The Oral Arguments on Biden’s Vaccine Mandate Were a Total Disaster

On Friday, the Supreme Court heard arguments about the constitutionality of President Joe Biden’s Wuhan coronavirus vaccine mandates for private companies with more than 100 employees. In September 2021, Biden tasked OSHA with implementing and enforcing the mandates. In the time since, the administration has been sued by multiple parties.

During questioning, liberal Justice Sonia Sotomayor made a number of false statements about the vaccine’s ability to prevent transmission of the virus. While it may protect against death or hospitalization, the vaccine does not prevent transmission.

“They continue to work well for Delta, with regard to severe illness and death – they prevent it. But what they can’t do anymore is prevent transmission,” CDC Director Rochelle Walensky said in an interview with CNN over the summer.

Sotomayor falsely claimed the Omicron variant of the virus is just as deadly as the previous Delta version. This is false.

Mark of the Beast Watch: COVID Tech Startup Says Technology WILL Be Able to Track Your Every Move

By Express UK. A Swedish start-up tech company announced earlier this month that it invented a scannable microchip that is implanted in people’s arms and can display your COVID-19 vaccination status. This digital implant is designed to be embedded into people’s arms so your vaccine passport pops up when scanned.

While new in humans, this kind of technology is very common for household pets, where most of them are embedded with a microchip that reveals the animal’s medical history when scanned.

For the many people that would be sceptical of the device, the company assured that the implants are not tracking devices, and are only in use when they are scanned.

However, Paul McClure, the co-founder of a different scannable medical card called MedTag, says other companies will be able to use the technology to track people.

YouTube Takes Down Antivax Joe Rogan Interview With Dr Robert Malone Which Likened Vaccines to Mass Psychosis

By The Independent. YouTube has removed a video of a recent episode of the Joe Rogan Experience in which the podcast host was talking to Dr Robert Malone – a physician with a history of controversial statements related to Covid-19.

The episode in question, No 1757, was uploaded to Spotify on New Year’s Eve, as Mr Rogan has an exclusive deal with the streaming service. While Mr Rogan no longer uploads full shows to YouTube, several third-party channels have taken it upon themselves to post the episodes that would otherwise only be available on Spotify.

While a number of recent JRE episodes remain on YouTube, one featuring Dr Malone was removed by the platform after only a few hours, The Post Millenial reports.

Given the doctor’s contested views on Covid-19, including his opposition to vaccine mandates for minors, the act by YouTube has sparked several accusations of censorship amongst right-wing politicians and political commentators. ‘You Can’t Keep Making Endless Antibodies!’ Doctor Urges End to Mass Vaccinations

Dr Clive Dix, who led the UK’s vaccine taskforce at the height of the pandemic, called for an end to mass vaccinations after the current booster campaign. Speaking to Sky News, the highly respected official, who helped firms develop the Covid vaccine during his tenure, claimed the coronavirus should be treated like an endemic disease, similar to flu. He added that the country should “stop measuring Covid by case numbers, we are not going to stop those numbers”. . .

Dr Dix said: “Given Omicron is a much, much more mild variant now, it is pointless to keep giving more vaccines to people who are not going to get very ill.

“We should let them get ill. We should focus on why vaccines are good at stopping disease.

“What we have seen as the variants have come about is that the vaccines are less effective at stopping infection and transmission, but they are very good still at stopping people getting a severe disease.” . . .

Hundreds of laws and processes were changed in the months leading up to the election, sometimes legally and sometimes not, creating chaos, confusion, and uncertainty. Tech oligarch Mark Zuckerberg, one of the world’s wealthiest and most powerful men, spent $419 million — nearly as much as the federal government itself — to interfere in the government’s management of the election in key states.

Powerful tech oligarchs and corrupt propaganda press conspired to keep indisputably important news stories, such as allegations of corruption regarding the Biden family business, hidden from voters in the weeks prior to voting. Information operations were routinely manufactured about President Trump in the closing months of the campaign, including the false claim that Russians paid bounties for dead American soldiers and Trump didn’t care, and that Trump had called dead American soldiers losers. Both were disputed by dozens of on-the-record sources. . .

The media and other Democrats have used the January 6 riot at the Capitol as a way to ignore legitimate concerns about what they did to the election system, and as a way to continue the assault on election security.

As part of their political operation, they have used a propaganda technique of redefining efforts to secure the integrity of elections as attacks on democracy.

