Software Engineer Says Evidence of Election Theft Is Convincing

Many people were surprised and alarmed by the sudden stoppage of vote-counting in numerous jurisdictions. We sensed there was something unnatural about such an act. Since then, several relevant facts have come to light:

1) Unexplained vote spikes for Biden in areas where vote-counting stopped.

2) Allegations that the S/W used for counting has a back-door whereby voting rates can be adjusted by a S/W algorithm designed to inject votes in a somewhat credible manner.

3) Some internet sleuths have discovered that the vote-counting-rate spiked during the “injections” of votes.

In other words, in precincts that had vote-counting machines where they were capable of counting let’s say 1,000 votes-per-minute, the vote-counting-rate also spiked to a counting rate of 10,000 votes-counted-per-minute. This information has been published by various alternate news-site, the only ones the people can trust for accurate information these days.

As a software and embedded-systems engineer for almost thirty-years, this classic S/W algorithm error jumps out at me instantly. To wit, under tremendous time pressure, as the algorithm authors must have been when they realized that President Trump was getting far more votes than their worst-case predictions anticipated, they were given a little extra time to adjust the algorithm in real-time when the vote-counting was halted.

During this time, it has been proposed that the algorithm authors adjust the formula to ensure a Biden victory, which requires that large numbers of votes be added to Biden’s total in a short period of time. The classic software programming blunder here is that the physical capabilities of the hardware on which the votes were being counted was completely neglected. And under the pressure and time-constraint under which the programmer(s) had to work, it is forgivable, from a programming standpoint, but not forgivable from a treason/sedition standpoint.

In other words, an analysis of the reality in which votes for Biden appeared faster than the h/w could produce them very strongly demonstrates that the votes did not come from said h/w. They came from the algorithm. But the algorithm had a bug in it which demonstrates human-hands were tweaking on the algorithm in such way and such time that there was no opportunity to test the changes. And the bug leaked out into the open when the vote-counting rate mysteriously spiked well above and beyond the h/w’s capabilities.

These types of bugs are common among programmers even at a senior level, when they rush their programming changes. Thus, my conclusion is that this programming error further strengthens the case that the vote was manipulated by human intervention as it was being counted. QED.

Tucker Carlson: Here’s How the Democrats ‘Rigged’ the 2020 Election

Fox News host Tucker Carlson said the 2020 election was “rigged” to favor President-elect Joe Biden in plain sight.

The top-rated cable news figure used his opening monologue on Monday to argue that Democrats orchestrated an expansive scheme to bend the presidential contest in their favor. He started by claiming that electronic voting is unreliable and called for a return to hand-counting paper ballots without the use of machines.

He made the case following a week in which Carlson challenged Sidney Powell, who is involved in the Trump legal fight in battleground states, to show evidence that voting machines are being used to flip votes and a couple hours after the General Services Administration authorized the beginning of a transition to a Biden administration.

“You’ve heard a lot over the past few days about the security of our electronic voting machines. And this is a real issue, no matter who raises it or who tries to dismiss it out of hand as a conspiracy theory. Electronic voting is not as secure as traditional hand-counting, period. It never will be as secure. Voters can see this because it’s obvious, and it makes them nervous,” Carlson said. . .

“Going forward, we need to find out exactly what happened in this month’s presidential election. We need to find out no matter how long it takes the investigation to unfold or how much it costs. And once we get answers from that investigation, we ought to revert immediately to the traditional system of voting, the one that served our democracy for hundreds of years. Giuliani Explains Why Trump Legal Team Split With Powell

Rudy Giuliani offered a brief explanation for why President Trump’s legal team parted ways with attorney Sidney Powell.

The former New York City mayor, who is leading the effort, was interviewed on Monday by Fox Business host Lou Dobbs, who asked why the team released a statement the day before about Powell.

“I think it’s because we’re pursuing two different theories,” Giuliani said. He said the Trump legal team is focused on “misconduct of the election” by state officials, which he argued deprived the constitutional rights of the president, and predicted that several prongs of their endeavor, including the legal fight in Pennsylvania, will make their way to the Supreme Court. . .

Powell, a former federal prosecutor like Giuliani, has made several unproven claims about voting machines switching millions of votes from Trump to President-elect Joe Biden, which have been denied by the voting machine companies. Joe Biden: Why Are Reporters Asking Me Questions? (VIDEO)

By The Federalist. Former Vice President Joe Biden isn’t used to getting real questions. On Friday, Biden appeared dumbfounded as to why a reporter was asking the projected Democratic presidential-elect a question as the press pool was being scurried away by staff.

