanded that something be done.”

Major City to Dole Out $12,000, Free Phones to Homeless Trans, ‘Non-Binary’ People

Denver plans to dole out free phones and $12,000 apiece to 140 homeless women and transgender and “non-binary” people over the next year as part of a bigger partnership with a local nonprofit, according to a report.

The money, which totals about $1.7 million, will come out of a $2 million fund from the federal American Rescue Plan Act under a plan the city council approved, according to Axios. The money comes with no strings attached and makes Denver the latest Democratic-run city to experiment with universal basic income.

“The Denver Basic Income Project is an opportunity to explore how the philanthropic community and the private sector can augment public support for those living in poverty, particularly our unhoused neighbors, and extend that hand up to stability,’ Denver Mayor Michael Hancock said in a statement.

The city’s funds will be passed through the Denver Basic Income Project, a nonprofit that plans to raise some $9 million to hand out to an estimated 820 homeless women and transgender and non-binary people. Supreme Court Case Scores Another Second Amendment Win in DC

A Washington, D.C., regulatory limit on how much ammunition a concealed carry handgun permit holder can carry was removed after a local resident filed a lawsuit in federal court this summer.

On Sept. 14, Robert J. Contee III of the Metropolitan Police Department gave notice to the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia Circuit that he had repealed the district’s ban on carrying more than 20 rounds, citing an emergency basis for the decision.

“On review of these developments, this regulation, its enforcement history, and in consideration of other regulations that govern concealed-carry licensees, the Chief has determined that emergency rulemaking action is prudent and necessary for the immediate preservation of the welfare of District residents and to enable the District to avoid accruing liability for attorney fees in legal challenges,” Contee wrote in the legal filing.

The concern of liability stemmed from a notorious civil activist named Dick Heller, who for the second time in under a year succeeded in amending the district’s gun laws after suing in federal court. Heller became a household name in the legal world after the Supreme Court’s 2008 ruling in District of Columbia v. Trump Scores Two Huge Victories in Fight for Special Master

By The Federalist. The Biden administration cannot use the documents the FBI seized from Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home for criminal investigative purposes until a special master completes an independent review of the material, a federal judge held on Thursday.

That decision and the court’s selection of Trump’s preferred special master candidate, coupled with the fulsome review process adopted yesterday by presiding Judge Aileen Cannon, represent a huge victory for the former president. But Trump’s win shouldn’t be a loss for the Department of Justice—unless the Biden administration played fast and loose with the facts and seeks to hide the truth from the country to launch an October surprise.

During the August 8, 2022, Mar-a-Lago raid, the FBI seized more than 11,000 documents, as well as clothing and other items from the Trumps’ home. On September 5, 2022, Judge Cannon, a Trump appointee, granted the former president’s request for the appointment of a special master to review the seized property. That order left open several issues, however, including the identity of the special master and the process and timing for the review.

Pending the special master’s review of the seized material, Judge Cannon also entered an injunction prohibiting the government from using the documents “for criminal investigative purposes. Three days later, the DOJ filed a notice of appeal, announcing its intent to ask the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals to overturn Cannon’s injunction.

The DOJ simultaneously filed a partial motion to stay with the trial court, asking Cannon to put on hold her ruling as to the documents marked classified. Specifically, the DOJ asked the court to hold that while its appeal proceeds, it need not provide documents marked as classified to the special master for review. The DOJ also asked the court to allow it to use the documents marked classified as part of its criminal investigation during the pendency of the appeal. Judge Blocks DOJ’s Unchecked Review of Records Seized in Mar-A-Lago Raid

On September 15, federal district Judge Aileen Cannon denied two requests that the Department of Justice made last Thursday: First, that the DOJ be allowed to resume reviewing allegedly classified records seized by the FBI in its August 8 raid of former President Donald Trump’s Florida residence; and second, that no neutral third party be brought on to vet these same documents.

Cannon wrote: “The court does not find it appropriate to accept the government’s conclusions on these important and disputed issues without further review by a neutral third party in an expedited and orderly fashion.”

She took issue with the DOJ’s demand that she “adopt hastily without further review by a Special Master” their premises and called into question the department’s representation of the documents, saying “evenhanded procedure does not demand unquestioning trust in the determinations of the Department of Justice.”

In a Monday filing, Trump’s attorneys noted that the former president is endowed with the powers to declassify records, without expressly stating that Trump had done so. Forging Ahead: Trump Mar-a-Lago Saga Takes an Unexpected Turn

A document filed on the docket in the court case related to last month’s FBI search at former President Donald Trump’s Florida estate appears to have been submitted by a serial forger locked in a North Carolina federal prison complex, according to the Associated Press.

The document, which was filed on Monday and remains on the docket as of Friday afternoon, looked to be from the Treasury Department and said the agency had seized sensitive documents related to the Aug. 8 raid at Mar-a-Lago and included a warrant ordering CNN to “preserve leaked tax records.” However, a review of dozens of court records and interviews by the Associated Press suggests the document is entirely fake and may have originated from someone with a history of filing other phony court documents.

Marked as a “MOTION to Intervene by U.S. Department of the Treasury,” the document is riddled with spelling and syntax mistakes, stating, “The U.S. Department of Treasury through the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Marshals Service have arrested Seized Federal Securities containing sensitive documents which are subject to the Defendant Sealed Search Warrant by the F.B.I. arrest.”

A federal statute for collecting financial records in investigations was cited in the document and also included two supposed warrants, one to a towing company in Michigan and another claiming to be sent to CNN in Atlanta, according to a copy of the allegedly bogus filing obtained by the Washington Examiner.