Here’s the Grade-A Stupidity Kamala Harris Served up in Her January 6 Remarks

By Townhall. Today is going to be nauseating. It’s going to be grounded in all the hysterics of the January 6 riot that occurred last year. CNN and MSNBC are totally juiced to spew some of the most unhinged takes about this day. The guests they have slated will probably act as if “journalists” stormed the beaches of Normandy. They’re not war heroes. They’re not veterans. They’re wimpy drones of the political class who just need to get over it. It was a riot. That’s the end. Everyone else has moved on with their lives because, unlike liberal America, we’re not obsessed with Donald Trump or the 2016 election. We’re also going to be subjected to some classic historical illiteracy as well. Vice President Kamala Harris kicked it off by comparing 1/6 to Pearl Harbor and the 9/11 attacks.

It’s not. You don’t even need to do an analysis of these remarks. They’re facially untrue. This was never a national security threat or issue. Again, it was a riot. It shouldn’t have happened, but this wasn’t as bad as what happened on 9/11 or December 7, 1941. To say so marginalizes actual attacks on the country and spits in the faces of the families of the victims since Democrats have decided to use this little riot in their ongoing crusade to convict Trump of…anything.

Dementia Breakthrough: Exercise ‘Sweet Spot’ May Reverse Brain Decline

Dementia is characterized by the gradual death of synaptic connections in the brain, which cause an onslaught of cognitive deficits including memory loss and confusion. The growing economic burden of the disease has raised worldwide concerns and prompted new research into potential cures and preventive measures. It’s already been established that exercise has a strong impact on the brain, so scientists are seeking to determine how much we need to reap the long-term benefits. One new study have have determined the “exercise sweet spot” to help reverse cognitive decline.

The new study, conducted by researchers at the Queensland Brain Institute at the University of Queensland Australia, has suggested that 35 days of exercise may be enough to bring significant improvements to cognitive performance.

For their study, the team looked at a sample of mice aged from 10 weeks to 24 months, assessing their spatial navigation and memory using the active place avoidance task (APA). . .

However, researchers later noted significant improvements in the learning abilities of mice after they exercised for 35 days.

‘It Is Dead’: Federal Judge Kills Keystone XL Pipeline for Good

A federal district court judge granted the Biden administration’s request to dismiss a lawsuit filed by more than 20 Republican attorneys general challenging the Keystone XL Pipeline’s permit revocation.

Judge Jeffrey Brown, of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, ruled that he couldn’t determine the constitutionality of President Joe Biden’s action because TC Energy, the pipeline’s developer, had abandoned the project. On June 9, TC Energy announced its intention to permanently halt construction of the pipeline, saying it would focus on other projects.

Biden canceled the pipeline’s federal permit immediately after taking office on Jan. 20 in an executive order. The order said the U.S. “must prioritize the development of a clean energy economy” and that the Keystone project would undermine the nation’s role as a climate leader on the world stage.

“The court takes TC Energy at its word that Keystone XL is dead,” Brown wrote in the ruling on Thursday. “And because it is dead, any ruling this court makes on whether President Biden had the authority to revoke the permit would be advisory. Gutfeld was incensed by Biden’s Thursday remarks, in which he commented on the riot with relation to the 2020 election results. On The Five, co-host Dana Perino played a snippet from the Biden speech. . .

Gutfeld said:

Well, this was the guy that was supposed to united the country and we’ve pretty much seen what he’s turned out to be. He basically, what he did, was he scolded millions of Americans for what he believes something very bad that they did. He is presuming their guilt. He is assuming they are guilty. That’s not what a president should do.

He just reversed the presumption of innocence, concluding that all of those people there were guilty, and he is doing it from the highest office in the land. This is exactly what he did with the border patrol agent. This is exactly what he did with Kyle Rittenhouse, there isn’t a citizen in America that he would not bash if it suited him politically without the actual facts, without the truth.

This Governor Wants to Make It a Crime to Question Fraudulent Elections

The Democrat governor in Washington state says he wants to regulate lying.

Actually, the target of Gov. Jay Inslee is “false statements,” and the Daily Caller News Foundation explains he announced he is working on legislation that would regulate candidates and elected officials from “spreading lies about elections that are likely to result in violence.” . . .

The Daily Caller News Foundation pointed out Inslee’s legislation still is being written but said it would be “narrowly tailored” to target those statements made for the “purpose of undermining the election process or results.”

“This legislation attempts to follow the relevant U.S. and state supreme court opinions on this issue. We’re talking about candidates and elected officers knowingly throwing bombs at democracy itself when doing so is likely to result in violence,” Inslee said.

The foundation report said the Democrat announced the planned proposal on the first anniversary of the Jan. 6 Capitol riot, and he cited the event, as well as statements made by elected officials casting doubt on the results of the 2020 presidential election, as justification for the new speech restrictions. New Law Will Install Kill Switches in All New Cars

Back in 1998, sci-fi TV series The X-Files aired an episode called “Kill Switch” about an AI gone rogue. Told when the internet was still accessed by most using dial-up modems, it was a fascinating tale of technology run amuck, a message about not handing too much of your life over to the digital world. While it might also seem like a sci-fi tale, soon enough the United States federal government could force automakers to install kill switches authorities can access and use to shut down any newer vehicle.