“Mr. Biden, the COVID task force said it’s safe for students to be in class. Are you going to encourage unions to cooperate more to bring kids back to classrooms, sir?” asked CBS reporter Bo Erickson.

“Why are you the only guy that always shouts out questions?” Biden said.

It was a bizarre episode for the 78-year-old Democrat, who enjoyed the least amount of media scrutiny on the campaign trail of any modern candidate running for president. While serious revelations were emerging, revealing Biden’s role in his son’s potentially criminal overseas business dealings, reporters asked hard-hitting questions such as what kind of ice cream Biden purchased at a pit stop.

Biden Expected to Make Trip to Georgia to Stump for Ossoff, Warnock

By Fox News. President-elect Joe Biden will likely visit Georgia to boost campaign efforts for the two Democratic candidates in the January Senate runoff, according to his top aide.

The president-elect’s newly named Chief of Staff Ron Klain said on Sunday on ABC’s “This Week” that Biden is likely to visit Georgia, as Democratic victories for both Senate candidates would result in a 50-50 split in the upper chamber of Congress.

During an interview with ABC’s George Stephanopoulos, Christie said the conduct of Trump’s legal team has embarrassed the country, rebuking them for alleging a national voter fraud conspiracy on television but not making a voter fraud case in court.

“What’s happened here is, quite frankly, the conduct of the president’s legal team has been a national embarrassment,” Christie said. “Sidney Powell accusing Gov. Brian Kemp of a crime on television, yet being unwilling to go on TV and defend and lay out the evidence that she supposedly has. This is outrageous conduct by any lawyer. And notice, George, they won’t do it inside the courtroom. They allege fraud outside the courtroom, but when they go inside the courtroom, they don’t plead fraud, and they don’t argue fraud.”

Sidney Powell Releases Statement After Trump Legal Team Says She’s Not Part of Team

National Guard Soldier Killed Herself After Being Gang-Raped by Colleagues, Higher-Ups Did “Nothing”

A devoted Army National Guard soldier killed herself after she reported being sexually assaulted on the job — but the military branch did nothing to help, according to her mom. . .

The horror that led to Morgan Robinson’s suicide began two years earlier, when one of her supervisors allegedly sexually assaulted and harrassed her multiple times while they were stationed in Kuwait, according to CBS, which is investigating failures by the US military to address sex crimes internally.

But when Morgan reported the attacks, higher-ups did “nothing” to punish the supervisor or protect her, according to her mother. . .

While on the same deployment, Robinson was then sent to Afghanistan, where multiple soldiers allegedly gang-raped her, CBS reports. This time, she was too scared and disillusioned by the system to report it — and four months later, she committed suicide.

Trump Lawyer: Dominion Voting System Is ‘Shredding Documents’

By Townhall. Sidney Powell joined Larry O’Connor for an exclusive interview about her legal case on behalf of the Trump campaign in the 2020 presidential election. In her much talked about press conference with Rudy Giuliani on Thursday, she claimed that President Trump won re-election in a landslide, and they were going to prove it.

O’Connor pushed her about her claims that computer software used in the election, particularly Dominion Voting Systems, has been tainted, and he wondered how she would prove it. For starters, Powell said that her legal team has pictures of votes being manipulated in real-time.

“It is terrifying, and it is a huge national security issue,” Powell said. “Why the Department of Justice and FBI have not done something, Dominion is closing its offices and moving. No doubt they’re shredding documents. God only knows what else. More than 100 Dominion people have wiped any connection with Dominion off the internet.”

“That takes us to Michigan, where there was an honest Democrat who said they were cheating,” Rudy Giuliani, Trump’s lead attorney, said to reporters at the press conference. “We’ll show you her affidavit, because I know you keep reporting, falsely, that we have no evidence.”

“That we have no specific acts of fraud,” Giuliani said. “That’s because the coverage of this has been almost as dishonest as the scheme itself.”

“The American people are entitled to know this,” Giuliani said.

Pompeo Visits Georgia as Charges of Election Fraud Mount

By The Washington Free Beacon. The Georgian government’s backslide into authoritarianism was the backdrop for a day-long round of meetings between Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and the country’s ruling party, which has increasingly marginalized Tbilisi’s more Western-oriented opposition leaders.

