While on the road in California this week, Vice President Kamala Harris made a stop at Vandenburg Space Force Base north of Los Angeles to announce a new U.S. policy that again kneecaps U.S. defense capabilities when it comes to ensuring foreign threats are able to be deterred or destroyed. . .

Harris also, in the course of her remarks to Space Force Guardians, attempt to explain…space. In a section of her remarks delivered Monday, ones that were reminiscent of her comments on the “significance of the passage of time,” she really went for it:

“I think everyone here recognizes how extraordinary space is,” Harris said. “Whether it is satellites that orbit the earth, humans that land on the moon, or telescopes that peer into the furthest reaches of the universe, space is exciting,” she told the Space Force Guardians who presumably were already aware of what space is. “It spurs our imaginations, and it forces us to ask big questions,” Harris added. “Space, it affects us all — and it connects us all.”

Who’s in Charge of America Right Now? Because It Isn’t the Man Getting Wrangled by a Giant Easter Bunny (VIDEO)

By The Federalist. The White House celebrated Easter on Sunday with its traditional egg roll, but the Resurrection Day festivities turned into a national embarrassment thanks to the president. His handlers, including his wife, did their best to walk him around like a pet, telling him when to sit, speak, and stay.

This all raises the obvious and alarming question: Who is in charge of the greatest country on Earth right now? Because it sure as heck isn’t Joe Biden.

If you haven’t seen any of the footage, you might think this is an exaggeration, but it isn’t. Here’s Jill Biden monopolizing a children’s book reading, with her husband announcing, “And they’re not going to let me read at all.” . . .

And here’s Jill Biden tapping Joe on the arm with the command to “just stay,” presumably so he didn’t wander off as he is wont to do, followed by the duo awkwardly laughing it off as if she hadn’t just treated the president of the free world like a puppy in training. . .

Worse, it wasn’t just Biden’s wife taking care of him; even a giant furry was tasked with wrangling the president. When Biden started yammering about Pakistan and Afghanistan — his failed and deadly withdrawal from which became one of the many defining crises of his presidency — the Easter bunny stepped in to cut off the president from saying another word.

‘Easter Bunny’ Whisks Biden Away as He Starts Discussing Afghanistan: Video

By Fox News. A person dressed in an Easter Bunny costume broadsided President Biden Monday afternoon as he was answering a reporter’s questions on Afghanistan and Pakistan. . .

“Pakistan should not, and Afghanistan should be…” President Biden can be heard saying before the “Easter Bunny” approaches.

“Oh, the Easter Bunny!” someone can be heard saying off-camera.

The Easter Bunny gives the president a big wave to usher him away as a visibly annoyed Biden appears caught off guard. He was reportedly needed to kick off another round of the egg-rolling competition by blowing a whistle. Blockbuster Revelations From the Latest Special Counsel Court Filings

New court filings in a Spygate case solve some long-running mysteries and hint at serious developments.

Late Friday, three new memoranda and a handful of exhibits hit the docket in Special Counsel John Durham’s criminal case against former Hillary Clinton campaign attorney Michael Sussmann. The filings analyzed about a dozen tedious issues concerning what evidence prosecutors may use at trial to prove Sussmann broke the law by lying to then-FBI General Counsel James Baker when he showed Baker information that supposedly indicated Donald Trump had a secret communications channel with the Russia-based Alfa Bank. . .

Two weeks ago, when the wave of pre-trial evidentiary filings began, the special counsel’s office revealed for the first time that the day before Sussmann met with Baker, Sussmann sent this text to Baker’s personal cellphone: “Jim—it’s Michael Sussmann. I have something time-sensitive (and sensitive) I need to discuss. Do you have availability for a short meeting tomorrow? I’m coming on my own—not on behalf of a client or company—want to help the Bureau. Thanks.”

The existence of this text is huge because, as the special counsel stressed in its filing, it shows that “the night before the defendant met with the General Counsel, the defendant conveyed the same lie in writing.” That’s the “same lie” Sussmann then allegedly told Baker in person during their September 19, 2016 meeting, namely that he was not presenting the Alfa Bank-Trump information on behalf of a client.