To many, that might sound like a wonderful idea. After all, we’ve seen wanted criminals who have fled from police only to crash into a car with a family inside, killing innocents as they try to avoid capture. Being able to stop the pursuit early and almost instantaneously seems like a wonderful thing, a potential lifesaver any law-abiding citizen would enthusiastically embrace.

According to an article written by former U.S. Representative Bob Barr, hidden away in the recently passed infrastructure bill, the very one I warned before would negatively impact drivers across the country if it were to pass, is a measure to install vehicle kill switches into every new car, truck, and SUV sold in this country. The regulation likely won’t be enforced for five years, so maybe there’s time to do something about this.

As we’ve seen both in this country and others recently, what constitutes “law-abiding” can change drastically overnight. For example, in September a car was pulled over in New Zealand and the occupants arrested when police discovered the trunk was full of Kentucky Fried Chicken meals. They were smuggling the fast food to customers in locked-down Auckland, against quarantine measures. Yet not too long before, delivering restaurant orders to people was considered a reputable, legal activity.

It gets even better: Barr points out that the bill, which has been signed into law by President Biden, states that the kill switch, which is referred to as a safety device, must “passively monitor the performance of a driver of a motor vehicle to accurately identify whether that driver may be impaired.” In other words, Big Brother will constantly be monitoring how you drive. If you do something the system has been programmed to recognize as driver impairment, your car could just shut off, which could be incredibly dangerous. Proof of a Set Up? Feds Won’t Say Why Armed ‘Capitol Rioters’ Disappeared From FBI’s Most Wanted List; Pelosi Owns The J6 Commission, And That’s Why It Failed

By Washington Examiner. Federal authorities won’t explain why three men who participated in the Capitol riot on Jan. 6, 2021, have mysteriously disappeared from the FBI’s Capitol Violence Most Wanted list.

One unidentified man wore an earpiece during the riot and was filmed carrying what appeared to be a concealed handgun on his left hip. The man was pictured on the FBI’s most wanted list for over five months until he was removed without explanation on the same day the New York Times reported an FBI informant was at the Capitol on Jan. 6.

A second unidentified man was filmed beating police officers with a baton during the riot. The FBI said the man was wanted for assaulting a federal law enforcement officer, but the agency removed the man from its most wanted list without explanation in late February, just weeks after his debut.

The third man, Ray Epps of Arizona, was filmed in the hours leading up to the riot urging Trump supporters to enter the Capitol to stop the certification of President Joe Biden’s election victory.

Epps has not been arrested or charged for his actions. His unexplained removal from the FBI’s most wanted list on July 1 has fueled speculation from a member of the House Judiciary Committee that Epps may have agitated people to storm the Capitol at the behest of the FBI. Pelosi Owns The J6 Commission, And That’s Why It Failed

By The Federalist. Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi’s January 6 Commission was supposed to help Democrats hold onto their slim majority during tough 2022 midterm elections. Instead, it stumbled out of the gate, failed to gain legitimacy among the public, and has been plagued with serious legal and ethical problems.

Pelosi’s decision to politically exploit the riot at the Capitol was a no-brainer. Democrats nearly lost the chamber in 2020 when Democrats took control of the Senate and presidency. The president’s party almost always loses significant numbers of House seats during midterm elections. The only time that didn’t happen in recent history was 2002, following the 9/11 terrorist attacks. Pelosi understandably felt her best bet to preserve power was, with a massive assist from left-wing media, to somehow turn disgruntled Donald Trump supporters’ riot at the Capitol into the next 9/11.

There were massive problems with the scheme. For one thing, Republicans had immediately and vociferously denounced the riot. This was a far cry from the Summer of Violence, when Democrats and their media enablers cheered as leftist groups destroyed sectors of cities throughout the country, resulting in “some 15 times more injured police officers, 23 times as many arrests, and estimated damages in dollar terms up to 1,300 times more costly than those of the Capitol riot.”

Democrats did not condemn these serious and lengthy attacks on the White House, federal courthouses, police buildings, private businesses, and homes. Instead, they joined with the rioters in calling for the defunding of police and other radical measures.

The riots were the result of a deeply destructive lie, pushed by top Democrats, that the country and its policing are irredeemably evil and racist. What’s more, any and all attempts to quell the siege of federal buildings were condemned in the most hysterical terms by Pelosi and other Democrats.