The whole spectrum of Georgian opposition parties are refusing to accept the official results of parliamentary elections held on Oct. 31, claiming widespread fraud and voter intimidation. The U.S. government-backed International Republican Institute has bolstered those charges, accusing the ruling party of “voter intimidation, vote buying, the manipulation of precinct-level summary protocols, and a result management process that failed to meet international standards.”

While U.S. officials who spoke to the Washington Free Beacon expressed concerns about the fairness of Georgia’s October elections, they called on opposition leaders to return to the political process.

Pompeo spent Wednesday in meetings with the Georgian president, prime minister, and foreign minister. The country’s ruling Georgian Dream Party is bankrolled and controlled by Bidzina Ivanishvili, a billionaire with deep ties to Moscow and at one time the largest private shareholder of Russian natural gas giant Gazprom. Georgian Dream’s reorientation of the country has sparked concerns among U.S. officials that Ivanishvili’s government is undermining the pro-Western consensus in that country and sliding toward authoritarianism. Bipartisan groups of lawmakers in Congress have raised concerns about what they see as hostility to U.S. interests by the ruling party—and its toleration of a growing Russian influence on the country. By Daily Wire. Trump lawyer Sidney Powell responded to Fox News host Tucker Carlson’s segment about her unproven claims regarding voting systems that were used in this month’s elections by saying that Carlson needed to conduct his own investigation.

Powell’s comments came in response to a segment that Carlson aired earlier in the evening during which he called out the Trump campaign’s allegations of voter fraud and urged Powell to come on his show so she could provide evidence to back up the allegations. Carlson said that his show repeatedly asked Powell to come on, and that she became angry when she was asked to provide evidence and told the program to stop contacting her.

Lin Wood Bombshell: ‘Irrefutable Evidence’ of Fraud in Georgia Recount

By WND. Attorney Lin Wood, who is assisting President Trump’s legal challenge of vote counts, claims he has “irrefutable evidence” that Georgia state officials instructed local election officials to report original vote totals instead of the totals from the recount.

“This election was a fraud. Donald Trump won, I believe, clearly a 70%-plus landslide election in the nation,” Wood said in an interview on Mark Levin’s radio show Tuesday. “He probably won over 400 electoral votes.”

Wood said the Trump legal team is “uncovering, step by step, the layers on the onion, and we’re going to get to the truth.”

“And the truth is Donald Trump has been reelected by this country to serve for four more years,” he said.

On Tuesday night, Wood filed an emergency motion against the Georgia secretary of state, Brad Raffensperger, to bar him from certifying the vote due to “defective absentee ballots.”

Trump Attorney: Here’s What a Smartmatic Whistleblower Said About Voter Fraud

Sidney Powell, a member of President Donald Trump’s legal team, on Monday read a statement from a whistleblower alleging Smartmatic’s election software was designed specifically to rig elections and flip votes in favor of a particular candidate. The news comes after Powell stated on Sunday that the Trump Team has direct evidence that the 2020 presidential election was rigged utilizing the software.

“I’ve just gotten some stunning evidence from a first-hand witness, say a high-ranking Military officer who was present when Smartmatic was designed in a way – and I’m just going to read you some of these statements, if you don’t mind,” she told Fox Business’ Lou Dobbs. “So I get them exactly right.”

“From the affidavit – ‘designed in a way the system could change the vote of each voter without being detected. He wanted the software itself to function in such a manner that if the voter were to place their thumbprint or fingerprint on a scanner, then the thumbprint would be tied to a record of the voter’s name and identity as having voter but that voter would not be tracked to the changed vote. He made it clear the system would have to be set up to not leave any evidence to the changed vote for a specific voter and that there would be no evidence to show or contradict the name or thumbprint was going with a changed vote. Smartmatic agreed to create such a system and produce the software and hardware to accomplish the goals of President Chavez.'”

Major Peer-Reviewed Study Finds Masks Don’t Work

The first large, randomized controlled trial of its kind showed no statistically significant difference in COVID-19 cases between people who wore masks and those who did not.

The Danish study published this week in the Annals of Internal Medicine found that a “recommendation to wear a surgical mask when outside the home among others did not reduce, at conventional levels of statistical significance, incident [COVID-19] infection compared with no mask recommendation.”

Among 6,000 participants in Denmark, half were told to wear masks and half were not. The researchers found 42 of the participants who were told to wear masks contracted COVID-19, while 53 in the control group got the disease. . .

Critics of the study argue the researchers did not investigate specifically whether masks prevented people infected with COVID-19 from infecting other people.