The text message thus debunked one of the main themes floated by those defending Sussmann: that the special counsel “is bringing a false statement charge based on an oral statement allegedly made five years ago to a single witness that is unrecorded and unobserved by anyone else.” (Read more from “Blockbuster Revelations From the Latest Special Counsel Court Filings” HERE)

Jesus Christ’s Resurrection Is Probably The Best-Documented Historical Event Ever

There are many religions with different founders, prophets, and teachers going back thousands of years. But only one of them, Christianity, has a founder who professed to be the Messiah—the son of God—who provided irrefutable proof of who he was by conquering death through resurrection. Easter is the celebration of Christ’s resurrection.

Christ is also the only person in history who was pre-announced starting a thousand years before he was born, with 18 different prophets from the Old Testament between the tenth and the fourth centuries BC predicting his coming birth, life, and death. Hundreds of years later, the details of Christ’s birth, life, betrayal, and manner of death validated those prophecies in surprisingly accurate and minute detail. One thousand years BC, David prophetically wrote about the crucifixion of Christ at a time crucifixion was unknown as a means of execution. . .

Christ was unique in that he gave up his life as a sacrifice to fulfill why he came into the world. Christ set the highest standard of love possible, both in his teachings and in making the ultimate sacrifice—giving his life to rescue and save mankind. Then, to provide “seeing is believing” evidence, God brought Jesus back from being dead in a tomb to being alive—resurrected—so people would have living proof of who he was.

The New Testament provides accounts from multiple sources who witnessed Jesus firsthand after the resurrection. In fact, Jesus made ten separate appearances to his disciples between the resurrection and his ascension into Heaven, over a period of 40 days. Some of those appearances were to individual disciples, some were to several disciples at the same time, and once even to 500 at one time.

Particularly noteworthy is that there were no accounts of witnesses who came forth and disputed these appearances or called it a “hoax.” Not a single one. Trump Sends Hostile Easter Message to New York Attorney General

Former President Donald Trump delivered an aggressive Easter Sunday message to New York Attorney General Letitia James, who is engaged in a civil investigation into possible fraud committed by the Trump Organization.

In his missive, sent via an email blast from Trump’s Save America PAC, Trump seized on James suspending her campaign for governor to seek reelection as attorney general instead.

“Happy Easter to failed gubernatorial candidate and racist Attorney General Letitia James,” Trump said. “May she remain healthy despite the fact that she will continue to drive business out of New York while at the same time keeping crime, death, and destruction in New York!”

Biden Airplane Mask Mandate Ruled Illegal; Liberals Aren’t Doing Well Since Biden’s Mandate Got Struck Down

By Breitbart. President Joe Biden’s “Mask Mandate” on federal airplanes is illegal, a federal judge ruled on Monday in a setback to Biden’s COVID-19 agenda.

One day after taking office, Biden issued Executive Order (EO) 13998, ordering the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to develop the Mask Mandate, and for various other federal agencies like the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and Transportation Security Administration (TSA) to implement the CDC’s decisions. EO 13998 also covered airports and other public transportation, such as buses.

CDC issued its initial order on January 29, 2021, pursuant to Biden’s EO. Among other things, it requires almost everyone ages two and up to wear masks in airports and on airplanes, with certain narrow exceptions such as between bites when they are eating.

Various legal challenges have been filed against the mandate. (Full disclosure: The author of this article is also one of the lawyers on one such lawsuit, FRC Action v. Biden, which Breitbart News reporter Katherine Hamilton has covered.) Most recently, almost two dozen states filed a lawsuit raising several statutory and constitutional objections to the Mask Mandate.

Monday’s ruling was on one of the earliest cases, filed in July 2021. The lawsuit alleged that the Mask Mandate violated the Administrative Procedure Act (APA) on three separate grounds: First, that issuing the order is beyond CDC’s statutory authority granted by Congress in 42 U.S.C. § 264a. Second, that the CDC’s action was really a rule (i.e., a regulation) rather than an order, and therefore had to go through a process of public notice and opportunity for public comment before taking effect. And third, that it violates the APA because it is “arbitrary and capricious,” meaning that it was not the result of reasoned decision making. Liberals Aren’t Doing Well Since Biden’s Mask Mandate Got Struck Down

By Townhall. After a federal judge in Florida struck down the Biden administration’s mask mandate for most forms of travel including planes, trains, and public transit, liberal media figures did not take the news well.

While the decision was celebrated by many sane Americans and Republican leaders, Katie pointed out on Twitter that the double-standard employed by many liberals in the mainstream media.

Their outrage is especially confusing given the mandate was set to expire on May 3 after a 15-day extension by the Biden administration was announced last week. But that didn’t stop the Twitter storm from raging as the often-hypocritical members of the liberal media apparently ignore the fact that anyone is still free to wear a mask wherever and whenever they like, however silly they may look.

Report: Two Major Airlines Announce They Will Ignore Court Ruling Ending Mask Mandate

Two major U.S. airlines have announced that they will continue to enforce Democrat President Joe Biden’s mask mandate on public transportation despite a federal judge ruling on Monday that the mandate was “unlawful” and that it must be “terminate[d].” . . .

The announcement from the two airlines comes after U.S. District Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle for the Middle District of Florida ruled earlier in the day that the mandate was unlawful because the mandate “exceeded the CDC’s statutory authority, improperly invoked the good cause exception to notice and comment rulemaking, and failed to adequately explain its decisions.”

Worried About 2022? Senate Democrat Now Pushing to Build Border Wall (VIDEO)

Senator Maggie Hassan (D-NH) recently toured two sectors along the U.S.-Mexico border and called for more security as the crisis that started under President Joe Biden appears set to become worse once Title 42 is no longer enforced after May 23.

Hassan visited and spoke with Border Patrol in the Rio Grande Valley Sector, which leads the nation in arrests for illegal immigrants, and the Tucson Sector. Hassan called for a border wall, along with more personnel and technology to confront the ongoing border crisis.

“On my third trip down to the border as a senior member of the Homeland Security Committee, I heard from border agents about the urgent need for additional resources – including personnel, technology, and physical barriers – to help ensure that we have safe, secure, and humane borders,” Hassan said in a statement.

“In particular, I appreciated hearing from border agents about their efforts to stop unlawful border crossings, and the technology that they use to secure the border and intercept illegal drug trafficking,” she continued. “I will continue working across the aisle to help ensure that our border agents have the support that they need to carry out their critical mission and will keep pressing the administration for a comprehensive plan to strengthen border security and deliver additional resources to the border, which is especially important given its recent announcement to end Title 42.”

Biden, 79, had just finished delivering a nearly 40-minute speech at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in Greensboro when he turned toward stage right with his paw outstretched in a handshake position.

There was no one else on stage and no one from the applauding crowd approached the president to exchange the pleasantry, according to footage of the event.

Moment a Confused Looking Biden Sticks Out His Hand and Appears to Shake Thin Air After Falsely Claiming in Speech That He Had Also Been a ‘Full Professor’ at UPenn for Four Years

The 79-year-old president claimed before the handshake fiasco that he had served as a ‘full professor’ at the University of Pennsylvania despite never teaching a class at the school, in yet another gaffe that has Republicans questioning Biden’s cognitive abilities. . .

The speech also saw Biden bizarrely claim that he used to be a ‘full professor’ at the University of Pennsylvania.

‘I’ve been at a lot of university campuses, matter of fact for four years, I was a full professor at the University of Pennsylvania.’

Biden, from nearby Delaware, was named Benjamin Franklin Presidential Practice Professor, the first person to hold the role, in 2017. He did not teach regular classes but made about a dozen public appearances on the campus, mostly at big-ticketed events, according to the Philadelphia Inquirer. He collected a pay check in 2017, 2018 and early 2019. ‘I Don’t Need Your Business’: Restaurant Owner Tells ‘Ignorant’ Biden Supporters to Dine Elsewhere

A Georgia restaurant owner posted a notice on the establishment’s window slamming President Joe Biden and his “ignorant” supporters and attributed the rise in supply costs and shortage of workers for his restaurant to the policies implemented by the Biden administration.

The sign, posted outside of an Appalachian Grill restaurant in Cartersville, Georgia, was initially shared Sunday in a Reddit forum before going viral on several social media platforms.

The notice instructed Biden voters who have no regrets about their vote in the 2020 election to take their business somewhere else.

“If you voted for Brandon’s Build Back BS and don’t have remorse or regrets I wish you would leave, I don’t need your business,” the notice read. Your ignorant, naive decision has more than doubled our costs of goods and depleted our labor force by more than triple.”
